Absolutely in love with their dishes. They have a lot of variety to offer. The ambience is good. The desserts are damn tasty. One should definitely try them out! The service is quite slow but that's okay as the place is always crowded. Otherwise, the place is really good!

It was my business trip to Mumbai and I visited this place with my friends. I am literally impressed with the food quality they maintain. Taste was super se upper. It's so nice to spend some fun time with your friends here. You can enjoy variety of dishes and beverages here with light music. Reasons to visit : - Taste with the quality - Hygiene food - You can make noise and have some fun with your friends - they also provide outdoor seating which is so beautiful and peaceful. - value of money is good. - They also provide the underground dedicated room for birthday celebration and more.

It's a Zomato Gold partnered Veg restaurant. It's located on the opposite side of the Kokilaben hospital. The restaurant is quite decent looking, has a screening that screens sports.. The food here is good. They have 4 menus to choose from.. the service was a bit slow in the restaurant though.. Overall it is a good place The wild strawberry Iced tea is a much try And the Mt. Brownie for desserts

Wild chocolate indulge shake: It is the most amazing shake for the chocolate lovers. They serve waffles at the side. There’s whipped cream toppings with brownie and gems with chocolate at the side. Then finally comes the chocolate shake with the crispy crushed waffles inside. A perfect combination. The interiors of the place is also really nice.

This is one of the most budget friendly places if you want to host a decent birthday party. An amazing place for desserts. I really liked their manchurian. They serve a lot of Naan's even if your ordered one naan (so a TIP- just order 1 naan for 8 pieces). Nachos here were amazing too! I even tried a sizzler which was okay. Manchurian here is a must try ! The huge dessert with a golden spoon is their speciality. We tried their cheese fondue too and it was good.

Best place for chocolate lovers. It is a chocolate heaven. I really loved the ambience of the place. I visited here with my friends and we enjoyed a lot here. I tried there sizzler which was bery tasty and little bit spicy. I also tried here spaghetti and this was the best spaghetti i have had. You mist try here pink sauce spaghetti.

This is the first bar I have seen which has only veg food. The best thing is the menu is so long. They have covered so many options. Drinks, Deserts, Mocktails, Food everything have plenty of options . We tried foundue, Sizzlers ,soup , Sundays. Everything was good and tasty . We went in dineout great indian food festival so got 50% discount on total bill which was really good. On top of that I paid from dineout pay and got additional off and cashback too. The service is good . Staff was very good . there is a shop downstairs so you can buy cakes chocolates too. Overall it was very good experience.

Amazing experience....!! Worth trying. We tried pink pasta which was out of the menu but was amazing, best pasta in town. Then we also ordered for chocolate bomb lava cake which was to die for. They even were very sweet with us as they clicked our photos together, plus on Christmas they had arranged for a horse carriage to chaperone you to your house. It was an amazing marketing strategy yet delightful experience. Go without a second thought because food is light on pocket and presentation is to die for.

Excellent place specially for desert lovers... but not to forget they have tried to cover all sorts of cuisines possible for vegetarians under one roof... all in all to sum up superb place for everyone to spend quality time with scrumptious food and lip smacking deserts.

Prime location. As you enter the place you are welcomed by a magnificent setting and ambience. Mouth watering Menu. Attendants here are fully attentive and courteous. The food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, feast to eyes and taste buds fully satisfied. I'm still drooling thinking about the food n chocolate volcano lava. Yummm. Ambience superb�1 draw back is to climb the huge stairs to sit in the restaurant. Difficult for senior citizens or pregnant females... Food is near to great. Service is quick. Remember to ask for a plate change 1ce u finish with your first helping... Table of 4 can only accommodate 2 with a child... Must try if u r a foodie and can neglect the above:) Enjoy!

The good news is the places is not in the trenches! Trench Restro Lounge by the Chocolate Room, located in 4 Bungalows, Andheri, is a spacious restaurant with two floors with the first storey being spacious than the ground floor and the open air dining area, though well placed and inviting sadly has smoking allowed and hence is inaccessible for those of us who are non smokers. I am wondering just how do all these restaurants interpret the ruling that smoking in public places is not allowed! That apart, what I liked and my friend disapproved of were the stairs that were quite a climb, steep and took the cardio workout seriously! But the first floor is rewarding once you ascend it.<br/><br/>The glass pane on the facing wall giving you the view outside makes the place more spacious and the neatly placed, decently sized tables are a welcome break from space starved restaurants in our city, especially the ones in Andheri- Oshiwara belt. We were ensconced in one of the sofas right below the caption: "you are the french to my toast", celebrating togetherness. It is well lit, neat, and affords privacy to all customers owing to the size of the tables and the space between them too.<br/><br/>Our lunch experience at this diner, begun with appreciation and ended with some disapproval. Appreciation for the range in cuisine, options and ambience and disapproval for the lack of imagination in variety, quality of the cocktails on offer, the extremely slow, uncoordinated service with seemingly disgruntled waiters and lack of warmth in greeting customers.<br/><br/>There are only 5 cocktails on offer including the typical ones such as Blue Lagoon and the Mojito and the vodka based Mojito I requested for lacked in mint and had to be sent back for 'repair'. The virjin Mojito was flawless by the way and served in an interesting bottle. The starter we ordered for was apparently speciality of the restaurant, Trench Mexican Crepes and it was delicious. Soft, suitably stuffed, served at the right temperature and the sauce was spicy and worked up our appetite. However, it took two waiters and three reminders for them to bring us our starter and the drinks!<br/><br/>In the first few minutes, having realised the staff are rather slow to the orders and inattentive with miserable pronunciation of the items, we decided to ask for the main course and the long black coffee (Americano actually) even before we got the starters. What happened was, we finished our much delayed but delicious starter and waited for 15 mins before the waiters realised after repeated reminders that the other special dish, Trench Sunday Mood Pasta, a green sauce based pasta with pine nuts, basil and parmesan in olive oil was finally served to is rather cold! It was average and the portion size was decent, non greasy but with hardly any pine nuts to be seen. Given that it took them nearly 30 minutes between our appetizer and the main course to bring in the pasta, we did not dare to remind them of the coffee again and asked for our check instead.<br/><br/>The prices are not competent but not exorbitant either and we would surely return to the place to try out their other dishes and the coffee for sure! However, it is best they train their staff to learn up the names of the dishes accurately as it can be misleading when crepes are referred to as crabs! The bar menu could surely be worked upon in terms of appearance of the menu a laminated sheet(! ) the range of cocktails on offer needs to be more extensive and since they pride on their range of chocolates and chocolate based desserts, the waiting staff need to recomend and promote it.<br/><br/>So, we hope for a better service and experience on our next visit. I would surely recommend this place for its range of food but not if you are lacking a few hours to space for a leisurely lunch!

Bartender was so drunk he couldn't even stand properly, i complained to the manager even he was drunk apparently & took his side and just said it's Christmas thoda pee liya. I came here with my family on Christmas Eve it was also my mom's birthday thankfully the deserts were good, but food was below average (mexican for example)<br/>Even ordered a hot chocolate with marshmallow they didn't have any marshmallow so i only got a hot chocolate still tasty though. Half of the things weren't in stock ( fish wasn't available, pastries weren't available) quite disappointed

One of the best places to have all kinds of food. right from kebabs, gravy and rotis to some great fast food, especially Italian. <br/>The pitcher is well worth the price as it is GOOD. There is tonne of space, lot of options, a bar and a cake shop below. <br/><br/>Rarely left so full from a place as we couldn't stop ordering. Highly recommended in any situation. It should be great families as it is good enough for friends to chill.

It took a lot of time to serve food, food options given by the waiter were very poor my friends and I didn’t like the food at all. <br/>Trench food has become worst in terms of pasta, garlic bread, asian sizzler. <br/>Waiter did not recommended the best options available in the menu even after asking 2-3 times.

We had heard a lot about Trench which is another venture of Chocolate Room which is a heaven for chocolate lovers. I recently visited this place with bunch of friends on a Saturday afternoon and place was quite occupied.<br/><br/>The ambience is beautiful and bar seems quite adequate.<br/><br/>We tried Cremisoni Soda in mocktail which can be tried if you like sugary drinks.<br/>But when it came to food, they were quite tasty. Veg Quesadilla was decently nice, Aflatoon Paneer Tikka had fresh and tasty paneer, recommended to try.<br/>We tried Veg Medittarian Pasta, it was in Pink sause. You can try it if you like the tangy taste.<br/>The highlight of the place was the dessert, Chocolate Bomb which made up for the slow service. Chocolate Brownie topped with vanilla and dark chocolate Icecream is covered in chocolate dome which is then melted away by hot chocolate poured upon it. Trench by Chocolate Room has been housed in 4 Bungalows since a long time! A super cool ambience which is dreamy and pretty attracts people from all age groups alike. The place is also a heaven for chocoholics😍😍<br/><br/>While the place is mostly about being an amazing cafe, a bar and a chocolatier's section add edge to the restaurant. What's more is a quirky seating space and some good groovy music and a courteous staff!<br/><br/>What we tried:<br/><br/>Cremosina Soda: Turned up slightly bad for me. The drink wasn't cold and was diluted. It also had much more sugar than I usually like. Not recommended as such. Prefer their coffees and thickshakes over this!<br/><br/>Aflatoon Paneer Tikka: Soft paneer slices cut and baked with a veggie filling sandwiched in between was one of a kind. New to me and much much better than regular paneer tikkas. Recommended.<br/><br/>Quesadillas: Cheese quesadillas would have been amazing had they had more filling. Otherwise the taste was superb!<br/><br/>Arrabiata Pasta: definitely delicious! Not sauce but a tomato puree based pasta had my heart. Recommended again<br/><br/>We ended our session with their Chocolate Bomb. TCR's USP, The melting down of the bomb itself it a treat to eyes. Slightly more sweeterto my palate, the dessert will be lovable for a sweet tooth.<br/><br/>The overall experience was great! A must visit for every Chocolate lover!<br/><br/>And hey, they have chocolate Bailey's shot too😛🤩

Service was pathetic. We had to ask multiple times for a menu. I asked for hot water which was cold. And the brownie to go was served like the picture below. Brownie chocolate sauce, ice cream and wafer sticks all shoved in one box. Brownie goop. No one ate it. Waste of money. And on top the manager kept arguing about packaging charge. Food was sub par at best. Hot chocolate also was mediocre. Huge disappointment.

The classic chocolate was not good at all. We never understood what exactly that was. It wasn't even dark chocolate neither it was milk chocolate. But the noodles and pasta were really good. Last week we celebrated our friends birthday at this place, i loved the location its away from crowded joints, the upper section is v nice for private parties. We had lots of food and trust me the quality quantity and taste of the food was very good specially the pasta and pizza. The rates in the menu posted on dine out is totally different from the menu they offer in restaurants. I had ordered drums of heaven which in dine out menu is showing Rs. 299/- but they charged me Rs. 449/-. Also i ordered Asian sizzler which in dine out menu is showing Rs. 599/- but they charged me Rs. 749/- . Also they charged me 10% service tax on bill before discount & tax also they charged me 5% that was also before discount. It is clear cheating first offering 50% discount on dine out than charging more on menu price + clear cheating of taxes. Horrible experience. I told the manager also about it but he reluctantly said its for discounted customers. Clear cheating.

they sent the food without a bag. The delivery boy carried all containers open in his hand.. The delivery should have been sealed.. And why did u charge 665/-? When its 1+1 ON FOOD?

I arrived with my car and although they offer valet service, the valet was nowhere to be seen. So I had no choice but to wait for him for 10 minutes till he arrived. After which they could not seat me upstairs as the AC wasn’t working and downstairs was full, so I was given a table outside, which was laden with mosquitoes and no fan/ventilation. <br/>Ordered for a cottage cheese panini and masala fries, both of which were below average.<br/>All in all, terrible experience. Avoid at all costs.

A good place for casual hangouts with friends.<br/>The staff is really courteous. Prompt service and lovely ambience.<br/>They would even surprise you with birthday songs if its your birthday.<br/>Ordered a cheese fondue, pizza and a spaghetti.<br/>The pizza was good and the spaghetti was delicious. Although, the fondue was a bit disappointing. It came as a fondue pot with a candle lit beneath to keep the fondue warm. My very favourite place in Andheri for Nutella fondue. Only problem is mostly they don’t have fruits served with it and when asked for it they say it’s out of stock.

Trench the perfect place to be with family and friends for having some chill time @trench is more like a cafe but serves some of the best desserts with sizzlers.<br/><br/>The place interior decor is quite colourful and eye catchy and the place somehow makes you feel comfortable in environment which leads to a great a dine.<br/><br/>We would suggest to order food as per your taste and service attendant here to describe the taste of dishes very well.<br/><br/>We started with some what basic with tandoori chicken cheese sandwich which was pretty well crisp and veggies in was well sorted with having a great masala sprinkled on to it and the taste stayed in the Classic way it should be.<br/><br/>Next on the list when the Indiana sizzler, we were told the sizzler was great here so we called for it and it fulfilled all the prospective, it was prepared in brown sauce with decent amount of Spice added to it and chicken well cooked apart from that veggie were also adding flavour to the taste.<br/><br/>We must add desserts here are too eye catchy and appealing as we saw plenty of people ordering different desert, which looked really great in presentation and also must be the taste.<br/><br/>'Midastouch' great meal never ends without a great dessert Midas touch actually mesmerises you with its size and the way it is served, it is served with an injection filled with Chocolate Sauce, it started with brownies layered with whipped cream and Chocolate Sauce all over it and also strawberries and Apple is piled up on it and golden edible spoon gives the Midas touch.

Good Ambience. Options in fondue are great. Desserts are tasty. Sizzlers are of great combinations. Polite Staff. Cheesy dishes are quite tasty.

40mins not even a single dish came like fools waiting at the table ordered for a simple noodles and took 40 mins still couldn't serve us anything poor service.

Visited this place to see the if the place is any good apart from the Freakshakes it serves.<br/>At first, the menu was deceiving enough to make me order Spaghetti Alfredo for the wife and an Asian Sizzler for myself (Chicken, mind you)<br/><br/>Pasta was runny and more like made with just milk. Asian sizzler took the place 45 mins to get it on the hot plate. In Trench , pizzas were something by which I was amazed by.<br/>They serve you the cheesey pizza you ever tasted.<br/>Considering the ambience I found the place preety cool and vibrant with frames and posters<br/>And eventually gives you a touch of rich cafe<br/>Their menu will itself make you feel excited to try as much as possible.<br/>If you are a marshmallow lover you Must give a try to their hot chocolate with marshmallow which tasted just fantabulous and chocolaty<br/><br/>Most recommend to chill with friends.<br/>

Trench is a cosy dining place to hang out with friends. Food is not that great that it can bring you back there. No special delicacy they serve. I liked the Interiors and the setup of the place more than the food. One visit is sufficient.

Awesome food awesome desserts and perfect caption life is too short eat desserts....went for a family dinner so could try a lot of variety...some great starter options and a lot of cuisine options from Mexican to italian...indian to lebenese...i tried the the classic Italian chilli cheese toast...the cheese was perfectly melted...then came the Mexican quesillida with sour cream and salsa....tasted super yum...then penne in Pink sauce with chopped vegetables relished it till the last nite...makhni sizzler was a lil dry but the extra makhni sauce made up for it...for the desserts had thank God it's a Sundae.....which was one but enough for 4...they have everything in desserts from waffles to crepes...name it they have it all.. overall lovely ambience...great seating options...worth every bit

Last order is either very good or worst, i had not a good experience, since it was open at 11:50 pm and allowed us to sit and order food, have ordered classic cheese fondue(signature dish) and it turn out to be super oily, all are extra fried(seems McCain fries, McCain potato veggie and McCain cheese balls served with Gowardhan cheese sauce).<br/><br/>Veg Manchow soup was extra Saur.<br/>When asked, came to know that chef has left for the day.<br/>As well,Even before we finish the meal, bill was presented.<br/>Please don't allow customer after certain time if staff is about to left.<br/>Thanks.<br/>

We tried The Exotic Garlic bread and Paneer and capsicum Crepes. They were really good to start with. The Penne Alfredo pasta was quiet decent. Baked Lasagna was 2 out of 5, it could have been way better. The Grilled Chicken Steak stole the show. Really good mushroom sauce compliments the Steak well. The Eskimo Waffles weren't that great but the Chocolate brownie bomb was really good. Also the Hot chocolate is must try no matter what time you one goes there..

Wanna get yourself insulted for having zomato gold, please go to this place. We were told that u need to show photo ID which is ok. First of all I like this place alot and talking about the ambience and food defn a good place to hangout with your friends and even many more.They have some really cool desserts as the place itself says “A Chocolate Room” and trust me they have some unique and very amazing desserts dishes which you must try but but but I have tried their many food items and they too are really nice and yes dessert is still on hold so gonna do it really soon and now coming to my experience they are on a bit expensive side of places and yes some of the dishes are too good and some on average side but you gotta order smartly and yes the vibe there is also nice and they do have their own bar section which you can enjoy and the night lights are also cool along with 2 floors and whld suggest you to go for upper floor.<br/>Coming to what I tried :<br/><br/>— Cheesy Garlic Bread (3.5/5) - Just like normal garlic bread but yet with good quantity.<br/><br/>— Supreme Pizza (3/5) - A good pizza with all veggies but a bit on expensive side.Would suggest try some other dishes.<br/><br/>— Nachos (4/5) - A very good plating along with quantity and taste and would recommend it.<br/><br/>— Pasta (4.5/5) - I liked the pasta alot and the pink sauce pasta was really good with 2 garlic breads on side and they too tasted very nice.So in all a big thumps up this dish.<br/><br/>— Asian Sizzler (3.5/5) - A good quantity sizzer with all chinese dishes so basically a chinese sizzler and they so have different types so a must try.<br/><br/>— Iced Coffee (3.5/5) - A good drink to cool down all the stuffs you had and defn a must try.<br/><br/>Overall verdict is that it is a very good place with great ambience and all cool food items and desserts so A must try.

From the amongst all the dishes ordered all were good except the sizzlers and the choco bomb.<br/>It would have been better if the choco lava bomb would have been a little less sweet.<br/>The sizzlers are not that great as compared to the other dishes we ordered.<br/>The pastas, sandwiches and nachos are really amazing and tasty.<br/>Ambience is decent and staff is also very polite and helpful.<br/>This place is quite reasonable too.<br/>Will definitely visit again!

It was a very bad experience. The staff was not at all friendly and was rude. The service charges were terribly high. They charge more than their rate cards(menu). I will never recommend this place to anyone further.

Loved the swings. Staff is very helpful. They have swings instead of chairs, a big sofa, cubicles and awesome food. Love the bottle cold coffee. One of the best places for chilling on any day. Been there with family and on navy occasions in the middle of shopping. Great service too. Reasonable priced.

This is one of the most budget friendly places if you want to host a decent birthday party. An amazing place for desserts. I really liked their manchurian. They serve a lot of Naan's even if your ordered one naan (so a TIP- just order 1 naan for 8 pieces). Nachos here were amazing too! I even tried a sizzler which was okay. Manchurian here is a must try ! The huge dessert with a golden spoon is their speciality. We tried their cheese fondue too and it was good.

My first visit was at the Bandra branch. I've always loved coming to this place. They've a good variety of dishes to offer but I'm more in love with their desserts.

This place is located right opposite the very famous kokilaben hospital and therefore locating it is not such an issue.<br/>Popularly known for it's wide range of dessert selections, this place sure doesn't disappoint.<br/><br/>Things recommended-<br/>1) Shakes - They are thick, creamy and so so delicious.<br/>2) Chocolate bomb - It's a big ball of chocolate that's melted by hot chocolate sauce. A sight for sore eyes. It's sufficient enough for 3 people to share.<br/><br/>To balance this out, they even have some amazing main courses to go for.<br/>We tried the pasta and spaghetti.<br/><br/>It has an outdoor and an indoor seating and is quite spacious.

The chicken soup was horrible. They tried to fix it but adding ketchup, sugar and water and boiling it is not fixing the soup. <br/>The place has an extensive menu of chocolate dishes and drinks. Sad then that the Hot Chocolate sucked. <br/><br/>I left angrier and hangrier than I went in. Horrible. Never going there again. Milo tastes better than their hot chocolate and that’s low!

The dark hot chocolate was worse than bournvita, and thats saying something. For a chocolate place, this was horrible. The monchow soup will make you sick and want to chow down your insides. Horrific. How is this still open?!

It was my 3rd visit to this place and I was amazed to see that they have started serving alcohol as well, with Zomato Gold the drinks become very attractive. Last timeNow, about the place I must say that the food and service is very good.<br/><br/>On the weekends, there is waiting so expecting to sit around longer will be an issue but on the weekdays its relatively better.I would recommend their nachos and thick shakes but didn't really like the Mock-tails both lemon and peach ice teas tasted the same.

Even after prior reservation and reaching on time we didn’t recieve the table. Our table was given to some one else. The manager zubair was too rude to us and was very arrgant. When we told him that we are leaving the place he was totally fine with it. No professionalism at all !

Amazing place. The vibe is good. The staff was nice too. The food here was good. We had ordered chilly chicken, chicken malai tikka, chicken lasagna and the chocolate lava bomb. The chilly chicken was average, rest all was nice and delicious. Specially the chocolate bomb which was heavenly. And a must try for every chocolate lover.
