Review Autumn Bar & Bistro - Mumbai

Really really good food and impeccable service. I love this place for their cheesecake but unfortunately they didn't have it when I went there this time. We had the Risotto Al Fungi, the Watermelon and Feta Salad, the banana and blueberry smoothie, the grilled line fish, the quinoa and kale salad, the caramel and sea-salt tart and the Belgian chocolate cake. If you love cheesecake, you have to try the baked cheesecake here. The texture of the food was so good, it's like you're at a top notch 5 star restaurant. In terms of cost, we paid about 3500 bucks for the entire meal including a bottle of beer and the 10% surcharge which is totally worth paying.

So had been to this place at a friends recommendation. This place served some amazing Cheese Garlic Bread.Freshly baked garlic bread.The siders with this dish were amazing.A must have dish here. The House Nachos were good. The Rice and Manchurian for the main course was also good to go. The only disappointment here was the Paneer Pizza.If you ever go here do no try this Pizza. The Peach Ice was great. One of the best in taste one can have. The staff is cordial and well spoken. This place is a little expensive on the pocket.

They do have outdoor seating which well lit and attractive where you can possible get your large groups. The indoors are bit dim with simplistic and pretty interiors. The bar over here is definitely attractive. >Food - spread of oriental , Italian , bit of Indian is what you can expect in autumn. The bar here serves some great cocktails and mocktails too. F&b over here is too good and you will love it for sure. >Hygiene- The premises were neat and clean throughout the restaurant. >Value for money- The place is pretty much worth as it serves some good food in beautiful ambience. >Our order - R: denotes Recommendations. •DRINKS: 1)Watermelon mojito(R)- Refreshinh virgin mojito got a twist of watermelon flavor which was refreshing and a great one to beat the heat. 2)Blue autumn (R)- Blue curracao , pineapple juice , dash of lime juice , sugar syrup , grenadine syrup mixes all together and topped with sparkling water. Loved it ! A great mocktail which an amazing flavor. •APPETIZERS: 1)Chicken tangadi kebab(R)- It had 3 pieces of tangadi, the taste was on point and it was served piping hot. The best part was the freshness, the chicken was flavorful and fresh! The spice balance was done well. 2)Indi chilli chicken - Indonesian chilli chicken which was tossed in chilli sauce and other veggies like bell pepper and cabbage. A good one for oriental lovers. 3)Jalapeño chicken tikka(R)- small chicken tikki served in a good portion which had 8-10 small pieces. The tikkis had proper jalpeno blend which was good , it was served with mint dip! •MAIN COURSE: 1)Rosemary Roast chicken- Chicken breast roasted well and topped with bit of mushroom sauce , served along mashed potatoes and sautéed foreign veggies. The chicken was cooked well and had soft texture. 2)Chicken biryani (R)- So far , one of the finest chicken biryani we have had till date. The presentation was simple yet it looked too good. Aromatic basmati long grain rice slow cooked retaining all the flavors and having super delectable chicken pieces and onion and spice mix which was simply amazing. Highly recommended! •DESSERTS: 1)Baked cheesecake(R)- Fresh and delicious cheese cake topped with caramel sauce and served with whipped cream presentation. We came at about 8 and the place was half full but by the time we left at around 10, the place was buzzing with people. They have two main sections. The outside section is open air where they telecast live FIFA world cup matches on a big screen and the inside section is more of a lounge. The tables are pretty large and very comfortable. The service is also quite amazing. We were greeted by the manager and he ensured we got the top notch service. Our server knew the dishes well and was more than happy to come and explain us different dishes in depth. We loved the watermelon and feta salad the most. The dressing was outstanding. The arancini balls are also not to be missed. We called for the following. 1. Watermelon Feta salad - 10/10 2. Arancini balls - 9/10 3. Vegetable Creole - 8/10 4. Sun dried tomato risotto - 8/10 5. Kadai Paneer with paratha - 10/10 6. Chocolate and salted caramel tart (dessert) - 10/10 7. Ginger Rogers (cocktail) - 9/10 8. Autumn Bar & Bistro is a huge space that can cater to large groups, has private space for couples wanting some ‘we’ time or just for a casual meet with friends. The place is elegantly done in wood and velvet. The outdoor seating space is an add on bonus in times of pleasant weather. They were hosting a karaoke night when we visited. It simply made the place lively and our experience joyful! Let's talk service. I'd say the person serving us Mr Gani Warsi was pretty good. Polite, good listener, quick on his feet (I mean literally). The other staff were quite warm. The menu is neat and features Indian, Oriental and Italian flavours and everything from all-day breakfast, sandwiches, burgers to desserts and beverages. Immaculate in presentation and pleasing in flavours is what I would say after relishing my meal. We started off with a couple of their lsignature in-house cocktail. The green lanten was a strong concoction of rum, kiwi, mint and lemon juice. Especially loved the hint of salt that was on the rim of the glass. The strawberry basil martini with sweet notes was pretty good too! The deep-fried cheese cigar rolls were perfectly crispy on the outside and gooey inside. It was served along with two mayo-based dips and a salad. Absolutely loved it! The traditional mezze platter consisted of 4 dips (hummus, baba ganoush, tzatziki and tabbouleh). The mini pita bread was grilled and topped with mini falafel. The platter was fresh, wholesome and flavorful. Contemplating between dim sums and spring rolls, we ended up ordering something lighter and not fried which was the baby corn, broccoli and water chestnuts in black pepper sauce. The veggies were perfectly cooked and yet retained their bite making this a really good snack to munch along with the drinks. For main course, we ordered the cottage cheesesteak. It was perfectly seasoned, soft even after grilling and not rubbery or chewy. The herbed sauteed veggies, basil rice and spicy bbq sauce served along made this a scrumptious dish. We were so full that there was no room for desserts. Everything we ordered looked and tasted good. I'd say it's very apt for groups of friends or colleagues looking to have a good time. Though recommended for everyone and anyone who wants to fascinate their taste buds. The place may look small from outside but, they have a huge indoor seating space. The menu is vast from all-day breakfast, appetizers, sandwiches/burgers to Oriental, Italian and Indian delights. We visited on Thursday night and they had lively karaoke going on in the outdoor area. Also, they arrange Sunday brunch. We ordered cheese cigar rolls, traditional mezze platter, baby corn, bell pepper and water chestnuts in black pepper sauce for appetizers. The food came fairly fast and looked good. Everything tasted good as well, but the cigar rolls. Wow! Pleasure in every bite. It was that good. For main course, we wanted to try the thin crust pizza but, the oven was not functioning so, tried the grilled cottage cheesesteak. It was served with sauteed vegetables, basil rice, and a sauce. The sauce was thick and a little spicy for my palate but, it complimented the dish very well. For drinks, we tried their signature in-house cocktails: Green Lanten and Strawberry basil martini. Both were refreshing. Table Service by Mr. Gani Warsi was quite apt. Overall experience - amazing. Would I recommend? 100% Keep up the good work , will be back soon!

A planned get together with friends to Autumn , to chill , relax, talk and eat good food. and yes everything went as per plan. The place is good , well lit , good music , and yes great food. food we ordered - Bangkok Style Crispy Chicken - spicy n crispy chicken tossed in Schezwan sauce. good in taste. French fries ( Parmesan and garlic) House Nachos - Fully loaded Nachos with beans and cheese Dragon roll - its Veg Spring Roll Chilli Prawns Schezwan - the prawns were good size and juicy. drinks we had - Sangria Red Whiskey Sour Food at this place was good in taste. You will 100% enjoy the food and the portion size is good. They need to improve on cocktails part and many beer and cocktail on the menu were not available. They need to improve on stock and cutlery.

Autumn Bar & Bistro is a perfect place to go on a date with your Bae. With minimalist décor and good seating arrangement, indoor as well as outdoor. The service is super quick, and the food is VFM. Coming to the F&B, we ordered, Corkscrew – A Vodka based cocktail with triple sec, Fresh basil, cucumber, and sweet & sour mix. I loved the taste. Just perfect for a Vodka lover like me. Orange Juice – A simple Orange juice. It was very refreshing. Baby corn, Broccoli & water chestnut – All stir-fried in Black pepper sauce. It was on the spicy side. So, order wisely. Veg Galouti Kabab – Soft six pieces of Galouti kabab served with Green chutney. The kabab was so soft that it melted in the mouth. Dragon Roll - Nice deep-fried Veg spring rolls served with schezwan sauce Burmese Khow Suey – One of my favorite Burmese dishes to have with all different types of condiments. If you want a fancy dine and wine place, then this is it! Really nice place for the amount they charge. Amazing staff with brilliant service. Attracts really nice crowd and has a calm and soothing ambience. Met an amazing employee over here named Jogobon Shee Jena who was really nice and friendly. Kudos to him for being such an amazing and understanding person. Will definitely visit this place

It's nice cozy place. At least that's what it felt for brunch, definitely it would be more lively in evening. Food is decent. If you are a drink person than should try Barrigate- it's champagne with gold rum n orange juice. Just a divine drink, perfect combination, perfect mixer. One of the perfect drink... Good ambience. Family n friends place. Staff is also cooperative. Manager is an informative guy. Overall nice

So we visited here for Sunday brunch and we had our "PawFrnd" (pet) with us so unfortunately we were not welcomed inside and had to occupy outside... Ambinece and interiors here are gr8 specially the inner section... Veg dishes like pasta and Cheese cigar roll were good.... We also opted for Non Veg Brunch which i insist one should go for if one has big appetite for nonveg.... The starters were very delicious and we kept on repeating d same.... I would recommend Orange Mojito for those opting for brunch.... Meal was okish i would say... And den came treat to our taste buds "The Desserts" that really made our day... Perfect end to a gr8 sunday meal... The only scope of improvement would time to serve the order is reasonably high considering there was not much crowd on that day... Apart from same it was gr8 experience, like it and wish to visit again...😍😋👌

Visited this place for a Sunday brunch, huge space with classy ambiance and decent crowd along with soft music playing at all times. The place over all had a nice, warm and welcoming vibe to it. Coming to the food, we ordered for Bangkok Crispy Chicken, Jalapeno Grilled Chicken, Beetroot Salad, Omelette, Cheese Cigar Rolls, Half n Half Pizza, Mac & Cheese, Crepes, Brownies, Sangria & Beer. It was a brilliant experience with no complaints on the food. Though the service was extremely slow and could be worked further on.

They have a decent sitting area and a very chill atmosphere to just spend some time. We sat outdoors, but were very annoyed by the misquotes as there was no provision to get rid of it, except to have a table fan right on your face.However, the staff was pretty courteous and the atmosphere was pretty chill too. The fresh lime soda and the fries and dip were good too. Their dips definitely are a highlight. But the music got too loud after 8pm, even though it was live music and made it really difficult to have a conversation without shouting on top of our voices, so it definitely wasn’t peaceful even thought the artists were really good.

Went on a Sunday afternoon to relax and enjoy a lovely brunch. The place is nicely made. There were at least 12 severs on the floor at that time, standing right in front of the bar. I dislike the crowding. <br/>Anyway They had a fix brunch menu which I did not opt for, instead went for à la cart. The sangria that I ordered was from brunch menu it seems as it was only orange color meaning a lot of fruit juice and no wine at all, tasted bad. I requested the server to add some wine but he insisted added spirit that too two times. Then I had to cancel it and wanted wine straight up and hence I requested for a wine menu. But the server instead decided to just give me a wine of his choice. Anyway just had it!<br/> the food came in almost after 35 to 40 minutes the food was all right but it seems like it took forever. The taste was decent. I just like the Florentine and butter chicken with paratha.<br/>More than 2 people attended it our table, every time we ordered another 2 people would come ask the same thing... ‘sir another beer?’<br/>Over all id rate this place low cause of the experience. No matter how fancy the place is made up, of you can’t give your customer a good experience over all it all boils down to zero!

I loved the place enough to come again. The service provided always also quite customer friendly.

Great ambience. Generous quantity of food served so don't end up over ordering else you might waste food. Food quality is average to good depending on order. For instance the Thai dishes are better than Chinese. Oriental takes a long time for them to serve. The best part is the live Hindi music which they play on select days. Good talented people come over to sing and entertain the patrons. If you wish to have a conversation then best to avoid outside seating though as the noise pollution will blast your ear drums. They need to tone down the volume a bit and be more concerned about the environment.

Have to remind every order for 2-3 times. Don't know if they even place the order when placed. Kitchen and service is so slow and looks like the whole management staff chef everyone is new and don't know what they are doing.

We had been here on the Valentine's day. The place was decently crowded. We were excited about this place looking at the good ratings on zomato.<br/><br/>We ordered:<br/>1. Jalapeno grilled chicken: The dish served was cold. And did not taste that good.<br/><br/>2. Fish and chips: The fish served with the chips were half cooked. We returned the order and no on came back asking us for the replacement to be ordered<br/><br/>3 chicken stroganoff: Chicken stroganoff was less rice and more gravy. Moreover the gravy did not taste like an Italian sauce but some Chinese gravy.<br/><br/>Adding to this, every order was delivered after a waiting time of minimum 30-45 minutes each order.<br/><br/>If this wasn't enough, they took almost 15-20 minutes to give the bill that too when we got up from.our table and moved to the billing counter.<br/><br/>Highly regret we chose this place amongst the many good places in the vicinity.

The staff is really very courteous. It is one of the few restaurants in the area where you will like almost everything that you order. Definitely a must visit!!

I really hope you make better dishes and revamp your menu. Also a little more courtesy from the waiters would be really appreciated.

The place has an ambience that is sure to take your heart away. Its a great place to dine out with your family or your special one. Must try Mac and cheese pasta and mocktails.

Visited Autumn Bar and Bistro with friends, the bar and restaurant has a light and graceful Ambience with a happening song being played. Hospitality bar and restaurant of the rest was very good. Service was also appreciated. Food was tasty as well. I recommend people to visit this restaurant.With fabulous crowd , best time to visit Saturday night.Overall, an amazing experience.

Went here for a birthday celebration with a couple of my friends. It’s a lovely place and the best part is it is pet friendly. They have indoor as well as outdoor seating. The food quantity and quality is pretty decent. Their cocktails are really good as well. The ambience is pretty and is perfect for a date night as well as for a an outing with friends. I am not sure if there is some kind of astroturfing going on with these reviews, but my experience suffice to say was appalling. I've been logged onto this site since maybe 2013 now? This is the first time I've felt the need to write a scathing review because of utter incompetence of the management and restaurant staff. A friend of mine booked this restaurant for Christmas Eve, we reached there at the expected time. The following are the set of things that happened ad verbatim, first I stood there along with my friends and none of the staff bothered to question us. Second when I went and approached the manager I believe? He asked me to go find some one named XYZ at the booking counter as if I am supposed to know who this person is? aren't you supposed to help me out here? In most restaurants if I asked the manager they would have been sure to escort me themselves to my table or the booking counter. So fine I find this XYZ person who asks me to wait because the tables are occupied, fine we wait. Once the table gets clear there are no chairs to be found. Where are we supposed to sit? I ask the staff, the manager and this XYZ person for chairs and they say they are figuring out and some of the staff were quite aloof at my request for chairs as if its my fault that you guys do not have chairs at your restaurant? then they provide us with chairs and a bar stool. How am I supposed to be seated on a bar stool which is SPECIFICALLY FOR THE BAR! I again ask this XYZ person to help me out here, she tells me there are people who have taken the chairs and are seated at the bar counter. So ask them to forfeit the chairs and ask them to sit on the bar stool instead? You are the staff here, you are supposed to keep in mind if customers are coming then the chairs should have been at their appropriate tables? Why are we being asked to sit on bar stools which is so high and there is no way to even be able to eat. I am asked to wait till these Saudi Crown Princes are seated on the bar counter, once they leave my friend had to drag the chair to the table himself. Also between all this we haven't been served the menu, no one has followed up with us regarding the issue of chair, no one is following up about anything. Now look, I get it. It's Christmas Eve so it is expected that customers are coming in droves and it might be overwhelming for the staff to deal with. BUT THERE WERE HARDLY ANY PEOPLE. Was it packed? sure? packed enough to be unable to manage your customers? NO. I wasted 45 minutes just having to go back and forth for getting a table which I got in some time, but this entire issue with chairs, and the staffs aloofness plus asking us to sit on the bar stool and accommodate as if this is some Udipi Restaurant? and you know what I have seen BETTER SERVICE at an Udipi Restaurant instead, they follow up are quick and have awareness of their customers. This may seem like an incoherent rambling but the service/hospitality was absolutely excruciating not to mention the aloofness and absent mindedness of the staff was also inexcusable based on the fact there weren't enough customers for you to be overwhelmed with in the first place. Me and my friends decided to get up and leave after the fact that even when we were settled no one came up to us and served us menu or followed up. I had booked a table for 3, and when we reached there we waited for half hour but no table were alloted to us. It was understandable that it was christmas but no one came and help us to find our table even manager was rude and arrogant. No staff were helpful there. So after that we decided to leave the hotel and finally we gone to little door which was the best. There the staff helped us a lot and even service was good. So only one thing to say if you want to insult yourself for finding a table even you have done the booking then don't go to this place. As far as food is concern I cannot review about that because we had left the hotel because where service is not better how can we accept that food will be okay. Instead of that find a other good place to spend your time.<br/><br/>Thanks all of you

Extremely poor service, no basics in place for serving people and groups, extremely short staffed and all lost, this is after booking a table 20 days in advance and requesting the manager 5 times personally in 2 hours to make sure just basic cutlery and menus are provided , hopefully you can avoid the place to spare yourself from ruining your evening.

Ambience - 4.5/5<br/>Food - 2.5/5<br/>Service - 2/5<br/>We called for the Al funghi risotto - very average<br/>And Tex Mex fried potatoes - again very average<br/>It took around 30-45 mins for the food to arrive and when it did arrive it was pretty slow.<br/>The service was so slow I think the waiter took to just get us seasonings like oregano and chilli flakes.<br/>All and all it was a very okay place for food, it's a good place if you just want to chill and have a drink.<br/>It was quite a let down after all the good reviews and ratings, don't recommend this for the food at least.

We went here on a Wednesday and the place was packed. There was live Bollywood music and I instantly fell in love with the place. The music along with my Bacardi Limon was an extremely relaxing experience.<br/><br/>Coming to the food, we ordered the following :<br/><br/>Masala Garlic bread - 4/5 This was sooooo good! A different take on the usual garlic bread, it was in the shape of tiny buns and stuffed with tomato and onion masala and cheese.<br/><br/>Baked Keema Pao - 3/5 This was similar to the garlic bread and we regretted ordering this. The taste was good but the similarity to the previous dish made it a disappointment.<br/><br/>Spaghetti Aglio Olio - 5/5 This was the best dish and was amazing. I love aglio olio and it was one of the best I've had. One tip- You should skip this dish if you like your spaghetti extra soft.<br/><br/>All in all, had a great experience here!

We went there when it had newly opened. Hence I don't remember much from the cocktails. <br/><br/>But here is what we had for food.<br/><br/>Watermelon Feta Salad - This had lettuce, Walnuts and balsamic vinaigrette to the watermelon. Really delicious and beautifully plated.Garlic Cheese Pull Apart bread & Pesto Penne which was also very delicious. We finished our meal with Chocolate and Hazelnut Waffle. <br/><br/>Its a beautiful place. We loved it in the daytime as it was naturally lit. Decor is also very aesthetically pleasing. From food to drinks everything was perfect.

The ambiance is great and so is the staff. I ate onion rings and house nachos. Onion rings were great but the dips were served straight out of a veeba box, wish they’d given it a nice twist. House nachos didn’t taste like nachos at all. The sauce and the dressing for fine but the nacho chip had no taste on it.

The place is elegantly done in wood and velvet. The outdoor seating space is an add on bonus in times of pleasant weather. They were hosting a karaoke night when we visited. It simply made the place lively and our experience joyful!<br/><br/>Let's talk service. I'd say the person serving us Mr Gani Warsi was pretty good. Polite, good listener, quick on his feet (I mean literally). The other staff were quite warm. The menu is neat and features Indian, Oriental and Italian flavours and everything from all-day breakfast, sandwiches, burgers to desserts and beverages. Immaculate in presentation and pleasing in flavours is what I would say after relishing my meal. <br/><br/>We started off with a couple of their lsignature in-house cocktail. The green lanten was a strong concoction of rum, kiwi, mint and lemon juice. Especially loved the hint of salt that was on the rim of the glass. The strawberry basil martini with sweet notes was pretty good too! <br/><br/>The deep-fried cheese cigar rolls were perfectly crispy on the outside and gooey inside. It was served along with two mayo-based dips and a salad. Absolutely loved it! The traditional mezze platter consisted of 4 dips (hummus, baba ganoush, tzatziki and tabbouleh). The mini pita bread was grilled and topped with mini falafel. The platter was fresh, wholesome and flavorful. Contemplating between dim sums and spring rolls, we ended up ordering something lighter and not fried which was the baby corn, broccoli and water chestnuts in black pepper sauce. The veggies were perfectly cooked and yet retained their bite making this a really good snack to munch along with the drinks.<br/><br/>For main course, we ordered the cottage cheesesteak. It was perfectly seasoned, soft even after grilling and not rubbery or chewy. The herbed sauteed veggies, basil rice and spicy bbq sauce served along made this a scrumptious dish. We were so full that there was no room for desserts. Everything we ordered looked and tasted good.<br/><br/>I'd say it's very apt for groups of friends or colleagues looking to have a good time. Though recommended for everyone and anyone who wants to fascinate their taste buds.

The place may look small from outside but, they have a huge indoor seating space. The menu is vast from all-day breakfast, appetizers, sandwiches/burgers to Oriental, Italian and Indian delights. We visited on Thursday night and they had lively karaoke going on in the outdoor area. Also, they arrange Sunday brunch. We ordered cheese cigar rolls, traditional mezze platter, baby corn, bell pepper and water chestnuts in black pepper sauce for appetizers. The food came fairly fast and looked good. Everything tasted good as well, but the cigar rolls. Wow! Pleasure in every bite. It was that good. For main course, we wanted to try the thin crust pizza but, the oven was not functioning so, tried the grilled cottage cheesesteak. It was served with sauteed vegetables, basil rice, and a sauce. The sauce was thick and a little spicy for my palate but, it complimented the dish very well. For drinks, we tried their signature in-house cocktails: Green Lanten and Strawberry basil martini. A very good place where you can spend your weekend. Visited here with my friends on week day and we couldn’t feel that its a weekday place was crowded. We really enjoyed there. The Outlet is spaciously designed, and the Ambience exudes a quaint feel!<br/><br/>The Menu has a lot of variety to choose from! There is something for everyone, but I was disappointed, because they only had Three of their Desserts available, even though they have a lot of variety in their Desserts!<br/><br/>The Service Aspect I felt was decent, and the Servers could have been a little more attentive, that is what I personally felt!<br/><br/>From the Starters, we loved their Masala and Cheese Garlic Bread, which had Mini Buns of Bread, generously stuffed with Cheese, Tomato, and Onion! The Bread was baked to perfection, and it was fluffy, and had an amazing softness to it! We loved the flavour in this too! 😋<br/><br/>We also liked their Cheese Cigar Rolls, which had Filo Pastry, which was filled with Mozzarella Cheese, and deep fried! The Rolls were good, but the Cheese could have had a little better seasoning!<br/><br/>We tried the Blue Curacao based Mocktail, which was quite refreshing! We also tried the Kiwi Iced Tea, which was nice too!<br/><br/>For Desserts, there was not a lot of variety to choose from! We had the Choco Nutella Brownie, which I felt, was missing the flavour of Nutella! It was topped off with a little Nutella, and was a little too dry for my liking! The Nutella flavour could be improvised upon in this!<br/><br/>On the Whole, I had huge expectations from this place, because I had heard rave reviews about this place! I and my friend were shopping at a mall nearby and decided to eat around. Via Google we found about this place. It's a stone's throw away from City Mall.
