Beautiful & Colourful ambiance. The food is just delicious and quantity is filling as well. The price is very reasonable for their quality and for the locality they are situated. Staff are polite & friendly. I would definitely recommend their Mee Goreng & Malaysian curry. The taste is just to the point & fab. A definite TRY Again restaurant.

We had a small family gathering to meet and celebrate the Diwali festival and the experience was really good. We had booked the banquet (25-40 people capacity). The entire set-up including the seating, pre set food menu, air conditioning and music was perfect. The staff was very courteous and polite and provided us with the smallest of our request with a smile. Special mention for the lip smacking paneer chilly and hara bhara kebab. Vegetable dum biryani was the best we have had. The best pure vegetarian fine dine option in the entire South Mumbai. The variety of options in pure jain food was mesmerizing. Look forward to more such gatherings here soon !

Writing here after 1st Visit to this place. It's a pure veg restaurant, shrouded in the Colaba / Kala-Ghoda Vicinity. Located very near to the Old Customs House, which is the only landmark for newbies to locate the place. The entrance and main door indeed justify the "Rustico", but it's a different place on the inside. Well maintained cozy place with Greenery influenced interiors, & well placed seating and lighting arrangements. Can definitely visit here for family meals, or with your group of friends/colleagues. The service was quick, staff was helpful for suggesting what we should try out. Only a disappointment that sufficient desserts were not available, had to satisfy ourselves with a brownie with ice cream only. 5/5 on all aspects after the first visit..

Beautiful and vibrant ambience. The seating arrangements were comfortable. The food was best and delicious. Tried Vegetable Crispy in appetizers. Wheat Roti, Butter Naan and Veg Takatak in the main course, everything was good. The staff was courteous and friendly. Service was fast. The rates are reasonable and fair.

This is a very cozy place to chill. I went to this place in the day time and it was a total fun. They have a good 2 floors sitting area. One is on the ground and the 1st floor. - Paid Parking available just outside the restaurant. -Sheesha Available -Service was really good as everything we got served was freshly baked. -Pizza recommended.

We visited this place along with family our kid. Monday blues, the ground floor was empty with only us, guess on first floor they have crowd. The interiors are eye catching and nice. Seating is spacious we had the whole hall to choose our table. We ordered Laksha Soup, had wandered laksha being veg? But it was nice warm and perfect didn't mind it was veg but tasted perfect for winters. We did go for their pizza which was again great in taste and fresh. Our main course was Green Thai curry and rice which was nice perfect in taste. Interesting was the 3 sister drink, non alcoholic which was great though they are doubling the price, it's MRP was 150 and in bill they charged 300, come on.... Overall it was great atmosphere, ambience, service and food.

Nice restaurant with a variety of dishes.. lovely taste & polite service. Ambience & interior is awesome. Pure vegetarian food & mostly many gud options for Jain food. Cousy place with new comfort sittings. 500 - 700 per person on an average basis. Paneer starters are a must try & loaded nachos. A perfect place for a birthday treat or a family program or a get together. Intercontinental, Chinese, Punjabi food all options available for main course. Mocktails were on an average side but deserts are win win ratio out there. So overall experience was happy and kudos for the restaurant . Keep it up u all doing a gud job.

A very nice veg only joint with Asian fusion, Indian fusion and Italian dishes. The ambience is also pretty good. The staff is really good here. The place needs a bit of upkeep but it was designed to have just a bit of the rustic charm. The food is really good and the deserts are really nice and quite creative.

Lovely place, great ambience and delicious food, was extremely spacious and comfortable! The only suggestion I would give is please work on your music also the place isn't that big for such a loud volume, it's a place where I'd love soft music, board games and sheesha! Overall too good

Pathetic service. We had booked this restaurant for Diwali Family lunch on 29th Oct and there wasnt enough staff to serve a group of 40-50 people. When we reached out to the Manager he said that there was one more group booking going on and all his staff was diverted there. The main course was served 25 minws after the plates were kept and the Roti's half cooked. Thoroughly disappointed over-priced, over-rated place. NOT RECOMMENDED

Pav bhaji fondue made the day with Thai green curry rice being exceptional and agent orange was refreshing. Panner lababdar was awesome. Some really good lipsmacking food and great ambience and a good group of friends just makes the day end perfectly. Loved it with friends over dinner there.

Had Fiamma Naanza ....it was yummy...and was suggested to eat paneer sizzler ...it was up to d Mark....getting such variety in Jain food...is rare...would definitely go there again to try more different variety.

The food was good. Service not too shabby. It's a nice big and spacious place so little children can walk around. Tables aren't placed together in a cramped fashion either. Slightly pricey but competitively so. Sizzlers are really good and different. Naanzas weren't all that. Overall, had a good experience. Will visit again for their sizzlers!

Rustico has a good ambience and service too. <br/>There is a sheesha room upstairs and it's very spacious.<br/>We ordered the following:<br/>1) Laksa Soup<br/>This is one of their specialities and I have never had a soup which was so delicious. It was a Thai soup which was prepared in green gravy and had noodles inside too. 4.5/5<br/><br/>2) Pasta <br/>We ordered pasta in red sauce and pesto sauce. Both the pastas tasted great and we're really creamy. 3.5/5<br/><br/>3) Pesto Paneer:<br/>Chunks of paneer were prepared in a tandoor in pesto sauce. Overall a nice happening place suitable for chilling with Friends & Family. The music is bit loud here. Pink Sause pasta & Four season pasta were damn so tasty. Dal khichdi was not up to the mark, so you can skip it. Their is a seperate area where they serve Herbal Sheesha. If you are a sheesha person go for a Magai Salsa Sheesha. Their is a seperate area for family crowd where they don't serve Sheesha.Overall Rustico is worth visiting.👍

Rustico is one of the famous outlet in town. Although they serve only veg but their variety & quality of food is too good. Devil fries is famous & a must try! We tried paneer makhanwala & it was one of the finest makhanwala I have ever tried! Creamy as it could be.<br/>We also tried ferrero rocher shake & it tasted yumm!<br/>The only thing I didn't like is there was a fly around our table which was sitting on our food too!<br/>Still I would recommed & will visit this place again..

I hate this place. I had hukkah and they were not even changing the coal, we ordered mango smoothie and there was no mango in it. It was made of pure honey. I don’t recommend this place.

We went on a Friday evening...and did a pre booking so no issues faced, els the place gets really crowded and you might have to wait a bit. But I guess it's definitely worth the wait coz the food served here is utterly delicious. Must try recommendation is "Penne Mama Rosso Pasta" and sizzlers as per your choice 😋 with your favorite smoothie.

Ambience is good, Service best, Food tasty.<br/>We had gone over here 2 weeks back. It has many dishes that can be made with jain preparations. We ordered w dishes -<br/>1. Loaded Nachos - it was very tasty, had beans, salsa sauce, cheese. Only feedback is as the cheese is hot so the base layered nachos get loose the crispness. So it becomes totally soft on eating. Recommendation is to have the beans, sauces, cheese content in the middle of the dish and let that be surrounded by nachos presented vertically. Imagine a standing castle from all sides and in middle we have the content. This way most of the outer layer nachos will remain crisp to eat. Anyways full marks for the taste.<br/>2. Penne Mama Rosso pasta - this was good in taste , had brocolli, cheese, bread etc.<br/>Definitely recommended for all those who love Italian food and specially craving g of yummy jain food.

Rustico<br/><br/>I visited this place in Fort area today with my Friends for Diwali Lunch. It's a nice cosy place with fancy Decor and comfortable seating area.<br/><br/>We tried a variety of options from their Menu. They have a nice combination of Indian and Continental Menu. I Ioved the Pav Bhaji Fondue as well as Cheese Fondue. Also the Veg Seekh Kebabs were good. I also liked the Exotic Veg Biryani which was made using healthy vegetables.<br/><br/>We ordered the Cheese Onion Rings which were not upto the mark. They had a lot of filling of Big Onions as well as Bread Crumbs and very less Cheese. I was disappointed by this dish. Rustico is a very nice place located in the Fort area. I visited for Lunch with my friends and had a nice time. I loved their Fondues especially the Pav Bhaji Fondue. Also the Exotic Veg Biryani is good. It's made with healthy vegetables. Overall it was nice place to dine at.

It is an awesome place to visit... Reopened after maintenance and better than it was previously... Suitable for both family and friends... Food is very awesome and have a great variety too... A vegetarian delight... On top of the that the service they provide and staff is very polite and soft spoken... A must visit place...

Sheesha is amazing!

Worst experience ever I had... All the way from Andheri, I travelled to come here and this Zomato accepted my table reservation.. When I arrived, it was under maintenance... So I just can't understand how can they do like this and trouble any1? I think, you'll should update that it is temporarily closed and not harass any1 like this in future..<br/>

Very disappointed! The staff was not attentive! Food was very okayish! They were very reluctant for us to even go and see the restaurant. They didn't let us go to the 1st floor where as they let others go saying that they were the owner's family! Very bad customer relation.

Rustico is an average multi- cuisine restaurant near Lion gate - Fort. The food is 'edible only' quality since the food flavors do not blend properly.<br/><br/>Ka Ching Quotient: We paid 1800 INR for a meal for 2 (without drinks) and found it expensive with low money value.<br/><br/>What we liked: The Tex Mex sizzler was our rescue champion considering the disappointment with other tasteless dishes.<br/><br/>What we didn't like : Entire Chinese and Oriental cuisine (and some more food items) wasnt available on a Sunday night.<br/><br/>Gourmet Jodi reccomends: Their Hazelnut Pot to lift your mood after the average flavor food. Though the service was quick, but all the dishes we ordered were tasteless.. such as fried rice, Manchurian, chilli pepper paneer, garden fresh nanza, penne mama roso etc. We were seated on the first floor and had to wait quite sometime for ordering food, asking for glasses, extra spoon, etc as the waiter wasn't available.<br/>We found the food to be tasteless and averagely hot.<br/>Will not recommend this place to anyone!

Extremely bad service! They will take hours and days to deliver.. So much of noise around.. Avoid in all possible ways, unless you have all the day to sit and wait for your food..

Half of the items on the menu were not available on the day we went. We had selected this place specifically for it's menu. When we asked about the dishes half of them were not available. We had to leave without having a full proper meal.

We had an oriental sizzler and my parents loved it. The food was good. Didn’t expect it. The ambience could be better. The service was decent too ! Although we went at 7 and half of the items on the menu weren’t available. So let’s hope I get to try it next time.

Was very much excited to visit the restaurant after reading reviews on zomato. But returned disappointed.<br/>Yes I went late so many of the dishes were not available. Ordered a Tex Mex sizzler and it was bad. Rice was cold on it. Cheesy alfredado was worst of all. The garlic bread served with that was not even toasted , it was plain white salty bread. Penne was undercooked. There was no taste in the pasta. I literally had to put salt pepper oregano and chilli flakes to make it a bit palatable.

Horrible Experience at Rustico<br/>1. I booked a table for 4 people through dineout by paying Rs237 and when I reach there they inform us that they have only continental cuisine for the day. They did not even feel responsible enough to inform us in advance even though we had booked the table. Their reasons for not serving other cuisines were also not very stupid and convincing.<br/>2. The quality of food was terrible. We ordered a cottage cheese sizzler and they served it with tomoto ketchup.<br/>3. We ordered quesdiallias and we found a mosquito on the plate. I really doubt their kitchen hygiene.<br/>4. Staff service was very poor<br/>5. Food presentation was very very bad.<br/><br/>This place doesn't feel worth my money at all! Would never recommend to visit.

Had been to this place to celebrate with friends but the place disappointed us on every aspect.<br/>The place mentions to be serving multi cuisines like chinese, North Indian, continental but suddenly they had decided of only serving Continental food for reasons best known to them. Sizzlers did not have French fries (would have carried ourselves had we known earlier) <br/>Limited stuff and with no good options.<br/>Plus they had discount offers running which was not given to us and when questioned about it the staff bluntly said we should have reminded them by showing credit card. Not sure how is customer expected to know about offers run at the outlet and inspite of making card payment if a person cannot read then not sure what more can one expect.<br/>Overall experience is this place actually caters only on their terms and conditions so not really worth visiting. Food quality also was average hence really a big no for food lovers.

Dish was stuffed paneer coated with bread crumbs and shallow fried. Served with cheesy sauce on top. Frankly speaking, it was not that good in taste. Recommended if you are paneer lover.<br/><br/>DIY oriental sizzler: With soya chilly sauce. This is highly recommended. Great in taste; well prepared and with exact quantity for two people. Had an average experience here. The food here is just fine. The pav bhaji fondue is something that I would never want to try again. Apart from that their manchow soup and sizzlers were yum. I also liked how quirky their cutlery is. Their services and the ambience is also average.

We mainly went to this place for Hookah which was decent. The ambience is a bit rustic as the name but looked unclean and much shady. We loved the food though, especially the mexican french fries!!

I used to see this restaurant with pretty blue door, so one afternoon i decided to have lunch over here. There was no one, all waiters were sitting and watching cricket match on tv. So when i entered thr was hussle and they scattered away. Lets talk about food. So i ordered tom yum soup which they refused. It wasnt available. So insted they suggested lemon coriender soup. The soup was decent.<br/>For main course staff suggested penne mama rosso, penne in pink sauce. Since i was alone couldn't order more dishes. The quantity of dishes was good. However they could work more on quality. The sauce was okayish, there was room for improvement in taste department.<br/>Overall its not value for money.

Even though Zomato marked this as open from 9am to 3am. However upon arriving at 4pm, we learnt much to our dismay that it was closed causing us a lot of inconvenience and embarrassment.

Rustico is a Multi cuisine Restaurant located at fort. Next to Lion Gate as well as very close to Bombay stock exchange. They have Authentic Mexican food continental food and Indian food as well. I have been to Gate way of India with my family during Diwali holiday eve. My family love their food so decided to go there.<br/><br/>Start with the Nachos and salsa :- it was a huge quantities and top with melting cheese and salsa. It is located in Fort, walkable from railway Station also easily accessible from road.<br/><br/>We had rumali cheese papad and loaded nachos both were nice. Also the the refreshments served here I found very unique and serve in a different way. We tried Agent Orange and Watermelon mojito.<br/><br/>Then we had great Indian sizzler and pasta creama de pesto for main course. Both were tasty and yummy.<br/><br/>Then we tried their Hazel nut pot desert. And the unique screw driver spoon 🥄 for dessert..<br/><br/>Very nice and good quality food.

Place is quite silent.Best place to visit with family as well friends.staff is courteous.only vegetarian food is available which i found too delicious.mocktails are also amazing in taste with nice look.

Mohito with a watermelon. Great taste.<br/><br/>Agent orange : orange taste with too many apples.<br/><br/>Curry leaves and starannise: I m a iced tea lover. This was something unique which I never had before.<br/><br/>Rumali cheese papad : Rumali papad with lots of cheese in it.<br/><br/>Maggi cheese balls: Maggi in Balls. Horrible experience....dawn of the era rustico..that earlier quality is extinct..chatni was stale, oreo shake was just thin milk with one oreo on top. Not coming again.

"Rustico fort" is such a beautiful place to visit with your friends,family and also for parties. specially it serves multi cuisine dishes vegetarian only. It was my first restaurant in fort and my experience was amazing. This place is also having personal dining room for 8-10 people, you just have to pre-bool it.<br/>Talking about food was awesome, fresh and too yummy.<br/>In mocktails we had🍻:<br/>Watermelon kiwi blast, watermelon mojito, agent orange, ginger pear martini, curry leaves and starannise. Iliked the watermelon mojito. It was different from other types of mojito. It was having crushed watermelon and mint with lemon. These paste was mixed in lime soda. And other were also good. Ginger pear martini was served in a unique way. The glass was like of coconut shell.<br/>In Appetizers we had🍝:<br/>Pani puri shots, pav bhaji tostadas, loaded nachos and maggi cheese balls. Maggi cheese balls and pani puri shots were too good. Pani puri shots were too great the sweety and tangy taste of pani was nice. And we had a Rumali cheese papad I never had these one in my life, its base was too thin nd crispy .<br/>In mains we had🥘:<br/>DIY oritental express sizzler and pasta crema di pesto. Located in the top notch lane of fort...sufficient parking...this place is easily approachable.<br/><br/>Visited Rustico...jus lik tat...evening snack time...<br/><br/>Staff was lazing around and gearing energy for the hectic evening ahead...<br/>Being odd timings they greeted us well...based on timings only Chinese kitchen was open tat moment...so we order man-chow soup with Malaysian noodles...<br/>Taste was bang on...frankly speaking ...I liked it..more than a speciality restaurant.<br/><br/>Will definitely come back for full meal experience 👍

The food served here is very innovative..I loved their masala papad and Great Indian Sizzler and would like to try more of their experiments with food that they have on menu!

SHOCKINGLY HORRIBLE !!!!  The staff is terrible.  The place is even worse.  The restaurant is not able to serve more than half the things on the Menu, from the other half they served below average food. only the ambience is good rest ALL is CRAP.

Worst place. We went at 1.15 pm for lunch and they say we dont have anything ready 15 minutes after taking the order. The staff is terrible especially Dinesh Singh.<br/>

Why are we giving just a couple of stars? Following are the reasons:<br/>1. We booked a table via Zomato and when we reached they said they are not taking any pre bookings. We waited for 15 mins before we got a table.<br/>2. It was a busy night, hence we understand reasons for slow service etc so for this review that is not taken into consideration while giving the rating.<br/>3. We had specifically given instructions that we want less to zero spicy food. When we received our starter it is loaded with the normal amount of red chilies. When confronted he said he had told the kitchen.<br/>4. We had ordered mock tails and the person waiting on us forgot to give the order at the bar. Drink enters 15-18 mins later.<br/>5. We took sometime to order Indian main course because we wanted to ensure the food is not spicy at all. Outcome remains the same when the food comes its actually extra spicy! The waiter says sir I told the kitchen but what do I do if they don’t remember or listen (personally found this excuse very hilarious)<br/>6. Wait we ordered masala papad roasted, where is that? The waiter says I forgot to order it oops and 5 mins later comes in a fried masala papad. We cancelled it.<br/>7. The worst surprise comes later while paying the bill. We are not taking credit cards today! Dude why don’t you tell us while we were waiting. Luckily had some cash on me and dint have to go around hunting for an ATM! <br/><br/>Possibly we selected to visit the place on the wrong day. Hope you have a better experience!

It seems like a mis match - door color and decor at the entrance versus the furniture. But is quite cozy in feel.<br/><br/>Had crispy corn (6/ 10), american nanzas (4.5/ 10), pani puri shots (6.5/ 10). Tandoor wasnt working that day so couldnt try grilled items. Special stir fry was yummy (8.5/10).<br/><br/>Colleagues loved hazel nut pot as well (5.5/10).<br/><br/>Service is ( 5 /10). Looking forward to visit again.

The food was amazing here.. Pesto Paneer in veg starters was the kick.. Malaysian noodles was a new thing I tried there.. Overall Rustico is quite a good place to chill.

Not worth the price. It's absolutely no value for money they charge- be it ambience or the food. We had Italian as well as Chinese.. Italian had less of cheese. Chinese sizzler was the best part. Panner chilly was fried panneer with no taste of the sauces.<br/>Would recommend to avoid

As the name suggests Rustico they tried to give it a rustic look. Located on the main road easy to locate they have valet parking available. We tried Great Indian sizzler as there was much hype about it but it was satisfactory if not great. Agent Orange (Mocktail)was something to talk about other than the presentation of the dishes. Overall good service nice ambience and good location

Had a lunch with office colleagues at Rustico. A decent outlet for veg food, with different varities from north indian to continental.<br/><br/>The ambience is simple and sweet. The glasses they serve water are unique and colourful. We ordered the mexican quesadillas, paneer angara, garden fresh naanza and great indian sizzler. The food was not very outstanding but good. Specially the quesadillas. <br/><br/>Also the sizzlers though not spicy but was tasty.<br/><br/>Finally we had the sizzling walnut brownie.. <br/><br/>The service was quick , staff was courteous. <br/><br/>Nice experience!!

I was amazed after knowing that this restaurant is a 100% vegetarian outlet because it doesn't look like one. The exterior of the place is pretty amazing and they have tried to give a rustic look to the restaurant from outside as well as inside. The blue theme from the outside is extremely eye catching and will surely make you hop-in the restaurant.<br/>The service is pretty amazing and fast and the food served is hot and smells fresh. The restaurant gives you a feel of a lounge but they don't even serve alcohol out here though they have some amazing amazing mocktails that can surely blow your mind away. <br/>Now lets talk about the dishes that me and my friends ordered so start with we had some refreshments like "Watermelon Kiwi Blast, Kitkat Shake & plum Mini cooler"- let me tell you guys the drinks were quite refreshing and extremely delicious so do try it out.<br/>Further in starters we ordered some "Paneer Hajarvi kebabs(must try dish), Tandoori Broccoli & Maggie Cheese Balls"- all of them are my favorite but one dish that i tried for the first time was Maggi cheese balls and damn it was crispy from the outside and very tender and cheesy from the inside so it's a must try dish.<br/>And in the Mains we had "Great Indian Sizzler & Penne Pasta in Pesto Sauce"- let me tell you this is one of the best places where I was served with a perfect pesto pasta and no doubt the sizzler was mouth watering too.<br/><br/>At last to put a sweet end to our meal we had "Hot Sizzling Walnut Brownie & Caramel Custard Nitrified"- the caramel custard tasted like panna-cotta and the best part was that it wasn't too sweet and yes sizzling brownie is a must so we ordered it by default.<br/><br/>Overall my experience was absolutely fantastic, even after being a hardcore non vegetarian I totally enjoyed this pure vegetarian restaurant to the fullest with my friends and would ask you to try this restaurant for sure. Staff is very polite and quick. The food was served hot. Coming to ambiance, they have 2 sections on 2 floors, one with sheesha on upper deck and another at basement for only food. I liked the decors and lights in the place. Also the glasses which was served.<br/><br/>Food and drinks:<br/><br/>Food here is excellent. We tried spring rolls and couple other starters. Portions are also in ample amount. Mocktails also were average in taste. But the way it was served was unique. They served lemonade in light bulb shaped glass/container. They also serve Jain food. For main course, we had sizzlers, perfect and yummy.<br/><br/>Overall:<br/><br/>Best place for pure vegetarians with variety of food.

Honestly, very very average food. If the staff had better attitude I would not have posted this review. But bad food and an even worse attitude is what makes this place a must-not visit.

The place is great, may be you’ll find the ambience as Indian restaurant type but the food is a perfect combination of all the ingredients. Not an inch more or less, just perfect. Going with your better-half? Must try the hazel-nut chocolate dessert, it’s a perfect end to your meal.
