Location - It is located at the bottom floor of the rcity mall . I tried . Cafe Frappe (4/5) - The taste was pretty refreshing. I liked the taste . Choco Belgian shot (5/5) - The taste was blast of chocolate in my mouth😍😋 . *Highly recommended ☝ . Classic strawberry (3.5/5) - The taste was pretty decent . Cocoa cookie (4/5) - The taste was chocolaty and I liked the taste 😋 . Kesar delight (3.5/5) - It had a pretty decent taste. . Overall rating Food - 4/5 Ambience - 4/5 Service - 4/5 Presentation - 4/5 . But I think every dish here is so overpriced

Coffee has always tatsted great at CCD. Specially Americano or Espresso for pure coffee lovers. There are some cold coffees unique to CCD like Devils Own, Kappi Nirvana.

Visiting R City Mall at Ghatkopar is an experience in itself. This CCD outlet located on the ground floor of R City Mall, is among the better ones as far as CCDs are concerned. The location for one. Then the layout. There is this huge, spacious courtyard inside the Mall, with ample space to walk. This particular CCD offers a better menu than most CCDs that I have visited in Mumbai. I ordered Paneer Pizza which was served hot, and was about okay, but nothing great. But the Assam tea I ordered, was served without any sugar sachets! Which surprised me quite a bit. I have been unable to quite understand why they have to play loud music inside CCDs. After all, CCDs are not only for casual dining, or "meeting over coffee" as the company's tagline goes "A lot can happen over coffee". I know it for a fact that a huge number of business meetings take place inside CCDs. I have held quite a few of my business meetings in CCDs across Mumbai and Thane. Even my visit to the CCD yesterday, was for a business meeting only. In fact, on account of the loud music, we decided to shift from inside the cafe to the tables and chairs right outside. And guess what, to ensure that guests do not "miss" the noise inside, the cafe had put up speakers outside too! And they continued to blare music. So, moving out served no purpose at all. Seriously? Service was a bit of an issue, with the staff not cleaning our table for the plates and leftovers. I had to ask the staff to remove the plates. Overall, a good outlet inside a great mall.

Whenever i get time to talk about intresting topic I preferred Cafe coffee day for meeting, I went with my friend for gup-shup and we had a wonderful experience over here we got a new thing from this Cafe there service is wonderfully wonderful and I'm very excite to see power bank facility they given to there customers my mobile battery was about to drain and I was worried about charging they kept a SPYKKE power bank machine in there Cafe you just need to scan barcode and the power bank will come out you can enjoy seamless charging experience over the table or you can go anywhere..

Cafe Coffee Day is an amazing place to have coffee and do your work peacefully. The place is very elegant and peaceful. Vanilla cappuccino tastes really good, cheese garlic bread is amazing, must try crackling brownie and chocolate chip cookies. Overall environment is great and the hygiene is well maintained

The best place to grad a fulfilling bite in this expensive Mall is CCD. I usually havd crunchy frappie with vanilla ice-cream but this time along with crunchy frappie I also had samosa since I wanted to eat something. Samosa is also served hot along with tomato ketchup 🍅 It was an good food experience.

Cafe Coffee Day has many different outlets in mumbai out of which i visited the one in R City Mall, Ghatkopar West. It has always been a good option to visit and spend some good time with our closed ones. The service was also good and Quick and the staffs were friendly nature. A good coffee place is something coffee lovers always search for. And this place is the best for all coffee lovers. The aroma as you pass the shop is tempting enough to drag you inside Also the ambience and the variety of dishes both beverages and food are great.. We tried *hot chocolate* which was hot, chocolatey and yum.. We also tried *devil's own* which was a thick shake of chocolate with chocolate ice cream and it was very creamy and refreshing. Also recommend is the *hazelnut frappe* which was a great blend of hazelnut and milk and thickness of vanilla ice cream. Always been a big fan of their cappuccino which is so foamy and delicious.

Café Coffee Day is, so to say, a go-to coffee place for most of us considering it's the most reasonable compared to other coffee shops. My complaint, however, is (hot) coffee being served in take-away paper cups instead of the regular mugs when I've chosen to sit there and sip on my coffee, which is what happened at this outlet. No excuse is good enough, not even not having sufficient cups. Nevertheless, the coffee was good.

So I was at R-city and was hoping to grab a quick snack on a quiet Wednesday evening. The place was kind of ok, the ambience being not very impressive. I ordered a Roasted Chicken n Cheese Sandwich and a Devil's Own to go with it. While the sandwich turned out really nice (since I was to eat it alone, I found the portions sufficient for myself, plus it tasted good), the coffee was kind of average. I had them add chocolate ice-cream to my coffee, so maybe that kind of added a new dimension to the taste. Though not highly recommended, both the sandwich and coffee were enjoyable. The only let down was the price, I had to pay 430 bucks for the complete meal which is kind of expensive. Otherwise I had a nice time...

A very generic CCD that even the term generic sounds so. It can be a bit hot if the AC isn't working too well in the mall. Since it is open to the mall without any glass enclosure, the noise levels can be high. The coffee is your regular dose coffee but they can spoil it up a little as I experienced. The coffee was too dark for my taste. Since it is in a busy establishment, it is mostly crowded.

I had been to CCD rcity which is in on ground floor.i was with my friend.it was monday.I ordered classic combo n coffee latter.The printed bill which I got of rs 304 n the amount deducted by my card was 317. I asked concern fellow about this.She said dat printer is not working properly. She was nt able to clear my doubt. She was behaving rudely too.All I wanted to know dat why both amount are not same. This CCD in the courtyard has an inside as well as outer seating. It was half empty on New Years eve. Tried the Irish cappuccino. It was a good with subtle Irish flavor. Do try out this flavor if you love coffee...

Owning to a fact that there are more then a hundred Cafe Coffee Day outlets in Mumbai, and they open up like any where they find vacant space, I loved this small and cute outlet. On the third floor of 'Pride of Ghatkopar'- R-city mall, opposite the noisy and crowded Food Court, this little outlet is situated at the perfect spot. With cozy furniture, great music, good interiors and acceptable service, this place get on the top of the "Affordable places for a date" list. I got a voucher form Crownit, so I visited this place with my foodie partner and girlfriend to try something(for free!). I settled for a King size Vanilla Latte. The froth was nice and creamy, the rest tasted good enough. I didnt try any eatbles in here, but based on my past expriences I can surly say that its good you stick to bevrages in here. Try on the new shakes they have introduced. Great cozy place for a date or a casual meeting. Great coffee served. Happy Burping.

Whenever i need a caffeine therapy when i am in the mall i always end up here because somehow this place isn't overly crowded and can spend some time alone (thinking which shop to go next, alright jokes apart) This actually is the only outlet i have liked so far where not only the service is better but also the staff is good and friendly. They also have a small outlet near the food court, avoid that as the staff is pathetically rude. Outta all the stuff i end up ordering only Hazelnut coffee and carrot cake, sucker for them. Also had tried Tiramisu the other day, well i guess this particular flavour doesn't suit my palate at all so didn't like the drink as well.

It's been quite long since we last visited a CCD outlet so the buzzing decor took us by surprise. This one's on the ground floor at R City and it's got an ambience to match the Starbucks near by. The coffee is standard though. Major rework needed there. The crunchy frappe which is an oreo based beverage was good but then it's hard to go wrong with oreo and cream, isn't it? The staff is helpful. CCD seems to be creeping back in business buds!

Located on 3rd floor . very small, hardly there are 3-4 tables. Went in to try their summer coolers 1) Green appIe 2) watermelon and lychee Both were so refeshing. Definitely a saviour in this heat and perfect to get rid of thirst.

So it's the second time and they're accepting only cash. I'd rate it well on ambiance and setting. Coffee quality is standard. Been to many other CCDs. The food quality aka Burger is not upto the mark of other places. The crowd is a mixed blend with mostly youngsters so it is undoubtedly pretty jovial and boisterous in here all the time. Decidedly not happy, nor unhappy. Netural experience.

But it is less crowded so u can enjoy ur company with ur partner😉 We ordered Mango shots and Choco Belgium shots..ya it was good But Café Frappé and Hazelnut Latté both were okishhh.!! It is just like any other CCD joints. I visited this place with my friends and was surprised to find that most of the quick bite items were not available. The service and ambience are certainly good. But if you want to have something, and it is not available to be served, then the purpose of visiting the cafe is dissolved.

Well it is CCD. People who like the coffees here will like it anyway. Standard quality of coffee and pastries. Just don't try the sandwiches/burgers as the quality is very uneven about that! Try Cafe Frappe, Choco Frappe and Devil's own. Also make sure to ask them to put in less ice or you will get a brain freeze! More than anything,this is a place to sit and relax with friends. Staff also lets everyone chill till it is real rush time and they have many people waiting,then they will scoot you out,otherwise no issues :D

It is really hard to write a review for the joints, which are famous and present almost everywhere you go. CCD is one of them and I must say that they have created quite a niche for them, I still remember my first visit to a CCD joint in Assam. And I really did not like the way they have presented it, but looking at them now is a complete change. They have traveled a long way to build their brand power and that can be seen in each and every joint of theirs. Not more to write, they are good and I only had some issues with their sitting here as it was fully packed and there are very little space to move actually.

I love love love the dark passion from here. The coffee could have been better though. But it is a cool place to hangout and grab a coffee as it has multiple outlets across the city. The service is good too and seating is also very comfortable. The ambience steals the show here love the lights (pictures come extraordinary). They need to improve their tatse though as giants like starbucks give much better taste at an almost similar price. Definately order dark passion and devil's own. Avoid fruit based shakes. One of the better and more polished Cafe Coffee Day outlets. The good part is that its new. So new interiors, new seating arrangements, new new new. Staff is new as well. They really are managing the entire outlet really well. And its in a mall so cleanliness is no bar. Its a benchmark by default. It can easily be spotted due to it's location. Food wise its average. Like every other CCD outlet. Coffees are okay okay too. Price is competitive.

This one is a tad better than the CCD outlet on the LBS road in Godrej campus They have really limited seating and most of the times (especially weekends) it gets so crowded that the ac's cooling is not enough Rest food is as per their standard menu, service is below average (they'll just rinse spoons that others have used and serve you the wet spoon, so keep an eye for that) and seating isn't comfortable So not the coffee shops where you would take your date to, of course, if you dont want to dump her.... ;)
