I recently visited Chocolate Heaven Cafe and had an overall average experience. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, with comfortable seating and a warm ambiance. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the service was efficient. As for the food, the cafe certainly lives up to its name when it comes to chocolate! The desserts were delicious and decadent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. However, the savory food options were somewhat lacking in comparison. The sandwiches and salads were okay, but nothing particularly outstanding. The prices were reasonable for the quality of food and service provided. The cafe was also clean and well-maintained.

Good place to chill and enjoy couple of drinks and some food. Drinks we ordered: Snickers shake (good) Passion fruit mojito (good) Strawberry iced tea (good) Hazelnut coffee (this was bad) For food we ordered Mexican tartlet and four cheese pasta. And, oh my God, both the items were amazing. Very highly recommend these two dishes. The place is small but has a nice and cozy ambience.

The chocolate Heaven. As the word say heaven. This place is heaven for cheese. The place never disappoints me. Everything from the menu is just great. My favourite is the cheese pull over bread and sun dried pizza. That pull over bread is the best of best. The cheese filling it has it just amazing. I loved the hygiene of the place. It's all clean and the presentation of the food was also ✔️✔️✔️.

This is a similar outlet as the chocolate room, the ambience was good it was small but a unique hotel as the sittings were too unique with different types of chairs and tables... The food we ordered was something different from a normal chocolate cafe. Just the service provided to us was not so good. They took a lot of time to prepare the dish and which is not a good sign... Excluding all this the taste and the ambience was better...

It is surely India's Ultimate Chocolate Cafe! I have had Pizzas at so many different places and this one surely was different. Tried the Pav Bhaji Pizza on a thin base and loaded with cheese. The layer had delicious bhaji and was served with small breads fried in butter. The combination was amazing. Tried the Ferrero Rocher Shake which was again worth it. Refreshing and sweet to perfection. Also, tried the Kitkat Waffles here served with icecream. The waffles were delicious and soft and loaded with chocolate. Just a suggestion do add some Kitkat sticks to it for garnishing. Would love to point out that their icecream was good and didn't melt away. So +1 for that. The interiors are amazing. One side they have swings attached which really felt good. I would surely recommend this place to hang out with your friends. Staff is quite friendly and good service.

Visited The Chocolate Heaven for the first time, It's located in a prime location between Sivaji Park and Hinduja Hospital. Even of Monday evening the place was almost full. They have some nice decoration and comfortable seating arrangements which includes rolling sofas, Swinging tables etc. We started with few drinks "Passion Fruit Mojito" & "Almond Frappe". Mojito was refreshing and Almond frappe was perfectly sweet. In food we ordered "Vegetable Tartlets" and "Chilli Garlic Potato Pops". Both were awesome in taste and the dip that came with Potato Pops was one of the best i had. Vegetable Tartlets is a 4 pieces of Tartlets filled with capsicum, onion, Tomatoes and Corn and is topped with a lot of cheese. Loved this one and tart-lets are also big compared to i had earlier at other places. Next thing we ordered was "Chocolate Sandwich" which was in my list for the long time, Luckily today i was with a person who said yes to order that. I tried this for the first time and fell in love with this. So next time even if i don't have company to share i can order that now :P. They serve dark chocolate dip with this one which is also good, But i loved the taste of it without dip. Now we were confused between Pasta and Pizza, So decided on "Pizza Arrabiata". It's a Pizza loaded with Pasta with Arrabiata Sauce, Capsicum and loads of cheese. The crust is between thin and Medium, Not very much heavy on stomach. Pasta was awesome in taste so if you want to avoid bread, Go for this Pasta. Wanted to try their waffles but we both were quite full after this, So decided to have Chocolate Shake to end the evening with some more chocolate. Shake is loaded with lots of cream and served with couple of pieces of waffle as well. The presentation is quite tempting and mouth watering, A very good shake. Overall loved everything i had here and the overall setup and music makes you fell in love with this place. It sure did to me. Staff is very friendly and food is prepared well in time as well. And taste was perfect in each and every one item we tried.

Every street has a cafe nowadays so it's getting too common. Infact most of them are similar in taste & menu. But this cafe stands out among all like they have unique variety in their desserts & shakes. Which is probably the best i have ever had in recent times. Ambience is pretty beautiful as some of the chairs are replaced with swing seat which is nice. Staff is very polite & service is also fast. Here is the list of items which I had :- *Chocolate avalanche :- 2 ice-cream sundae presented in boat like structure. Taste was nice & quantity was also awesome. *Baked hot chocolate :- This is the most camera friendly dish. Taste was also nice with whip cream on the top server in a cup of coffee,this is too sweet. *Chilli garlic potato :- excellent in taste, little bit of expensive but quality & quantity is great. *Cheese fondue :- You have to select 4 toppings out-of 5. Don't go for vegetables instead go for garlic pops. *Watermelon mojito :- It was perfect as many cafe failed to make this drink because they tend to make it more sweet but here it was perfect. *kiwi margarita :- Average drink only problem was it was little extra sweet. Overall good cafe for the one who have sweet tooth. Ambience is beautiful, price is also nice according to its quality & the quantity. Must visit this outlet to experience some variety in chocolate.

Best place to chill with friends. Interior design is soo good quality of food is also good. If you love cheese then you should must try 4 cheese pizza as well as mac and cheese.

This restaurant is located at a very easily accessible place in Mahim. the service of staff was really good and quick. Ambience of restaurant is good, though the free space is not much inside. All the seats are placed very closely. Now come to food- Taste - 8/10, it's authentic . Portion - 9/10 Temperature - 9/10 Price - 7/10, lil overpriced. I will highly recommend this restaurant.

THE MOST DISGUSTING BLOOMING BREAD EVER! Where do I start from? It was stale, fermented, cheese was frozen and reheated by microwaving it. Salsa sauce was the most disgusting of all in dark brown color and rotten tasting!! Chocolate Heaven is like real heaven for the chocolate lovers. The Chocolate Heaven is a small cafe situated near Shivaji Park which has a good vibe and a very cute interior.The ambience is homely with good music playing along, one where you can just sit with your friends and chill.We ordered The Nutella Pancake with chocolate ice-cream which was to die for . The pancakes were soft and decadent . Trust me after eating this you will get a warm feeling as if someone has given a very big warm hug! The waffles , what should we say. They are perfect and they taste delicious!We also tried their blooming bread and paneer capsicum pizza. They were so yummy.

All the three were too good. <br/>One can also have some sandwiches, pizzas and pastas here. <br/>Place has a very nice ambience and the service is also good. Bit expensive..go with zomato gold.

After dinner at adjacent Chinese restaurant we headed here for some desserts and save some bucks using Zomato gold. We ordered for Sizzling brownie and a Strawberry Sundae. The Sizzling brownie was same with nothing new or different and the hot chocolate been pored inside kitchen itself and not live. Strawberry Sundae was something they tried to recreate the Mahabaleshwar Mapro experience which was good for now but could have bee better. the presentation for sundae was awesome for instapic but portion was small. They have a pretty nice ambience, although you need to burn a hole into your pockets if you want to visit this place.<br/>On average a single dish cost about 250 INR with meager quantity.<br/>The food tastes nice but if you're on budget you can totally avoid this place and keep for special occasion only.<br/>I went when they were accepting Zomato Gold membership, thus saved few bucks.<br/>The service is above average.

The peri peri French fries had a low quality and awful tasting masala added to it.. With a dip whose flavor we couldn't figure out..the wrap v ordered had kadhai paneer gravy but again the taste was not at all upto the mark.. With an orange tasteless dip..the only silver lining being v were able to avail Zomato gold offer on this.. Request the owners to take this as a constructive criticism... Nothing personal bro!

Zomato asks the reviewer to be polite. I am sorry, this time around I can't. So we get to this place, inform the steward that we have a zomato gold 1+1 on food. The steward says ok, but does not note down my zomato unlock id. After our meal, we ask for the bill, and I remind him that he did not note down my unlock id......and now he refused to accept my zomato unlock id saying that the unlock id has to be produced before the service commences....to which I reminded him that u had informed him about me being a good member....but that part was conveniently ignored. In any case how does it matter if the unlock is done before or during or after the meal. I have unlocked gold so many times after the meal was completed. Never ever have I faced this kind of technical harrasment. It seems like the chocolate heaven guys are not comfortable dishing out 1+1 on food and are looking for technical excuses to deny zomato gold members their unlock offers on technical grounds. The steward, the manager, and the guy I spoke with on the phone who was I guess their senior....all three were as rude as rude can be.....was made to feel like a petty criminal. Never ever stepping foot in a place which does not respect the customer. Always thought customer is King.

I have being visiting this place many times had good food before but recently twice had very bad experience, the quality of food has changed once I had problem with quantity they were giving before and today I order choclate avalanche it was totally burnt taste and so I called the staff so he said all choclate items have problem the choclate is burnt when the staff itself says cancel your order as our material is bad I had also order pan cake he said u may cancel that too. The 3 staff present didn't have any answer and I had to leave with my friends. If they don't have good food to serve then why they had kept in their menu.

Near to my place. I ordered chilli cheese sandwich which was perfect for my taste bud and then I ordered pav bhaji which was not pleasing, it was okish.<br/>The ambience of the place is quiet good, worth a visit.

I visited this place with my friend to have a good time. I ordered Chilly cheese Sandwich, Nachos and Double delight pancake.<br/><br/>Nachos Grande were horrible. Sandwich was okay.<br/>Double Delight was good.<br/><br/>It is a good comfortable place. If you are looking to have a chit chat and want to have something in sweet then you should try it out. Say no for Nachos!

For Jain pizza , they replace the gravy with ketchup... sweet pizza. The shakes are very sweet. The garlic bread , was a little vinegar-y. Some how I liked that........

This place is near to my office so visited this with my office colleagues. The place has cute swings as a seatings. . We tried makhani Tartlets which were something new as a flavours in tarts. And will recommend. . Their freakshakes are the one that cannot be ignored. They look and tastes heavenly. . We also tried blooming bread , this was so cheesy and tasty . Will recommend you try this when served hot. Would recommend to add cheese inside the bread as well as the cheese was only on the top layer. . For Desserts we had baked hot chocolate. It's highly recommended. This is choco lava cake topped with whipped cream.

I would personally request each one of you to highly avoid this place . There are better fast food and dessert options right next to this place which have better services , staff and quality . Since we had zomato gold we decided to use it here and it was our worst experience. The moment we entered we were thirsty and poured water in a glass from the orange bottle placed on the table. The water had a layer of dust particles , dirt and an oily film floating on top which was looking terrible . Who would want to even eat here but we still went ahead and unlocked the coupon and ordered a pasta and a shake . After our meal was over a manager in a purple shirt ( Mr. S PANDEY) came up to us and started yelling on top of his voice saying how can we order a freak shake with a pasta and expect a one on one . It’s not written anywhere in their menu that the freak shake is not a part of gold menu. And on top of the yelling he is saying we are fools we should ask the waiter what all is a part of zomato gold . I mean which place does that . He said zomato gold was only valid on food and beverages and asked me to google saying freakshake is not a beverage and I will have to pay for it . Without any information if he is expecting me to pay and waste my money that’s not happening . And the tone, the pitch at which he spoke was a disgrace . And to top it all the freakshake had whipped cream and water inside no ice cream and the pasta was cold and soggy with no taste . The garlic bread served with it was soggy too . And not forgetting the sauce ( Tabasco and Heinz ) kept one the table had fungus on the mouth of the bottle . Please guys avoid this place if you don’t want to fall sick . Or else you will have to admit yourself in the hospital right next to this outlet.

It tasted perfect.<br/>Talking about the blooming bread, it is a cheesy pull out bread stuffed with mexican salsa, garlic butter, beans and cheese. Tbh, there was hardly any cheese inside but it tasted good. The actual rating is 3.5 <br/>The place is recommended for chocolate shakes and quick bites. We ordered garlic bread, sun dried pizza and paneer Chilli sandwich. The portions are good. Taste can be better. Pizza was nice. Thin crust with adequate toppings. The garlic bread was average. The decor seemed to be youthful, but requires an upgrade. The staff was courteous and helpful.

The Chocolate Heaven is very cute place with artistic interiors which are very nicely done. <br/>There are swings to sit by and also carts used as tables in an innovative way. <br/><br/>Its well-known for their desserts and bread pullovers. <br/>We had the Mexican Pullover, Spring onions and garlic Pullover filled with cheese..!! <br/><br/>The potato mint sandwich is quite good. The chutney served with it is something one must try. <br/><br/>Desserts are quite nice and every dessert is artistically plated. <br/><br/>They have a long menu of snacks , coffees and desserts. This truly goes by its name: Chocolate Heaven<br/>All things love and all things chocolate, we just loved the vibe of this place.<br/>We loved the freakshakes here and became a fan of the cheese garlic pull apart bread.

this is a dessert lovers place but they do serve varieties in it like pancakes, icecream , brownie, shakes and many more . i tried again the monster brownie freak shake which was extremely delighful to have it except the small balls which were crispy didnt it in the combo.
