Review Howra Burger - Mumbai

Renowned for their fancy and huge burgers, this place doesn't disappoint with it's quality and quantity. My honest review for these burgers would be that they're good in taste but eating is whole lot messy. Burgers don't retain their consistency when cut. I'm aware that these are huge burgers and there's bound to be problems while cutting, but it ruins the cathartic experience of having a burger. The burger buns, the burger patty and the sauces are perfect individually. The Godfather burger is one of the must haves here, but I would recommend otherwise. The main issue with having burgers like The Godfather Burger is of the mess it makes while eating. Even if you try to eat it like a burger, you'll run out of buns which will leave you with a fork and a knife to eat the patty like some sort of sauce filled starter. The Staff here is very friendly, place is small and quiet which accompanied with the view of Bandstand is good for casual hangout with your friends. The area in the map was confusing at first and the place is on the top floor of a building. I was going to give this place a 3-star, but taking the quality of the burgers into consideration, I have to give this place a 4 star. It's a must visit for trying fancy burgers!

This place has shifted to a small joint on the ground floor. The burgers are awesome as are the starters. It feels really good to sit back and enjoy your food in the heart of old Bandra village, observing life as you eat. The food is awesome just like at Lower Parel. The burgers are stacked, the fries are awesome and the starter dips will sure leave you licking your fingers.

It's the best place if you are burger lover. A burger without Cheese is like a Hug without a squeeze. Same way the burger is a load of cheese and sauses. Godfather burger is the best for 4-5 people as Specially because is the best burger I have ever had. It's loaded with many things which you want in a burger. I personally liked it and the ambience is good but the only con is that it's short place and the scary lift 😛when you will go to 6th floor. In all a perfect place for foodie lover😉

The ambiance is good however I didn't find the food as great as people say it is, the burger buns are huge and it makes it a bit difficult to finish the meal, the prices are reasonable. I didn't like the sides becuase it tasted like boiled chicken with garlic.

Had the Godfather burger there and it was absolutely amazing. Fries were not that great but burger was excellent. 4 of us had to finish 1 burger, although it is ideal for 3 people. Amazing view. Only issue is that there are no signs put up so can't really find it. And the building itself and the lift look very shabby. But it's definitely worth the visit.

The burgers are tasty as hell!!!!!!! I've not had anything better in beef burgers in a while. The view is heavenly. Go for an early evening visit to get the best of it. The place is an a very random building but I must give them that much because the views and the amazing food makes up for that. I'd totally do a party with 10 people here. In 600 rupees we had a very very filling burger and some wings in BBQ sauce. A burger with two patties in enough for two people.

First of all this place has a great view as it is enclosed by transparent glass instead of walls. It offers various burgers, cravers, side dishes, deserts and shakes. However the best thing about this place are the burgers, they are really huge with spicy cheesy sauces and you will require a knife and fork to eat them. The chicken is fresh and the burgers are filling. The fries are ok. The must try burger is THE GODFATHER and it would be a challenge for a single person to eat. The only disadvantage is that the place is a bit small due to which there is waiting sometimes.

This Is an extremely cool place to just chill and have amazingly yummy burgers... Yes their burgers and fries are simply amazing. Amazing songs playing in the back. Not to forget there are a few cons as well like. No Ambience at all. No Cleanliness. Don't even think of visiting the washroom. And You gotta walk 5 flights of stairs to reach this place.(by the time you reach back down your food gets digested)

Amazing burgers, this place offers one of the best burgers in town. The deep fried oreos are my personal recommendation for someone with a sweet tooth. This place offers a wide range of burgers to select from. Godfather burger is a must try here. The only problem is the inadequate seating because of the space crunch .

Burgers are simply amazing. It's my opinion that they are simply the best you will find in Mumbai City. The bread was fresh. The patties were moist. The toppings were delicious. The pricing is superb as well for the quality of food. The accompaniments and the platter too were excellent. The location of the restaurant in Bandra however isn't the best. It's located on the 6th floor of a building with no elevator and a narrow staircase. Also there is no sign board advertising the restaurant and is hence extremely hard to find. And while the seating has some great views. You're acutely aware that you're seated near a communications hub with a radiation warning sticker. Albeit it's hidden behind a partition. Overall a great experience but only because of the food. Would recommend going to the Lower Parel outlet instead

Had a quick bite. Was there with friends. Great offers. Quality is up to the mark. Service is nice. The taste is great.

I wanted to rate it somewhere above 3.5 and above but not 4. I had burger it was nice but there are more better burgers than this i would say.

Actually ll give 4.7 stars. Awesome place for burger n fries.. Excellent service. Awesome view I would have given 5 stars but it's on the 6th floor and the day we went the lift was not working so we had to climb 6 floors. But if the lift is working one can neglect this. Also it's inside a building no board or sign to tell where this is located.

I'd heard so much about the humongous burgers that are served at this place and had always wanted to find out how one was supposed to eat them. So I went there on a quiet weekday evening with a couple of my friends. The place is hidden on the 5th and 6th floor of a very quaint building, and despite being right there on the road, I wasn't able to find it for quite a while. Even the lift, like those in most aged buildings, was quite a masterpiece -would fit only two of us at a time - so we had to go up one after the other! The interiors weren't all that impressive, just a little word art here and there and some cartoons and doodles - very minimalistic - quite contrary to what one would expect. Even the tables and chairs weren't quite comfortable - perhaps would suit in a roadside cafe, not here, not with the pricing at this place. Even the music that was playing wasn't all that great and the quality of the sound blarring from the speakers was also ridiculous! There is also a huge room for improvement in service - the waiter was hardly paying any attention when we tried to draw his attention - and it happened more than twice. What we tried Grand daddy burger with chicken patties The sauces were superb, even the breads were pretty fresh and soft. The patties were grilled to perfection with a crispy outer crust. The bbq sauce was especially very delicious. Grand daddy burger with beef patties Even the beef patties were grilled properly, weren't very as is the case with most places I've tried beef at. The caramelized onions tasted heavenly with the bbq sauce and the spicy cocktail sauce. Although, towards the end, it did feel that there could have been more sauces in the burger, or maybe served on the side. The Godfather with beef patties The Godfather is a whopping tall burger - enough to scare anyone with even the largest of appetites. Three freakishly large beef patties, two large onion rings, one fried egg, and sauces - more than most people could eat in one go. A little more sauce, served perhaps on the side would have been great because towards the end, the burger felt pretty dry. All the burgers were served with a helping of fries. Even they were fried to perfection, golden crisp on the outside and soft on the Inside.

They make amazing burgers. Yum yum. If you want to experience their best burgers do try the godfather burgers. Also comes with an amazing view. Though the service is quite slow. We had: 1) Oreo deep fried 2) Double patty mutton burger 3) Paneer Burger Note: Not sure,but i guess bandra outlet near St Andrews church is shifted. Do check before visiting.

Howra was my favorite place for burger since last 3 yrs but nowadays the taste of burger is not upto the mark as it was few months back.

Howra burger located right before High Street Pheonix in lowerparel is a small outlet for some really good burgers. We ordered their Mad Tucks Platter. The MVP burger, Mona Lisa and the Breaking Bad. The burgers were delicious and the fries were perfect.

Very disappointed with the burgers. They were loaded with disproportionate amount of sauces and the lettuce was non existent.

Best in the city. Both Veg and Non-Veg burgers are delicious 🤤 <br/>The Godfather Burger- Juicy and cheesy deliciousness.. Commendable job !

Ordered home deliver today...<br/>It was a horrible burger I ever had ....we had order Fish and chips burger (Can't even call it a burger) which was very very bland....something completely opposite of usual Howra Burgers ... Their numbers mentioned on zomato are also invalid.

Burger was not at all up to the mark..had ordered fish n chips burger which only consisted of fish patty in between 2 breads ...no sauce no lettuce / cabbage ...too disappointing..

Well. I was fooled by them😅 I called resturant before order asked the best CHICKEN burger. they suggested me Vipshroom and they literally sent me a I don't which meat burger (buff/mutton/pork). Guys I'm muslim nonveg is our daily meal. I can tell the difference by seeing/smelling/touching the meat if it's chicken or other meat. They sent us maybe pork or buff...By the way burger was thrown. And thanks howra for letting us believe in u and making fool out of us.

This place is located in lower parel ..not so far from station..the food here so good.. specially the fully loaded chicken cheese nachos...the cheese cream was so mouthwatering...also the burj khalifa is so amazing ..they serve it alongside cheesy fries..so you dont need to order fries separately which is a good part..also the chicken platter was so nice..it comes with nachos and fries and onion rings..the onion rings were so nice and crispy...also you should have a bite of their jalapeño chicken nachos.. they come with a great quantity...

I had heard alot about this place so i visited this place and guess what i just loved their ambiance and especially their deep fried Oreos which is in the desserts section. Just loved it. It contained condensed milk with friend oreo cakes a must try dessert i highly recommend to go for this one and you wont regret. For all the dessert lovers out there try this one its a MUST try dessert.

One of the best burgers ive tried since now. We ordered big daddy burgers double patty with a side of fries. It had alot of great juicy sauces. The sauces and patties were delicious as well. Do try it once

I have paid 400 for this.. this is Breaking Bad Burger.. does not match with the description and hence i am very much disappointed.. would never go for this again anytime whenever i want to have burger😕😕

Ladies & Gentlemen, i present to you, "THE GODFATHER BURGER"<br/>Mighty, Juicy, and OBVIOUSLY very filling. The taste could have been better but is still very nice. The sauces are poured in a good proportion. The onion rings could use some improvement.

The non veg platter is paisal vasool, we loved the big daddy burger but honestly order extra buns. The party is delicious. We went on a Sunday afternoon and loved how the staff was super enthusiastic and ready to help, An extra star for them. Zomato discount is cherry on top. This place is totally worth a visit and value for money!

I had been meaning to visit this place since 2016... finally got a chance to visit this outlet in 2020. Amazing cute little outlet. Which serves scrumptious burgers and delicious sides to go with it. I ordered an Old School Breaking Bad Chicken Burger. Here I met Vijay- a very sweet and dedicated lad. As I went there for the first time he helped me to decide what can I have over there. So on his recommendation I opted for the above mentioned burger. And it turned out to be so good. The meat patty was extremely moist and perfectly cooked and full of flavour. The fries were good and crispy. Loved the chicken wings on the sides as well. Over all had an amazing experience. A must visit for all the burger lovers in the town. Menu prices are decent enough. Truly value for money. I would surely visit again.

Burger was fresh and juicy. The buns were toasted to give that extra crunch which elevated the burger.The fries were crisp and well seasoned as well.

One of the worst experiences ever had. Lemon iced tea neither had lemon nor ice. Cheese in the burgers felt like powdered water. Burgers were horrible. Staff didn’t have manners to attend to customers. We were 4 on a table and whenever we asked for tissues all we got in the stand were 2-3 tissues. Would never come back even if offered for free.

We tried their special " THE GODFATHER", the beef one. It was good and the patties were well cooked, the sauces added a nice tangy flavour to it, and overall, it was mouth watering. If having it, go with a partner because one cannot finish it alone!!

Worst Experience

This place was on my list for such a long time, so we went. Ordered the rebel, the powerhouse & chicken wings along with shakes - banana caramel & Oreo Nutella.<br/>Burgers quite promising & fries that came along were best fries if you like thick ones. Shakes were mild as flavour was not that recognisable. Worst part was the fried chicken wings ,they seemed like fritters. Water wasn't provided on any off table so that was not good part. Overall is was ok not lived upto expectations

1. Not at all professional service.<br/>I asked the waiter for water. He asked if a Bisleri is fine. I said normal pani nhi dete kya. He said "tap water du chalega kya"<br/>This is not the way to interact with customers.<br/><br/>2. Even after providing us Bisleri bottle. He didnt give us glasses. And apparently no other table had glasses on it.<br/><br/>3. The burger my friend ordered had hair in it. One long hair. Clearly they don't even pay heed to quality of food being served.<br/><br/>4. The food is overhyped and plus over priced

Not a lot to say! We tried their famous Godfather Burger and we were very disappointed to say the least. <br/><br/>1. The buns very dry<br/>2. The service was very slow <br/>3. The employees did not seem interested to serve people <br/>4. The ambiance was okay. But the tables were not clean, as we literally found crumbs of bread on the table. So, a forgettable experience and therefore we rate it a 2 star. We hope to visit an improved and a better version of Howra.

Howra burger is known for big sized juicy burgers. It's such a beautiful little outlet in Lower Parel.<br/><br/>We tried the Smokehouse, La Chicharito and the Godfather burger. The Smokehouse was absolutely delicious. Fries are crunchy and fresh. I really liked the fried Oreos too.<br/><br/>The staff here are really polite and are really happy to serve. <br/><br/>Really enjoyed the meal. I used my QuickPerks dining card before billing and got 10% discount on my entire bill.<br/><br/>Definitely visiting again

The taste is amazing and they customize the burger based on your request. Fries are crunchy and fresh. I really liked the fried Oreos too. A nice place to visit!

Howra burger is a place situated in the heart of the city. It is right next to Phoenix in Lower Parel hardly a 10 minutes walk from Lower Parel station.<br/><br/>The ambience there not only allows you to relax and have a pleasant evening with your company but also allows your taste buds to taste exotic flavours.The sides they offer with the burger are apt and needed to be there with the burger.<br/><br/>1)Paneer patty jaya peno burger: Exactly as the menu suggest an old school burger with the perfect blend of flavour .The flavours just caress your taste buds in the right amount.<br/><br/>2)Bid daddy veg : This is a master piece and a show stopper in its on . The picture above is exact representation of the burger looks and not a fictitious image.The makers don't compensate with the taste even with the size offered. Its a treat to have this burger. Visited this place since I saw one of food bloggers story with this Giant burger. I visited this place with excitement and was disappointed as the burger din't had that punch the burger tasted flat. Howra burger offers an exciting and unique twist to the conventional burgers that the people of India are used to eating.<br/>We tried the Smokehouse, La Chicharito and the Godfather burger.While all the burgers were really good the beef Patty in the Godfather was soggy.The Smokehouse was absolutely delicious.<br/>I would recommend going for their chicken patties as compared to the beef patty

The cousins always want to have fun be it life or food. So we decided to go to "Howra Burger" at Lower Parel. It's such a beautiful little outlet.<br/><br/>We got a seat near the window. It was nice and merry. But then started our quest of eating the biggest burger the restaurant has to offer which is the "Godfather Burger". It had 4 massive patties packed with onions rings, cheese slices and a half fried egg with a sweet brioche bun. The burger was smothered with sweet barbeque sauce, mayonnaise and mint sauce, which added a hot and sweet kick to it. This massive baby was plated up with some fries.<br/><br/>We also ordered onion rings as a side dish. They were nice and crispy. Fried to perfection.<br/><br/>We had an amazing experience at this little burger joint. The ambiance was wonderful. The staff was friendly. Our order came on time. But the best part of the entire meal was the complimentary "Deep fried oreos served with some condensed milk". It’s a small hangout place near High street Phoenix...we ordered Shai shai and fish and chips burgers with were really good in taste...the staff was courteous enough to alter the recipe as per our demands...really enjoyed the meal...definitely visiting again..!!!

Just. The food served wasn't that great. Burger quality was abysmal. Unnecessary sauces added to spice up the not so great patty, even after being told to not make it v spicy. The burger bun was extremely stale. Of 4 buns in 2 burgers, there were 3 left at the end. Unnecessary hype. Anyone with a good burger sense wouldn't want to explore this place. Also, their shakes are basically diluted milk with the respective flavour. Not thick at all. Truly, a disappointment over all.

This place is located not so far from Phoenix towards mahalaxmi , Headd about the burgers here so I wanted to try it since long.<br/>I started with the platter which had Chicken wings , onion rings , Cheesy fries and normal fries , all tasted amazing except for onion rings which was blah . I than had a shai shai burger and Breaking Bad burger . I would give shai shai a 4.5 and breaking bad a 3.8.<br/>I would call this place as my second favorite place for burger in mumbai. Have heard a lot about howra burger.. They are know for serving humongous variety of burgers along with vast array of variety of side dishes n drinks.. This place is located just 5 mins ahead of pheoneix mill towards south.. Its a small place having very ordinary decor.. Seatings are simple.. Surely they could give it a better look .. We tried few items out here..<br/><br/>Love triangle burger - This burger is filled up with potato patty along with with sliced cheese n onions n it is topped with spicy ketchup.. Potato patty was filling one n tasted good.. It was overall very delicious in taste but burger buns dissappointed me big time.. It just crumbled which made eating experience not that good.. Also menu mentioned onion rings but they did serve plain onions in this one may be because we used Zomato gold for it but that's wrong thing to do<br/><br/>Farm fresh burger - This burger was having mixed veg patty with sliced cheese n fried onion rings n it was topped with their housemade spicy Asian BBQ sauce.. The mix veg patty was delicious, crisp n filling one n along with onion rings n BBQ sauce it was treat to taste buds. But again the burger bun killed fun of having this one.. However both the burgers were quite filling one n very heavy on tummy n are served with French fries .. One burger is good enough to satisfy one's tummy<br/><br/>Mad tuks platter (Veg) - This one had four pieces each of onion rings n fried paneer strips along with few nachos chips n French fries in it .. They are served with spicy cocktail sauce, BBQ sauce, honey mustard n sweet onion sauce which surely enhance the taste of all these.. Onion rings were nicely deep fried n were perfect crisp.. French fries were decent.. Nachos was disappointing n looked bit raw to me .. Paneer strips also was okiesh .. Paneer used was soft but without sauces it tasted bland.. Quantity was very less for rate charged.. Again looked liked less quantity was served as we used Zomato gold on it<br/><br/>Service was decent.. No complains .. Rates wise I felt its a ted bit pricey but one can opt for combos which look reasonable to me.. Surely if they work on burger buns I'm sure burger fans will enjoy having burgers out here.. The chicken burger was huge and and tasty and really filling ! And the staff were really courteous!<br/>

Like the taste of Burger but, Order should be packed properly so that right items should be packed, also there were tissue put up in the packs.

Since zomato gold is also now on delivery i think they should allow the remaining food to be packed and taken by the customers rather than wasting the leftover food and throwing it away.

I have been here 7-8 times now and tried around 10-12 of their burgers. Every one was really well prepared and delicious, the patty, bun toppings ...everything upto the mark. A must visit for all burger enthusiasts

Mouth watering burger place. Value for money. Great taste and they understand what the customer needs. A definite place to go if you are super hungry. They can work on their ambience though.

Worst Burger. its Just Show Off Burger. No taste of Chicken Patty. waste of Money. No air conditioning not even fan working.The Godfather is failure of burger. After they serve godfather burger they didn't give spoon or knife , we have to gone to kitchen itself for spoon/knife. The bbq wing is like crow wing or sumthing there is no chicken only bones with pathatik sausage. The staff is rude. Everyone lie. When you call they tell diff thing on each time. Making own hidden rule on payment. The Owner and manager & staff dont know how to use system. Waste time for payment. Please Dont go this burger shop totally worst ever.

I would like to share my experience about Howra Burger (lower Parel )Branch.They have an amazing menu with affordable pricing.I was very curious to try the Godfather burger which is very trending in their menu with is 530rps approx it's just so awesome they hav n option of chicken and mutton I went with the chicken one which was finger licking good.u must also try crusty wings.they hav varieties of fries , appetizers in the menu.overall the ambience is very good and most important the value for money is very excellent💯.A place that you will not regret to visit again n again

Howra burger serves some of the amazing burgers i have ever tried in quite some time.. tried shai shai burger which was super delicious and loaded nachos chicken... So cheesy and yum. The food is so suprisingly cheap and so worth the money. Definitely worth visiting

Went here with friends for the first time.<br/>The ambience is good and quite.<br/>The staff was quick in explaining the menu and offers available.<br/>We tried The GodFather and The Big Daddy.<br/>Both were delicious.<br/>So overall the food was good, no complaints whatsoever.<br/>Would visit soon.

Hot spicy chicken wings fully marinated with spicy sauce every bite was worthy but the only thing is wings contains more bones and less mass !! Otherwise everything was just perfect

A true burger joint. Been there many times and this place has never let me down. Love the ambience, amazing food and the diy decor is up to the mark. Just one point that I would like to highlight is that the place is quite small. Soo if you got a large group then there's a possibility that the place wouldn't be sufficient. Rest all is amazing

Place is only good for its name, when it comes to food that was not upto the mark for which the hype is created.<br/>Also this place is very bad when it comes to ambience no music and sauce is sweet.<br/>Who has a sweet sauce in such an awesome burger.<br/>bht paneer patty was good only the sauce and other sodes were sweet.

This place is awesome for foodies, The GODFATHER is worth the money and it is worth all the choice. The interior is also good, altho the place is quite far from station but its worth the distance.

Howra burger which is located in Lower Parel 5 mins walking from Phoenix Mall. The ambience is good they have variety of Burger's over there. We had Crunchy Chicken wings and Breaking Bad Burger. Both were good in taste no doubt about it. The breaking bad burger was the one combo which comes with French fries and two crunchy chicken wings and it was worth paying 370 for it would like to visit it again. The only major problem is the parking. They don't have valet parking.

We had godfather chicken burger. You can get this burger in chicken, beef and veg too. It was a very very big burger.. 3 patties and lots of cheese and fired omlete in it.loved it

I love their burger especially the tenderloin ones. They are perfectly cooked with the perfect sauce. Tried the grand daddy burger with two tenderloin patties and double cheese topped with barbeque and cocktail sauce and lettuce. I absolutely love this. It's a must try. Chicken Godfather Burger.<br/><br/>Yummity yam<br/><br/>The burger was:<br/><br/>A mix of a cheese sauce, mustard, chipotle sauce and loads of BBQ sauce.<br/><br/>Bread -Lettuce- half fry egg cooked both sides- onion rings 2- 2 large buffalo patties with mozzarella cheese in the centre - lettuce- bread.<br/><br/>With a side of salt and pepper fries.<br/><br/>The patties were cooked well, chunks of minced meet very flavorful, rich, spicy and perfect.<br/><br/>Chill ambience, great service good food but you feel very thirsty after.<br/><br/>Over all great experience.<br/><br/>
