Had a bad experience here at Havmour
Staff is casual. Very disinterested in service activities.
Had couple of their specials.
While the menu specified the ingredients, actual product was missing some. When pointed out, they simply said that ingredient was not available. When we asked why was it not told earlier, there was no satisfactory response.
Best to avoid this place. Far better and decent ice cream parlors are available. I can understand how difficult it must be to run a business in a place like Mumbai where rentals are through the roof and there is cut throat competition, but customer service is one aspect where there is no margin for error.

Small and cozy ice cream parlour.. we ordered vanila strawberry and chocolates chips icecream. quality and taste was good. Service also great

I had veru bad experience in Havmor ice cream parlor I took my children's there and ordered chocolate bonfire pirce is 120 rs and you know what they given one scoop of ice cream with 4 chocolate sticks and and some liquid chocolates and the guy who was serving he was full of gutkha on his mouth. this was my last visit to this ice cream parlour. from now onwards never visit there.

Good place ... do try ... worth it ... only the waitor or salesperson was least bothered .. was not at all enthusiastic to show or either explain..He was not even interested before small cute kids who like ice cream a lot ....
