Ordered a chicken tandoori from cafe heaven...ordered from swiggy as of delivery restaurant was not accepting order from zomato... The order arrived late as of promising time through swiggy and the tandoori was not hot... Now coming to the taste of the tandoori... Chicken was soft to eat... It was good at one side but the other side was totally black it was bad in taste they have rosted the chicken for longer time and it was so bad that I could enjoy the hald portion of tandoori... Half tandoori taste was bit awesome but the tandoori masla was less... You can try from this restaurant. If they provide you good tandoori without over bake. Overall rating as per taste - 3.5/5 it would have been 4.5 if it was well proper cook and proper masala... Suggestions: please cook as per customer request..

This is such a bad experience. I ordered soup and Biryani. The soup was very vinegary, but still edible. However the Biryani was stale. It had this weird smell and my stomach went bad the next day. Definitely not ordering from them again.

A very small place with 5-6 tables. The ambiance is very basic befitting a roadside cafe. Its an option for people want to have late dinner. We had gone late night around 1 am. The service is fast and food arrived in no time. The rates are very much reasonable. We ordered butter chicken with naan and to my surprise butter chicken was very spicy. (We asked the waiter who said its served like that only in this restaurant). We ordered soft drink but even that was not enough to counter the spicy taste. We had to ask for Caramel custard in order to change the taste. The custard was nice and I liked it.

Regular here: This is the best budget friendly place in Malad West Area (just adjacent to Chincholi, Link Road) There is packaging is quite good enough like there food quality. If you are seeking for budget friendly restaurants then Cafe Heaven is must have place on your list.

Cafe Heaven is one of the worst restaurant listed at Zomato. Guys, Never ever order any food from here. I ordered Veg matar fry and Veg Fried rice, they delivered Chiecken fry. It was quite disappointing for me. Zomato and Cafe Heaven together spoiled my lunch. Zomato should block cafe Heaven. I hope Zomato will take strict action against them. Hoping for justice and firm compensation against money and bad time by them.

We ordered a home delivery from cafe heaven. Tandoori chicken, chicken hungama, mutton toofani and some assorted breads like tandoori roti and tandoori butter naan. Delivery was very much on time. Delivery person was very polite and kind. Tandoori chicken came in perfect. Mutton toofani is spicy made with a lot of spices it also had good quantity of mutton in it. Chicken hungama had ok taste.

Most of the times the food ordered from here is absolutely different than what the dish has to be.. also what ordered is not even tasty.. and the last time I had ordered food from here, had the most terrible experience.. I visited this place on a whim after 5 6 months. Food - We ordered 1- Veg Jaipuri 2- Special Veg Heaven 3- Tandoori Roti and Butter Naan 4- Paneer Tikka Biryani 5 - Carmel custard If I compare this food to my previous visits, it was a major letdown since this used to be a go to place after work. We could forgive the quality as not being top notch.But the orders we placed were all for vegetarian food. Each sabzi contained chicken and that was a major reason for the one star rating. If I could give anything below it, would love to. On top if it the restaurant owner simply stated that it was not such a issue and shrugged off the whole mistake. Forget an apology, if you are a halal restaurant and what if bg mistake you serve something which is non halal? Would you still shrug it off ? Be aware before you eat here. Hygiene is a major issue as well.

Cafe heaven used to be our go to place for good non veg at cheap rate,now it seems like they are just not bothered about the taste,quality or their regular customers like the ones who order literally everyday. For last 5-6 months their quality and taste have gone really really bad and worst.They are only keen on making sales via Zomato and Swiggy because they have always been popular in and around the locality. But, now you literally feel like throwing it in garbage rather than eating it.Its very disappointing that the best Butter Chicken has become the crappiest.

Whenever at work and we think of food, we definitely have Cafe Heaven as the first on the list of restaurants to order from. This place has never disappointed me. The food quality and quantity is great. Their delivery is also on point. If they promise 20 mins, you're going to have the dish in your hand in 20 mins. That's amazing! My fav here, Butter chicken, naan, chicken tikka biryani, kheema pav and ofcourse the Caramel Custard!!!

I have been almost a regular customer since its near my office. The noodles are good. Mostly the food is mediocre but today I was really disappointed. I was craving for some Butter chicken and so I ordered but what I got was something but Butter chicken. I wouldn't have mind if the dish itself was tasty but the chicken was shredded and not tender enough. The gravy didn't had a taste which I can enjoy eating.

The food may at times be a little oily depending on what you order. I have lost count of the number of times that we've been here. Everything here(Chicken/Mutton Dishes) is worth trying. Just received my order: chicken crispy......Overall delivery time was 1hour 10 mins...and after waiting for so long they delivered pieces of leather coated in a tasteless sauce.....you guys should make a leather belt out of it and give it to your staff...... conclusion....had to throw it away
