I have my entire college life eating rolls from Raju's as and when we craved for them. To re-live the nostalgia I visited this place again and couldn't get enough of the roll and the yummy chutneys they serve. Panini, Veg roll, sandwich (this is a new addition) and even their sandwich is something you should definitely try. When you are around K. C or H. R college or Churchgate station do give this place a try.

Sandwich tastes awesome over here, it is just opposite to the KC college. One must try their Panini and rolls (recommend). No seating is available you have to stand and eat here, also it is crowded at peak hours. They have reasonable price ranges, if on low budget can visit here.

This stall is like the canteen of KC and HR college as most of its customers are students studying in these colleges. It is right outside the campus and has some great food with quite a lot of variety to choose from. Raju Sandwiches are a favourite among not only HR college students but whole of South Mumbai. It's a stand-and-eat type of stall located right infront of HR college and quite near to Marine Drive and Churchgate station. We tried the famous Cheese Panini, Chilli Cheese Roll and Veg Grilled Cheese Sandwich. Honestly, there wasn't much difference among the three items. However, cheese lovers would be delighted. They are generous with the amount of cheese and items were crispy grilled to perfection. The red and green chutneys were one of the best I've tasted. I would recommend Cheese Panini. Loved it the best out of all items tried. Chilli Cheese Roll is not actually a roll, it's again a sandwich like item made from hotdog buns. This place is famous since it's quite light on the pocket, thus has become a hub for college students. However, don't go with high expectations. Closes down early (8:30pm). Value for money: 5/5

One of the famous street side sandwich stall in town is Raju Sandwich. This stall is KC or HR college. Also you will always find this place always crowded during college peak hours. The place is open through out the week. If you are in town you should visit this place it is 5 - 10 min away from marine drive. We have been to this place a multiple time so some are recommendations would be 1) Cheese Panini One of their famous dishes. It is basically made in Italian bread and the stuffing is filled in between the bread and then it is grilled a bit and cheese is being grated on top. The stuffing made up of onions, capsicum, cabbage and tomato's mixed in chutney along with cheese. The sandwich is stuffed properly. 2)Cheese Chilli Toast This dish is something which we can find in any road side stall. What makes a difference here is there taste of the chutney's both red and green taste spicy and delicious. 3)Veg Cheese Pizza It taste like a typical home made pizza which some very basic ingredients. Also the cheese which the you is processed cheese and not mozzarella. As you cannot expect a lot. But it tastes amazing. Size is super small like a personal pan pizza. Service is really quick they hardly take time to prepare the order. Suggestion would be that they could use a butter paper instead on a regular paper on top of the plate. Mr. Raju the man behind the Raju food stall. He is been selling sandwiches opposite H.R. colleges since ages. What I ate: 1. Cottage cheese Panini: I saw this on Instagram and literally so drool worthy. Panini(basically bread) stuffed with veggies, paneer, mayonnaise, cheese, masalas and sauces. Topped with lots of cheese. Crunchy based of bread, sweet and spicy mixture of pasta inside bread, a lot cheese on upper bread. Mexican Panini is a combination of different veggies with spicy mixture. I loved this dish a lot. Surprisingly to our notice Raju Sandwich located opposite to HR College in churchgate was running in full flow even after its closing time. Sigh of relief for us as we had lost hope considering the timings. Seeing the jam packed crowded clearly indicated the lively spirit of Raju Sandwich and our fellow Mumbaikars. Somehow I wished if my college was situated nearby to Raju Sandwich. Nevertheless this place is surely going to run for ages….As we had nothing decided what to go for we went for the below dishes.. Food: 1> Mexican Panini – Authentic Panini bread was used topped with melted cheese and stuffed with loads of veggies and sauces. Full of filling to feed your soul. 2> Chocolate Cheese Sandwich - chocolate chocolate and only chocolate stuffed grilled sandwich grated with cheese for a good trip to your mind. One recommendation I would give to ask them if they can grate cheese within the breads along with chocolate pieces. I believe the melted cheese and chocolate combo would be heavenly. Service: Seeing the crowd and orders going in we expected a bit of delay for ours to come but it didn’t took much time. We kept patience and the end result was spicy/tangy and sinful. It was satisfactory. Roti was crispy and properly baked. Pasta were well cooked along with mixture of spices. A good hot and spicy combination. Available in both jain and non jain. Chocolate Sandwich was just satisfactory. Bread was soft and finely baked. Inside batter was full of melted chocolate whereas upper part was loaded with crumbles of chocolate. Paneer Roll was just up to the mark. The bread was soft. The ingredients were just fine; spices were okayish whereas paneer was soft but not well blended with the spices. Visited this place on my recent trip to mumbai. This sandwich stall is located in churchgate i.e south mumbai. They serve a wide variety of burgers, sandwiches & rolls. I ordered the basic sandwich i.e veg cheese toast. It had mix vegetables like ( cucumber, tomato, boiled potato & onion ) topped with cheese. I was bit disappointed as i was expecting something very delicious but it tasted very basic. It was not too good not too bad, but still i would like to visit this place again & i hope next time i won’t get disappointed. P.S. The review is based on my personal choice.

They serve many options like any other cafe serves in outlet so u can have that here in affordable price. This is small kiosk surrounded by colleges and offices hence it's almost crowded. They have many options of sandwich and Panini with best taste and price. I ordered cheese grilled sandwich and Garlic bread which is yumm and tummy full for me. It's chutney was good. Breads are crisp and garlic bread was soft and cheesy.

I've been visiting this place for the past 6 years and I can safely say that they have mastered the art of making food. The consistency of their food will leave you stunned. From rolls to panini, you can have all you want, even if you are a Jain. They have a Jain preparation for literally all dishes. How cool is that! Here's all that we tried: 1. Pasta Cheese Roll: This dish was hands down the best dish at Raju Sandwich Stall. Perfectly spiced with the right amount of cheese and cooked to perfection pasta. The green and red chutney served with this dish, make it a complete package. 2. Noodles Cheese Roll: Noodles tossed in perfectly cooked Indian Chinese Sauce, stuffed in the middle of a roll, and topped with cheese. One roll has four pieces are one is enough to fill you up. So, if you are around during lunch hours and are looking for easy and quick lunch options, Raju Sandwich Stall is where you need to go. 3. Mexican Cheese Panini: An Indian Mexican Panini that will urge you to have another one. P.S. You will have to stand and eat, but trust us, it is totally worth it!

Be it cheeesy sandwiches or your morning poha everything is served here and it's fresh and tasty too. What we had : Mosambi Juice - We started our lovely experience with juice and it was really refreshing and fresh. We customized it and thus it was a healthy option with no sugar. Paneer Tikaa Roll - The paneer and the cheese the combination made in heaven. Definitely a must try. Cheese Chilly Toast - This dish may look small but is actually a bomb. The flavors are so good that you want to eat one more! Cheese Grill Sandwich - Pure Bliss! These two words are apt to describe this lovely dish. With veggies and cheese this dish is Beyond perfect! In total try everything you can because surely you won't be disappointed 😉

Raju Sandwich is nearby Churchgate station and opposite to HR college . This place is highly crowded.Also there's no seating out there. I had pasta panini which was just so yummy overall I loved this place . And price wise it's quite affordable The only thing is as it's crowded You need to wait for at least 15/20 minutes I would really recommend this place

They have jain option on they menu. On Menu : Cheese panini & Veg cheese toast This both dishes for me was very well, it was not that best nor that bad. But you should visit it once because it is highly popular.

Ordered - 1) Mexican Panini 2) Fajita Panini Both the Panini's are exceptionally good in taste. Toasted bread and melted cheese on top with alot of filling inside 3) Paneer Frankie 4) Schezwan Frankie I loved the frankie because of the crispy frankie outside and sufficient filling. 4) Steamed Momos One of the most disappointing dishes at Raju Sandwich. If you are in or around Churchgate area, you should definitely try this. My Fav picks are Paneer Cheese Roll, Chocolate Sandwich, Samosa Cheese Toast. Its a street food stall so hygiene is a little concern but most of the college students do opt for this and is always crowded when we have visited.

I ordered a Chilly cheese grill sandwich and a Pasta Cheese Roll. None of them were upto the mark. The chutney could have been better. and the sandwiches should have been more cheesy. Also the bread didnt taste fresh. Overall okish experience.
