Subways situated when the Petrol Pump premises isn't a comfortable option especially in a place like Mumbai or for that matter India. Because if we people would like to sit & eat in restaurant then you can't possibly get to park at the Pwtrol Pump & no facility to wash your hands or even a restroom. Quite inconvenient. But Subway is an excellent and quick meal & good filling any day better than a drab & dry McD burger.

Subway at times would be boring if you don't order correctly. Located just behind Regal Theater and right inside a petrol pump, this place reminds you of those Hollywood movies where you visit a pump and decide to snack in too. Subway places are best when there is an offer. A nice veggie subway would be eating cheese corn, and tikki. And nonveg would be combos of sauces, etc

Definitely go for it for the veggies in bread, and salad. The double chocolate chip cookie is more like brownie, but tasty. Different choices in the sauces make it very interesting. Healthier than burgers, I guess.

First time I’ve ordered from here through Zomato, and I didn’t get what I ordered. I ordered a roast chicken and a spicy Italian. The roast chicken did not taste at all like it used to, and I received a BMT instead of the spicy Italian sub (at least the picture on the order page was different than what I received). I ordered it with olives, tomatoes pickles and cucumber, but I received tomatoes, pickles, jalapeños and cucumbers with skin left on them. I ordered them both with cheese slices, and I received one with a cheese slice, the other with mozzarella (or some kind of grated cheese). In addition, I got a soapy taste in the one with mozzarella (bmt) so I had to throw more than half away. This is the first time I’ve had a complaint with this branch, I normally order over the phone, but this incident is ridiculous.

Subway is all time favourite meal for me. But today It was different. I ordered a veg paneer tikka sub but to my dismay, they neither had olives nor any variety of breads. Paneer wasn"t good either. Huge disappointment.

This is my mandatory stop whenever I visit the gateway of india. My sub was really well made. Nothing was spilling out and stayed intact. My favourite sub is tandoor chicken topped with roasted chicken.

This is what I got in the name of veggie patty sub.. when I called subway they said it was the fault of Zomato. I confirmed with the delivery guy and there was no problem of order swap. So basically, 1)They forgot to add the patties in a veggie patty order 2)Added some veggies of their own choice and made a measly looking sub 3)On calling them said it was the fault of the delivery guys I'll give them that, that they were open for orders when many places were shut due to visarjan. That explains the one star.

While visiting gateway of India, we decided to stop at this place for quick bite. The staff here is very friendly and co-operative. The service was prompt. . Coming to ambiance, this place has adequate seating and the ambiance feels good overall. . Tried Mexican Patty here which costed ₹140. It was loaded with fillings and sauces. This is our regular place. The staff is very friendly. Breads are freshly made. Cleanliness is maintained throughout. One of the best subway outlets in town. Love their double chocolate chip cookies.

I'm not sure if it is just the colaba store that's serving such low quality food or the rest of the chain is too. U cannot finish half the sub. Don't feel it was even fit for human consumption. Another Horrible service from these guys! So I was on my way home, and I ordered 3 subs through Zomato. When I came home, my brother had had 1.5 half of it and rest was for me I take a bite on my Chatpata chana sub, on just on my 2nd bite, I see hair in the sub, I remove it, too tired I let go and bite into my 3rd bite from the other side, and what!! Another hair is in my mouth!! Totallyy disgusted, I call up the store, a guy answers who doesn’t even seem to understand what I am saying, he then asks me to hold and the manager takes ages to come, I complain to him, he just tells me that he will take precautions and it won’t happen again! He also offers for a replacement but I am too disgusted to eat anything from them at that point also it was already late I tell him I will visit the store tomo and I want another sub for which I will not pay as the one I paid for is just gone to trash! To which he just says “aapki marzi” (your wish) Like seriously, that is what you have got to say to me?? When not once, but twice I received hair in 1 sub! Of course I did not go to them... but my money surely went down the drain! You guys can’t maintain standards... PLEASE SHUT DOWN!!

By far the best subway salad I have had. The outlet is placed in a petrol pump. Veggies are extremely fresh, and the generous spread of sauces made it delectable. The staff is very polite and always welcoming..do give this outlet a visit.

I got the food delivered. It came in 28 minutes. The ingredients I ordered in my sub were: Honey Oat Bread- Totally Recommended for good texture and plainish flavours. Chicken Seekh- the serving was good. 2 fully meaty kebabs. The texture was kinda soggy due to the sauces, so I prefer Roasted Chicken* Sauces- mint mayonnaise had no trace in that sub. Honey mustard had a slight taste in the entire sub. Teriyaki and sweet onion were very strong. Red chilli was there, but wasn't evenly distributed. I had my sub toasted with cheese and I would certainly recommend it. Do Toast the bread so you feel like a sub, not a salad*. Average For Casual Food and good delivery time (for the traffic hours) * IS BASED ON MY PREVIOUS ORDERS FROM SUBWAY, IN OTHER CITIES OF INDIA.

The staff is super engrossed in their own conversation to pay attention to the customers. I had to wait for a good 10 minutes for someone to even ask me what sub I wanted. The service is slow and the outlet is not that clean. I don't think that the veggies are not the freshest ones in my opinion.

It is the most disgusting, unhygienic branch of Subway in the city. The veggies are stale, the staff use the same pair of plastic gloves for everything from preparing the sub to stuffing rubbish in the dustbin. When asked to change the gloves, the staff member started to make faces and stare rudely. The service is very slow with the staff sitting and chit chatting while the customer waits. They don't have change either. It's horrible!

This place is besides my workplace...well most of the time this place is isolated maybe lot of takeaways like we do but if you want to spend time with your gal/guy then come here its small but quiet and you can talk peacefully not at all crowded..the food is as always like you get in sub if you like the food of subway then you have nothing to complain...the place is just inside a petrol pump beside regal cinema....the staff is quick enough ....dont know why the bad reviews but no prbs for the food just its a tiny place thats it cleanliness and all is good enough and so is the food.....

I've always liked the place, rather the subs here! Easy, quick and customised subs - you can chose from healthy to well, not so healthy but they'll be yum. I ordered from here, since its so convenient. We ordered the Italian BMT, Chicken ham and chicken teriyaki. All good, really like the first two though :) They're quick with their delivery as well, and their chocolate cookies aren't as bad too. So yes, its good.

On a random trip to Colaba, decided to eat healthy n eat fast, so Subway it was! I had my personal favorite - the Italian BMT sub with Parmesan Oregano bread and wife had the veg aloo patty sub. Kinda disappointed to know they've discontinued the pepperoni toasties though! Didn't know when that happened. All the veggies served were fresh, juicy and crispy. The veggie delight salad also was very fresh and the staff service was also spot on with getting the orders right. A good quick subway dinner.

I have been visiting too many subway outlets and this one failed to meet their standards. I had their chicken sheekh sub. My instructions were very clear " All vegetables except pickles and put them in moderate quantity " and I found a pickle in my sub. Similarly with the sauces " All sauces except honey mustard and keep the quantity high " They were typical misers in adding sauces. I have never experienced something like this at any subway. Disappointed

I order pretty regularly from Subway and I have had a very mixed experience about this. More than twice have they delivered toasted subs when I had clearly specified non toasted. The breads werent what I had ordered..and the other times it was perfectly delivered. I hope they maintain consistency cuz Subway is definitely one of the few healthy options left for me.

Even being located with petrol pump next to Regal Cinema, this place is not so crowded as far as I have seen. I have been thrice to this place with friends and each time the service time was 15 minutes. Unlike all Subway outlets, menu is completely customized and they have very little arrangement for sitting and eating there. More like a take away place. We ordered Chicken Seekh footlong and Paneer Tikka Foot long with multi-grain bread. Taste was decent and fresh. Though I believe this place has space crunch hence not much of success in the area.

Visited the Colaba subway located in a petrol pump next to Regal cinema opposite LPQ. Good Italian BLT. . The sub of the day. .The chicken sheekh was good but the veg hara bhara sub was okay.. This place is basically a take away.. Subs are of good quality and makes for a good meal.. The best part though is the bread..freshly baked with multiple options..The parmesan oregano and the whole wheat was super.. Worth a try

The sandwich was customized by me to include lettuce however the sandwich had none! Not to mention the choice of bread was wrong and so were the sauces. To top it up they did not deliver my drink along with the sandwich apparently one sandwich is too much for the delivery boy to carry so he took a trip back with my drink. All in all a rather annoying experience with Subway. Shocking that Subway would endorse such pathetic servixe standards.

Though I like subway alot, but the one in Colaba is disappointing. We were in Colaba market, tired of shopping in a hot summer afternoon so went up to Subway to relax . whatever we ordered tasted different than a usual subway Sub. The chicken tikka was not grilled. Paneer tikka was salty. The breads weren't fresh. The staff was courteous nevertheless. Being in the heart of the famous Colaba market they should definitely work on their quality.

I've always loved Subway. BUT THE ONE IN COLABA: Pathetic. The man who picked up had no idea of an address within a radius of 300m from the restaurant itself! Neither did he pick up on landmarks such as Fort Convent School, the YMCA building or Chikita Cafe (WHICH IS RIGHT OPPOSITE SUBWAY). When I asked him hand over the phone to someone who had been working there for a wee bit longer, he claimed to have been working there for long himself. Furious, I hung up and will probably pay him a visit armed with a map and lots of lozenges as I have a throat infection.

Well not often does a Subway outlet disappoint me but this one did. I ordered for a Chicken Teriyaki on Multi grain bread. Though I asked for a toasted bread but it was too much toasted to my liking because the brass became very hard and too crunchy and appeared a bit burnt in patches which was really disappointing. This 2.5 goes to this very outlet I must say as I haven't faced any such disappointment with various other Subway outlets.

Okay my experience with this subway was weird! Already i ordered from here with my fingers crossed after reading bad reviews but i was craving for Subway so i just ordered. They told me i'll get my food in 45 mins which is not what happned i got it in like 20 mins. Yes! But it was not what I ordered..... I asked them not to put cheese and dere was cheese! I asked tem not to put mayo and there was Mayo! ???? after getting my food in like 20 mins i thought i'll write something good about them !

Terrible experience in home delivered orders! Ordered a couple of subs at a 1 km distance from the Colaba outlet. Was told that the estimated delivery time for 45 minutes. After 1.5 hours of waiting, we called up the subway & we were told to call after some time! On pointing out that this was sort of a rude answer, the manager said the delivery guy met with an accident & dropped the food. He also promised delivery within the next 30 minutes w/o fail. 45 minutes after that, when called, the same manager responded that he could not take any guarantee of whether the food would be delivered or not as it was a holiday for most of his staff and only 1 guy was delivering orders. He even denied the previous conversation! Disgusting is the word!
