Review Mm! Maroosh - Mumbai

Arjunsinh Chandravat
Food was good. I tried Hyderabadi mutton khima with Kulcha. It was amazing, quality, tatse and serving was and is perfect for two persons. Bad side, took more than expected time to deliver the order . Even the people who came before me had to come and ask them more than thrice. Need to work of the service part. Rest is good. Would definitely kheema over here.

India's Best food chain in Momos, you will get momoa menu from starters to desert, main course includes rice and noodles.

Best Lebanese food in Town.....👌
Arijit Sen
I am a Shawarma fan and have eaten it all across Eurpoe, Middle east, Africa and America... And in India if anything is close to that taste it is Maroosh!
Aditi Sawant
I love the chicken Tikka wrap it I'd amazing however the one in Growels seems Okay.
Abhinav Rege
It was amazing while it lasted.. Now closed down permanently at Inorbit Mall Malad
Priyesh Waghmare
Food is good. its a food counter in the food court so not much of a place to sit and eat.
Umer Farooq Syed
Nice but slightly over price
Saumil Tripathi

Lovely place for lab food.
Siddhesh Chogale
Second name for Shawarma
siva n
Very good taste.
Nikesh Sinha
Superb and tasty food.
Nat
Tried their paneer shawarma. Marinated pieces of paneer wrapped in roll, the quantity and quality has dropped down. Yet, it’s the closest to Greek food that you can get.
Nidhi
Maroosh is your quick fix for delicious and spicy rolls and Shawarmas. A no-frills-attached outlet at Inorbit Mall, I would vouch for their rolls any day. Their Chicken Bhuna Roll and Spicy Chicken Shawarma being my picks. The pricing is fair, do not expect an ambience; just delicious rolls. Have a go at it already!

The restaurant never appears to be popular, but I visited anyway to satisfy my Middle Eastern craving. Ordered a Falafel. They do the usual Indian thing of making it a wrap instead of how it should be. The taste was decent, the price just about okay. Does not make my Middle Eastern list. I might try out Shawarma before deciding finally.
Aryan Tahenguria
Mmmm.... Maroosh!!! The name itself suggests yummy goodness. I am a fan of the rolls here. I have tried all of them and there is nothing better. The chicken makhni is my favourite. I would want all chicken lovers to eat here and enjoy the wholesome goodness! Cheers!
Anish Pillai
It used to be a good place, however in recent times the quality of taste has gone down hill, last time when i visited this place we ordered a classic chicken shawarma and a tikka biryani with portions so less that it won't Satisfy anyone and they were bland and tasteless however the prices were also increased overall very bad experience.
Anil Sharma
I order for chicken biryani and the biryani was too bad it was like just a local biryani what served on road ...I think the road briyani it's better than MM maroosh ...and i went back with the biryani and the server said we serve this kind of biryani and is very disappointing I feel very bad and my family was hungry .....
Aditya Venkatesh
Hummus and pita bread weren’t upto mark
Nitin Trehon
no saladat all, all of a sudden my order location changed from Oshiwara to Malad hence a lot of delay in delivery

This is one of our favorite food joint for chicken but unfortunately yesterday we had taken Chicken Bhuna and Chicken kalimirch parcel - the kalimirch chicken was spoiled and chicken bhunna had a sweet taste and big pieces not roasted compared to the small ones(have always got roasted small chunks)

i still rated 3 as I always had a wonderful experience hope yesterday was an exception and would not disappoint me again
Ashish Singh
Ordered falafel salad Great choice for evening meal.
Very satisfied..
Beenay Rai
I love the sharwma because of the spicy sauce, but hate the fact that I get charged for extra sauce. It's sauce, extra sauce is customer service, which this place lacks.
I've eaten here like everyday when I used to work for serco.
Try the open sharwama its good, atleast for me.
Rahul Shukla
Went there today and ordered a shawarma. It was nice with good dollops of hummus in it. It could have had a few more fries I guess but overall pretty good.
Jess Barker
hardly any filling
Drnikhilgholkar
Excellent food!! Authentic North Indian!
Nikhil Khambete
The quantity and quality of the food served from this outlet was really bad. The chicken was dry and the quantity was equivalent to a 30 bucks Frankie. I have eaten at other outlets of Maroosh and the quantity and quality was really good. somehow this outlet at Inotbit mall sucks a big time. Not going to eat Maroosh again for sure and the same will be recommended to other friends too.
Mumbai Food Vibe
What i ordered is chicken hummus salad with pita bread..... I must say 5/5 for this. Im a big fan of Hummus combination and tasty and healthy. All veggies fresh, chicken perfectly cooked soft tender juicy. Must try dish.
Dipanwita Singha
chicken could have been cooked better.

Order from INORBIT to MINDSPACE took 1 hour 45 mins!!! NEVER ORDER FROM MAROOSH unless you want to stay hungry and Zomato Customercare just puts their hands up stating not our problem, restaurants fault!!! And YES THE 3 SHAWARMA WE ORDERED WERE COLD AS STALE FOOD😡
Shreya Pathare
After shopping for a long time needed a quick bite. I had ordered for a spicy chicken tikka shawarma. The quality and quantity was good but nothing special. The chicken inside it and the sauces very great but didn't really enjoy the bread. Maybe it was not fresh. The service is average.
Food:3/5
Service3/5
Value for money:3/5

Along with numerous options at food court, Inorbit Mumbai. This place always catches my attention. Been a fan of their rolls since early college days.

They serve some really good rolls. Rolls are filling if the hunger is minimal.

We had grabed an offer once for a lunch meal which was worth it and easy on pocket. Quantity was quite more than expected that made it even better.

Shawarma's are average they taste good but not as delicious. We can find better shawarmas in town.

Food we had
Paneer Makhani roll
Paneer tikka roll
Classic chiken shawarma
Combo Meal- Paneer tikka, Rumali roti and naan.

I feel this outlet is one of their best from all serving in Mumbai.
Himanshu Nanda
Not for the food. But for the service and behaviour. They called me up an hour and fifteen minutes after my order placement - only to inform me that an item is not available. They should have made sure that it is not enlisted as available on zomato in the first place. And even if that is allowed to be missed, you can't excuse yourself for calling the customer to inform of your incapabilities after an hour! Highly unprofessional. Would not recommend ordering from here at all. Plenty of other Lebanese options in town, which would most likely give you a better treatment than this!
Shinu Roy
terrible food, how can a chicken tikka roll go wrong,, over heated rolls without any taste.
Personally dint like it at all.

Please look into ur Inorbit branch.
Sunil Pereira
Very bad delivery of food...it was packed in an unhygienic manner...no labelling...the accompaniments were not there..the quantity was minimal...disappointed with the service
Sonia Dembla
I order regularly but today when I ordered online from zomato such bad services food is not on time took them more then 50 mins which is not at all acceptable....
Hetal Kawale
Staff servive- Friendly.
Food quantity- is average.
Food quality- Good.
Must try Panner tikka,
falafel hummus salad
and veg falafel.
😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋
Nisha Dudani
Located in the food court inside the mall. Good for a quick bite. Sadly, it is difficult to find a place to sit on weekends. Ordered the veg falafel and chicken tikka shawarma. Both were good.
FoodOnHeart
Maroosh is my home away from home.
My all time fave here is fallafe hummus salad which is 💞💞💞
This one dish keeps me full for about 5 to 6 hours and that's amazing for what little amount you pay.
Also, please get in more salad options!
Charmi Mody
Pretty good stuffs . Super filling salads served with pita bread & hummus & the mouth watering veggies .
Must eat if you’re a healthy eater . Apart from subway & Maroosh Inorbit doesn’t offer any healthy food .
Divyata Kalhans
One of the best options for non vegetarians at the food court in Inorbit. Their classic chicken shawarma is my all time favourite. If you are super health conscious, you can ask them to make your shawarma in tandoori roti too.
Anuja
Bad service ever. Ordered food at 10pm and the food got delivered at 11:50 pm. Very bad experience. The outlet person stopped picking up calls latter on.
Sunil Sharma
One of the worst Shawarma is being served, tasteless, and the staff doesn't even know the right proportions of sauce to be added to get the right taste, only lettuce added without pickled girkins. When I tried to advise on the right proportions according to my taste, it falls on the dumb ears. Finally some extra garlic mayo was provided as an obligation by rudely behaved Mr. Nadeem, the counter clerk cum manager and refused to accept that it was not a good Shawarma. To be avoided due to bad taste and non-coperative behaviour of the staff.
Dakshita Srivastava
I personally didn't liked the food..we ordered some paneer wrap that wasn't that good..so maybe they can really work on their food..only the green mint chutney was amazing..apart from that everything was just below average..
Kashiish👑
*it's in mall so find the seat and sit💅
*order classic cheese and chicken shawarmas 🌯
*quantity of paneer was good but freshness was less
*will say taste was good but had Better then this and in less money
*if your are in mall and hungry can give a try
Palak Jain (To Food With Love)
This one is located at the food court of inorbit mall.

This is famous for it's shawarmas and kebabs and kebab rolls.

We tried the aloo cheese roll
Tandoori aloo kebab
French fries and roomali roti.

The tandoori aloo was really good.

The potatoes were grilled well. The smokey flavour was intense. The seasoning could have been better. The potato tasted well from outside but on the inside it was quite taste less.

The roll was very well made.
The person at the counter did not inform us that both our orders are almost similar. And the potato roll would be filled with the aloo kebab only.

The kebab was good. But the best was the roomali roti. Thin as it should be and it was not chewy like most roomali rotis are .

Would try the Mediterranean rolls the next time.
Kapil Harwani
Came to eat a chicken bhuna roll at Maroosh inorbit mall .... got nice two pieces of STONES in the same .. not expected !!!!
Please be careful before eating at Maroosh, please save your teeth and stomach.. its more important then eating at such places rating is in minus
Rinku Biswas
Usually the food is good here but recently we ordered two chicken shawarma takeaways and one of it was smelly. Bad experience for the first time.
Patrick Anand
This place is like an acquired take place for me .. the and its still hasent gone wrong
What I ordered
Hammus chicken salad .
The vegies are good sum .. black olives lettuce etc ...
The hammus taste is very good ...
The pita bread is cut into four slices .... Some times they very hard some times they soft .. but never stale ... ( So far no) ...
Quite filling .. and its also tasty ... I have got it for some one else to .. and they too have loved it ...
Good job maroosh
Siddhika Parekh
Had the paneer shawarma and veg falafel here and since I'm already i fan, i wasnt disappointed. In fact they have an advantage since they have more outlets than their competitors. Always hungry for a falafel, i can't resist even theres maroosh near by. A few times, i found the wraps really dry. But otherwise I'd totally recommend.
Krsna Solo
Hopeless restaurant. Dont ever order online. They never deliver and there is absolutely no surity you will ever get your food. And they have the audacity to call back after ages to confirm it cant be done. Stay hungry forever. Utterly unprofessional, liars and must be avoided at any cost.
Aparna
This place serves some of the best shawarmas and biryani. A good place for non vegetarians. Offcourse they serve veg too but never tried that.
Sahil Uppal
Poor delivery service...1 hour 15 minutes and still waiting for the food and this is not the first time it's happening..Thank you Maroosh 🙏🏻
Radhi.panicker
The quality of food has deteriorated. We ordered chicken biryani and it was tasteless and no flavours at all. Earlier have had chicken biryani from here and tasted so good and the only reason we ordered it today - a big disappointment!!
Stuti Priya
If you like mutton then you must rry rogan josh at maroosh. The perfectly cooked mutton with all the spicies added was simply amazing.Order rogan Josh only if you can have a little spicy food.❤️
Nikita K
Had never thought of visiting Maroosh...but eventually gave it a try when was here...

Had to try Shawarmas, which is their specialty..
Ordered for Veg Falafel..surprisingly it was good..actually better than 'Falafels'...

Next time will try some other options from the menu...
Prashant
Maroosh is a standard place for us when we have cravings for shawarmas and hummus. My fav dishes include : open shawarma( veg/chicken) , chicken tikka and fatoosh salad. They haven't updated the menu since ages now and their quality has reduced over the years.

This time when I ordered chicken open shawarma, the fries served were cold.
Sanjay Grover
Yesterday visited this place for the first time after watching a film at Inorbit Mall.....

Ordered Classic Chicken Shawarma....I think it's the worst Shwarma I have ever tasted.....

Just two words....STAY AWAY.
Abhishek Sanglikar
Had tried chicken shawrma here it was dry not that happy with the taste but the tangy pieces of beetroot and pickle helped me out to end the dry shawrma.
Nidhi Dalal
I ordered paneer shawarma and paneer was burnt
Not only the taste but it was black in colour n was impossible to chew it . I tried calling the outlet but no one picked up the calls .
ROMA MENEZES
Since was hungry after shopping and had a nearbuy coupon for mm maroosh decided to taste their shawrma i was not disappointed at all the classic chicken shawarma had good soft & tangy pieces of beetroot and pickle and the chicken was good yummy & tasty liked the mayo in the chicken it was worth it will try something else next time .
I reduced my review from 4 to 1 due to the worst delivery experience i had the 2nd time i ordered from here i was so angry and frustrated as the order came 3 hrs late i kept calling and finally got fed up of waiting my guests were irritated and where upset with us and the food delivered was bad it was burnt and without any taste. I had ordered for the biryani and 2 shawarma it was pathetic i doubt if i will order online again i might prefer going there and eating
Ratul Chakroborty
Salads are good specially chicken humus salad. recently introduced tandoori items too which are quite decent. Quantity of chicken is very less as compared to the price. Card machine does not work at any point of time neither they accept big notes of 2000.
RV
Slowly losing its charm. Food delivered is stale and cold . Plus time taken for delivery is also quite much . Not quite a place it used to be .
Nishad Naik.
As a Lebanese lover it's always an urge of mine to try out new shawarma outlets, so tried this out in the busy Inorbit mall Malad.
I supposedly wasn't disappointed though but yet not so happy.

Ordered for *Classic chicken shawarma and
*Spicy chicken shawarma ( not so spicy, with little bit additional sauces and condiments).
The chicken was well cooked but I felt the quantity was very less and so was the size of the roti.

Taste on the other side was good.

Pricing : It's high on the end because the quantity offered is pretty less, but end of the day it's a personal choice.

Yet to try the hummus options which I ll try soon.
Manav Shah
Maroosh has always been famous for its wraps/rolls n Shawarma, and one should stick to just that when ordering from here. I did order a Shawarma which was good but really small in size. Someone else on the table ordered Butter Chicken n Naan. Poor person would not even get through half a plate. Did try it out myself and didn't like it myself. It's the most common n famous dish in this country. Can't afford to go so wrong with this one.
Ajay Kumbhnani
Great food, I have always eaten Lebanese which is below average but the 4.5 rating is for the Indian kebabs . Having lived in the gulf for over 35 years I definitely know Lebanese food , but the sheek kebab and the tandoori chicken were amazing but what took the food Oscar was the Reshmi paratha, though a little greasy but fantastic. Will definitely come back for more Indian stuff as compared to Lebanese. The 4.5 rating is solely for the Indian kebabs and Reshmi paratha.
Shamim Shaikh
Worst experience ever. They take 3 hours to deliver food to a place which is 3kms away from the outlet. Please never order food from Maroosh Inorbit Mall.
Mayur Bhatia
Was there wid my family.. Was luking for sumthin new and came across Maroosh! Ordered for a spizy chicken shawarma... It was jus amazing, and thr chicken was soft n fresh, the sauces used were also yumm.. Its just the bread that has to be improved because i felt it was not that fresh and turned into pieces as a bite taken.
Overall the taste was finger lickin good! Would recommend others too to give it a try if not till date!
Prashant Hublikar
Open spicy chicken tikka shawarma is a thums up . But service was way too slow .
The quality was good with a decent quantity . And out of all the marshoosh outlets this is probably the best outlet . N even this slightly was disappointing.
Abrit
This place can make simple food taste miserable...A highly disappointing experience every time I order from Maroosh.
While the staff and service has been good the food is dismal, I first ordered a chicken buna roll, which turned out with a lot of gravy and roti, I doubt it can be called a dry snack. Same was the case with my paneer wrap.

You would think a salad is a fairly easy thing to make, sadly not the case with Maroosh, they either have bored chefs or very lazy ones, my salad came with huge chucks of capsicum and badly tossed lettuce amongst other sad ingredients.
Its an absolute waste to go to try the food from this QSR.
Dubai Insider
I like the concept but then taste wise its not happening
I had a chicken wrap
I felt the bread was too thick, chicken was too less and it was cold
Barjatyakavita
Very rude and careless staff. Voiced my concerns to them and they didn't care. Stinky trays and containers. No efforts to sort it out. Too much time to give the food and disinterested staff. Surely my last visit to Maroosh
Mrinalini Maheshwari
I think you guys need to learn to stick to your delivery time. Either its your issue or maroosh. This is the 2nd time I Have placed the order and my order has not arrived on time and I have to call back and then I know when the order will get delivered. If the order is getting late is it not common sense to update your consumer. And, when I called up the number given here to enquire where my odrer was, the girl didnt tell me why my order is late instead she banged the phone on my face. This is how you behave with your regular customers. I would have at least ordered 7-10 times in the last 2-3 weeks. Please learn basic etiquettes and timing. I can also opt for cash on delivery and not take the order if its late.
Ronnyfoodie
Well this one is way better than the other outlets.
How bad the shawarmas are here, that good are the wraps.
Starting with the shawarma, it's very disappointing. It like a subway. Veggies, mayonnaise and chicken. Well that's not we imagine when we order a shawarma.
Coming to rolls, ordered a makhani roll. It's amazing. It's perfectly cooked and juicy. The wrap kinda made up for the shawarma.

Would really like them to up their standard.
Payel Mandal
Chicken tandoori is a must try for non veg lovers. Butter chicken is too delicious with the Delhi flavour. Total value for money, with adequate quantity at a pocket friendly price...
Mitesh Shah
Tried Paneer shawarma & Tandoori aaloo at this outlet, the paneer was cold inside because they put the paneer on a spit in front of me and within 5 minutes took it out, Means they ruined the concept of Shawarma, they were supposed to roast it properly, but the guy preparing it said it has to be made like this only. Tandoori aaloo was good, but I was a bit disappointed with the portion size for price.
Varsha Vadhyar
Mahroosh is the perfect example of "have a great product, but ruined it with bad service!" Today was our 2nd bad experience (they seem to be getting worse each time). Ordered shawarmas for my guests at 1.12pm. Called them 5 times and they kept promising to speak to the outlet and revert, but they never did. The food finally came at 2.55 pm by which time the guests had left! The call center blamed the outlet, the traffic & the delivery boy! 1 .35 hours is how long it took Mahroosh to make 2 shawarmas! As for traffic, there was none, because my family was on the same road at the same time and it took them 15 minutes to get home from Inorbit Mall. While it took Mahroosh 2 hrs! It was the same story last time when the shawarmas were straight out of the fridge (literally! There was condensation on the foil!) When I complained, the call center informed me that shawarmas "are supposed to be eaten out of the fridge!"
The best part is that if you complain and ask for someone senior, they hang up. Clearly, keeping customers happy is not their thing. Mahroosh, please look around you at all the take away outlets and learn! Your food is good but the service is the worst I've ever seen! Unless of course, you don't care about customers, which seems to be the case!
Benifer Cooper Gandhi
Have eaten from this counter at inorbit mall a couple of times. Their butter chicken, chicken biryani, butter naan are all good in taste. Service is standard. It makes its food fresh i believe as it comes to you piping hot, you can't start eating it for atleast 10mins. After it's served😊
Siddhi
Located At The Inorbit Mall.. Malad West
Tried Their Hummus And Pita..
And Absolutely Loved It..
Good Option For Healthy Eating..
Must Try ..!!
Sanjyot Sawant
went to this outlet for quick bite of shawarma..ordered fr thr famous classic chicken shawarma...Pita bread was just stale and chicken was too hard to eat..it luks like bread was filled with leftover chicken frm thr plate & not the fresh one...i couldn't eat it at all so thrown it away...while going back just thought of giving them feedback & ppl at the counter accepted it with smiling face without a simple apology...i hope management takes this review seriously & improve there quality...
Ankita P
Maroosh is a saviour when I want to binge on shawarmas. I love their classic chicken shawarma. Decent yet filling.

Rest, yet to explore. 😊
Srijit Basu
I ordered through zomato it was supposed to deliver by 1pm it came by 2pm an hour late. Nobody from zomato or the maroosh customer care could help me.. The delivery counter is 5 mins from my house and they came an hour late only after i called them up and threatened them to cancel the order as i had to urgently leave my house for work. The maroosh delivery setup is extremely disfunctional so is zomato's.. And i am going only by this experience.. I shall refrain from ordering again.
Anita Mourya
Have been in inorbit mall, so thought to give it MM Maroosh! a try, tried falafel hummus salad
Taste - 4.5
Quality - 4.5
The falafel were sticking to mouth due to its dryness.
Nicky Rathod
Horrible food - ordered mutton shawarma and paneer shawarma, what we got was a tasteless & flavourless mutton shawarma and a burnt paneer shawarma which was equally tasteless, had to remove the burnt paneer pcs from the shawarma.. See photo attached
Ruchita Mane
Rolls. Tasty mouth watering rolls. It's really got good Lebanese rolls. Chicken and Paneer shawarma! Awesome it is. Also affordable ✌🏻️ I always love eating here after watching a movie.
Bucketlistfood
This place has very good sawarmas ..you must try the chicken one ...also the others are pretty good ...must go to as they hav a lot of variety and a lot to choose from
Bhawna Sachdeva
Too less of a portion for the cost of food. Tried Fatoosh salad and it finished in no time. Basically it was just capsicum, lettuce and some olives. No cheese, no bread. Totally not cool.
Sahil Allagh
Hey come on you guys. If you cannot delivery don't take the order. I ordered at 10 pm now its 12. I thought I'll place the order and go gym when I am back I'll eat my dinner. Really no fair i kept calling you all spoke to Anthony and sachin, but all they did was hangup on me. Only vicky was man enough to say "we are sorry, we are trying to get in touch with the restaurant but in vain". Highly unprofessional @and no empthy towards ppl. Just leave them hungry and dry. Good job you just lost a customer. I don't really think you guys care anyway. I am going to do in all my means like reviews posts on Facebook and Twitter to ruin your business and name.
Abhilasha Gupta
Pathetic delivery timing.... Once delivered after 3 hrs and second time 1 and half hours.... The order was just for 1 shwarma and 1 wrap😖.... Though the food is good but this is secong really bad experience from this outlet.... And they conveniently forgot to give pita bread with the open chicken shwarma.... My question is.... How🤔
Prachikathuria
Well! I like the food here. But the food is an hour late after having online ordered from zomato! It's absolutely ridiculous as at 11 in the night, I don't know where I'll find food! Never ordering again! Also, no helpful response from maroosh's customer care! Thanks but no thanks!
Chetali Damania
Situated right at the centre of the Food court on the 2nd floor of the Inorbit mall, this is a small little joint which serves Lebanese & tandoori food.

We had gone in the evening in a group & all of us wanted to have different cuisines, so we preferred to sit in the food court.

We tried the hummus & pita which were slightly above average.

Falafel Shwarma was not very palatable, very mild & lacked flavour.

One should definitely try their Peshawari Dal which is well cooked & is served piping hot. A big thumbs up to this dish. My personal favourite ;)

Paneer Makhani is yet another curry which is delectable.

Rotis are soft, hot & well prepared.

Am sure non vegetarians would have a ball of a time, having kebabs.

The service is quite fast.

Overall- A good experience. One must try their curries & kebabs.
Abhishek Khanna
Love their chicken bhuna roll and curry . The classic chicken sharwama salad is very healthy its a must try . ...
Neha Pathare
I generally have a Classic Chicken Shawarma at any of their outlets..but today I was disappointed. First two bites I took I thought he had given me a veg shawarma..I opened it to see there were a few hardened chunks of chicken....Please have a check with your outlet...It is no point taking half eaten food back to the counter but I really suggest this should not be repeated.
Vijay Venkataramanan
Morons of Maroosh! Placed my order via Zomato app. Order accepted. App sends a notification that order is on the way. I wait 1.5 hours. No food in sight. I call Maroosh. Morons tell me order was rejected. They happily charged my card. I'm yet to get refunded. They never bothered notifying about cancellation. Zomato doesn't seem to be taking responsibility either. What a farce zomato online ordering is, and for Maroosh...well, if youre actually interested in eating food, order from elsewhere.
Bazingaa95
I ordered yesterday meal for two with classic shwarma and butter chicken with naan & rotti. Shwarma was awesome even the chicken but roti & naan was not good. It was very thin and not even hot.
Vighnesh Patil
My got to place whenever I'm at a mall. I generally eat here after a movie. Quite affordable. The classic chicken shawarma is the best thing I could get here!
Zoheb Chamadia
I loved chicken seekh kebab served here. Service was slow. Food was tasty. Chicken salad is highly recommended. Food was worth the money spent. One thing this guys should work on is there service time.
Hrishi Golatkar
Ordered for veg biryani and Alu cheese roll. Biryani was ok, not d perfect taste, but Alu cheese roll was good. The service was poor and not much hygienic.
Nash Rulz
I wish I could give a rating in negative. Went in today wanting to have chicken dum biryani and by error added chicken kali mirch to the order as well. The moment the error was realised I requested the one punching the bill to get it cancelled, but to my utter surprise he directly denied it on my face stating that the order has already been punched and it cannot be cancelled. The order was just typed and was not sent to the kitchen yet, so there was no question as to why they cannot cancel. On persuation the person started arguing. Bad customer service must say. Can't really talk about the food, as due to bad service that I received didn't choose to dine with them anymore. You've definitely lost one customer.
Mrs. Salmon
Have a Chicken shawarma here. I haven't tried any other dishes. Shawarmas are good and tasty. Sometimes they let me down when they don't offer pickled veggies alongwith -_-
Common! Who doesn't want them!
Kedar Lawande
i really love the paneer shwarma and garlic hummus with pita bread. Classic chicken shwarma is nice too but i like paneer one better..Looking forward to try other items on the menu
Pratik The Geek
Classic sharwma is just awesome also I got offer of one to one free.
Taste was really classic and fresh.
You can feel unique taste of having sharwma.
Must try.
Bhushan Chanchlani
Was a big fan and used to love Lebanese food. Have been a regular at their outlets. But over the times things change. Really disappointed with the bad service while ordering food via phone. Placed the order around 10 pm. Called again to check the status at 10:35 pm, was told that I would receive the update in 2 mins. Get a call from Maroosh's Inorbit outlet at 10:45 pm informing me that he has just received the order and at this moment he will not be able to deliver.
Seriously for 45 mins my order was not taken and if I had not called to check I would have to wait forever.
Poor response from Call centre and outlet team. Seriously upset and will need to think twice before I order.
Nikita Parmar
Have visited multiple outlets of Maroosh. You get awesome butter chicken and pehshawari dal (black dal) over here. Have also tried chicken bhuna, butter paneer , aloo roll. All have been so far amazing.

The only thing I din like was the biryani. It was too dry and lacked taste.

Don't know the reason y people giving low ratings. It has limited menu but great food.
Fazlur R Siddiqui

There was a time mm! Maroosh as it is know now.Was one of my favourite places.I use to visit its Oshiwara branch very often.
Their shawarmas very yummy so were their rolls
Well enough of flash backs ..now to the present .One think is true the chicken they use for the shawarmas is really nice. Each bite makes u want for more.
But thats about it.
The problem is there is hardly any chicken in the shawarma to really enjoy the dish & this has happened repeatedly .Only on some occasion s they do a mistake & fill it up ..LOL.Its the same with their open shawarma. .to little chicken in it.
Their tandoori chicken is still the same as before its soft & yummy .Its worth a try & so are their kebabs
They do give an option of using whole wheat roti for the shawarma & rolls with out the extra charge .That is nice.
Their rolls have the same problem more onion & less meat .
Their chicken rolls are decent .
They have competition now with multiple lebanese joints opening in malad.
The only thing in their favour currently is their location .
They will always have multiple foot falls.Hence they will always get some one or the other .
But will slowly loose out on their regulars ..
Will check once again in sometime on whats happening here.

I ordered for 2 chicken shawarmas and 2 reshmi kabab wraps, out of which both the wraps had burnt chicken and bitter tasting sauces. Even after calling up the call centre thrice in an hour and a half, I still haven't even received a courtesy from the outlet manager(Inorbit Mall), let alone getting replacement for the food. Thanks a ton Maarosh for ruining my Saturday Dinner. Never in my wildest dreams am I ordering food from you again. Terrible Experience!!

We had Reshmi Chicken Tikka with tandoori roti & Garlic Hummus with pita.
Reshmi Chicken Tikka was tender and scrumptious. Tandoori Roti was served as accompaniment and was ok.
Garlic Hummus was quite yummy and pita was soft.
The servers were serving with a smile and answering all the queries very patiently.
