This has been by far the most convenient place i have ever discovered! Be it their food quality or the location or staff and ambiance. You can definitely try anything in south indian here. Punjabi food is equally tasty. Theri butter milk is next level! Overall a safe and good quality food is offered.

I tried
1. veg tiranga- I got three gravies
A. Red gravy: Mix veggies like onion, capsicum, tomato and paneer tossed in red medium spicy gravy.
B. White Gravy: Rich sweet cashew gravy with a large ball of paneer (paneer kofta)
C. Green Gravy: Green coloured gravy with paneer and mix veggies. Medium spicy.
It is priced at Rs. 335 which is value for money and enough for 2-3 people. We also ordered chapati which were too much oil so before ordering just tell them to add less oil.
2. Hariyali Pav Bhaji- Nice greenish buttery pav bhaji. The green colour is because of spinach but it's very difficult to detect it's presence. I would prefer ordering above normal pav bhaji. Also would you to try this. A step above normal pav bhaji. They also provide 3 pav with it just at Rs.140. Overall value for money.
3. Pav bhaji- The difference was no cheese and elaichi. But I would recommend special pav bhaji over it. Still if you are health conscious then go for this one. Also provided 3 pavs
4. Dahi Misal- looking at misal I thought I wouldn't taste best. But after mixing darsan, dahi and onion. It become awesome combination. A different taste of misal. I you are misal lover then go for it. However they didn't provided pav.
5. Cheese chattner dosa- Yellowish white spicy gravy in cheesy dosa. Tried for first time but liked it. A different dosa style.
6. Rawa maysoor masala dosa- Rava dosa stuffed with red gravy with lots of cashews. This is the real taste of maysoor masala.
7. paneer Chilli- A descent chinese item. Not much spicy. Perfect paneer chilli. Go ahead with it. 8-9 rectangular pieces with Chinese sause.

We always order in dinner from Dwaraka. An ardent paneer lajawab and kolhapuri lovers. They also serve amazing veg pulao which is unlike any other in the area! It's a great family restaurant joint close to the station and you will never go wrong with it.

This place serves the best Punjabi thali .we always get the thali and it is fabulous every time .this wholesome thali I'd fit for two average people .the sabzi served are very delicious and th pulao is also really good.
Visited this place few days ago. This place i situated very close to borivli station. A very nice cute place which has a air conditioned seating as well. The ambience here is pretty decent and cozy. The staff here are very good and friendly. They suggest very well. This place has many good snack items on their menu and main course as well. The presentation of the food is the best. We ordered a masala dosa which was very crispy and very tasty. The chutneys also were very fresh. The manager then suggested us a cheese grill corn sandwich which was one of the best sandwich ever had. The presentation was amazing. It was very filling and tasted yumm. It was served in cutting chai glasses and chips and french fries as starters. The items are fairly priced. The food quantity is also really good. Overall a awesome place to snack on. Must visit place in borivli station.

Ordered idli and mendu vada for 60₹,the food was delivered within 30 mins, the quantity was good 2 idli and 1 vada of satisfactory size. The sambar was tasty and went well with the idli and vada.
This Place is decent enough for vegetarians , it has Jain options which is the reason why I am rating it a 4 , it has good south indian variety and food , have tried the dosa and idli vada over here , though I would suggest you Chinese fried rice here over south indian if you prefer goin at lunch hours .

This has been our family's favorite restaurant from years. Have tried and tasted almost everything on their menu. When every we crave for good Punjabi food or even Chinese.. We hop in here. We happened to go here yesterday for lunch. We had:
Manchow soup: It was perfect... Just the way we wanted... Less spicy n with lots of crispy noodles.
Butter Roti n Veg Maharaja: Nicely buttered rotis. Veg maharaja was tasty red curry with Manchurian type kofta in it.
Rose falooda : Best way to end our lunch.
Very nice food we had gone in a group n we were 15 people bt the food is too good n tasty n price is very reasonable in short we enjoyed a lot staff is very humble n co operative I suggest people to go n enjoy the food

Small but a really neat and clean place. Its an udupi so its best known for its south Indian and pav bhaji. We tried the masala dosa, sada dosa, medu vada and pav bhaji. All of it was very good. The quantity is satiating. Enough to fill u up well. Pav bhaji comes with 3 pavs and the masala dosa is quite a huge one. Saw tandoori stuffed parathas too on the menu but could not try it this time. Will sure come back for the punjabi food and the parathas. Service was impeccable and that too with the broadest smiles. Overall experience was fabulous. Would not mind coming back here or calling for a home delivery feom here for sure.
Its a small place. Around 10ish tables in non-AC and 5 tables in AC. Usually overcrowded and 20-30 mins waiting period on weekends.
We had to wait for 35 mins for a table of 2 in AC before our turn came on one of the Saturday evening. We ordered Veg. Koliwada Jain Punjabi (North Indian) dish and few butter rotis ( Indian bread). The food was really nice for a jain plate and quantity was decent for 2 ppl. The masala chaas (butter milk) was just ok.

For Jain lovers, 'Dwarka' is The Place. One the best Jain Dum Biryani have ever tasted. They have variety of Jain Options like Jain Burger, Jain Vada, Jain Masala Dosa...Not many Veg Restaurants have such Jain spread like Dwarka. A Value for Money with Good Service.
Rice lovers must try Tawa Paneer Pulao and also Veg mini thali for ₹90, but the quantity is sufficient for more than 2 people. Paneer lovers have one more thing to dig on, Paneer chilly 👍🏼

Food: A Mini thali wch had three subzis we replaced 1 kadi with sukha aloo ,roti rice, was really tasty nd a budget one
Aloo paratha was a big one nd tasty too with dal makhani it tasted awesome
Rava masala dosa which had kaju pieces in it was impressive.
Service: I feel there are too many waiters for lesser tables hovering but i think they may be needed in peak times. Could be reduced in non peak times.

If you are a vegetarian, Dwarka is one of the fine places for you to have your meal. I have been there a couple of times and I really liked their preparation and quality of food. They have a variety of starters. The Cheese Chilly Kebab is my personal favorite. Moving to main course, many Punjabi dishes are available and that too in different gravies. I always prefer Cheese Garlic Naan when I go there.
As far as desserts are concerned, the juices and milk-shakes are fairly good. But the Falooda is the thing that you must try. In all its a perfect place for having Punjabi food. Please do visit.

I have to give it Dwarka for its just outside my lane and I have been here numerous times. It's like a second kitchen for me after my own house. I have only jain food here so I'm damn confident about jain food. It has never disappointed me. After the renovation a few years back the ambience has really improved. Keep it up.

We were looking to have lunch and thought of trying out food at Dwarka. The restaurant is near the Borivali Railway station and has AC and non-AC sections.
We started by ordering masala papad. The papad was as is regularly found in restaurants. A fried crunchy papad topped off with some chilli powder and chat masala, along with a garnishing of freshly chopped tomatoes, onions, and coriander. The taste was delicious, and the good part being it was not too spicy. The papad was indeed a light starter to the main course.
For the main course, we tried out their Punjabi thali. The thali had three vegetables - paneer butter masala, mixed vegetables, and a dry sabzi which we replaced with mixed veg. to make it double. Both dishes were delicious, and, for my thali, they took care to give me both sabzis without coriander and garlic, right in line with the special instructions. We order roti with one and naan with another thali. I had the butter naan, which was delicious, with a generous quantity of butter flowing through it. I found it exceptionally soft; the best part is that the naan was not even slightly burnt, indicating it was cooked perfectly.
The dal fry and the tawa pulav were cooked very well, and in fact, the tawa pulav was one of the best I have had in many restaurants. Made with long-grained rice, it was not too spicy but just enough to bring out the flavor of the spices used with the rice. Lastly, the gulab jamun was served hot and was just perfectly sweet to end the entire lunch with a dessert.
All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our lunch at the restaurant. Correct quantity, great taste, and professional service. I would recommend visiting the restaurant.
One of the most tasty and well managed restaurant located in borivali west shimpoli. Food tastes delicious and the service is of top class.
