This branch of Starbucks is one of my favourite coffee shops in Lower Parel.
The Location: Just perfect for office people in and around lower parel, but mostly for the Indiabulls finance center office crowd. The ambience is good. It’s mostly not so crowded and you always
find a nice cozy place to sit (unlike most SBux, that are crowded).
The Food & Beverages: The usual trademark SBux stuff. Some of my favorites; the cold brew Kenyan coffee, the caramel macchiato and the banana loaf cake.
The Staff: This SBux has the most amazing people you’ll ever meet.
It is mostly because of the friendly staff here, that it is literally my happy place, my comfort zone. I mostly go to this SBux, as it is close to work and I have friends there. The staff welcomes me with beautiful smiles; they know my drink and they know the correct spelling of my name haha. These small things go a long way.
Special shout out to Vidya, Manali, Sanjana, Amol, Mahesh, Suraj. All these wonderful people that work at SBux Indiabulls.
They are such lovely people, they made me cut their Anniversary Cake. That’s was a fun day.
My coffee at SBux is sometimes the highlight of my work day. I look forward to it and to be honest I am addicted to it. I love Sbux because it is the place where good coffee and great conversations live.
I highly recommend this place.

This Starbucks is in an office building so you'll have to give your name , phone number etc. at the checkin and then on the first floor you'll find this place.. Its a very professional building and interestingly the Starbucks India head office is also located in the same building. So for casual meet-up dont mistakenly go to this outlet. Rather if you want a quick boost between meetings or relax and sit and get your work done this place suits you but beware very less charging points available and it closes earlier than other Starbucks as its inside an office building. The staff is extremely polite and good and you can order according to your needs.

I go over often to Starbucks located in OIC and Pooja is always there to welcome us with a smile. She knows the customer’s preference and will let us know of any new or diff products that may interest us. Easygoing, ever helpful and always ready with a smile she’s a great asset to the Starbucks team.

Servers don't always get it when I ask them for skinny coffees but at least the stuff is served hot, the staff is friendly and there's always fresh-ish food.

Decent place which has sitting space with people walking in and out of tower 2. The food is as expected maintained standards of Starbucks. Would have been great if some music would have been added to the ambience 😊
Hope the review of this place helps some one some where who would be planning to visit this Starbucks. Not attaching any picture as it's office space not sure whether it would be allowed because of security reasons.

Nice place to have a coffee and meet your friends or office contacts. Flipside is people take longer time here, once they are seated. Sometimes this makes the wait longer. Do try their caramel drinks. They are awesome

Starbucks cafe at Level 1, Tower 2. More of a waiting area for the corporates or visitors. Setup is the same chic Starbucks style. Coffee is good. Excellent ambience thanks to the lovely Indiabulls Offices. You have to have a Visitors pass and get through security to get here.

Starbucks doesn't only give you best coffee but also gives you the best experience. Really helpful and supportive staff. A must have coffee experience for anyone who is fond of coffee. Do get your Starbucks card issued to get a free coffee in your birthday month. :)

It's a great place to catch up for a quick meeting or carry back some coffee back at your work place. People only working in the India bulls finance centre can access this place .. not open for outside visitors unless you know somebody working in any of the companies housed within India bulls finance center . It's not a very private space as it is in the lobby and you will always find people walking by and hence it not very quiet as well.
