Another place for Bollywood fans! The DJ here plays good Bollywood music from the 80s &90s .
They welcome you with sukha puri :) and they have a hatke menu that servers bombil fingers, tadka chicken tikka and masala wedges. Indian style yummy food .I like the way they add tadka to everything. They have an outside smoking area. They also used to have a dart game in the smoking area.
Love this place! Every weekend it's packed, mostly with office types, and sometimes with the uncles of the neighborhood . The ambience is Nice- nothing fancy, but clean, cosy and comfortable. Food is good- love the smoked chilly chicken, Chinese lollipops and the malai thyme kebabs. Veggie stuff also very good. Booze is affordable and cocktails etc are competently prepared. The head steward, Savio, a senior citizen, who we are very fond of. Music is sad, though. I think the owner has dumped all the CDs from her growing-up years to the console and hence we are made to listen to sappy 80s and 90s junk. But that's fine in the overall. Can do some marathi celeb-spotting often. My comfort place.
The place is nice, small cozy and warm. The staff is friendly and prompt. Mr. Savio - the manager is the heart and soul of the restaurant, he gurantees100% customer satisfaction - with a profound experience of hotel industry of nearly 4 decades. The food quality was good. Prices are reasonable.
Late serving , best kheema pav and smoked chill chiken and also biryani which was just fabulous but honestly it's really not so good for veg foodies
A big yessss to this place.i did visit here with ma besties. Delicious food ( specially for fish lover).good service.great quality I must say.Funky atmosphere very chilled.great place to have drink with friends on weekends.very reasonable prices as compare to food. Definitely going to visit here again.Absolutely will recommend this place for yummy food.
Absolutely amazing place, great place to have liquor and bombay styled anda Bhurjee Pav, or have chicken tandoori fried in masala.
All sounds interesting and taste fantastic too. Service is a bit slow and can be arrogant however great value for money.
Yes the music a little loud and choice is not up to the mark else I would have given this place a 4.5 rating.
Quite a decent place to chill and enjoy you drink when your alone. Music is good, they have a good retro playlist. If u are exhausted and u wanna come here for a couple of drinks best place. The only drawback was the space allocation or the layout of the outlet.i give a thumbs up to this place otherwise
Another place for Bollywood fans!
The dj here plays good Bollywood music from the 80s & 90s.
They welcome you with sukha puri :)
And they have a hatke menu that serves Bombil fingers, tadka chicken tikka and masala wedges.
Indian style yummy food. I like the way they add tadka to everything.
They have an outside smoking area.
They also used to have a dart game in the smoking area.. I don’t know why did they stop it.. they should have it again.
Also let’s not forget the quarter system here.
Oh and too much love for old monk here. They even serve Old monk cocktails!
The only drawback is the common washroom rest everything seems to be perfect.
Best part being valet parking :D
If you go early before 10ish you will meet this very friendly uncle here.. he just helps you with everything and knows what you exactly want to have.
Was there with my friends a few weeks back . Amazing place .... good & cheap place for drinks . Also the food they have is delicious. Must go place to chill
Amazing food , vibes and very good service 😍
Chicken biryani is love love !
Kolhapuri chicken tandoori was way too yummy
Paneeer pizza was Soo cheesy and yummy ♥️♥️
I have posted the same review as a Google Guide and would highly recommend a visit to this place. Lovely ambience. Food is excellent. Prices is reasonable. Service is great. Have been heretm 3 times in last couple of months. Same experience every time. Worth a visit ...
Been here thrice between Nov and Dec 2017. Lovely music and most of all, at reasonable decible level, you can enjoy the music and have a conversation without shouting. Very good service every time we came and the food quality and dishes served are fantastic. It has a whiff of lounge and a pub and a premium restaurant all in one but at a reasonable price point and that's really appreciated. Safe place for women. I did say it's worth a visit.
Awesome food and ambience. Staff is friendly and cooperative.
All the dishes were up to the mark and taste was great.
Bombil fingers n mutton chops n smoked red chilly chicken were yummy
Located in Mahim, nice place to chill out. Saves the legacy of Stepp inn.
Staff, food, ambience, music is spot on.
Would just recommend the owners if they could introduce something more in happy hours.
Apart from this, must visit place.
When you plan a night you either go directly to the town side or the bandra-andheri suburban side. But this is one of the few places that can change your plans. It is amazing, cocktails and the food both. The staff is amazing a d helpful. The best thing I liked is there basement seating area, it's kind of spooky though. If you go as a couple do chose basement, it's all away from the loud music. Mehul Rumde
Quarter house is a good place to visit if you want to enjoy a good drink with some finger snacks. Located in one of the bylanes of Mahim, this place enjoys good response from the local crowd on weekends. Ambience is decent, music is sad
We visited this place when it was about to shut and we just reached for the last order. The server informed us that only chinese can be served. We ordered spicy bell pepper chicken. The chicken was well cooked and juicy. Finger licking good but equally disappointing in quantity.Next we tried chicken lollypop which was inarguably one of the best I have had in many years. We also got a complimentary chicken tikka pizza which was also good.
This place has a lot of offers. We got a pizza free for ordering a bottle of whiskey. Their complimentary masala puri is also delicious. They have different offers on different weekdays. Also there are offers like unlimited alcohol for 2 hours by paying a certain fixed amount.
As the name suggests, quarter house has quarter system of serving alcohol. But it is a bit over priced for the locality. It might cost you more if you compare same quantity of alcohol and food at beer cafe or bar stock exchange. Expensive indeed.
Service was commendable. The staff is good, well spoken and is quick to recommend their signature preparations. All in all it was a good experience at Quarter House
Food : 5/5
Service : 4/5
Ambience : 3/5
Music : 3/5
Rearrival quotient: Yes
Quarter house is a real delight in Mahim. The decor is so tastefully done. The offers on drinks 2+1 makes it light on the pocket especially for a drinks evening out. They also play some nice 80s music which goes perfectly well with the decor and ambience. But what is most delightful is the food. Very yummy!!! We ordered the butter garlic chicken Tikka... Succulent pieces of chicken, well marinated and cooked... Well done to the chef.... The place is a bit small but surely makes for a lovely hangout ...
This is my home ground whenever I am nearby... Good music which kicks off with retro style and ends up with body shaking tracks. This place has got all day offers running throughout the week.
Other than ur poison you must have Prawns kadipatta, mandeli fry and bheja cutlets here... Simply amazing.
Had been to this place with friends. Good food, great ambience specially the songs that the DJ plays. Better to reserve a table in advance..
Got to know about the QH by a Dear friend of Mine who stays close to QH MAhim .
Besides the Drink & Offers are great .But have to Salute the Chef & Creative Thought ...who Made Kholapuri Lamb chop ,Mash and over all mix of the Dish is so great .Can't Explain or pen it down ....Coming back for the Succelent Lamb chop with Sauce and sides ....
Been here twice with my childhood friend. To begin the place is located in a quiet lane opposite paradise theatre in Mahim. Enter this place and you will instantly feel the buzz and the vibe owing to great ambience coupled with good crowd and funky music. The place is a personification of a great pub. Order any item on the menu and trust me you will never be disappointed. Drinks are also reasonable priced with good offers. Great place to catch up with friends. Cher
Evening treat for Starters n Happy Hours @ Quarter House, Mahim
We went yesterday i.e Friday Evening to enjoy drinks. There was 2+1 offer on drinks. It was altogether a great evening........enjoyed the songs.....enjoyed the environment......the only disadvantage is the space......the restaurant should be more spacious with some amount of privacy.....
Parking is a huge problem in this lane.....
Then we entered there was this waiter with rude looks (Sameer) who escorted us to the table n then we said it is just in middle so we asked him for a table which was for six......he said we can't give u as we were four....that was rude.....he was quite wierd until he got us the menu n was standing up on our head.....then I just looked at him like a smirk n he smiled......then he was in a comfortable zone n loosen his rude qualities.....he was always suggestive on menu.....
Let's talk about the food now!!!
He served us masala Puri as complementary.
We ordered Corn Chilli Cheese Lollypop - it was good in taste.....it had flavour to it.....but it was too dry....it would go really well with sweet chilli sauce to balance the dryness of the dish......also the wood stick was disaster.....they should use french fries or any other consumable ingredient to hold the corn chilli cheese rather using wood.
Tawa Basa Fry was a ok dish......it had a Indian spices touch but as it's Basa the amount of citric taste is required......they should put good amount of lime juice or kokum juice in marination......on top it was garnished with hell of a lot garlic which is a bad idea......it would give a bad odour.......they can fry the marinated Basa on good amount of curry leaves n garnish it with chaat masala n onion rings on top.
Paneer Tikka was the hero of all other dishes......it was stupendous.....well marinated.....right amount of spice.....right amount of tandoor flavour.....was literally melting in mouth......Paneer was super soft n fresh.....n they serve it with butter roti which was going really well....
Kalamiri Aloo was a good dish too......it could have enhanced the flavour with some sprinkle of chaat masala or kasoori methi or black salt.....the roti accompanied with the dish was not going well becoz the aloo were dry n vice versa....
Sesame Chilli Cheese Toast was the disaster.......it didn't had any flavour.....it was too oily.....becoz of the oil it felt so heavy.....
In drinks we ordered Caprioska, Long Island Ice Tea, Mojito, Sangria & Vodkatini......drinks were great...
The servers n waiters need to be given trainings on hospitality service n etiquettes.......in comparison the door man was more welcoming.....
For all of your who don't know yet, our office has recently shifted to Mahim from Kalina and Quarter House is our official new drinking adda! Let me start of by saying the management is an absolute delight. The owner takes our time to go around making sure everyone's having a good time. Offers honest suggestions with loads of free food! Her father who helps with running the restaurant is a kind hearty old man and a welcome sight! The drinks are pocket friendly considering the 2+1 offers and the unlimited offers. They also have crazy schemes where on a set day you can get your boss to the outlet and claim a discount on your food bill! Isn't that amazing! They also have Karaoke, something that's been missing at a lot of outlets as of late. The best part in my experience at the restaurant was the food. I never expected to be eating more than I was drinking but once I got a taste of it I couldn't stop. Try out absolutely anything from the menu I'm sure nothing would disappoint. The schezwan sauce at the outlet is the absolute best I've had till date! The place also has interactive funny branding all around with a warm ambience. Make sure you drop by when your in the area. They're worth it!
With a brilliant ambience and the most friendly staff, Quarter house is definitely a must visit place. The food served here is definitely up to the mark. We had the chicken tikka pizza and the potato wedges and both of them were served hot and delicious. They also have various offers and events for each day of the week. Do visit. Aman Pareek Ajayinmex
Had a blast with my colleagues
They have great offers
Pocket friendly
Good varieties of food
Good music # prompt service # definitely recommend.....
Visited QH in December 2016 with my brother in law , who was down from Australia. QH was a quarter bar with another name and famous for its dingy ambience that was exclusively male back then. It's spruced up, serves the same quarters and has reworked its interiors to accommodate the millennial who seeks a comfortable ambience , loves to hang out with friends of both genders and is almost epicurean.
Quarter House provides awesome chakna (snacks that accompany your drinks) and both my BIl and I loved the fryums (we ordered another portion later). We overdosed on the snacks - mini batata vada, missal pav, kheema pav, prawns and more and the total damages were reasonable.
I returned about a week later with a date , a pal and his date and despite the hesitation of both the women , when we parked and their horror at the entrance , we ventured in and both later admitted the place and the staff made the women feel secure and we found the service consistent , the food quality the same, the music a tad bit loud and the service equally quick. This time we drank more and ate more - from the chakna to a fried fish meal and one biryani / Tawa pulao dish and we all loved the food.
On both visits, I found the whole thing surreal. 15 years ago , just starting off in the corporate life , we would frequent quarter bars to chug down cheap booze , eat equally cheap chakna and then visit our favourite carts or roadside stalls to eat biryani/Tawa pulao / pav bhaji / kheema pav at Irani joints or missal pav if the stalls were still open to serve them and now , its all under 1 roof ! Makes it easier for both the millennial and the nostalgic fuddy duddy I am turning out to be.
On the food - the quality is superior to road side stalls , is presented well, has enough portions or quantity in comparison to the pricing and is mostly cooked and served hot (barring the fryums)
For us guys, the urinals are clean and none of the Gokul style smells !
For women , the approach is a little dingy but the interiors more than make up for it.
Pro tip - get in by 6:30 PM or 6:40 PM if you want the larger tables and if you want to spend more than a couple of hours there.
Quarter House is a chill place to relax with friends over a few drinks & finger food.
The booze is "relatively" cheap if you consider the offers of the day..(we got the 2+1 free offer the day we went).
A majority of the menu is basically finger-food to aid your "drunkenness"... The peanut chaat was decent "chakna" (accompaniment) material. The Garam Masala Wedges, Corn Chilli Cheese Lollypops and Masala Chicken Chilli didn't disappoint either but they could work on their portions! Surprisingly, they didn't have the evergreen favourite - "masala papad" on their menu!
The service is attentive and quick (given that only three other tables were occupied on the weeknight we went).
The ambience is pretty cool too, with a lot of graffiti and other wall-art. A lot of English classics were blaring on their speakers; but with great company, you barely listen to the music!
Basically a VFM place to get drunk with your friends, offering decent finger-food as well!
A fun cosy pub that gives you a good reason to be in Mahim, craving for a drink. The food here is indo-fusion, typical of what you'd expect at a bar. There's no option for those watching their weight though. Every night of the week is dedicated to something special, be it karaoke or Bollywood or some such. Overall, a fun place to hang with your friends.
A gem in the by lanes of Mahim , Quarter House surprised me with the decor and the menu.
The food didn't disappoint intact it was lip smacking , I strongly recommend this place for people who want to try out a new menu and super presentation with a drink.
Must have is the white prawns with peanut rice @
Tucked away in a quiet bylane of mahim, this is an unexpected place for the area. It's cosy and value-for-money and I have been here many times. The food is decent (try the maharashtrian fare here), staff is friendly and prompt and there is always some deal on drinks. I have had mutiple good experiences but recently their stocks on offer were disappointing. But the most recent let down was that waiter Umesh offered us a "buy2, get 1 free" deal on our choice of brand to start with but denied having done so at time of billing. So be careful before ordering and understand all the details to avoid disappointment.
Good place to hang out with friends for couple of drinks. They know the kind of music dadarkar or Mahimkar would like and enjoy. So coming here anytime won't be a waste. Please try bombil fry it's must have. Good place for family as well as friends.
I've been wanting to try out this place ever since I went through their menu on Zomato. Four of us took a cab down to Mahim on a Saturday evening to sample their offerings.
The ambience is comfortable and very 'Social' like. They have a big screen and play some good numbers. However, the music went down south post 10 pm (this is subjective.)
The service, especially for food, is a tad slow. However, the staff is polite and courteous.
They have some great offers on alcohol and also have a boy's night! We went for the 2+1 on beers and consumed around 15 pints between 4 of us. The damages were around 180 for a pint with the offer.
The food here is fabulous! We ordered the Koliwada Prawn Popcorn, totally scrumptious. The malai chicken and kheema wantons were yum as well. I would really love to go back and try their mains.
All in all, a great evening! Make sure you hydrate with some water as you go through your quarter!

If you are found of good music with a decent place for Booze then Quarter house it is. Good food, mix of Bollywood & English tracks is a nice place to chill with friends. Do look out for their various offers on weekdays. The only two minus points would be the area and little expensive on pocket, otherwise the place rocks.
Quarter house had been on my wish list since long. But I heard mixed reviews about this place hence I was a little skeptical about this one. But my experience here with the food was really good. The menu is really well chosen as it covers many things that one would wish to eat with their drinks.
First we started off with Masala Puri. At any chaat waala an extra masala Puri is a must. And I always hoped to accompany my drinks with this delicious snack. This one too was yum!
2)Creamy malai thyme chicken: this was a superb appetizer. The malai chicken was indeed creamy and perfectly cooked. It's a must try.
3) soya kheema Samosa: this was a big turn off. I wouldn't suggest this to anybody. The Samosa was fried perfectly but the filling failed to impress.
4) bombil stuffed prawns: this is another kickass dish. Those of you who do not mind those thin fish bones will definitely love this dish. It was crispy on top and soft bombil was wrapped around a perfectly cooked prawn.
5) kheema wontons: this needs no description. The combo was killer and so was the taste. Soft flavourful kheema was stuffed inside a crisp fried wonton.
6) Dabeli: this again failed to impress as the balance between the sweet and spicy chutney wasn't good. It was very sweet for my palate. I would definitely love it if they added that kick of spicy chutney.
7) Prawn popcorn: that was a perfect accompaniment to the drinks. Perfectly fried golden brown prawns with that tasty chutney was just WOW!
8) tambda rassa misal pav: this was definitely one of the tasty misal I had. The best part was that it was a mix of 2 delicious dishes namely tambda rassa and misal. This one is highly recommended. (Not recommended for the diet conscious people)
Overall the place is good for food.
Ambience is decent. The night we went was a karaoke night. So we sang to our hearts content. Overall we had a fun experience.
Ambience: 3.5/5
Food: 4.25/5
Service: 3/5
Overall : 4/5
If the thought of cheap booze and bar eats excites you then Quarter House is where you need to be after a long day at work!
With an exciting offer lined up for you everyday, plus the usual happy hour, Quarter House literally is your friendly neighbourhood bar and eatery.
Due to my no-alcohol policy in effect when I happened to visit the place, I couldn't really try any cocktails but they seemed decently priced and had a fair variety.
The creme de la creme of Quarter House, however are the bar bites.
The Tikkas and Tandoori items like the Kalimiri Lemon Tikka and Charred Chicken Lollipops were fabulous and would definitely be my choice of 'chakna' on my next visit.
Also great were the Kheema Wontons, not something you'd expect at Quarter House, but brilliant in taste.
The cripsy Kadipatta Prawns and Chilli Chicken Paos were a decent fare too.
Not being a place where you'd be craving dessert in particular, it's better off skipped.
Conclusively, a decent place to call it a night after a quick drinking spree over a couple of glasses of your favourite poison.

Visited Quarter House a couple of weeks ago for some drinks and dinner. Even though it was a weekday, the place was packed and buzzing by 9.30 pm.
We started off with a couple of cocktails which are pretty decently priced and then tried some of their food of which we quite liked-
Saucy Bbq Mushrooms - Not normally a huge fan of vegetarian starters but these were good.
Green Garlic Chicken - Well flavoured and tender chicken skewers in a green garlic sauce. Spicy and absolutely delicious these were.
Prawn Popcorn - These were crunchy and greasy at the same time and went down well with the drinks.
And no meal of mine is completed without meetha. The mini little Gulab Jamuns served with Vanilla Icecream was an absolute delight at the end of our meal.
On the whole it's a decent place to grab a couple of drinks and food without burning a hole in your pocket!
Visited Quarter House for dinner and was pleasantly surprised. It's a small place with good ambiance. They have various deals on booze.
Coming to the food, their menu is full of fast food items with a twist. We had the Crispy Bombil Fingers and Tambada Rasa Chicken Misal Pav. Both dishes were tasty. The Misal Pav was the better of the two dishes, the gravy was full of flavor and went very well with chopped onion and farsan.
Overall, It was a good experience. Worth checking out.
Quarter House! Amazing place to hangout with friends. Good music 🎶. Food was yummy
We ordered for charred chicken Lollypops, cheese chili toast which was very tasty.
The dish i like the most was Tambada Rassa Misal pav chicken/kheema. Amazing concept Was worth ordering. Never thought of eating non veg misal pav...a big thumbs up to this dish👍.
A must visit place
Quarter House, can easily be said that this one is a hidden gem. Nice, cosy place with not very costly alcohol and delicious food.
I really liked the variety of dishes in the menu. I was there recently and tried few dishes from the menu-
Chicken Tandoori Lollipop- Basically, chicken drumstick cooked in tandoor. This was one good
Sukha Chicken- Loved it. Chicken cooked in various spices made the dish so good.
Prawns Stuffed Bombil Rolls- Prawns stuffed in Bombil, nothing can be more tempting than this.
Methi Malai Chicken- I was a bit sceptical about ordering this one because many places tend to make it way sweeter than expected, but this dish was just perfect
Goan Fish Curry- They used Basa fish for the fish curry. The fish was cooked perfectly and the curry was nice
Special mention to the Cheese Naan, heavenly. Whatever dish you order in main-course, just order Cheese Naan and the entire experience will be next level.
Head to QH to chill with friends or family.
Highly recommended
Mahim has, in the past couple of years been buzzing AF and adding to the buzz has been – Quarter House!
It started off as a place which serves “cheap booze” but today I can safely say that it has emerged as a place serving really delicious food!
Quarter House serves food which is a modern take n authentic maharashtrian and malwani cuisine and the execution of this is just bang on! The stuff like Tambda Rassa Misal and Prawn stuffed Bombil are absolute must haves! The Dabeli, though a little sweet, was something I enjoyed a lot! The Koliwada Prawns Popcorn and the Bombil Fingers are a must have as well!
They also have some really good tikkas and the Creamy Chicken Thyme Tikka was one of the creamiest and the most luscious chicken tikkas I have eaten.
Though everything else was amazing, the BEST DISHES of the night had to be the Kheema Wantons and the Kheema Pav both of which are an essential must have!
Quarter House (as the name suggests), has straight drinks available pegs as well as quarters and khambas (which turns out to be cheaper if you are in a big group of people). They also have some brilliant offers all week which you should totally check out and take advantage of!
Untill next time…
A nice place to hangout but it's always empty, so if you need some private fun for your gang then this is the place...!!
They mention various offers and discounts throughout the week, be sure to ask them the terms and conditions before ordering..!!
By far the place with a good ambiance and quite atmosphere..!!
This place was suggested by someone.
Else I would have never come across it.
as its in the Lane. Location wise its quite nice centrally located,
just in the Lane.

Quite a happening place at mahim. They serve great cocktails with great drinks on liquor and some mind blowing food. They have different deals everyday and probably the only bar having means night where they give free alcohol to men. Also the music is amazing and a mix of pumpy English and Bollywood.
Coming to the food, we sampled a couple of their dishes out of which I absolutely loved the malai and lime chicken , mustard basa fish and corn and cheese lollipop. The fish and chicken melted in the mouth and were extremely flavourful while the lollipop was crunchy and cheesy and served along with a mayo dip. We also had the Masala puri, mini batata Wadas and chicken chilly rice which were decent.
For alcohol, they have special deals and offers going on each day which makes it extremely pocket friendly. We tried couple of their cocktails which were quite strong and tasted amazing. The mandarin mojito, kiwi daiquiri and the peach martini were a delight!
We loved the vibe, service and ambience and the food outdid my expectations and was mind blowing!
So if you're hanging out around mahim and crave some great food and cheap alcohol with a pumpy ambience then this place is It!
Food is very nice. Have visited it couple of times.
Have offers on drinks throughout.
Good music too.
The worst is they have some unusual taxing system.
Food tax and beverage tax along with regular ones.... Have never heard about it... to
Which I think the offers get utilised while paying those taxes.. 😬
Ambience is good.
3.5 only because of taxes.

Was worried about trying this place out because of the area it is located in. I quote some friends calling it a shady area. However, i decided to give it a fair trial and spent my Saturday night at this cafe along with 4 other friends. We were pretty delighted with the ambiance until the colorful lights came on later on. The music was mainly Bollywood but I hear they get a lot of western music requests on karaoke night on Mondays. We called for the 'buy two get one-quarter free' but were disappointed that all 3 had to be the same spirit. We were also offered only a few choices in spirits as everything else was not available on the offer. Sukha puri was offered as a complimentary welcome starter which felt very local, We tried the smoked red chilli chicken, the Koliwada prawn popcorn and a chilli chicken that we got tempted to order because the waiter brought it to our table instead of someone else's. The food was yum but could do better in quantities. the staff was prompt and very attentive. Would definitely try this place again.
So Mahim has a cool place to hang! I get super happy when that happens because I've lived here for the longest time. Quarter house serves reasonably priced liquor, good chakna and decent food as well. To top that, they play good music too.
Here's what I recommend having here:
Drinks
Try out whatever you feel like. I tried their mojito and it was strong!
Food
Masala puri
This one comes immediately after ordering. It's got Sev, some yogurt, aloo and chaat masala. Cannot go wrong with all of this!
Cheese pakodas
Cheese and pakodas! All good! Super thick cheese layer inside and enjoy these with some chutney.
Batata vada
I'm team batata vada for life! The filling is super tasty and in spite of being a bit on the spicier side, I quite enjoyed it.
Corn cheese lollipop
Slightly chunky. It's OK.
Aloo chaat
This one is decent...would need a bit more chatpata feel
Penne masala
Cheesy pasta with a hint of Indian spices..tasty!
Triple Schezwan rice
Schezwan rice, gravy and Fried noodles. A slightly sweet but mostly spicy.
Sizzling brownie
Just some good old sizzling brownie and vanilla ice cream. And a super generous amount of chocolate sauce.
Definitely check this place out.

It’s quite true that Mahim has a dearth of the usual decorated cool chilling places, but come on, they are trying to match the rest. Quarter House is one which is fun quirky and getting there. You might feel uncanny resemblances to Social Offline.
Let me quickly give you folks a lowdown on how my evening fared:
As far as the drinks go, I had two cocktails – The LIIT, and the CoronaRita ( where they told me Corona would be replaced by Fosters. NO need for the feedback here) The LIIT was pretty watered down and not AT ALL potent. The MAsala Peanuts we had with our drinks were wonderfully spiced and rubbed with masala. Good good stuff to pop with your poison.
The winner at Quarter House is their Tandoor all the way.
You MUST HAVE their Charred Chicken Lollypops, Creamy Malai Thyme Tikka, and the Kalimiri Lemon Tikka. Beautiful, just beauts! Also, special mention to their hari chutney. It is possibly one of the best I have had outside.
- The Prawn Stuffed Bombil Roll is a letdown. Jai Hind had raised the bar so high that this flopped.
- The Kadhipatta Prawns are pretty decent - lovely mishmash of spices.
- The Kheema Wontons is another MUST HAVE.
- Bheja Cutlets are pretty neat too, just unacceptably oily.
- The Chili Chicken Bao was not very enticing. Your usual chili chicken stuffed in a crispy pav.
We finished our meal with cold creamy sabki favorite simple Kulfi.
I am mighty impressed QH. Surpassed my expectation for sure.

Served with steamed rice.
The goan curry was homely and not overly spicy, well balanced.... Nice !!
Overall, Quarter House is a perfect place to unwind with friends over booze and tantalizing food !
Courteous service and valet parking adds to the experience :))

Mixed reviews on this place , pricing ? Personally feel it's VFM - quality of the food ( what ever i had ) Good to very good . The Chicken Kilimiri & lemon Tikka was OUTSTANDING. Ambiance is good ( don't know by the name ) It's different. Service is good. This place can get crowded post 8.30 and i heard it's Packed over the weekends. They have a small den called ADDA at the basement as well. Music is nice. Bollywood it is post 10 pm - Coming to food that we had and cocktails .
It was the Whiskey Sour and the Martini - both were made well by the Bar tender.
Food is what i was looking for - These places are either a Miss or a HIT. For me it was just one off dishes which went for a toss.
One more thing - This type of food reminds me of GHAR ka Khana or what we call it COMFORT food. No rocket science , No experiment . What we make and Serve and get at home its served.
Chana Chor Aloo Chat - Great Chakna which goes well with any drink. Chana Chor with lime and aloo chat marinated with coriander and Mint and a bit of green chilli paste. Since refreshing and good.
Chicken Kali Miri & Lemon Tikka - Killer of a dish ( in fact asked him to repeat this ) Moist/tender/juicy perfectly done chicken ( maybe the best i have had in recent times ) Must try. Nice texture. Good Hit of pepper and lemon. Its better then what the name says and a MUST ORDER. Served with Mint Chutney.
Batata vada - Can't ask for more can you ? Beer and MINI Vada . That too made perfect. Spicy mashed potatoes with proper tadka as a filling. Gatti chutney served along with Mint chutney/onions and lemon. Winner by miles and NOT OILY.
Cheese pakoda - not in the menu but requested. Amul Cheese batter fried to perfection. No need of salt Amul cheese has the salt which is required. Again a pacca Chakna. Loved it.
TADKA Tikka - this again was a killer dish. Its all about getting the balance correct. Tender juicy chicken. Marinated with Ginger/garlic/Curry pata tadka/Chilli and lemon - loved the texture and the dish.
Crispy Bombil Fingers - to get this perfect is an art. It did remain crispy. I have eaten at the best of restaurants and this dish goes for a toss the moment it comes on the table. Correct starch level. Crunchy. Overall went well with the green chutney ( would have preferred Tartar sauce )
They have something Like PRAWNS aglio Olio - Please do not compare it with the Italian dish. Its their version to make the customers happy. Its Basically Medium sized prawns which were cooked well and served with a runny schezwan sauce and olive oil - packed with herbs and garlic. Served with Ladi pav which was buttery. Done with the prawns - Pav and Rassa is all yours - enjoy and tasted YUM. Spicy/tangy/Garlicky.
Prawns Stuffed Bombil Rolls - again this is innovative. Great Combination. Bombay Duck and prawns. Prawns Stuffed over a layer of Bombil roll. Packed with flavour. Hit of Ginger/garlic/Curry pata/Onions/chilli. Nicely done. Crunchy from the outside and perfect from the inside. Loved it - nice balance.
Kheema wanton - This came after 30 minutes of waiting and it was worth wait. Again No rocket science. fried wantons with a good stuffing of Mutton Kheema packed with flavours. did get the spices and the aromatic touch . Again a must order dish - go for this one .
Sukha Mutton + Naan = Killer spices. Mutton with bones. Done well. Not chewy. Its made Malvani Style which is loaded and punched with spices and flavours. Hot/Spicy. In Hindi we sometimes use the word Khatarnak taste hai boss .. This is what it is. Loved it. Balance was just perfect.
Curry pata Basa - NOW THIS FOR ME WOULD A DISH WHICH I WOULD LOVE TO EAT HERE.
Smell/aroma - fantastic. Flavors- good. It's Curry pata packed using a correct starch level to get it crunchy along with ginger/lemon/garlic/chillies. And the Its BASA - again crunchy batter fried , spicy and tangy. lovely.
A shot of Pandra rasa and Tamda rasa banta hai boss - tasted good.
Misal Pav with Chicken - This personally i found It OILY. Just that extra oil i guess. taste wise it was ok to good. I know its their signature dish but ... ( hope the chef looks into it )
Butter chicken - all time favorite . and how well has he made it . Wow. the same tandoori chicken pieces used i guess. Chunks of chicken in a thick gravy made topped with cream. Perfect in level of spice and nicely balanced taste wise. went well with Naan . Loved it overall .
This is a Hidden Gem and i am sure there a a lot of regulars who have made this place as their ADDA - you guys rock - a small kitchen with a big heart , and to nail most of the dishes - awesome.
keep it up .... Cheers

I would recommend this place on a lonely weekday wished to have a drink with a calm mind and no crowd around. I recommend the meals served here which is whole in itself.
This is a good place to visit if you looking for a good time with good music. The new offer of ₹25 per pint is quite good. The staff are also quite good & the ambience is pretty good. Go in before 7 so as to avoid the evening rush. All in all good place.
Had Always passed this place while on my way home and wanted to visit it someday and the visit was WORTH IT!! Great ambience and awesome music.it got everyone dancing. The food and drinks were pretty good and reasonable. Ordered everything that we were suggested to try and it was DELICIOUS!! Had a great time with my friend . It has a very lively atmosphere.the staff are really friendly and helpful, especially Mr Mithun and uncle (dint ask his name tgh). will definitely go back there SOON!!
Good place to hangout and the offers here are amazing. Food is ok. But if u wanna hangout with friends would like to recommend this place...
Wonderful place, plays really good music... Starts with a lot of retro and ends up playing some recent stuff that's really cool. Drinks priced well, food is amazing... Worth a visit!
One hell a place...ask for Mithun he's the most helpful guy in the whole restaurant.
Cheap daru..
Decent service..
Like the name suggest :) chill maaaro

Superb food good people Nd Ambiance was great been there last night it was awesome great time Nd music good the staff was very friendly must try everyone
It's a very quaint joint, plays classy English music and even classier Hindi music after 10:30 pm, the ambience is extremely fitting for the theme and the
food is worth the portions and price. They have Amazing deals though could do with a wider range of cocktails. All in all a really good place to unwind without being too hard on the wallet
Great hangout place with your group of buddies... They play good music (bollywood) post 10pm. Good food specially the chilly cheese toast and bombil fingers and also tadka tikka for chicken lovers... One visit is worth here and preferably go on a weekday where there is less crowd... Great going QH cheerzz
Happy hours are not that appealing. The ambience is very good and the food is relishing. Maybe a bigger and wider menu would have been better.
Been here for a birthday treat.. Place is small Ltd tables.. Gets pretty crowded on weekends.. Good English music.. They play hindi post 10 which sucks.. Mixed crowd coming in.. Mostly locals who sit in for hrs.. Food was very good and best part they have offers on drinks every day! Staff are good.. They lots of taxes to your final bill.. Gets a lil crazzzieee post 10.. Overall good experience.. Good plce to grab few beers with friends..
A quaint little pub in the by lanes of Mahim, Quarter House is a casual eat n drink place with some foot tapping music. This area didn't have any such pub cum cafe and so they are the obvious choice for residents in the vicinity of Citylight Junction to Mahim Causeway.
I like the fact that just like Open House on Caddle Road, they have typical Maharashtrian delicacies with a contemporary twist that make one curious to order and viola, it tickles your taste buds with a lasting impression. E.g .They have British fish n chips with Bombil (Bombay Duck) made in 'home style', now that is creative. Just that they need to work a tad bit more on the taste because I found some dishes too spicy and some others bland.
I also admire the fact that they play Bollywood, International along with Regional Marathi music that adds the much needed cherry on the cake.
The service is good and so is the ambiance, they could add in some variety of signature cocktails to top up the experience. Way to go, I hope you come up with such "Houses" on every suburb in the city...
Quarter house is the house of tasty food with variety of foods and it is a complete package for all types of taste budders. Evening fine spent there. For ratings I give 9/10.
This place was suggested by a friend. First I was quite reluctant to visit here but i think i was wrong. Amazing small place cozy seating and yummy food with a variety of mix cuisine dishes. Every dish is a must try. Complimentary masala puri, Prawns popcorn, keema rice, chicken biryani, chicken tikka, mutton chops, masala wedges etc.. Will visit again to try the dishes that i missed this very time. Quick service and great management. And also m a member of their loyalty points which entitled me for a complimentary dish.
Landed up on a Sunday afternoon...Was the first one's to enter the place so could choose the best seating :)
Were joined by hardly 2 more groups later.
Went on to order the drinks first followed by Crispy Bombil Fingers which were crispy & also well made except could have been little more hot when we were served.
Next was the Twin Pepper & Chicken Sheekh which was good enough but nothing extra ordinary as such though pepper was mentioned but was not spicy at all.
So to compensate ordered the Kolhapuri Tandoori Chicken. Tasty, spicy & filing.
The place is very well decorated its small yet pleasing. They were playing 90's music which was quite nostalgic.
Overall a good experience. Now whenever I am in or around Mahim area would definitely drop in at this place for pocket friendly drinks & little food.
Went to quarter house on a sunday night. The place wasn't heavily packed. A mix of hindi and english songs were being played. Pretty mediocre. The staff was friendly. There was '1 on 2 beers' offer, so we ended up having 9 beers. Drinks are averagely priced. In food, we had malai chicken, which was BEST, and chilly prawns, which were totally mainstream in terms of taste. We had a white sauce chicken pasta which was super creamy and yummm! And we ended with dessert, ie, sizzling brownie. It was just like the one we find in almost all the restaurants now a days. End point, the starters are worth trying. And the drinks are light on pocket. All in all, great place. Will definitely come back here.
Quarter house is a new watering hole located in the lane opposite paradise cinema, earlier known as Step in bar & kitchen. It's a nice upgrade with new interiors and redefined menu.
As the name suggests it has a bigger Drinks menu than food. You'll find very good offers on booze. There was a 2+1 offer on everything when we visited.
Although a limited food menu there are many interesting options to choose from.
Tried smoked red chilli chicken & creamy malai tikka for starters. Tawa keema Pao & smoked chicken biryani for the mains, everything was good. There are different meal options on the menu as well.
Ambience is good, it's a small place with comfortable sitting arrangements, good interiors and dim lighting.
Music was good and not too loud.
Definitely a good place to chill out with friends.
Drink till you drop, is what their bar menu screams about!
Awesome food though, tried all their seafood variety its pretty decent for a wateringhole where people mostly come with the intention to get sloshed.
The place is a bridge between a casual evening bar and loud party place were one would chill post a days work with friends...
Awesome place to chill out ... Had gr8 time here ... Full fun with superbbb food ...!!! I hv been here twice n every time its more n more fun ..!!! Gr8 value for money . Come n hv gr8 time here. Worth recommending this awesome place !!!😄👍👍👍
Came here all the way from parle to tryout a new place and I must say that they did do justice to our expectations. The ambiance was quite chilled out , like most casual bars in mumbai . What makes this place stand out is its menu . It consists of the best of what mumbai cuisine has to offer ; from delicious fish dishes to dabeli, kheema masala and also few unique dishes like chicken misal . Top this menu with great deals on booze makes this place a must visit . This was my first time to this place but definitely wont be the last time. :)
Brother"lets go to Quater House Cafe"It was my first visit at that place & so was super excited to see the place as i had heard about it.As our car gets closer to the place i see a bottle shaped signage saying "Quarter House".
The place was cutely lit with offers offered by them written on the slate board and good young crowd all over the place. Its a small cosy place with great music and fun place to chill with friends & if your parents is a party person and likes pubs you can take them there as well to drink up some beer or the drinks of your choice. There are darts and few games that they have arranged so that you could enjoy with your friends who are wanting to smoke. The food is very different and unique & innovative, like have you ever heared about "Chicken Missal"?well,I havent.....Its very famous there.I had a great time eating there and the satff is very friendly and welcoming. Will definately be there soon this time with my gang;-)
Another sister concern of open house after tukk tukk definately managed to create a hype but could not live up to it completely! Located in the lane opposite paradise theatre, this spacious place is a little shady but serves some really yummy bombil fingers and chilly chicken! They have vivid offers and happy hours almost everyday! Their ambience is quirky and they play some crazy Bollywood songs! So all who are okay with the darkness this place is enveloped in, can definately give this place a try for the food and incase you are a privacy lover! (This place is not really crowded like most of the places in the area) :D

I live like 2 blocks away from this place and yesterday was the first time i tried Quarter House, because- Friday night daaru scenes! The music is good (i am Bollywood fan, even without alcohol in my system), it could be less louder though. Food before beer! Straight away called for some Masala Chicken Chili- because not many can go wrong with this and some beer of course! Also called for some charred chicken lollypops- uncooked and extremely spicy, i was going to return this and demand something else in exchange but beer already has kicked in by then so i let that go! We also called for a portion of mutton kheema and pav- nice and tasty! Overall good in case other placed around are packed on a Friday night! Total damage for 3 with 9 beers- INR 3400, so yes, its pretty easy on the pocket too!
A sudden plan made with one of my cousin and it was a good time spent, quite a friendly staff whom we could rely on the old uncle there is very helpful , the main draw back was it was a very shady dining place but fine if one wants to chill and lastly cheap booze in short a wonderful Sunday afternoon spent here!
a decent place to booze with great ambience & excellent service. One must try Bombil fingers which are just finger licking. a worth visiting place
Quarter house is the cousin of open house and home chef!! Have been here for lunch on sunday and it was packed but we did manage to get a table..ordered for the char grilled chicken lollipops and fish soya chilly in appetizers and grilled chicken and kalimirch chicken in the main course.all the food was well prepared with the correct amount of spices and perfect for a lazy sunday lunch. Wud like to visit on weekends for drinks next time!
Visited with colleagues a long time ago. Since we were early, got a good table. Quick service, cheap booze, great chakna and super starters, aur kya chahiye.
Did not try the mains but have heard good things and most likely to visit again soon. Their happy hours and offers are quite enticing.
Must try place. But don't go expecting a pub, lounge kind of atmosphere.
We reached there on a very rainy evening and as soon we got seated, hot steaming fries were served on the house! The place is extremely cosy with an excellent ambience. The DJ was at his best and the service was very prompt. Fish lovers must try out the bombil fingers, which were absolutely lip smacking! And to add to that, they also got me a cake on the house, since it was my birthday. Definitely getting a whole lotta friends to this place next!
Its a best place to enjoy your best moments with buddies.... Get this experience once.. This is the place for young hearts...
101% paisa vasul...
Lovely unassuming place that has good offers on drinks and a pleasant menu to go along with it. And retro 80s music just adds icing to the cake..loved it
have good offers... best happy hours... serve regular food with twist
Great food, good offers on drinks....indifferent service
