Great Experience at McDonald's
They have self-order kiosks, which made the ordering process incredibly convenient. These kiosks were abundant, allowing customers to place their orders quickly and accurately.
The staff at this McDonald's location also deserves recognition. They were always ready to assist and create a friendly atmosphere. Their helpful and welcoming attitude added to the overall positive vibe of the restaurant.
Moreover, the restaurant's seating area was comfortable and inviting, making it a pleasant place to enjoy a meal.
My visit to McDonald's left me with a great impression, thanks to the convenience of self-order kiosks, the excellent staff, and the enjoyable dining environment. I would highly recommend this location for a satisfying dining experience.

I would say this is one of the best mcd restaurants. Have always got room to dine and never have to wait. It’s clean too. This restaurant is not self service. Once you will place and order they will provide a token and order will arrive at your table.
Staff is gentle and polite. For food I don’t need to describe as I think it’s same in all mcd restaurants or take away.

In conclusion, the McDonald's experience was a mix of highs and lows. It excelled in terms of service efficiency and safety measures, but there's room for improvement in food quality and the overall ambiance of the seating area.

Update: McDonald's seems to have taken a step ahead in the game by what seems to be an all women staff restaurant.
The cleanliness is top-notch with a good seating capacity. There are multiple seating options: with friends, family and colleagues.
They have given provision to work from restaurant. It's also a great place to work from. It gives you multiple options on food menu and the ambience is soothing and calm. It is not noisy which makes it a great place to conduct small meetings.
Talking about the staff, they are helpful and the person at counter is sharp and informs and the offers and the best way to order. There is no long queue as there are multiple counters where you can order food. The staff guides you to order from the touch panel, is a seamless process and a good experience. The service was quick and food was as always great.

It has take away right now. Safety measures are taken by the staff very well. The queue was managed well by the staff. Kudos to McDonald's for giving a great Service.

Very nice set-up for person who want to eat in the restaurant. They provide Table and chairs around it to enjoy there with family or with couple. The number of tables are enough for sitting as dine in, breakfast or lunch. Very good environment have been maintained. Most of the couples come to this place for dating or meeting and also families come for dinner as well as lunch. The working personal of this shop are very cooperative and having nice behaviour to the customer.
If you visit this restaurant , firstly you have to order your menu in counter, they will give you a token number and through token number you will received your order with very less time. You can also picked up your order to eat some where else.
The fast food of this restaurant is very delicious ......😋😋

A regular customer here. I love the view from their corner table where you get a panoramic view of the whole environment. I generally have their French Fries and McSpicy Chicken burger and most of the times they are on point with the standard taste. The vibe is good and the high tool chairs definitely provide an amazing view.

Most happening place Bang on main Road corner. Must visit for youth . Good for meeting place for 3 to 4 persons. Waiting time is over 15 minutes for each order so order together .Also not to park outside door as it's No Parking. Other than Store entrance anywhere you can park no problem.

If you are a true fan of burger then you know that how many ever times you eat in Mcdonalds you will never get bored of the food. Everytime it is the same happiness I get when I plan to grab some food from McDonalds. Their breakfast menu is worth trying. Some really good options are dosa masala with a whole wheat bun and a cappuccino. Total value meal breakfast if you get tired of the same routine breakfast.

For last 3 time I had a issue with my orders from mc Donald’s as they had served the wrong order or else they accept the order and cancel it after 15-20 min saying what you have ordered is not there. Everytime I only get only one solution which is “we are sorry for the issue and next time it won’t happen”.

The place is a go to. The food as we all know is pretty good indeed. The staff is pretty friendly and helpful with the orders. Except for the burgers, the wraps are one of my personal favorites and it goes amazingly well with piri piri fries. Today we were enjoying our meal (order no.355) that is when we found a bug floating in our cold drink. We took the glass of coke to the counter where at first we did not get attention. After telling them for the second time, a person heard and took the glass from our hand, saw the drink and threw it away, offering us for a refill.The person did not even care about our concern. Disappointing approach to Customer’s problem rather they did not believe there was any.

McDonald’s is everyone’s favourite and does not need any reviews. Well this one if for the waffles they serve in the breakfast menu. They are spot on in taste, great topping options available and are value for money. A perfect breakfast option reminds me of the good old US days where I used to have waffles every day in breakfast. Quality at par and a must try when you visit next time. About the place, it’s a spacious outlet, you are certain to get a spot even on the busiest day, parking is not an issue either.

The service is absolutely pathetic here. Despite having made a clear instruction to them whilst ordering a meal, they failed to uphold it and took no responsibility for it. What's worse is that the manager was impolite when I spoke to him about their shoddy service. I do not recommend them for a delivery as they showed no courtesy to the customer whatsoever and behaved very poorly when I demanded an explanation.

McDonald's have been my favorite place from childhood... This particular place in CBD Sector-15 is located at an ideal location and is beautifully designed. The interiors are good, this place always gives a comfy and happy vibe to me.<br/>Menu of course is same all across the franchises which tastes the same.... you either love it or hate it but you cannot ignore it. McEgg with cheese (sophisticated and pav) is my all time favorite. :)<br/>
