Review Cafe Coffee Day - Mumbai

I ordered a coffee. The atmosphere was very warm and nice. The staff was very kind and helpful. Nice outlet.

Had a lemon green coffee here. This was my first time so can't compare. It turned out to be a cleaner drink without any strong coffee flavour. I usually like CCD, it's still reasonably priced compared to other multinational chains. This store is no different. It is clean, not crowded (for a Saturday morning) and the attendents were helpful too.

Another great outlet of CCD, it's located inside the mall on ground floor. You might need to wait for the table over weekends but staff is so helpful they won't let you to wait for much and arrange you a table. They don't have WiFi and you might face some network issues inside the café.

Chillax place . We can sit back and relax with a Sip of coffee and some gupshup. We enjoyed our classic & Vanilla cappuccino. Their are other options too for snacks & desserts. 1 star less for Coffee chocolate, not at all good it was like some tasteless dark chocolate. Also they dont have some bevarages & Shakes but they are dispalying it and doing advsertisement for not available products. Over all nice place to visit again

Cafe Coffee Day opp. to Starbucks, located at ground floor, off link road, Malad west. They have got nice sitting area. Tried vanilla cappucinno & cold cocoa latte, for the first time & it was overall an good experience. Ordered from CCD App, but there was a problem, as counter person told we haven't received any order, after showing details from the app for order being placed & money also getting deducted. It was bit hectic, but somehow managed to get the order after 15-20 mints. Also amount was deducted from card. So recommending not to order from app, as you may also get caught in such kind of issue.

Good place to hang out. Coffee is good as always here.

A great outlet of Cafe coffee day. It is inside inorbit mall on the ground floor. This Cafe is not so spacious. Sitting arrangements is also not good due to less space. One have to wait for few times for getting the seats. However environment and Ambience is very good. Starbucks is just next outlet.

Not nice experience.. they exchanged the veg burger with non veg burger and one vegetarian unknowingly ate that which was very bad for him.

Overall I think CCD is and underrated place. It really has good coffee and the food is really something to look forward to. This outlet in particular has ammaaazzing layout. The ambiance is really stunning. The only issue with it would be there sanitation and the staff. The washroom is really not that good. And one thing I've noticed in many CCDs, not so friendly staff. They aren't rude, but not friendly too. But still it's a really cozy place so do check it out.

The cafe has a pretty decent ambiance with good seating. But the rest..... The food takes too long, and half of the featured stuff plastered all around the cafe - they don't have. The tellers have no idea how to use their machines. I ordered to go - and the guy actually spilled half my drink after bringing it in a glass by mistake, then just gave that mess to me. The staff needs to be either trained or replaced, because it's not likely I will ever come here again.

#Worst experience with this place as I had requested not to put capsicum in the food due to allergy but still a lot quantity of capsicum was added in the burger which is careless and customer service is pathetic.

Had ordered for pineapple Cake from zomato ...the cake cream was absolutely sour. Though the cake was very nice but the sour cream ruined everything.<br/><br/>Suggest that one should stick with coffees and not cakes with CCD.<br/>

Ambience is good and energetic however m disappointed with staff n their services.Staffs were not cooperative at all. They were keep on asking us to place the order even we informed that we will place in sometimes.Still in every 2 minutes one of the staff was standing at our head which was quite annoying n irritating.

Had visited so many outlets of CCD but with this one I really had a bad experience. The staff was not at all co operative. We were actually waiting for a guest to arrive and the waitress poked us saying please place your order . We told her that let the guest come we will order to this she went to her counter and throw us a disgusting look. After our guest order and as we were discussing some important work she again came and insisted us to place the order. We ordered one cappuccino ,one classic filter coffee and Flat white. Cappuccino and filter coffee was literally cold as if it was made a long ago and served now. Flat white was good but extra sugar was added. We told her to provide us with a glass of water to which she replied very rudely saying Have it from RO or purchase it. We tried RO water but the glass was not clean and ended up purchasing a bottle of water for 100 rs. Later on when we were busy in work she continuously kept disturbing us saying we can't sit there like that and need to order something more. We didn't wanted to have anything more but she forced us to buy a chicken sandwich which was made good.<br/>At the end while paying the bill we were charged for things which we had not even ordered. They gave us cookies along with coffee we said we don't required to which the staff said its free but in bill they charged us for extra rs 250 for the same and even for a cup of green tea which we didn't order. Overall a bad experience and never want to visit this outlet again. Really disappointed.<br/><br/>Only positive thing is the ambience..that's all.

Very Rude staff. Bad service. I visited CCD at Runwal green at 11:30 pm on 6th Nov with a few friends. I specifically asked if it is open and was told that they are open till 12 am. I ordered coffee and intented to use CCD app. The guy taking my order was confused and did not new what he should be doing. So I stepped in to show him the QR code in my mobile. He got offended. His collegue rudely asked me to step aside or he wont give coffee. When told him that I was just help him with QR code, he colleague rude said to go leave the store we don't want to give you coffee... Dude it's just a coffee and nothing special especially after star bucks and other coffee shops around you. Need to give basic customer service training. You definitely lost a few customers for good today.

This outlet at R galleria is like my second home. Not even kidding, I just love to sit around and chit chat with my friends or do some work or just to calm my nerves all this with a cup of coffee and different types of side dishes. This place is really very well arranged in order to give you the perfect privacy and a personal space. The staff is extremely good and helpful. I have ordered a bunch of stuff like from sandwiches, potato wedges, Expresso, latte, and almost everything in the drink section. So yeah if you are a coffee person and want a little alone calm time or want to catch up with your friends or want to meet a business client this is like a all in one place.

Ok so i have been alot of ccd cafe these days n also the one about which I'm uploading my review about but then there is something which none of cafe told me till date nor my guy.. we got this arrogant guy coming upto us after half n hour from our 1st order of coffee asking us to reorder up till 45 mins from the first order. Firstly we have never been made insulted in such a manner by the way he spoke n secondly it jus made a bad impression about the cafe to us... it's ok for consumer like us who often visit ccd but people who will visit the first time wudnt like it.. please make it a point to not make anyone coming upto the cafe feel insulted... thanks ☺

This is the second time I left my coffee here as it is! Recipe is not like what other outlet serve!<br/>Cold coffee service is not upto mark.. on the other hand chicken biryani is good but after all it's coffee day.. serve good coffee please :)<br/>

I am an regular at this place. The ambience of this place is warm (no fuss) and it's just the enough space needed. The seatings are comfortable. It's not at all noisy making it the perfect place to work or to attend official calls.<br/>The food is good and the rates are ok as well. Overall I really like this place as it's very peaceful and calm. Love the frappes, coffee and starters.<br/>Today's favorite - devils own frappe.

The food portions are VERY small, they laid out about 10 wedges on a long dish for one portion. The food doesn’t taste that good either. The coffee is decent.

i am an regular vistor of ccd . i wrote this review because my last visit was good . sorry to say but this time it made me to write a reveiw . outlet is full of mosquito . brand cant run like this . staff needs to confirm the rate before charging . last time i order for a cappuccino with little bit strong more espresso which i got without any extra charges. but this time the cashier inspite of charging me more also telling lie that he confirmed me the amount .disappoint service 2 different visits 2 different experience. same brand .its should not be the way .

Disappointed with the service and special rule for each "cafe" as mentioned by the manager.... Had ordered for one on one free shakes which is visible in below picture.... but manager forced us to order the same 2 flavours.... even the other CCDs and the picture below doesn't state that rule.... had been to other CCD and availed this offer with different flavours.... As per them this offer differs outlet to outlet.. which is not mentioned on the offer Baner as well.

unimpressive staff. they misinterpreted my order of one hot chocolate and charged me extra for the black forest one. upon questioning them, they said my previous order has been discontinued, which is absolutely untrue as I've been having hot chocolate from ccd very frequently. it's not the extra cost that bothered me, it's their unattentiveness and blatant lying that annoyed me the most. please improve your service if you wish to remain at par with the rest of the cafés in the vicinity.<br/>

Never ever order food from cc'd. First time when I ordered from this outlet through Swiggy, they cancelled it, after making me wait for 3 hrs. They kept giving me false hopes that it will be delivered soon but cancelled it without intimidating me. Second time the food got delivered on time but was very disappointing. Ordered a Smoked chicken pizza and Afghani biryani. The quantity and quality are not at all worth a try. It was a total Saturday spoiler for us. P.s Only the packing was good. Cheers & thanks!!!

Been here a lot recently! We loved this outlet as its new and also alot spacious as compared to other mulund outlets.<br/><br/>Its never really crowded whatever time you step in.<br/>The service is pretty good and quick.<br/><br/>We had Garlic bread, Roasted Chicken and Cheese sandwich and the new entrant the Strawberry shake!<br/><br/>The Garlic bread being our favourite is great with loads of butter and minature garlic pieces.<br/><br/>The roasted chicken and cheese sandwich was worthy with all great stuffings.<br/><br/>The strawberry shake is a gem! Must try! Its gives pure pleasure of strawberry.<br/><br/>We were given two complimentary creamy custards.<br/>Its was a small bread puff stuffed with creamy custard. It was a perfect end to the meal in the form of dessert......<br/>.....<br/>.<br/>.<br/>.<br/>

There are very few places to go out, have coffee and relax for a bit where I live. When I saw that CCD has opened one of it's branches in Runwal Galleria,I was more than delighted : something is better than nothing. However, this something is worse than nothing. I reached CCD on a friday night just before they were closing. It was the last order for them so I kept it simple : a cappuccino, mocha, Coco fantasty slice to go. The waiter was kind enough to accept our order (the one rating actually is for him).<br/>My cappuccino had a cockroach in it but by the time I noticed the cockroach, they were closed so I couldn't complain to the staff. To make things worse, the Coco fantasty slice was stale. The icing on the pastry was granular. Even a small roadside bakery would have made a pastry better than what CCD served.<br/>I am really disappointed. Being such a big brand and charging exorbitant amount of money for everything on the menu, they should be careful with what they serve. <br/>So here is your first review and your 1 star,CCD. You managed to ruin a cup of coffee and a simple pastry. Never ever going back there.
