No taste - only artificial essences
Tried

Malai, pista, mango and one other stick kulfi

Totally bad - avoid

At least they should learn how to make basic kulfi - pls close ur shop and do some other business

Friendly uncle, great taste of ice cream. But I think the overall problem is that falooda is costly everywhere. But then, why complain when the taste is amazing. This is open till midnight.

Very Bad experience! How can you play with the lives of your customers? Please don't order anything from this place. I found a pin in a dessert and thank god the consumption didn't happen! Also got an insect!! Very dangerous for life.

It's a really tiny shop on the street. Easy to miss. There sole product is Falooda. Different kinds of them. The best one among them is Rassily Special Ice Cream Falooda. They mix everything they have in it. Everything from Gadbad, Malai, Vermicelli, Basil Seeds, Hershey Chocolate Syrup to Kulfi. Try it out if you are here.

Chembur Colony is famous for its food joints and Rassily is one of the good places. Their falooda is rich and very delicious. They also have a newer branch opened near Chembur station which is equally good. Must try! I am its frequent customers.

Tiny place with a tiny icecream/kulfi trolly. We went to this place because of the Creepily interesting name it has. Rassily's owner blushed when we asked him Rassily kahaan pe hain? :PThe Kulfis are authentic, very very cold and yummmmmm! They are overly sweet of anything, blends are just fine. We had the Kulfi Falooda and the Maharaja Kulfi plate. They were both amazingg and full of dryfruits, and the stuff that's ideal for a yummmy falooda. Completely lOVED it.

Located next to Sai sagar- the God of falooda joints in chembur, they get some tough competition & this is an alternate joint for people who don't wanna get into crowded place.
However, they have a decent variety of faloodas & ice creams which makes them stand out for the ones who visit them.
Mix Ice Cream falooda is my favourite. You get better service, more bhaav than Sai Sagar's staff, you shouldn't mind trying out this place.

Been a patron of this place for its Special Mix ice cream Falooda !! Been coming here specially on drives to have their Kulfi Falooda !! It's definitely a meal in itself. It's a tiny lil place. We generally stop by & have the dessert and leave! But they have maintained their standard through the years ! The street is a Foodie's paradise with some of the most awesome (read Sindhi) food and the icing is their Kulfi for me. No visit to Chembur is complete without Rassily Special Kulfi mix Falooda !! Again a must go !!

The Falooda here is good... but it does not stand a chance in front of Babab Falooda in Mahim.... It tastes more like kulfi than falooda... they need to work more...

Located opposite to Jhama Sweets in Chembur Camp area, you will see three almost same looking falooda and ice cream centers. One of which is Rassily which offers various types of faloodas out of which I would recommend the kulfi falooda. The place is small and affordable. You can even opt for their really well packed falooda takeaways.
