Review Bingsan - Asian Dessert Cafe - Mumbai

Rima Sardesai
Presenting to you all, the mighty, the fancy, the unique, the never seen before, the superb, the BEST (according to me) dessert I had by far. This was *japanese shibuya honey toast in ferrero rocher* variant. So @bingsan_asian_dessert_cafe has opened their first outlet/shop in mumbai, in infiniti mall malad. This one is basically, toasted bread, with stuffing in between. They apply butter inside and outside the bread and toast this in oven. Then it is stuffed with heavenly, ice cream, whipped cream, Crunchiest butter tosted croutons and then it is topped with almond flakes. This is smaller size which is called as "baby" and is enough for two people. There was an offer going becayof which we got this on 50% off so this whole thing was for 135 only. (Inclusive taxes) Its a messy job to eat this, but I dont mind getting chocolate all over my hands, when dessert is so delicious. The best part is, because it has butter, that breaks the sweetness of rest of the ingredients a bit. And the whipped cream and almonds break the overdose of chocolate. A must recommended!

Nowhere in India will u find these awesome korean bingsu and shibuya honey toast desserts. Korean bingsu is fresh snow, cream, ur chosen topping and icecream... to drooool over. I chose strawberry bingsu and man it was so yummmm, want it everyday!!!!! Also tried the shibuya, baked buttered bread honey whipped cream and nutella, loved it, the salty butter the sweet nutella what a combi, and must say what an architecture it was, beautifully prepared. Drool drool drool😍😋 Also tried the watermelon bingsu - a must this summer- loved it❤️❤️❤️

It was a delicious dessert. This is recently opened and one of her in India. One of the best I ever had. It had ordered Ferrero Rocher Her Shibuya. Its price is Rs. 225/- The quantity of dessert is good and 2 people can share them. They serve with 2 options base ice base and bread base. I had ordered bread base (called Her Shibuya) and it was very teasty and different. Flavours of bread with honey and the cold ice cream make it a very unique combination to have. I enjoyed it. They have very wide variety of dessert and also shakes. Range starts from Rs.150 to Rs. 250+. Must try. Highly recommended.

We came across this place while exploring the food court at Infinity Mall, Malad. As the name suggests Bingsan is an Asian Dessert Cafe and they have a wide variety of milk based white snowy ice creams. They also serve waffles and pancakes. When asked the meaning of Bingsan, the staff informed us that these kind of dessert preparations are of the Korean decent and rarely available in India. We ordered a mix fruit ice cream; it looked colorful & yummy... It consisted of a base made with milky snow and whipped cream, which was then layered with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and fruit syrup & finally they topped it with a layer of freshly chopped fruits. The final product tasted nice and it was a nice change from the usual flavored ice creams. We ordered the smaller portion of the dessert and it was more than sufficient for two people. The only thing is that it takes a lot of time to prepare this dish, say about 10-15 minutes per dessert. It’s worth the money and wouldn’t hurt to try it for the novelty factor.

Tasted Patbingsu (Famous Korean Dessert) first time in India here. The quantity of the shaved ice was very less compared to what I had in South Korea... But it was tasty nonetheless. Loved it. Something different for dessert if you are bored with ice creams. Would gladly go again to taste different flavours.

Bingsan Asian Dessert Cafe is a small outlet located at the food court of Infinity Mall, Malad. So in order to satisfy my sweettooth cravings we visited this place. We ordered a baby Choco brownie Korean Bingsu which was in a small bowl.

The dessert is sufficient for two people which consisted of a bottom layer with milky snow, whipped cream, pieces of brownie, icecream and chocolate sauce topping. The dessert looked presentable. It somewhat tasted like gola topped with icecream and whipped cream, brownies. The quality is good with an average taste. The staff is good and it takes somewhat time for your order to arrive.
Do visit , if you want to try something different.

It’s a small kiosk in Infinity mall food court. Asian cafe that serves milk based white snowy dessert. We ordered a mix fruit which was true to its looks- yummy in taste!

It was layered with milk based white snow, whipped cream, vanilla ice cream, fruits and fruit syrup.

The food syrup was too much for my liking however it still tasted fine.

It takes a lot of time to make one even when there was no other customer.

Worth it’s cost, Would recommend to try it out.

Service-2/5
Desert- 3.5/5
Two Mouths Full
An "Asian" dessert place is what they call themselves. Their most popular dishes seem to be the waffles and pancakes. We were in the mood for something sweet after a rather hectic "shop till you drop" sprint around Infiniti mall. We ordered the mini pancakes with 3 kinds of chocolate, dark, milk and white. No chocolate fan could possibly refuse this. We aren't fans of white chocolate, but melded with the other two and the crunch from the slivers of nuts generously sprinkled on top, this was quite pleasant to eat.

One of the most different and indulgent dessert places I've been to. I had the fererro rocher shibuya and it was delicious. Though it takes a while for the dessert to be prepared, the wait was completely worth it. Looking forward to coming back and trying some other items!

I heard this place for the first time when I saw it at infinity mall. It is a proper desert place. They have a new you type of dessert which they serve. The desert is made of crushed ice. I had the desert and it was quite good and you should try it once. For more updates follow me on Instagram - Delicious_captures

The place is really very good for deserts and the price is also very reasonable. I bought 1 Nuttela waffle and milk chocolate waffle and Nutella mini pancakes
I asked him to add 2 extra pieces of mini pancakes and I was happy to pay for it the seller was so sweet he didn’t charge me for it and he gave it to me as complimentary 😍

This place was recommended to me by my sister, she called me up while I was in Nashik to let me know of this place. It's a Korean Dessert outlet and a must try for Dessert Lovers.
• Location (4.5/5):- It is situated on the 3rd floor of the Infiniti 2 Mall. Right when you get on the 3rd floor from the main escalator, it's on the right side. It's a small stall but a cute one and is very bright looking. One might not miss it while passing by.
• Ambience (3.0/5):- It's a stall hence there is no such seating available. You've to take what you want and sit in the Infiniti food court.
• Taste (3.5/5):- I witnessed the whole procedure first hand and it was very different than our regular ice creams, well, it was Korean and not Indian😂. The lady put ice in the base of the Ice Cream and when I inquired she said it's not plain ice, it's milk ice which had a sweet ish taste. The other components of the ice cream were similar to a normal one but the milky ice is what was different.
• Quantity (3.0/5):- The quantity is perfect for 2 people after a meal or as just as a treat while shopping.
• Pricing and Value for Money (3.5/5):- Considering the fact that it's the first Korean Dessert place, the pricing was average and worth the taste. Rs 200 for a small one.
Would definitely recommend it to all the Dessert Lovers.

Dessert lover attention..!!
New dessert in town ....
It's a Korean dessert outlet ...
We tried "chocolate brownie bingsu"..
It's a basically dessert like ice goal with icecream ..
But the snow or ice is made of milk...which is Crushed like a snow and then it's topped with ice-cream.
The milk snow it's an new idea ..apart from regular ice Gola we can try out this ...
But there is drawback ...once the ice melts the taste of Ice-cream spoils....but desserts lover won't mind it ...it will taste like chocolate krusher...
We ordered baby bingsu ...it's enough for 2 people ...
it cost us for ₹200...
👍👍
Yummy! Let me say it again! YUMMY!
What an amazing find for us. We don't often get to come to Infiniti Malad but this place is worth coming here for.
The shake was great, the big yummy bread dessert was the bomb but honestly the simple garlic bread toast was the best part of it all!
I can not recommend it enough. I'm in love with the dishes of this place. I can't even choose a favourite. The cheese garlic toast was cheesy as well as tasty that even my mom who is not a big fan of cheese, started to love this dish. The Mix Berries Snow Milkshakes was delicious, in each sip one took the flavors of the berries were there. The baby tiramisu bingsan was mouthwatering as well as so stomach filling that one can't help but fall in love with it.

Finally tried the Korean Bingsu which I was dying to try. Bingsan is situated in Infinity mall food court and is small but don't worry you will be able to spot it without worry. The staff was very friendly we even talk some random stuff as my order was getting ready. So for my order I had Choco Brownies Bingsu and Chocolate Volcano mini pancakes.
They were absolutely yumm. Loved it.

Yummy desserts. Definitely something that I hadn’t tried before. If you are in the mood of something new, this is worth a try. It’s just a little difficult to eat because of the wooden cutlery, but we just used our hands, Cauz it was that good.

Bingsan
First time ever in Mumbai.. Bingsan - The Asian Dessert Cafe introduces Korean desserts.
Its located in the food court of Infinity Mall, Malad(w). The outlet serves quality desserts..
Had a chocolate monster bingu here.
It was a pleasing experience with respect to the taste & quality... Head on & embrace your tastebuds

Attractive place. Tried their Shibuya - toasted bread desert. While taste was good, the bread was difficult to cut with the given utensils. Also honey and bread and chocolate became tad too sweet.
Harrison Ghoderao
Tried belgium waffle bingsu ( korean dessert) and it was surprisingly amazing! Very creamy and the real fun is in the thing inside d cup under the cream😎. Didnt expected it to be so good.

Holy Moley..!! A new Asian Dessert Cafe in town..
We tried :
** Shibuya San Honey Toast with Nutella **-
It's an over the top architectural dessert ( also known as brick toast).. It's a Japanese bread dessert made from oven toasted brick style loaf where in the center part of the loaf is removed and filled with crispy Bread Croutons, Chocolate Icecream , Whipped cream, Nutella and topped with Almond flakes and Honey.. The magic of the dish is the carving of the bread and the re-assembly which is simply work of art..
One drawback i found is it's very inconvenient to cut the Crunchy bread with the wooden knife and fork ( it takes a lot of effort) and soo ultimately it becomes really messy..
But overall- The combination of hot sweet buttery flavored crunchy bread with cold ice cream and the other toppings makes it Heavenly..!!
They have 2 sizes in the dessert - Baby and Mama.. we had the Baby one..
They also serve korean dessert known as Bingsu which is a snow dessert made of freshly made snow and other toppings..
A sure shot hit.. would definitely visit again to try Bingsu. Looked really appealing:)
Roger
Bingsan has great visual appeal and that's the reason I walked up to it.

I had the Chocolate Monster Bing Su and even though the presentation was nice, I wasn't impressed by the taste or preparation at all.

The flavors didn't really work and the it was quite tasteless, in general. The ice had caused the liquid chocolate to solidify at the bottom and I had to scrape it with a spoon to eat it and it wasn't fun.

The taste didn't do justice to the Rs. 300 price tag at all.
Second Favorite F Word
Make way for the newest Asian Dessert place BingSan at Infinity Mall Malad

What to order:
✔️ BINGSU
Bingsu is a unique Korean dessert. I called for Strawberry Bingsu, being flavor of the season.
Shaved Snow + strawberry + condensed milk + fruit syrup + fresh cream = Delicious
Basically it's Korea-return Malai Gola 😂

✔️Shibuya
What's interesting is they also have a Japanese hot dessert - Shibuya. It's a hot bread bed topped with cream and chosen flavor/topping. I called for Brownie Shibuya and it's a Best of Both We options. Cake, ice cream, brownie and everything else sinful 😍

One word - Droolworthy 😋

NUTSHELL REVIEW

Slightly overpriced and I would have rated it a 3 star. But an additional star only for the novelty of the dessert!

Definitely a good option who love experimenting and a cure for your sweet tooth! 😁

We had baby shibuya honey toast with Belgium Chocolate.
The taste is very nice especially the butter and the toast with slight hint of honey. The bread is very crusty and is extremely yummy to eat. My baby also loved it.
The only thing is that it is a bit difficult to eat it with wooden fork and knife.
The staff is very nice and explain you about these new offerings.
