Persian darbar is a nonvegetarian's dream since it serves delicious nonvegetarian meals. And they have so many possibilities. This was the first time I tasted chicken pulao, and trust me, it was the greatest rice choice version. The capsicum and tadka provided the precise flavor of pulao. This flavor shocked me. It tasted like fried rice, biryani, and pulao to me. The packaging was fantastic. The quality was outstanding. This is plenty for one individual. Raita tasted delicious.

Persian darbar biryani is my all time favorite place for biryani. I just love the taste . In all the outlets taste is same . Staff is polite. Mutton raan biryani is all time favorite . My menu is fixed. From long time I'm eating this biryani. Never disappointed. Quality and quantity is perfect. Mutton is always fresh and well cooked. I had took many of my friends here . Everyone loves it . Even my girl love this biryani. What else u want. I recommend this place to everyone. Get your family here and enjoy the biryani. Best part is they got valet parking service. Our experience at Persian Darbar left us truly satisfied and craving for more. We tried mutton chaap and chicken kebabs. The mutton chaap was very juicy and delicious, but the chicken kebabs were a bit sour. After that, we ordered mutton biryani, which Persian Darbar is famous for. The biryani was very tasty. One plate was enough for three people. Then, for dessert, we tried kunafa - A Turkish dessert, which consisted of cream inside and was coated with vermicelli. It was okay. The cost is also on the higher side, but considering the hype of the restaurant, it is worth it. The service is excellent. Valet parking is available.

Great place and ambiance. Not very crowded Special Gosht Mix Kebab were so tender and delicious, worth a try consists of 6 pieces of 2 pieces each of 3 varieties of kebabs. Chicken Kabsa rice ( Half ) was too much of a portion for 2 people it’s enough for 4 people was tasty and spicy has amazing flavours!!!!! Fresh lime soda was nice and refreshing!!!!! The staff was very polite and helpful I asked for ice for my coke and service was quick Good place for a group of more than 4 people open till 1am in the morning…….. Worth a visit if you love Persian food its just 5 mins walk from the famous linking shopping road must try for amazing food!!!!! The mutton they serve here is so soft and tender and cooked to perfection never ate such juicy mutton kebabs anywhere. Gonna visit them every time I’m in Mumbai!!!! Must try their chicken crispy and prawns crispy, it’s just amazing and would want get you come back for more. The mutton kepsa is also delicious. The portions are big and good enough to be shared between four people. Average price for a family of four would be about 2500 rupees.

Absolutely amazing food, Great service, top class hygiene and good location. We had only 3 dishes and were full with two of them. Portion size is also good. They guy who was serving our table explained what is good in the restaurant and for first timer! He suggested the best. We both loved the food. Will go again and must try. Some things to improve: this is Mumbai so obviously the place was not huge and could get very very busy. Washroom space is too small and only can accommodate 1 person. The mouth freshener after meal could improve. Restaurant is literally on the main road so no parking space.

I just loved the food here and the hospitality too. We had mutton sheek kebab which was very juicy from inside and cooked perfectly. Had paneer chilly and veg biryani in veg and it tasted amazing. i ordered Persian special mutton biryani which is around 650 rs. and says serving 2-3 people. when i received first of all there is only plain rice with too much of oil, at bottom i found a very less gravy and only 3 mutton pieces in which two pieces were only bones and gravy nothing else... taste wise its again horrible... i ordered mutton because thats there specialty, but guys please beware either this is frod persian or they just forget how to make their special biryani. just messed up with my food. absolutely not going to order anything from persian in future, because the quality the provide i can get it from any roadside vendor in 100 rs easily..

Ordered two biryanis - chicken and mutton. Chicken biryani was completely stale and we had to throw it away entirely because of the smell. Mutton biryani was okay but didn't taste fresh either. Please ensure that the meats are fresh that are being served to customers.

Ordered in from Persian Darbar some innocuous Chinese food, Veg Manchurian and Fried rice and specifically indicated twice that the order should NOT be Spicy. The food delivered was essentially green chilies, red chillies coated in soy sauce with some hint of garlic and feel of eating Manchurian. The restaurant didn't bother to indicate the spice level on the dish NOR read the ordering request for food to be NOT spicy.

The best Kabsa Rice I've eaten. I just love this dish. Its a bit expensive but worth it. The full Portion is enough for 4 good eaters or 5 normal eaters. You get a full tandoori along with the Rice and 2 eggs in a full portion Kabsa Rice. I have even tried the chicken chilly kabsa that too is very tasty.

This was a hell of an experience just to talk to him about where to deliver my order despite providing my address and location via Zomato. The only reason I am giving 2 star is because they sent us the food at 2am. Had ordered Egg Biryani and what we got was White biryani rice over some gravy and two boiled eggs. It's not the first time me or my friends have eaten from Persia Darbar, nor was this the first time for that egg biryani; but this experience was a big let down. If the dish is not available rather refuse or not accept the order, than messing with the dish and upsetting a regular customer.

For starters I tried the barbecue chicken it was deep fried and prepared the normal Chinese way had a tangy flavour which was decent. For main course we tried the Dum biryani the masala was very tasty but the chicken was tasteless. And the dessert was super yummy caramel custard had a smoky flavour.

Hear me out before you judge this restaurant based on the stars. This restaurant is close to Bandra station and has good ambiance and feels homely. The food here was great but could have been much better. It felt that the dishes were prepared in a rush. The way I felt was that they are more business oriented than concerned for customer satisfaction. We were celebrating a birthday party and wished to cut the cake after our meal. I told the staff beforehand that we were looking forward to cut a cake in the end and they were like sure why not but as soon as we finished our meal they insisted us to leave as they needed a table. I asked them for five minutes for us to cut the cake. Even while cutting the cake they were insisting for us to leave. This behaviour seems unreasonable for a restaurant this big. Hope this doesn't happen to any other customer. Now let's talk about the food. -Murgh jalandari tikka A delight to the taste buds is what this dish is. Highly recommended. -Murgh Dilkhush kebab I love the Dilkhush kebab preparation in itself. I may be a bit biased but this was great. -Paneer tikka It felt like they just threw a lot of red chilli powder on the paneer. The spice was just burning hot and not recommended for people who like medium to low spice food. My ratings: Food 4/5 Staff 3/5 Ambiance 4/5 Worth the buck? 4/5

We ordered Rann Biryani along with some starters and it was just awesome.order the masala rann biryani not the dry rice. To end we had bread pudding I'm gonna repeat this soon.

A visit to Persian Darbar is never disappointing. A legendary Resturant in Bandra now has two new outlets in Marol and Kurla. They claim to be the king of Raan in Mumbai and they certainly keep up to their title. I often visit this place when I’m in the mood to binge on a large portion of Raan rice. They have maintained their quality and flavour over the years. The only downside is the wait time outside the restaurant. Specially on weekends. A visit to Persian Darbar never disappoints, we dined in the Linking Road outlet this time. We ordered their special tandoori platter for appetizers and each and every kebab on that plate was a bomb or flavours which burst with every bite in our mouths. We ordered the kepsa biryani for the main course which lived up to the Persian darbar kepsa standards and a was ample in quantity. For desserts we ordered their famous falooda and my personal favourite pudding, both were delicious.

One of the worst place I have gone to lunch. Had Dal Ghosh, which very bland, had half the quantity & sent remaining 4pieces & the gravy for the parcel after home I saw just 2 pieces of mutton. Waiter did not served us onion & Lemon, when asked he said the table is small no place to keep so not served.
