The place is good for quick bites and Italian food. Best time to visit is between 6 - 8pm (during happy hours). Pizza, fries and Masala peanuts are a must try.
Also, the negotiation on prizes of drinks is not a new concept anymore. The restaurant can enhance the application features and try not to be sarcastic.
Visited this place for the first time. Nice concept. It is not very heavy on pockets and stomach. The ambience is nice. The staff is always wearing a smile and very courteous and helpful. The food is amazing. Would definitely be more often.

Ohh and the bidding thing so I have not visited here. It my first time u will have fun while bidding so make sure you are bidding well and grabbing the great deals.

Special mention to the paprika pizza. Had a real good pizza, nicely baked after a long time.
Music was good, but the DJ was in retro mood and played pitbull all night long (not that we complained).
This place is very attractive, the food is really tasty and also the drinks are reasonable.

Well it was a friend's birthday party so visited this place, was very excited to be here as I had heard a lot about dealing with them via their app and with no menu card and stuff.
So we reached here and first thing to notice are the 2 big screens with people's chat for dealing with restaurant. One thing is for sure they turn down your order with great sarcasm if you are too stingy while spending.
All of this was very amusing at first, however as time passes you notice that the point of you coming here and chilling with your friends is lost as everybody is stuck to their phone ordering stuff as there is no other way to order food or alcohol. They should change this to only alcohol or food as it might result in people spending more time with each other. Also the music is too loud for the place.
Coming to the food and beverages, the taste is really good, fish tikka was great.
You wouldn't go wrong with choosing to spend your evening here that is if you don't stick to your phone all the time.

Was here for one of our friends birthday. Small place but very well managed. Great place for a weekend night, party mood, live DJ almost every weekend post 10pm.. Lit atmosphere, staff is good, quick service.. Coming towards food we ordered fried chicken wings and red wine, LIT, some beers and some mixed dry fruits and snacks.. Yesterday we decided to try Agent Jack's Bar ( R-City Mall) for the first time. What a concept! :)
The Experience:
As soon as you enter, you will see two large screens with some chats going on. You need to download their app first before you place and order. This is applicable for Drinks and Food.
From the app, you select your drinks and make an offer to Agent Jack via chat section. The whole idea is to negotiate as hard as you can. Once you make an offer - For ex: 5 drinks old monk for Rs80 each. , the agent jack makes you a counter offer (in quite a witty way i must say). If you like that offer you can go ahead. or if you think you can haggle jack more then go for it!!! This can go on as long as you like. Always helps to be a great negotiator!!!!
If you are not much into haggling, but dont fret. You can order directly from the menu too. ( but unfortunately you won't enjoy the special prices/offers like from the app)
FYI: all the chats can be seen on the big screen for all to see! haha
The Drinks:
We managed to negotiate our way to get 10 old monk for Rs.95 each thats quite reasonable i think.
The Food:
We ordered- Butter Chicken Biryani, Chicken Schezwan with Egg Fried Rice, A Bag of Fries, Crispy Chicken.
The overall vibe, music, price & quality service is quite nice. Its a great place to chill with friends and family.

Located at R City Mall, Agent Jacks is a perfect night life pub type environment. It has a modern ambience with crazy lighting and a DJ playing music you can't say no to dancing at.
You can actually bargain with the agent for the drink you want to have which is really cool. We got our drink at a much lower rate than it was originally priced. Staff here also was really friendly n helpful.
They have Spacious seating as well with personal booths n table. It's a perfect for dancing and drinking crowd.
The food here is very tasty. We had their chicken lolipops which was very crispy and their cheesy chicken tikka. Overall god place to visit. Would definitely recommend.

Agent jacks is pub located at R city mall Ghatkopar. It has classy ambience. Quite chilled out place where you can drink with your friends. They have a bargaining system with the agent jack where you can order drinks. It makes this place stand out. They have a DJ here playing all the latest as well as retro music. Perfect for night life. The food here is also tasty. We tried their cheesy chicken tikka and the Malaysians grilled chicken which was amazing. Would surely recommend.
A chill place to drink with your friends. Their concept of bargaining is pretty cool. Food is decent. Basically a drinking kinda place. Friday/Saturday/Sunday evenings will be preferred. Good service. Then drinking menu is on tablet still there is no confusion caused by the service. Good ambiance.

Love this place for their concept with makes it light on the pocket. You can actually bargain for what you want to pay for your drink. Good food and ambience. Fun place. I like their basil chicken and chicken lollipop, Their cocktails are done well and made with passion.

I had been here for my birthday and it was a real cool place to spend the evening. Food was good. We had ordered Chicken Crispy, Cheesy Hara Bhara Kebab, Chicken Alfredo Pasta and Butter Chicken Biryani. Everything was tasty except the pasta shouldn't have had raw onions sprinkled on top, it ruined the taste of the otherwise very tasty pasta. Service can improve, the staff seem to be a bit lost. Overall we had a good time here with food and drinks!

Its fun for the first-timers to see a bargaining environment for drinks. Taste of the food is acceptable. However if ur here to drink then go for the "Chakna Bucket", it has a good amount of chakna for your drinks.

One of those places that has it all. the pricea are reasonable, service is nice, location is convenient (in mall) and the food is great, Bonus is AI that they have for ordering booze and the comments get displayed on big screen which is fun.
Went to this place on a Saturday night. Good place, the concept is very similar to Bar Stock Exchange (BSE) . You have to download the Agent Jack’s application and negotiate for your food and drinks.
Coming on to food, it was not upto my expectations . The peanuts they serve had too much of masala and lemon, the waiters were confused whether food was veg or non veg but then drinks made my day. Overall good place, must visit.

I visited the R City mall Agent Jacks bar on a Sunday evening which has a concept as Bar stock exchange where alcohol rates fluctuates basis demand where you will get alcohol at a cheaper rate. Bacardi Mojito is sure try, very well prepared then you can try for cosmopolitan or margarita. They don’t have much variety for food as we ordered nachos with cheese and cheese was separately served with nachos chips so not a great dish to try. But they have wide variety of chakchana. Not that crowded on Sunday evening.

Ambience - A sports bar with a lot of screens and a DJ playing good music. The reason why we visited it was because of the unique concept of negotiations. Once you get it, you need to install the app and can start negotiating. I found it super entertaining as the virtual bartender has amazing comebacks.
Food and Drinks -
We ordered two LIITs and one Bacardi Mojito. The drinks were very concentrated and we couldn't finish it. Hence it is advisable not to order cocktails here.

Finally I’m done with my graduation and after official farewell we thought of making it more fun and we ended up coming to agent jack. It was a beautiful night with wonderful people, we were like around 30 people all together and it was so much fun. Fun from doing beading and watch cricket match and dancing like there no morning tomorrow.
Great experience with amazing memories we made, agent jack was g lovely place and amazing cooperative people. Really love the pizza and nachos and beer and I prefer non alcoholic drinks and also cocktail porn. Everything was on time and perfect, really liked the different pizza we tried and nachos were yummy. You should definitely go with your gang. For vegetarians we had panner tickka and it was yumm. Wish to visit again.

Like in the end it gets accepted only in the midrange price of lowest accepted price and current price. Heinken at around 200₹ each. LIIT for 390₹(good deal acc to me) food was delicious. Best cheesy fries by far. Pizza was a bit off but ok. Ambiance and the atmosphere of the place was upto the mark. Although the service , we felt was a bit slow. But total worth a visit!
