The ice cream is just finger licking good.. No description needed at all. We visited this place mid night. Maybe we were the last customer as it was on the verge of closing down.. Perfect spot for late night ice cream cravings. The staff was polite and helpful. Very well maintained..

Awesome and delicious 😋 icecreams, varieties of flavours available. I have tried cotton candy, strawberry and banana mixed both are awesome.

Just visit maza aajayega. Visited around 11pm counter boy was alone about to wrap up, but when saw the customer. He was ready to serve. Served the whole family. And behaved very nicely. BR he deserve the growth.

Tried their cake ice cream dutch truffle and Hershey flavour. Totally awesome. Highly recommend.

The double scoop I ordered yesterday was not enough to be called DOUBLE SCOOP. It was a just a little more than single scoop.

Found hair in chocolate Icecream. In situation like COVID 19 incident like this is non acceptable. I can buy same icecream for 10 rs. out side, what is the use of paying 10 times more if get the unhygienic product at brand like these

Excellent variety of ice creams specially in chocolate flavour....always fresh cones are served.... only thing arranged for some chairs in the parlour and staff is too busy in taking online orders

Received the order 30 minutes late. A total of 1hr and 15 mins from the time the order was placed. The ice cream was good but I don't know why it took so long to send.

Who don't love to have ice creams...<br/>I went with my two of my friends to this place to have ice cream...We ordered mango, chocolate slice and one more ice cream I don't remember the name .. everything was going good as usual the taste was awesome we started having but a I guess few seconds later I noticed an insect in my ice cream it was literally inside the ice cream... <br/>That was so gross...<br/> We showed that to the worker there he being smart took photo with his phone and when we asked back like give us also even we want to take photo he dumped that ice cream straight away into the dustbin and his next words was<br/>' U want the same flavour ice cream or something else u want ' <br/>We knw he won't give us our money back <br/>So we had no option left and we ordered a butterscotch ice cream again and had it as soon as possible being careful this tym 😐 and left the store I really don't know whether I'll go next time or no😐

The delivery was quite quick but although I had paid online the delivery boy was not aware and kept asking for payment. had to finally show the payment confirmation on my phone for him to be satisfied.

Located right next to Gupta Kulfi in Byculla, this is a decently large place as compared to most Baskin Robbins outlets. Average over priced Ice creams as usual. Baskin and robbins needs to work up with their pricing as price point is abit high from other competitor's. My favourite is Mississippi Mud. Tried the gold medal, papaya and pineapple ice cream they were okayish nothing much to describe.

Was all game to buy two if their biggest tubs for late night binge watching ! Visited the ice-cream parlor for a takeaway of their largest  tubs - the staff were helpful at first . However as i watched them in horror scoop ""my expensive Happiness Tubs INR 500+ each" FROZEN ice-cream with a rice ladle and filled the tub with sooooo many empty pockets and spaces , I was left unhappy after buying a happiness tub ! i luv the 100% veg Baskin Robbins Ice Cream  but if the service stands at this level and your die-hard ice-cream lovers are cheated of half filled tubs, its definitely a Food Crime !

Baskin Robbins, ive been eating icecreams from here ever since i was a kid. Ive tried all the flavours from orange tango to belgian bliss to cotton candy and almond praline. Being a chocolate freak, im obvious a fan of most of the icecreams of the divine range. (Mississipi mud with hot fudge, lovestruck emoji). I do end up going to the store atleast once in a month. The milkshakes though arent as good as i thought they'd be. I ordered from B&R a few times online, and their service is terrible. The people dont even know the meaning of hospitality. They were downright rude and clearly least bothered. Even when u go to the store, they dont really try to give u their best. I dont think B&R is ready to be on zomato yet if they arent willing to provide the services required and put in the effort asked of them. Highly incompetent and unorganised.<br/>What a shame! After putting me through so much trouble my order was delivered 2.5 hours late after several calls to different outlets. All i got was 1/4th of a scoop. The size of one tablespoon. The box I recieved was broken and the pieces of plastic were fallen inside the icecream.

This was the first B&R outlet in this vicinity and did really well in the beginning but with time it has degraded a lot with tough competition from many new places baskin robbins has become a thing of the past !! <br/>With not much to choose from i had called for the honey nut crunch which is the best out of all and i think this is the only flavor one likes (rather most people) out here.<br/>Place is very dirty and unhygienic while the staff does not know how to remove ice cream to pack it in a jar previously those sun shaped round ice creams given to us were given in small broken slabs i think they used a flat spoon to remove it with most of the box being empty as what is supposed to be given to us !!<br/>Other than the taste its all about criticism for this outlet !!<br/>

The outlet staff is cool no issues tried their reputed ice cream cake bt was disappointed it was nt wat i expect an icecream cake to be like the icecream was too sweet and less chocolaty..inshort disapointed

The ambience was great. Ice creams were served right. The staff were decent too but there was some problem with the ceiling which lead to the water dripping from it.

Unfortunately dishonesty is part of our system. I ordered a party pack of Bavarian chocolate under an offer where by you get a family pack free. I was delivered a different flavor of 250gm which I never wanted. Store manger refused to accept that he has made a mistake and kept insisting that we don't give same flavor under offer, when registered a complaint with the store manager Sabuddin Sheikh. I ordered party pack only for the reason that family pack of Bavarian chocolate would come free. At no point they ever mentioned that free pack is is not of the the same flavor.
