Ordered some buff seekh kebabs from here for dinner and they were absolutely delicious. Super yummy and not extra spicy like most of the other places.
Definitely going to make this a regular ! The seekh kebab comes with a huge portion of onions, mint leaves, limbu and chutney.(I didnt try the chutney so can't comment on it)

This place is awesome for eating seekh and paratha. I'm visiting the restaurant order Chicken mayo roll it was very tasty and delious. If you want to eat something different in sigddi item you have to visit the sayeed seekh kabbab restaurant. Also have good staff with cliliness hiygeinq good so gys please go and eat something different than any other restaurant.

The Kababs are very juicy and Parathas are crispy. The TASTE depends on the delivery time. Price is reasonable. Before ZOMATO DELIVERY, I use to go and pickup the same.
Fancy dishes with fancy names are good n all, but nothing can beat the exotic taste of street food!! I prefer these food over any other food in the world. There is a reason why seekh kebabs are so overrated in india. 😻

The seekh portion was very very small only about 3 inches. The paratha was quite bug. Had I known the serving will be so less I would have ordered 2-3 more seekhs.

Visited this place after ages. But undoubtedly this remains to be the best place to have seekh kababs n paratha. A little difficult to find as it's inside small lane but very famous so ny1 will guide you. Beware of people around you as this place is right inside red light area.

I had been craving for seekh paratha since the last 4 days and I decided to come here because it was a national holiday today and this place remains open for 365 days a year.
However locating it is quite a task. The nearest station would be grant road and ask any cab driver to take you to dalal estate in faras road. There are many kebab shops nearby on the main road but this one is inside a gully.
There is no menu as such, you just get to choose between chicken and mutton seekhs or rolls.
The parathas come for 16 bucks each and I got 6 chicken seekhs for 150 bucks.
Coming to the food, I found the taste a little different from the mohammed ali seekhs or any other street side seekhs. They are more fragrant, and the flavours very distinct. The outer part was a crispy brown and the inner part moist. The parathas are hands down the best parathas I have tasted with seekh. They were very crisp and the least oily ones I so far have had. Extremely underrated and I would recommend you to try this place atleast once.
The place is located in a very low area, it also called as bacchu vadi.
The place is well known for it seekh kebab and paratha. They serve it with the pudina chutney (liquid and thick as per your choice) and a lot of onion and pudina. The taste is awesome, simply great. They also make rolls….single roll (1 seekh rolled in a paratha with chutney and onion) and double roll. They have option of mutton seekh (beef) and chicken seekh.
The entire business is because of its amazing taste and succulent juicy seekh.
Sit and dine is not an option, some people do prefer to get the hot and just made seekh. The staff is always busy and the service is good to get it going. They have options of parcel and home delivery.
The score of 4 goes for the taste.

It is one of the best places for kebab lovers. It is pocket friendly and the value for its money is double. Best for night life.

Before you start reading too much into the 4 rating I would like to mention that its only for food and honestly that's the only thing you need to keep in mind if you want to taste the heavenly seek kebabs at Sayeed. The place has been in existence for decades and has been notoriously famous in beef eating lads of central and south central Mumbai regardless of their ethnic and religious background. Initially this place used to sell only beef (buffalo meet) but now they sell chicken seekh as well as mutton seekh. However, the star of the menu remains their beef kebab and paratha and by far is the best you can get in town.
The meet is very succulent and yet well cooked, the Paratha (Its fried so not for faint heart d calorie conscious people) is simple and helps to round off the beef flavors and which has to be eaten with a Onion, Fresh Pudina Leaves and Pudina Chutney all mixed together on the side plate. Beef lovers paradise...!!!!!
Yes, they do have Paratha - Seekh rolls with mutton and chciken and those too are really good !
One caution, you may get completely turned off by the hygiene standards and cleanliness of the joint. Also the joint is located in the heart of read light area, which may be scare for some people.
Final Advice: If you like beef, please visit this place once or at least take a parcel and I guarantee that you will come back again...!
Located in very very shady area, people hardly know about this place..It's definitely not a place one would want to visit..I wouldn't suggest either..So, for people staying nearby, there's an option for home delivery till late..
The Parathas here are crispy and tasty..The pudina chutney available is super compatible with the Parathas..They give lots of onions, only to enrich the taste of the roll..

Amazing place for Seekh Parathas. This place is not meant to be visited with family as it is in a red light area but you can enjoy the food with friends. There is a parcel option also available if needed to be ordered at home thru Zomato.
2.06 am and Awesome Seekh Paratha. Paratha was crispy and not very oily. Mutton Seekh and chicken Seekh was great. They have a first floor aircon seating for families.
Perfectly skewered Seekh kebabs served with a near perfect paratha. It's a real treat for the buds of those who are kebab lovers .

Also the mint chilly chutney is flavourful complimenting well with the fresh mint leaves and raw onions.
Out here in the smallest part yet the most famous part of town. The famous red light area in Mumbai, Kamathipura houses one of the most tastiest joints of all time. The place is not the cleanest but if it's taste you're after and have no lady or a girl along then this is your perfect spot for a lunch or dinner with some of your homies.
