Kareem's famously known for is authenticity in mughal cuisines is one of my all time favourite place to stop by for some delicious tandoori chicken,kebans and biryani.Not just that it also has a great variety in vegetarian cuisines as well.The tandoori paneer tikka is a blend of delicious spices coated over soft and fresh paneer.A must try is the cheese chilli naan,garnished with spicy green chillis and melting cheese is a perfect thing to have with the gravys.

The food is good but lacks at service speed. Though at times of Corona less people visit the place but the speed of service was slow. Food quality and quantity both are good. Food is delicious. We ordered matka chicken and chicken bhuna along with rumali roti and tandoori roti. Chicken bhuna was out of the world. Matka chicken was just okay. Roomali roti was very soft whereas butter tandoori roti was better than average. We ordered panner tawa which was also very tasty to our tastebuds. I tried sweet lassi aswell, that was also well done.

Prices are a tad on the higher side, but quality comes at a price I guess.

You will get only 2 small pieces of Tandoori in half plate Tandoori for the price of 200. So it's 100 for one small Tandoori. Not even sufficient for one person. Not worth it. And when you u complain they shamelessly reiterate that you will get only 2 pieces of Tandoori in half plate. AVOID!!!

Love the food out here. Small place but nice service. I ordered ghost nihari which was frankly one of the best. Chicken bhuna roll and sikh kabab too were yummy. I had come to the restaurant with my family it's so small that barely 2 families and sit in the AC room and around 4 in the space outside ....which makes it a Big NO in the monsoon....due to the rain n the flies too .....the ambience inside is ok....however its so small that u feel claustrophobic.....I had ordered jeera rice and butter chicken and roti ....Roti was good ....jeera rice had loads of Jeera in it .....not so good in taste it was Ok....Butter chicken didnt taste moglai.....it was like a sweet curry ...didnt quite like the service too ......Will nva visit the place again....

Yesterday i ordered chicken tikka masala, chicken biryani and butter naam. The taste and quality of food was pathetic. I didn't understand what exactly they have prepared. Specially chicken tikka masala taste was like someone has put fish gravy on it. Butter naan quality and quantity was very poor.

Been ordering food from here regularly and they have disappointed me today in the quality and taste of the food. Today ordered Murg Tava pulao which was lovely and fragrant, but the chicken tikka gravy was not as expected, it tasted more like chole with anardana flavor. To go with the gravy i had roomali roti. Who says vegetarian food can't fill your heart?? I used to!! But no more.. The Tandoori Paneer Tikka was tremendously soft and flavoured to totally cover the absence of meat for a meat lover like me!! The Paneer Lohori Mirch was a thick gravy with paneer cubes which was satisfactorily tasty.. However the Cheese Chilli Naan is a must try with cheese melting in the mouth with each bite and an amazing flavor of green chillies tagging along!! I was very relieved after this restaurant opened in Kalina. They have amazing non-veg kebabs for starters.<br/><br/>Their chicken Biryani is also too good! The chicken pieces are very soft and juicy. Kareem's has nice and tasty food , but I have one problem with them. And this is specific to Kareem's Kalina because I have not faced this problem at any other Kareem's . No matter how many times I tell them to send me rolls in Rumali Roti, they send it in that uncooked paratha which feels like the dough has been made with glue. When I used to phone them and tell them to send me Rolls in Rumali roti , they would send it in paratha, last night I wrote in instructions on Zomato-send me roll in Rumali roti, yet they sent it in Paratha. It's like either they don't care or there is no interaction between staff taking order n staff cooking the food. The only time I ever got a roll in Rumali was when I went to the restaurant in person n made sure I got the roll in Rumali. So it's not like they cannot do it , they just don't want to , and I really don't understand why ? Why Kareems , why ????

A good place for Biryani and Kabab. recently happened to visit this small non veg joints called 'Kareem's' the moment we entered it was small with only two table space but they do have outside sitting arrangements of 3 tables but will sit outside at the lunch time.Ā <br/><br/>We ordered Chicken Murg Tandoori and Murg BiryaniĀ Food was decent in taste- not that extra ordinary or the kind of tasty food i have had in the past. Here they really need to improve the quantity if their Biryani. Starter was not that properly marinated nor cooked as the meat was not soft at all.<br/><br/>Service was good. Kareem's really need to improve their spacious, food taste and quantity.

Decided to order from here again n stuck to the same food choices as last time n added the paya shorba. While the shorba was great the paya was a tad undercooked. We ordered butter chicken and mutton roghan ghost. Butter chicken was like a sweet thin watery curry with hardly any chicken pieces in it and roghan ghost tasted like thick curry korma more with 3 meatless pieces in half portion with full of salt. You know what I mean! For me it's a fail. Go for it to Experience the two favorite authentic dishes getting wasted here at Kareems. Low quantity at high price, not worth the money.

I ordered ghosht dum biryani and murg dum biryani for lunch on a nice Sunday afternoon only to have turn out to be one of the worst lunch of my life. It was full of masala n still flavorless and the chicken was not at all soft. And as you can see in picture in place of mutton they just gave bones. I am not exaggerating but I did not even had one good piece of mutton not even one bite. Lastly Who puts tomatoes in biryani!!!<br/>Pls don't go as per zomato rating because it is absolutely not even close to be 4 rated.<br/>Save yourself from bad food and order from somewhere else especially if you are a fan of biryani's.

I ordered chaap fry which was dripping with oil and seemed stale the shahi tukda felt like a piece of bread dipped in sugar syrup it wasn't creamy at all the lasooni paneer tikka had a very strong garlic taste which me and my family couldn't handle and the paneer wasnt even roasted enough<br/>I thought of trying something new and so ordered a veg jalfrezi which at the time of order i asked if it was a sweet or spicy dish and was ensured that it was a little spicy dish but it turned out to be tangy and sweet<br/>Idk if i ordered the wrong dishes but would not recommend tastewise the packaging was really nice and the dishes came is nice plastic boxes which really impressed me there was no spillage or grease on the boxes but i wish the food was as good as their packaging

Kareem's its a gentle request, you guys really need to get your game up. I ordered for the first time today from you guys, my order, paneer Tikka masala, cheese naan and 3 tandoori rotis. I think you ll be as surprised as me when I received a paneer Tikka biryani instead of a paneer tikka masala. Everyone makes mistakes, what's not excusable is how you were not reachable by myself or Zomato s team to rectify your mistake, simply not acceptable for a restaurant of your particular rating (4.0 at the time of this review) when servicing a first time customer. I was so hungry , I actually considered dipping my cheese naan in the biryani and having it š.<br/>Zomato was absolutely fabulous in handling my complain on this one, have to give it to them for Customer management, you have certainly not lost me as a customer due to a partner restaurants mistake.<br/>On a side not , the cheese naan could do with a little more cheese, have nt had anything else of the food to post a decent review

Was craving for some biryani. Persian durbar and this was rated in the same scale. So tried this out. They have only two tables inside and few tables outside. This place gets more home deliveries I guess. <br/>They have open kitchen which is nice. <br/>Their chicken tikka biryani was good. The chicken was soft. Even the paneer biryani was good. <br/>Was craving for some arsalan type of biryani which is my favourite. Donāt know where to get it. If someone could help

Horrible food. Too much oil. Absolutely inedible. Not at all worth your money. Totally a scam. Don't waste your precious money here. Poor food quality and zero value for money

I just came across this place a week ago and gave a try.<br/>To be honest I was totally delighted<br/>The place was a bit small, but they had an outdoor seating too.<br/>The kebab corner kitchen was open shielded with a glass which shall make u little warm if sitting next to that area.<br/>That's the space management they did.That's okay bcz food is important for me.<br/>Now comes the food best part I liked is no Chinese available there.. Yeah that makes it spl bcz I see now a days adding Chinese recipes worsen the true taste of the dishes.<br/>You find Chinese everywhere even in a South Indian restaurant.. Nah.... At kareem you shall find good decent kebabs and rice.<br/>I could try only Malai kabab and biryani for d 1st time.. (have left others for the future visits)<br/>The take away is also decently packed.<br/>Not to much pricsy.. So shall recommend a try.<br/>Shall visit more because I see that's a pretty cool place in the kalina locality so far I have seen<br/>.<br/>.<br/>.<br/>Keep enjoying<br/>

I am so glad it is at Santacruz. The person who took my order was genuine enough to tell us we should order only 2 kgs instead of three. Chicken dum biryani was lip smacking delicious. Quantity was good. Tandoori chicken was yummy. Everything was fresh. Superb taste. Ontime delivery. We were 15 people in total. All enjoyed.

The baked onion and tomato along with paneer was stale. The Biryani have a useless taste and is overpriced too. Need to improve quality and taste

No raita or least raita with biryani. Next time please mention that we need to add raita while ordering Biryani. Expecting some change as raita to be added
