It has the best PAV BHAJI in MALAD (W)... Pricing is around ₹150, Been ordering more 5 years now. But remember there are many delays in order. And also not recommended for dining.

Good at normal price I had thali for 180rs which include chawal dal two sabji (mix veg. And panner keema) 2roti and one papad with salad and boondi raita .. taste was good .. Bada pav was also good in taste 1 pav for 5rs and butter pav extra will charge for 15rs you will get 2 butter pav bhaji at 140rs .. so will tell good to go budget friendly.

Never had Pav Bhaji as delicious as they serve, I’ve been to many so-called famous Pav Bhaji Outlets but nothing beats Bala Ka Dhaba. Their Bhaji is cooked on Coal.

Located just off Marve Road, this small nook gives serious competition to the best Pav Bhaji restaurants in the city. It seems a bunch of young friends run this place, just be nice to them and they will serve with a smile. The place can get really busy in the evening as most of their business happens via parcel delivery. While you won’t miss out on having Pav Bhaji here but you should also order Chutney Pav (Pav rolled into garlic chutney & butter - topped with Dhaniya). Thank me later !

Had pawbhaji which was prepared on the coal fired sigdi... Taste was good. Wish they could maintain the interiors well. Considering overall experience I found it bit over priced... Good for takeaway. ..

Gud Food.. Delivery also available.. but the main thing they didn't proving half plate system. Good sitting place. Easy available. Connected to main road. Bhaji is too good. Now, they have renovated the place again. If person is single. Full is to be ordered. Otherwise you get good quality of food.

Small place with great taste. Although they serve a full menu of dinner, pav bhaji, pulav is their speciality . The taste is awesome and quantity good. The tawa pulav is yummy and all sorts pf masala pavs etc to go with pav bhaji, khadi bhaji are great. Its a great economy place to eat/take away. The seating arrangement is basic, non AC.

We went to explore Bala Ka dhaba located in Orlem, Malad West, Mumbai for it's paneer bhurji and pav. The quality of food I would say was 10/10 and it was well garnished with right amount of spice. The ambience was of a typical open restaurant so not favourable in scorching summer. Overall the food tasted delicious and will plan to go again :)

If you're craving for the dhaba food must visit this place. Paneer is too soft and the spices which is added is in proper proportion. Little spicy if you love spicy food then this is too good place.

Local eatery offers one of the best bhav bhaji in the area. Famous for its bhav bhaji is visited by the locals till almost 11:30pm. Bhav bhaji is made fresh fresh and is loaded with plenty of butter. Other Pham bhaji options are also good. I have visited here for anything else but the pav bhaji. This time tried the cheese pav bhaji was also per my liking. They have extended veg menu from roti to all different veggies. All the items are priced right. The restaurant is more of a take out restaurant so the sitting and ambiance is ok. Do see local maladiests fill in for extra after dinner snack or no dinner snack out. Not ideal for a date night unless your date is a pav bhaji fan, this option is better then a road side thella.

Pathetic service.... Ordered food . Showing half n hour to reach . Then the delivery boy was not reachable . Restaurant person told can't cancel order .. I told them it's alrdy more than one hour .... The live status was stopped it was showing 22 mints since one hour . Restaurant told me to cancel as he was nt able to contact delivery boy . Called zomato but the c care number is not reachable . Had a discussion on chat n they had cancelled finally . Was hungry literally . Bad experience eveytime with zomato .

Wow what a wonderful dish came up with stapler pins to destroy my stomach and risk for life.... I never thought something would happen like this. When we try new restaurants. Thanks again to God that I didn't gulp the food otherwise it could have gone in side the stomach. Don't know for this what compensation should I take. But feels like licensed should be cancel for restaurant. But it's too early I should give chance to improve the restaurant once. There is no roti/bread option in the menu to give the order. How people will eat their food without roti/bread. Request to kindly add roti/bread in the menu.

Visited the restaurant to take parcel of pav bhaji as this place would not deliver to my house. After reading about how this place was a famous stall and now owns a small restaurant, I went in expecting good pav bhaji.<br/><br/>The place looks good and has decent ambiance for a place primarily focused on deliveries. Has 20+ seating space.<br/><br/>The pav bhaji was good, that's it. It was nothing as great as the many reviews tell you, it's good and nothing to complain about other that it lacks any kind of spiciness. That might make it family friendly (kids and grandparents don't really prefer spicy food), but the midst avid fans of pav bhaji will definitely miss the spice. Most good restaurants will provide the same if not better taste.

We ordered food from this place at 7:20pm and the order was not even delivered at 9:30pm. We called this place multiple times and politely asked about the order delivery status. Unfortunately the kid had to eat some snack and we eventually ordered from a different restaurant. The order was just one Pav bhai and one veg biryani and it took 2 hours and 10 mins. Even considering the train the order should have been delivered in 1 hour max. If the restaurant doesn’t care about customer service I think people should stop visiting this place .

Worst experience till now. Have ordered jain pav Bhaji it had onions in it. Secondly when we asked for papads they said that it is finished. A group came after us they gave them immediately. I had called for a home delivery of their well known Pav Bhaji and Mutter Tawa Pulao. The quantity was good enough to suffice 2 ppl. <br/>Taste wise the Pav Bhaji had a tang of Tandoor... might be a Tandoor dish was prepared just before my Pav Bhaji. But that slightly different Tandoor tasting Pav Bhaji was still good.<br/>Mutter Tawa Pulao was well cooked and tasty. No complaints.<br/>So at a cheap price, I relished on some good food.<br/>

Bala has come long way..from road side Rekdi to Small establishment in Malad west.Those days he personally used to prepare Bhaji pav which was full of taste.Our group ate almost 8 -10 times a month from his rekdi then.<br/>Recently I ordered from hus shop Jain Pav bhaji and was dissappointed.It was not cooked with proper qty of garam masala,too much color,more tomatoes n out of taste.Mayb it is high time Bala should stop counting monies and step down again to attend to his cooking. <br/><br/>Best of luck Bala

This is a very small place in Malad not the best place to go and have a meal bt I order in from them a lot of times. Their pav bhaji is superbbb unlike the bhagwatis and the sardars who have made it more abt the butter and less abt the bhaji. Very tasty.. another thing to order from here is their butter dal aloo khichadi which is so simple and yet so awesome.

Very bad taste. Earlier when he started to make Pav bhaji and all that time it was quiet good and tasty. But now a days the food quality is pethetic. I have been eating in BALA ka dhaba since 9years but since a year and a half the food quality is not up to the mark. We have ordered Pav bhaji and tawa pulav in one of our functions but no one like the food and then all the food was wasted. People instead pls go and eat bhagawati Pav bhaji it is far better than this guy

Perfect pav bhaji maker. Cooked properly on a large tawa that has a coal base. Taste is consistent since they started with a stall on street. Also, they make amazing Paneer Bhurji that is quite unknown to the masses.

Today we ordered Veg Cheese Biryani. On receiving the parcel, we checked and found that there was no cheese in it. When we called on the restaurant number, it was switched off. The delivery guy said that we usually switch off the mobile during heavy rush. We sent him back and told him to bring cheese biryani as per our order. He returned in 10 mins saying that there was cheese at the bottom. I inspected it by scooping the biryani with a spoon but there was no cheese at all. Finally i sent him back and cancelled the order. Their service is extremely worse though the food is good. And they have super careless management. The rating which i've given is for the poor service.

Worst place to sit and dine. I would prefer standing near a footpath and have pav bhaji. No hygiene and I pity those who eat there food. Complete Bull shit...

We ordered paneer masala and aloo gobhi. Both were green in color, I don't know why. There was hardly any paneer in the gravy, very low quality and completely tasteless. The spices weren't blended properly, I had a few pieces of cloves in my mouth while eating, it was disgusting. Gobhi was extremely spicy, the ratio of coriander and green chilli was way too much. Very poor preparation.

This quaint little joint is located close to SNDT College in Malad West and offers home delivery too (provided they have some or their delivery boys available ).. two of our favourite dishes to try here are the Pav Bhaji and the Tava Pulao.. For a change I ordered the Butter Aloo Palak Khichdi today and that was yummy too.. Will definitely recommend this place.. I hope he starts making dosas soon!!!

Its been more than a year since we've been ordering food from here, since my Jiju loves Pav-bhaji, everytime they visit us, my Mother relies only on Bala ka dhaba to get the evening going. The pav bhaji is really good, the one that sets a benchmark of what a pav bhaji should be. :)
