Best Chinese, Thai and Asian food outlet in R-city mall. One should taste their noodles, paasta, fried rice, etc...

Good food. The cook gives u options on veggies and sauces so that the customer doesn't waste food. One can taste food while it gets prepared. Cook is open to suggestions and also gives suggestions to customer as to have best kinda meal. They are sensitive towards young eaters. Steam chicken momos are really good.

It's the first time that I tried the concept of choosing vegetables and sauces. These were handed over to a cook who prepares it front of you and also checks if noodles or rice are to be added to it. Further there is a option to add chicken, egg, tofu etc or leave it with just the vegetables. After preparing it the cook gives a sample to taste. Its packed nicely into a box and given for eating.The taste was just good. There are few sauces kept near the cash counter but I tended to miss those. Overall value for money and the quantity is good enough.

I love Wok in the Box. I haven't found a single outlet where the food wasn't delicious and the service not fast. They have amazing sauces, all boxes come with sufficient veggies and the Iced Teas are a lovely combination with the noodles. they offer a really good variety of combinations and you can customize it as per your own palate preference. They have introduced starters, baos, and multiple other options. Must try!

You have the option to try and taste your wok and change if not satisfied.

Had ordered 3 chicken woks with different veggies preferences and bases and it was all mixed up i didn't even get my preferred base which was spinach n hakka instead i got just flat noodles it looked like they made sure to include veggies we didn't like were in the wok we ordered the taste wasn't even at par with what I have had at the dine in

At first it was soggy and had no flavour, they offered it to replace it but second time it was slightly crispy but still lacked any chilli or honey flavour. I dont intend to try it next time ..

We tried the Kung pao noodles at Wok in the box. The noodles were spicy with little bit of sweetness. The quantity of noodles was good enough for two people. The person who was serving was very courteous and helped us to choose our order.<br/><br/>Taste:- 3.5/5<br/>Price:- Rs 230

Nasi Goreng Rice suggested by the staff was excellent... Indonesian rice had gravy , 2 crackers, salad and 2 chicken skewers garnished with peanuts..a. the presentation is excellent and taste was awesome... something very different n unique taste...the quantity and quality was great..

The new menu by Wok in the box is an absolute delight especially for Asian food lovers.<br/>I loved the Tom Kha soup and the Burmese khowsuey !

So we were at rcity for some clothes shopping ,got hungry and landed up in the food court.We wanted to have some Chinese and a combination kind of stuff,so found this new place win or wok in the box,we try to stick ti basics when we are trying a new joint hence ordered a pan fried noodles with chilly soya gravy.The amalgamation of sauces were perfect,as per the price they weren't stingy with English vegetables and chicken.Also the qty was good enough for 2.hence would surely love to try outbfor dishes and it's a must try place for desi Chinese food lovers

Loved loved the food. It’s awesome coz it’s custom made to our choice and the array of sauces are Amazing ! The staff are helpful in explaining the process of making our own wok. The quantity is so good and it’s total value for money. The range of newly added Thai curry , the wantons are to die for. Wish we had more outlets of this place. It’s a gem ! My definite go to place for good Chinese woks and Asian food

The new Vibe ( wok in the box ) menu just surprised me . It had dishes which typically offered in high end speciality restaurant like the mushroom dimsums , som tam salad and Tom yum soup . I ordered chicken and mushroom dimsums they were perfect . My favourite were the signature dips like basil and garlic coriander . Just loved it . The Tom kha is something I'm gonna surely come back for . Love it guys

We had been to their RCity mall for lunch. We ordered Nasi Goreng, khowsuey and Tomkha soup. The food was great. Worth visiting and recommending others.

Tried their custom flat noodles box and it was indeed a delight.<br/>Heard of this outlet ever since it had opened up at Carter road bandra, and although that is now shut, I got a chance to taste this at the Rcity food court.<br/>Its a quick fix, the portion quantity is sizeable for the cost, and is pretty filling. <br/><br/>I tried their custom wok with flat noodles , and ofcourse the crew guided on the flavors that would work. lovely seeing it tossed and cooked right in front of you , wherein you can customize and pick flavors - like a noodle stir fry  made in a very subway-like customisation style format<br/><br/>Served in a cardboard box , like a Chinese takeout, good for groups sitting at the Rcity foodcourt here trying out a little something of everything.<br/>They have some exotic veggies like Pok-Choy and red cabbage along with some healthier carbs like brow rice or spinach noodles for those who want to enjoy oriental while eating healthy

Had one of the best experience with an Asian soups and starter after a long time. Would highly recommend the "Tom Kha" soup (coconut based soup). If you are a Thai or Chinese food lover, you simply cannot miss it!<br/><br/>The chef with his international experience his awesome creativity with authentic Asian cuisines has just given a new life to the entire menu. All the foodies must check out this reinvented wok in the box.

The bowl and the dimsums were full of flavor. Specially the dimsums, juicy and delicious! Had to close my eyes after every bite! We had a corporate order for 40 people. The restaurant owner, the manager and the staff was very courteous, polite and understanding.<br/>The food is absolutely fantastic and serving size is appropriate. I will surely recommend this place for other events

What Food! I love Chinese food, at the same time I don’t like to eat out a lot because of all the oil and spices restaurants usually use. Wok in the Box is unique that way, not only the food was delicious/yummy, but the dishes were also lite on oil and spices, and that’s why I could try many things without feeling heavy :) and it’s pocket friendly too! Ordered a toss your wok (customized wok). Choose from a variety of veggies, carbs, proteins, sauces, toppings to build my wok.<br/><br/>Taste : Tasted very good. 5*<br/>Quantity : Copious quantity. 5*<br/>Quality : Some of the veggies seemed dry. Most seemed fresh. All tasted fine though. 3*<br/>Staff : Staff at counter was considerate enough to allow me to mix multiple carbs proteins and toppings in the same wok. They knew well about the offering and tried their best to suggest. 4.5*<br/>Price: justified taste and quantity. 4.5*<br/>

Hi you guys are just amazing with your food and the warm friendly service . Of course it was the owner Herself who chose the right meal exactly what I needed to order (coriander base chicken rice with noodle combo - not in the zomato menu as yet) but excellent stuff and I had it last week. That made me again come all the way from Phoenix Kurla mall to Rcity just to have my lunch here. This time I am trying the Burmese combo and I am waiting eagerly for my food. You all should definitely visit the Rcity food court branch and check the new menu. 5 stars and if it was more I would give them the max.

Indian chinese never falls short of by expectations and Wok In the box is a unique experience in itself since you have the liberty to make your own wok. <br/><br/>Needless to say the thrill was not only of eating the wok but making it, I went on and choose paneer, spinach noodles, some veggies and dried noodles to make mine along with butter garlic sauce and it was very palatable! <br/>Spicy and hot, the perfect way to eat chinese. <br/><br/>Looking forward to trying more on their menu

One of the worst wok experiences you can have. Some of the dishes were sweet in taste which made the entire experience worse. It was also very oily.

The most delicious noodles I have ever had. We went to R city mall on our recent trip to Mumbai and dined at the food court. While munching at my delicious box of noodles I wished my city had the franchise. My mouth is watering even writing the review. 🤤

I liked the concept of getting your noodles or rice in a Chinese takeaway carton and then adding whatever toppings you want. It's a simple idea but no one else thought of it ( not many I guess). Food is okay but as I say, the idea is good.

Bad food. It seems like a box full of noodles and no veggies. I had asked for a host of veggies and all I got was the basic green bell pepper and onions. And there was literally no sauce. Pls work on the quality.

I really liked the service of the staff there. The quantity of the food was enough for 2 people. The taste was good also. The taste can be improved. Hoping to visit soon.

The only reason why I am giving the 2 stars is for the courteous behaviour of the staff. Very disappointed with the food. Had ordered a chicken wok combo. I asked them to put all the veggies. The sprouts were not cooked hence the taste overpowered entire dish. Very strange taste. Chicken chunks were rubbery and hard. No wonder there was hardly any crowd in this place as compared to other stalls.

This place has it's own uniqueness you get to design your own wok you get the freedom to choose each and every ingredient right from the base the veggies up to the sauce and the service is also really quick do try this place out you won't be disappointed

This outlet in R-city mall is the best place for noodles. The place has a plethora of sauces and veggie ingredients for you to choose. My personal favorite sauces are their fiery and sweet chilli sauces. I bet you would have never had these delicious noodles. I wish these guys had an outlet here in borivali (borivali being one of the biggest food spots in Mumbai). However, whenever i am at R-city, i have no other outlet on my mind but this. Whoever is the owner, a request to open up this place at Borivali.

This place has a very nice and friendly staff. The concept is great, because you can choose your vegetables and sauces for the work. The portion size is enough for two people that eat a decent quantity. If you are really hungry then you will need one work each. Taste wise it is ok, nothing great. The nice thing is that they make you taste a bite after making the work, you can make changes if required. The Momo size is humongous, so 4 Momo's can fill u up quite a bit.

Since I love Desi Chinese I wanted to try out this place. I got my wok box customized with Hakka noodles, chicken, veggies, butter garlic, sweet chilli and schezwan sauce. It tasted very good compared to other Wok boxes I've tried. I loved the texture and flavour, and the fact that it didn't become lumpy even though I got it packed for eating it later. The only drawback I found is that the staff is a little laid back. They didn't bother to completely ask my order, they just asked which veggies I wanted. I kept specifying the other things. Even the bill wasn't given promptly unlike what I've observed in Wok Express. They also completely forgot to garnish it with toppings, and they added an ingredient that I didn't specify them to add. If the staff could be a little more responsive it would be great!!

I have visited this place last month. In this place you can order for customized wok with choice of veggies and non veggies, and there are size also you can choose according to your capacity. They will serve them in a box.<br/>I tasted two flavours of sauce one in sweet chilli and another one is barbecue. And noodles I chose was yamen and flat noodles. I enjoyed the Sweet Chilli Yamen with various kind of veggies starting from Broccoli, Baby Corn, Tofu, Chicken, Egg.<br/>The barbecue sauce was good but I didi not like that much.<br/>So it was a good experience but I will visit again to have some more kind of combinations.

I used to visit this joint on alternate day basis, because of customization they offer during preparation of your wok! Unlike other wok joints, this one does not have limitations on ingredients, and also you can taste the food before you take it, so further modifications are possible. Keeping customer satisfaction in mind always helps in longer run! The staff is polite, friendly and courteous, which makes the food joint 5/5.

I love Indo Chinese food and I absolutely love wok boxes. Wok in the box is a self service, fast moving meal experience. There is a live counter and the chef cooks your food infront of you. They offer different types of wok boxes to suit your appetite and budget.First you select your wok style, then your choice of vegetables (they were fresh and crunchy) , pick your protein (for vegetarians, they have paneer/tofu & for non-vegetarians they have chicken/eggs), decide rice/noodles and finally your sauce. They have a very decent range of sauce from normal,mildly spicy to hot sauces. You can select one or a combination of them. Garnish your wok and it's ready! They finally make you taste it and you can make more changes as per your preference. The portion is enough to satisfy two people. They even have combination of beverage, momos and wok. I have never tried it though. I have tried the Tibetan hot noodles, Sichuan rice and Kung Pao noodles and have loved everything! The level of customization is far better than what wok express offers and also, the quality.<br/>

I was at rcity for a movie and needed a quick bite before the movie..so decided to hop in here..<br/><br/>This outlet is kinda small and is in the foodcourt..there is place to stand inside to see the live counters were they make your wok as per your specifications..<br/><br/>We ordered a Veg Wok with choice of veggies, noodles schezwan and butter garlic sauce..the level of customisation here is better than that in wok express according to me..<br/><br/>And the fact that they make u taste it for any changes to be made just makes sure that u ll love your wok as it ll be approved by you yourself..<br/><br/>The taste is great and the service is decently quick..<br/><br/>P.S- you guys should surely open more branches across the city..

This place is located in the food court of Rcity mall.<br/>I love the concept of making your own box. You can choose everything according to your taste right from the base that are the type of noodles or rice up to the type of toping you want on the box.<br/>Talking about the quantity, its humongous. Well the box looks small is size but when you actually come to end of finishing it up, its more than enough!<br/>The box I had was just perfect for my taste! It included:-<br/>Hakka noodles<br/>Kung pau and chilli sauce<br/>Mushrooms, American corn, paneer, garlic<br/>And finally topped it with fried garlic (because my favorite)<br/>Also, the you can choose unlimited number of veggies from the list that they have which is really great!

Tried this a couple of times and is truly impressive. You get to chose everything that goes into your food. So i being a rice fan, opted for the rice box. For i chose my vegetables out of the 15 options or so that they have. You can chose either rice or noodles . Then you gotta select form 7-8 sauce options which is when they prepare the stuff right in front of you. <br/><br/>I opted for the sichuan & butter garlic sauce with chicken. The sauce was yum yum. Delicious rice gravy. Only thing that was off was the chicken. Dint seem fresh. Expensive though for ₹ 294 but good enough again for 2. Well placed in the food court of rcity mall. Give it a shot. Found it a better option than wok express not having to order gravy and rice separate. <br/><br/>

Superbly helpful staff. They will go out of their way to make your order just perfect. Sometimes more than the food, the delivery and the experience turns out to be better, and this was one such case.<br/>Food is ok, I would rate it at 3 probable. But these guys are really making an efforts to make it work, and that shows. Happy with the experience as a whole.

Great, healthy option for a tasty and filling meal served in a clean and hygienic manner by a friendly staff! The best part is that you can choose what you want and custom make it to your taste and preferences. The food court at R-city is full of options but most of these are not healthy and so this is a great place to explore for a good taste and low-calorie combination!<br/>On the previous visit there, I had tried the chicken wok and some momos which were quite nice. This time I was in the mood for a veggie wok and was craving some rice-based meal. So I was recommended by the guy at the cash counter to try the veggie rice wok - all veggies plus  Kum-Pao, Butter-garlic and Sichuan sauces topped with some fried onion and garlic garnishing. I must say it came out quite well and I relished it along with a cold beverage. The overall experience was great...I liked the decor which is basic but pleasant and not too flashy... and it wasn't too crowded thanks to the efficient and well-spoken employees. They have some new additions to the menu, so looking forward to my next visit!

They renovated recently. I believe every change is for the good. It's sort of a "subway" which is oriental. They let you choose various sauces, veg, non-veg etc. A good experience. Food is tasty if you do the right selections. No place to sit here, but hey! it's in a mall..... So plenty of space outside. They need to add more on the menu, as of now it's very less.

i order crispy corn and veggies , i dint like it as it was burnt , there was only onion the i could see , that too burnt , i am really not happy , please improve every dish from the menu should have the real picture of the food .

They've literally lowered their standards. Used to love their Carter Road outlet. Coming to Food, Ordered a Nonveg combo, Box with Momos and A Pepsi. <br/>Their sauce was terrible, Rice undercooked, hardly saw any chicken in there, corn had gone bad. Momos were literally smelling Sour, like that BAD! Do me a favour, shut this outlet down too!

This place has rescued me from hunger many times. You can customize your box with your choices of vegetables and sauces. He makes the wok infront of you. Best place for momos i guess. The momos were soft, hot, mouthwatering and ridiculously delicious 😋 this place is not that expensive for a chinese spot situated in a mall. Always satisfied with the taste and the quantity. Highly recommended if you are hungry and low on cash😁

food was too spicy

I just loved the momos. They were seriously delicious and utterly divine. Yes I had the chicken ones and they just melted. Has a pretty well designed limited menu yet has everything for a hungry soul. For a temple mood, you cannot resist the soups out here. Now I know when hunger strikes, momos will do.

Had ordered noodle meal and let me tell you'll its one of the average noodles i have ever had, though the veggies they put are properly tossed and all but they put excess of garlic and also there is lot of literally river of oil in the box.<br/>Qty is good for 1 person.<br/>But wont reccommend others as the amount of oil they put is not really good to have.<br/><br/>Restaurant people really need to work on this.

Very bad experience when I ordered through Swiggy.. I had ordered Paneer WOK, but there were only 2 small pieces in it.. reminded  me of my hostel :( :( Also, the WOK was very dry.. again kanjusi in adding sauces and veggies...<br/>Try this only if you are present when they are preparing your order. otherwise be ready to be cheated!

This is a great place. The staff is polite and helpful, and makes the noodles exactly to your requirements (spiciness, choice of veggies etc). They even give you a taste so you can tell them what changes to make. Piping hot, lots of chicken and veggies, and very tasty. We had ordered the Bombay Masala, Fire Box and the Basil one.

Had accidentally Tried this at the Food Court at R city Mall. You select your ingredients, sauces, flavours and it is cooked within min. The quantity of Rice or Noodle you select is good. We had selected Rice with Exotic Veges and chicken. The quantity of Rice was good. Flavours were good and taste was perfect. But the exotic veges and chicken quantity wasn't enough. Overall a good experience.

The filling was cooked properly and the sauce was alsoo good. But there were only 4 momos but the size of the momos was good.<br/>We ordered 2 boxes of noodles with chilli garlic sauce. The person makes everything in front of you. And asks you how spicy you want it to be and even lets u taste if it's proper. Which is actually good, because in my case i love to eat spicy whereas my mom can't handle spicy food so when i told them about my preference for both the boxes and it was made like i wanted. You can also choose the veggies that go in ur box. The noodles was filled upto the brim of the box and they were pretty good. I ordered the Veg Buddha's delight with flat noodles and my choice of veggies. I had been craving some juicy noodles since the previous night. The portion was great, and the service was fast and pleasant. The guy who made my wok asked me to taste it before he served it, and I added a tad bit of sweet sauce to it as well. The noodles were absolutely DELICIOUS. All the sauces were really savoury and the veggies and noodles were really fresh. Couldn't be happier! Wish they had more outlets near me!

I'd give it a 0 if I could. I could barely get through 10% of my wok. Except for the crunch nothing was right. I'd ordered a paneer wok with hakka noodles and sichuan basil sauce. There was no basil. The sauce was terrible. The noodles were stale and clumpy with an odd smell to them. I've felt sick in my stomach after this meal. Honestly,I do not know why this place is so lowly rated here! Maybe people are expecting something gourmet? I have had woks from here for some years now and they are consistently good. Pick veggies -they are always fresh, then pick noodles-usually I go for flat noodles, then pick sauce-I go for some combo with Kung Pao because I like sweet + spicy combo and they mix it up. <br/><br/>There isn't much scope to go wrong since the sauces are freshly made (-atleast I have never felt that they were stale), quantity is very good ( I am a light eater and this one fills me to the brim,I have to share with my sister) and it always tastes good. The staff is very well trained and you can just tell them you want your wok hot or spicy or sweet and they choose the sauce themselves, plus they let us taste it before final plating. I honestly look forward to having wok from here every single time I am in R City. For just about 200 bucks, I think it is one of the best woks I have ever had.

We choose the veggies, the noodles, the sauce and they mix it up all together for us, that's the simpel concept of Wok. So if it goes terribly wrong,either something is wrong with the choices we ourselves make or the quality of basic ingredients (-veggies,sauces)- is bad. Thankfully, having had woks from here over 10 times in past 2 years alone, I can vouch for how good these guys are :) My sister loves woks and we are in R City mall atleast once a month to catch a movie after which food court is the normal hangout and we end up having wok from here very regularly.<br/><br/>They have a decent collection of veggies and sauces, mixing and matching them will result in a staggering number of choices. What we like best here is that the staff is very well trained. My sister and I both like sauces a bit on the sweeter side, not too sweet, but a bit so we always just walk in here,choose our protein (always paneer), veggies and tell them to make it a bit sweet,mildly spicy and sometimes,based on our mood tangy or heavy. The staff always manages to make it just right :) They also let us taste it before serving so if we want it sweeter or spicier we tell them to adjust accordingly. This is why we keep coming back here. Quantity is very good to fill up 1 hungry person for a complete meal so won't crib about the price. We love the woks here and will continue to recommend them :)

This store selling Soft drinks that printed on the bottle Rs 38 and they are selling at Rs 60/- that also without GST No. I don't no how R city mangent accepting this.

The food doesn't get the flavour it needs and want.<br/>I did not like the people cooking the food.<br/>They couldn't explain the variety of sauces they had to provide.<br/>They only defined it as, spicy or not spicy. And when I say not spicy, I mean sweet.<br/>People aren't aware of the flavours. If such a place is showing a variety of sauces, people should be able to explain what kind of sauce or gravy they have to provide.<br/>Even after having a variety of them, I didn't think any of the dishes had the flavour it should have been there.<br/>I went there 3 times with one person, trying 6 dishes in total, to get a chance to try the maximum amount of variety I could before I write a review.<br/>The first time the person was rude and didn't let me even taste the final product.<br/>So I assumed it was that person in the place alone. Apparently, all of them get impatient after telling them to add anything after a couple of times.<br/>The food doesn't get the flavour. It is watery, even after being 'cooked' according to the people making it.<br/>Overall hated the experience.<br/>The only thing good over there is the Momo's, it's sauce along with it and the quantity of the food.<br/><br/>But the food isn't good enough for me to give a damm about the quantity.<br/><br/>

The food served is quick and tasty.. They serve their customers as fast as possible.. They have seprate work stations for Veg and Non Veg. Really good chinese... Its a must eat joint

Food- ordered make your own wok<br/>Plenty of Choice of sauce available . You can pick your own base too. The choice of vegetables is limited. Great toppings.<br/>Delivery- packaging was good. But delivered a bit late.<br/>Average taste but quantity is limited just barely enough to fill one.

The food was too sweet.tasted average.the place is also kinda small.the customisation option is great though.but i felt overall the options were limited

Ordered Sichuan Basil Delight tastes superb really liked the quality of the cuisine these guys serve , staff behavior was very kind & generous will surely visit once again soon to try something different & New.

Visited the newly launched outlet some time back and completely loved it. The choice of bases, veggies (protein too) and sauces are extensive. You can choose to create your own wok along with a range of other options available as well. I would recommend foodies to create your own wok and you will be delighted by what you get. If not, you can also choose from multiple pre-selected options offered by the place. Although not the best Wok chain, it easily stands among the good ones in Mumbai.

Located on the 3rd floor in RCity in the Food Court,this place is known for chinese.<br/>The quantity they serve for the price is at par.You are allowed to choose as many veggies as u want in the quantity u wish.But the taste is not at par.The chef is not well trained.They just put the oil and toss everything for 45 seconds and serve.Compared to its competitor the taste is not upto mark.However the good thing is the price they charge includes VAT.

Nice. Good place. <br/><br/>The quantity is too much for even two people though.<br/><br/>But the food tastes fresh and the vegetables are crispy. The fact that they let you customise the food means you get it to taste just the way you like.<br/>But the huge quantity keeps me from visiting often!!!

The best part bout the place is that you can choose what you put on your platter..The veggies , the sauce, the kind of noodles. I love Thier flat noodles with Thier special sweet and sour sauce. The quantity is also not bad. <br/>

The place is pure amazing. More than satisfied everytime I visit. It's very cheap in proportion to the quantity they give and undoubtedly the best woks in town. (Best than all its 'wok' competitors)

One of the best options for healthy food lovers in R City Mall due to availability of Brown Rice, Tofu and other stuffs. Preparation by the staff is good and friendly. They make the Wok as per your taste. Vegetable options is decent but not as great as other Wok joints. Also, initially garnishing was available but now haven't seen it since ages.

This place is situated in food court, the staff is very cooperative,indeed.They let you choose your veggies and also suggests you to pick the best and also allows you to taste. They serve you in the box, technically that's what the name suggests! Taste is mouth licking!

I have eaten here before and though the place had good variety wok they don't presentation on their shop is pretty simple which might not attract you.<br/>Choice of veggies and noodles and sauses is as per your choice as in any street wok style.<br/>Point to be emphasized, I have tried 'Fire bowl with noodles' and I am pretty good at eating spicy hot food, but this serving was the hotter /spicier than I imagined. Must try for spicy food lovers

This is a super concept of satisfying your taste buds with yummy wok... You have to choose your veggies and sauces which r amazing... Nice healthy veggies with yummy for tummy sauces just makes your day... Filling for tummy in peak hunger times... Highly recommended 👌👌👌

Have been to this store 3-4 times now but had only tried their veg wok. I have been a fan of this concept of getting a choice to select for your wok and it tastes really good. The sauces are amazing, opens up ur senses. Today we tried veg (Paneer+spinach) Momos. It is also good. <br/>Management pls keep up the quality and service time, u have got a competition coming in from Wok express just after 4 stores very soon.

A decent place to have some decent Chinese food where you can choose your own ingredients. We order sweet and sour+ woks fiery flat noodles. It wasn't sweet and soury but didn't taste bad either.<br/>They also let you taste the food before they deliver it from the wok to the fancy box.
