I am visiting this mall when it was under renovation and now after so much of upgrades it has became one of the beautiful structure with interior like a top rated hotels.
Most of the shops are still unopened but Cinepolice is functional and well maintained. Tickets rates are cheaper for evening show as well from Mon to Thu mighy be fpr promotional purpose.

The place is a little under maintained. There is suppose to be a mall (there is one) but with 90% shops shut.
Has a very good Konkani food joint in though.

A Mall under construction. The Cinepolis theatre is the main attraction here right now. It's a good clean theatre. All other shops are just opening up out are still under construction. This would be bustling mall in a year or so.
