LOVE LOVE LOVEDD THE ALOO CHAAT & THE CRISPY MASALA ROOMALI PAPAD 😍😍 #musthave
Celebrated my husband's birthday here. The best part about this place is the location. The food is nice. We tried spring rolls, couple of paneer starters masala papad butter chicken and a couple of non veg starters.
This place is reasonably priced but You need to be a member or a guest of the member to enter.
It's a private club limited to members entry only.. I have recently been to this place with my friend who is member there.. Loved the vibes.. Awesome food and drinks options.. I had lemon bhel with some beer and it was good experience
I visited this place with my sister and my niece, the place was quiet and had a peaceful ambience. The food was piping hot and absolutely delectable. We ordered for Bhuna Chicken with hot naans and rotis for starters we ordered chilly paneer and fish fingers. Everything was perfect.. The taste, the service. The serving portions are also generous.
Awesome Ambience "Under The Stars" ♥️♥️
Food quality and quantity is really wow.... best place for the foodies and hoggers to chill out.
I have tried Tandoori items and they are just yummy🍴🍴
For desserts best thing to have is Caramel Custard ♥️♥️♥️
We like this place a lot.
It's situated inside the Racecourse (mini club house)
The ambience of Hooves is perfect.
Well, the restaurant is not really popular but the food provided is tasty and absolutely in budget.
Oyester Mushrooms,
Stuffed Mushrooms,
Paneer Makhani, Chole Pindi... and many other dishes were yummy.
The quantity is sufficient too...
Note: There are entry charges for non members as it is a club,
The normal charges is ₹75 per person
And on weekends it is ₹150 per person
The desserts are yummy..
Do try their Gulab Jamuns with vanilla icecream
Our recommendation on the dessert side is their
Honey Noodle ( do request them to bring chocolate sauce along with it; as we've tried having honey noodles with vanilla icecream and Chocolate sauce.... Tasted amazing)
Service is pretty good too.
Overall good place for dining out with your family and even with your friends.
The mini club at the Mahalaxmi Racecourse goes by the name of Hooves. A club like environment with very low priced food and drinks. A great place to drink with friends and family. You will see regulars here! Their catering has changed and the new management makes some really tasty Tandoori dishes. Be it the chicken tikka or the mutton chop kebab, seekh kebab or the veg kebabs. You won't go wrong. Special mention to their prawns Chingari Kebabs. Boy were they tasty or what. We ended up calling two serves of these!
Tucked away into a hard-to-find corner of the race-course, Hooves is open to Turf club members or their guests. While not having as amazing an expanse of green for the eyes to feast on that Gallops has or a view of the stables that Guppy at Olives has, Hooves is located in a nice enough secluded, green part of the race-course. It was raining when my friend (fortunately a member) and I visited it, so it was an added bonus. Lovely place to relax over some good food (subsidized !) and even more relaxed conversations. We tried a mushroom almond soup and a hot and sour veg - both tasted better due to the weather I am sure. My friend has a pear and rocket salad - okayish while I had a lovely rawas in a mustard lime sauce with veggies and mashed potatoes. The food appeared to be the typically slightly old world, clubby food. We skipped dessert and settled for some green tea to end the meal. Attentive, personalized service added to the experience. Lovely oasis of calm in the hustle-bustle of the city
Beautiful place. Tasty food, service are superb 🔥
Though member only club, the restaurant is best place to have a peaceful dining.

Amazing outdoor restaurant in the midst of the RaceCourse. Food is good and drinks are cheap.
Excellent ambience, location, food and service.
