Review Cream Centre - Mumbai

Amol Kataria
Excellent food, nice ambience and very nice and heart warming service. The mocktails, Loaded Nachos, Ragada Pattice, Enchilada, Cheese Chilly Toast, Sizzling Brownie were all awesome. The restaurant staff was very courteous and helpful.

Shweta
Nice cozy ambience with courteous staff. And food is heavenly. Slightly overpriced but if the food is so good then it's fine.

Ambience is good. The service is very good. Staff is attentive and courteous. But tastes nice The quantity is less compared to the price though. I think they should give slightly mote quantity. Menu is limited.
Riddhi Ajmera

Pranay Sampat

Honestly the best food in all of Mumbai, cooks prepared it very quickly and with the perfect spices, service was also incredible with large tables and fine dining atmosphere, the waiters were extremely professional and kind, will definitely reccomend to anyone in andheri and surrounding area

We all love nachos 😍. But my personal favorite is world's best nachos at @creamcentre_baner. Its name is perfect for the nachos served there. A perfect combination of capsicum, tortillas, tomato, onions, olives, beans, cheese. The quantity can make two tummies full. Such great taste, and great dish to look at any one would drool over it. ----------------------
#creamcentremumbai #foodiegram #foodgasm #foodporn #nachosupreme #cheeseheads #Mol #meadows_of_life #loveforfood❤️

I had earlier also posted regarding the taste of the chole not upto the original taste of cream centre and again on 18/7/2020 there was no difference in the taste. Seems the management is not concerned regarding the taste and quality. Request the management to look into it and see the quality is improved to the mark

Cream Centre, Andheri.

We absolutely love this restaurant chain. One of the golden era restaurant of Mumbai known for its excellent spread of vegetarian menu. It is very heavy on the pocket though.

We had the paneer chole with bhatura and it was kick ass. But the bhatura was very oily. And really expensive.
Prashant Valia
tHE TASTE OF THE CHOLE WAS NOT UPTO THE STANDARD OF CREAM CENTRE. THERE WAS LESS SALT AND TASTE WAS DIFFERENT
Anisha Negi
They serve amazing mocktails which are very refreshing and are mesmerizing. Ambience was good and cleanliness was maintained staff was also very polite.

The food we ordered had no taste at all. The pizza we ordered was not freshly baked. The portions served were nowhere near the price charged. The staff didnt serve us the food.

Totally waste to time and money!

It was our 1st and last visit. Avoid it if u r really a food lover.

Hope it helps!

Cream Centre is a famous restaurant chain in India, but it's not upto the mark everywhere. The quality isn't consistent across all outlets. Even the price, a bit varying is okay but it has a 30-40% difference across some cities. We ordered a sizzler and big nachos. Big nachos are hyped a lot, but it's not as great, especially the price charged for it is not worth the food offered. Sizzler was decent. But it's not pocket friendly at all, for 2 items our bill was 1200. It can be visited once, to see if it matches one's tastes and preferences or not.

Visited this place and to my bad luck had the worst experience ever.I hope those of us who have eaten here are alright and don’t fall sick after finding an insect in our Biryani and the manager mentions that it’s babycorn but I still doubt (btw the Biryani had no babycorn then how did this get into) did not take the risk to eat it. The waiter was trying to clean it from the plate and then asked us to consume the food (which we were not ready to eat further) . We paid for the other items we consumed which were again average -the onion rings served had a weird smell and taste as if they were fried into an oil that’s not changed since days. The nachos had very less cheese sauce and the salsa was served only when asked for (salsa tasted pathetic). We needed an extra cheesy dip and ordered for it and got a dip in a very small bowl which was too watery and they charged 170+taxes for it. The overall experience was not satisfactory and will not recommend or visit this place again
Foodstory_15
Good place to visit with your family if you want to try Italian cusuine . Nachos at this place is a must try and you should not even miss their lip smacking Alfredo pasta which was with a perfect proportionate of cheese.

Very bad experience. Service was bad. Food was bland and there was no taste into anything. We ordered sizzler and the taste was stale. Also Dahi Papdi Chat was very bad.
Portions were way less and half of the things were not available. Tandoor wasn't working.
All I can say is "DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE"

had visited this place on a weekday . there was hardly any crowd then too the service was quite slow . and the quantity of the food that they serve is very less as compared to the high price . And i wasn’t even much satisfied with the food quality too.

Located in Shoppers Stop Andheri West. Nice restaurant. very clean and neat, quiet ambience and have a very impressive menu card. food quality is good. very limited options in starters as well as in main course. Its a great place uh should visit it once for good experience
Service 4/5
Quantity 5/5
Money value 4/5

We had visited Cream Center with Family and frnds
Salaah Qureshi
As usual, underwhelming and overpriced. The pasta was too spicey and the nachos were just okay. The onion rings and the Chole Batura were not bad though, better most other places at least.

The ambiance was good though and the staff were polite and courteous.

A nice place near Andheri shoppers stop. Little expensive. Around 1600 for 2 people.. all time favourite is Nachos with beans,Cheese corn balls, chefs oriental sizzler. The service was really quick and fast.
Yash Mangave
This place is located behind shoppers stop in Vile Parle West is a good place to enjoy with your friends and family. They serve a variety of innovative dishes and the food quality is very good. The only negative part of the food is the quantity of the food served. The cheese corn balls and Chana bhatura are a must try food items there. The service is also quiet fast and the staff is quiet polite and friendly. The rates of the food is a bit high for the quantity of food they serve but overall experience was great.

Good Veg Food, good ambience, good service.
Reasonable price, vallet parking available.
Two challenges - no water in toilet, no elevator for elderly people.

This place is near by! It offers best nachos and sizzlers. It's a bit heavier on pocket, but totally worth it.
Food ordered:
Nachos: 5/5
Sizzler: 4.5/5
Ashish Jain
This is a Fantastic and cozy place for friends and family. The food is the best and the Nachos are the world's best. However, the constant steam of sizzlers can be irritating.
Khushbu Shah
This place is really nice
Ambience is really soothing
Interior & food is of transitional style
Every dish was worth trying
Service was at the best
Indian, italian cuisine are prepared with good sense of indgredients
Visit this place, and have a great time!!

The ambience of the place was just amazing. Almost all dishes were worth a try, wouldn't recommend drinks though! The service was commendable. Had a great time. :)

I had tried cream centre in goregaon and malad and so went to andheri. So I went there in the late evening and it was very crowded. We had to wait for 15-20 mins to get a table. It's the outlet near andheri west station, behind shoppers stop. The ambience is very bright. I ordered -

Lemon ice tea - it was like normal ice tea expect for the size. It was like a jumbo ice tea. Good thing about ice tea was it was cold enough and not much sugary

Italian baked sizzler - it was baked sizzle with variety of good italian food. It was delicious and was served very hot. The quantity was good enough for 2 people. Not much cheesy not much spicy, everything was balanced properly

World's best nachos - as the name suggests it was like the best nachos. Though I would say the big nachos are more tasty then this still this one was good. It was baked nachos loaded with cheese. The quantity was not much though but it tasted awesome

It you ever go to this place must try their big nachos and Chana bhatura, it tastes amazing

Though it was crowed their service was not slow. We got everything on time and was served nicely. One thing I loved about the staff there was they was they took order, always with a smile. I even asked for recommendations on food which was provided unbiased. Overall it was a really great experience.
Ambience -5.0
Taste - 5.0
Presentation - 4.5
Staff - 5.0

This outlet will let down the entire chain of Cream centre hotels
Writing this review after visiting this place minimum of 3 times
The signature dish Nachos with cheese sauce had lumps after bringing to notice of the manager gentleman started justifying it
Sizzlers only place was hot not the food
Sizzling brownie the brownie was stale the ice cream had paper sort of thing in it despite that they charged us for it no complaints but guys and gals avoid this outlet give it a pass and you won’t regret for life
Sakshi Jain
No wonder, its chola bhatura is not overrated and overpriced. Its the yummiest chola bhatura I have ever had. White sauce pasta is also very good. Service is superb. Men well trained and absolutely know their tasks.

However, the awadhi biryani was slightly uncooked. The batter around it was very uncooked. However, the service is awesome and I would certainly recommend it. :)

We went here for dinner on new years eve, we got place immediately..

The ambience is like any other cream centre outlet

For food we ordered wantons and mexican sizzler..

The wantons were ok.. nothing special about it.. feel the quantity is less for the price paid

The sizzler was decent, go for it if u like mexican food

Overall it was a decent experience

This place literally feels like Home!
The ambience, food, people all are just amazing.

Cream centre has got a very chilled and relaxed vibe where you just forget everything and enjoy the surroundings and the delicious food varieties the menu has to offer☺️. Any delicacy you try- you won’t regret🤟🏻

We had all gone together and ordered different varieties . We ate the Scrumptious and taste buds tingling Pav Bhaji!- no I’m not exaggerating, it was just mouth- watering (the Taste is totally different from any other Pav bhaji😋) then next was the Classic Cheese Double Baked Macaroni - which was very cheesy with 4 cheese baked sauce and quite the balanced option after something so mouth watering! It was nonetheless very tasty.
We also tried the famous Big Nachos😍- topped with the famous Nachos sauce on the tortilla chips is what makes it more appeasing and the veggies just add on to it!
(A must Try!:)
You could also try some appetisers in the menu. And not to forget Desserts- we had ordered Triple Chocolate Sundae which was very delicious 😋

P.S : Don’t forget the dessert🙈

Ambience is very ok. At times its not clean. Food is on the expensive side. Ice cream sodas and ice teas are good. Nothing exceptional about the food.
Siddharth Mehta
One of the evergreen restaurant chain for NACHOS!!! Everything you order here is delicious to eat.
We also ordered Italian sizzler. It has Italian dishes served on a hot plate. The potatoes were half cooked but overall sizzler was good.
Next on the table was a Chole Bhatura. The size of Bhatura is really big. Most importantly it had minimum oil. Mojito was like cherry on the ice.
Finally it was the anniversary of my in laws so we ordered brownie with ice cream.
As I mentioned earlier everything here is worthy of recommendation.
Ishani Manan Desai
This is one of my favourite place. To name a few items which you should have there are:
1. Chilli Cheese Toast
2. Corn Cheese Ball
3. Worlds Best Nachos
4. Ragda Pattice
5. Italian Sizzler
6. Sizzling Paneer Chilli
7. Sizzling Brownie
8. Pav Bhaji Fondue
And I can go on and on.
Although I find this place little expensive, I end up going here quite often. The service is very quick and staff is courteous and polite. Good place for family gatherings too.

This time we decided to give a try for Cream centre with hungry stomach.. so
We had Nachos .. i feel it’s over priced for a quantity.. very little quantity with ok types of nachos , not worth it. PFA pics
About chole bhature.. it was good with sufficient quantity and quality of goods
sizzlers was good as usual as there is no rocket science to make this.
Would not recommend to go here if you are expecting much by the name.

Agin, my childhood favorite restaurant!!

Went there on a Tuesday night, the place was more than half empty. I placed my usual order.

Drink- coke/ tall coloured drinks

Starters- nachos & cheese, onion rings, American corn cheese balls.

Main course- Chole Bhature, Macaroni Magic.

Deserts-

Post Graba... we all landed up at Cream Centre as this place had space for my gang..!! Soo here comes the list what we had hogged on last night... we started off with Nachos, Pav bhaji fondue, Red pasta, chole bature, sizzlers, chilli toast bread . Got a take way from the cream centre I ordered for nachos and onion ring nachos were soggy and cheese portion was half and onion ring looked like two days old vvvvvvv bad food yuck u should get a 0 star or negative
A very nice family restaurant and by far one of the best for vegetarians.
The portion size is worth the money.
What we ordered-
Cheesy nachos - the best nachos I have ever had in any restaurant. Crispy nacho chips are drenched in cheesy sauce and garnished with capsicum. The perfect way to start any meal. This is a MUST TRY DISH. It is served with salsa.
Onion rings - rings of onions dipped in a batter and deep fried. Really good in taste, but could have been less oilier.
Sizzling brownie- delicious brownie served with vanilla ice cream and brought to the table. It is then sizzled with chocolate sauce. Really yum.

Overall a very nice place for vegeterians and families.

I found a great disparity between the taste, quality and the price. The ambience, the service and the level of cleanliness look like the typical 90s style fast food restaurant until you look at the menu, taste the food and wonder how this restaurant is still running.

What irritated me was that they do not seem to have a fixed price for mineral water and an aquafina could cost you anywhere between Rs. 75 - 150 based in what they feel like. When asked the manager said there was some regulation that they cannot charge over 150 for a bottle of water. I think otherwise it could exceed the food bill as well 😀

Lastly, I would suggest checking the zomato rating and if it’s below 3, better go to another place. This one was 2.5 and I was fairly disappointed with the experience. Unfortunately I happened to look at the rating after my visit.
Vikanshi Chauhan
Its a great family restaurant and obviously a gem of a place for the vegetarians.
Must try:
Chole bhature
Subz wonton
Baked mix pasta
And
Obviously not to forget the dum biryani and sizzler.
It had a great ambiance and staff was very friendly.
Its our favourite restaurant. We often visit there with our family twice or thrice a month

It’s a nice place to hang out with loved ones ...good service.. good food
We had American corn cheese balls and it’s so filled with cheese 🧀
We also had paneer ka baap sizzlers which was also great...
Peaceful place with soft music played in the background...

Visited this place yesterday evening. As it was a week day, got a table immediately. The overall visual of the restaurant is simple. So if somebody who is a fan of ambience, this is definitely not a place to go. Hence i expected food to be its USP. My first reaction on looking at the menu....This place is over priced. I don't mind paying extra if the place has some unique ambience, but as i have stated earlier, this place didn't have any of that sort. So moving on to food then...

1. Drinks- Fresh Lime. I had specifically ordered sweet+ salty, but the drink was way sweet. Not a big fan of sugar.
2. Starters- American Corn Cheese balls- The dish was Okay. A typical fried starter ,nothing fancy.
Bambaiya Ragda Pattice- This was very nice. It was a bit spicy but i liked it. The presentation was also good and both the chutneys which were served with it were very really full of flavour. For someone who is not a fan of roadside street food, can definitely try this dish.
3. Mains- Grilled and Herbed Vegetable Thin crust Pizza- Lets just say, i have eaten better pizza than this. I would not recommend it to people who have eaten pizzas at places like Indigo Deli etc...I finished it just because I don't like to waste food.

I was going to give only 2 stars but One star extra is for the staff. They were really hospitable.
Alma Hamid
My family and I went to try out this place and ordered 3 dishes
Channa batura ⭐️⭐️⭐️
Cheesy nachos (with capsicum) ⭐️⭐️
Cheese pasta ⭐️

Clean ✔️✔️✔️✔️
Staff ✔️
Family oriented ✔️✔️✔️✔️
Location ✔️✔️✔️

The channa batura was better than the rest of the food for sure. As the cheesy nachos was not as rich as it was expected as Bombay blues had initially upped their game in serving me nachos for the past 15 years and it only looked the same but wasn’t as good in taste but it was okay. My cousin ordered the cheese pasta which to me was absolutely terrible in taste.
I wouldn’t ever go back there for the pasta for sure..

The waiter also kept coming to our table every 2 minutes for the silliest reasons and kept disrupting our conversation and interrupting our privacy which to me was very rude despite of me telling him nicely not to do so..
Gagan Shetty
Recently visited this place with some of my friends we loved some of their foods like nachos and some drinks but some of them were really not upto the mark the pastas weren't baked propely.
The ambience is Okay, the staff were decent as well.
Moving over to the pricing were the food good kind of but are the effectively priced no no no .
The food is damn expensive compared to what your having. They need to work on that.
Hetankshi Sejpal
Visited this place with my family. For the starters we ordered nachos which was good, their special Italian baked sizzler which was average, haydrabadi hara masale ka kofta which was tasteless, biryani and rice was good.
Overall food was average and it's bit expensive.
Yashmita
It is a one time try place. The overall experience was okay. The food and beverages are okay. The service was also okay. Nachos and ice cream soda are must try.
Harmeen Kaur
Quite expensive but the quality of the food is up to the mark. The service was great! I had Paneer Lababdar which was mouth watering, delicious American corn cheese balls, Nachos and Subz Dum Biryani which was awesome 👌
Devam Van
The place is near shoppers stop at Andheri West station, just walking distance from their and as always cream centre never disappoints. We ordered
+The signature dish- the big nachos and Mexican cheese balls which was really yummy and filled with vegetables
PS: those nachos were really big.

+Pav bhaji sizzler which was really unique and it had the Mumbaiya taste and it and the presentation was really good.

+baked cheese Pasta was okay and not that good as we expected.

The staff was good and service was too fast and that is really good because you cannot wait to have that delicious food 😅
The place is really good and worth visiting.
Mrinal Shelke
Nice place to visit for breakfast or grab a quick snack. The ambiance is also good even the staff is nice and helpful. It is like walking distace from the station so you dont even have to travel very far.
Pritesh
This was the worst food i had in my life, is that you call you sizzler @ 650, chole bhature at 550 with worst quality, and what was that ?? aaaaa peach ice tea .... Ohh no, I need to check suger level now,🧐🧐
Payal Jivani
You should change the name from peach iced tea to sweet iced tea😔....plus the quality of the food has gone down...I am sad Cream Centre!!!
Twinkle Jain
Superb place fr veg ppl...the nachos are very yummyy 😘😋 the waiters are very good dey wont let upset uh vid the food...anythin uh order is up to the mark in tatse, presentation , service , cleanliness 😍😘

Cream centre never disappoints me.
Chole bhature best as always
And nachos with Mexican beans
Service is good
Great place for vegetarians to visit

But this time we tried seasonal dessert of mango that is named as Indian summer was not at all good.. So don't try.
Sublime
Saw rats running about the ceiling at the outlet Id gone to post our meal. Unhygenic, diminishing quality, long lines and waiting and rude staff. Not going back.
Ritika Turakhia
Big love to the big nachos. They are super yummy and super filling as we shared them between 2. The mint mojito is very refreshing. Also like the paper puzzles you can solve while waiting for your order. Overall a nice place for some quick good food
Abhilasha Jain
Been loving this place since years... Pity they don't deliver through Zomato and we had to download another app just to get food from this restaurant. But hey! the world's best nachos are worth it. Chhole
bhature were good as always. Miss the enchiladas in their previous menu. Only thing- the place is a bit too expensive .
Kanika Jhanwar
The place has nice taste in food and all but the place is extremely expensive... it does not have good ambience also proportionte to the amount they charge for their food and services.
Rahul Bhatia
Cream centre:
Really like the nachos and sizzlers here. But it is extremely overpriced as other reviews suggest. It doesn’t have the feel and ambience of a luxury restaurant. For that reason, I woudn’t recommend this place although I like the food. 2.5/5
Darshak Shah
We visited this outlet on 29 April 2018 with 16 people. I have done my reservation through Dine out app, giving us 10% discount of total bill.

But after paying the bill and comparing the menu rates, after reaching home I was shocked to find out the following rate difference -

1) World Best nachos - Actual charged Rs 450 and price in online zomato menu = Rs 339 approx

Quantity ordered = 4
Difference in charges = 4* (450 - 339)
= Rs 444

In short, we were charged Rs 444 extra for one dish and similarly we had ordered more than 10+ dishes (food bill is attached). So, don't know how much extra they might have charged us.

I would appreciate if the Cream center manganement have resolve this matter. Is the discount option a marketing gimmick by Cream center? Pls revert asap. Thanks in advance.

Ritika Malhotra
Not the sort of cream centre you expect to visit. Its the worst outlet! By that note, I miss Bombay Blues which was there earlier. The staff was not good at all. We had complain regarding the Paneer Tikka. It was tasteless and when complained, they refused to do anything about it. They took the dish when we refused to eat it. The manager in there says that since everyone is ordering and has ordered in past has eaten it without any problems, we’re messing around. He was arrogant and did nothing about that. He was extremely rude throughout.
It actually tasted pathetic. Nothing like Paneer Tikka you think would be. What a disappoinment!

My Friends recommended to visit Cream Centre. They had been to Lower Parel branch.
I went to Andheri Branch, behind Shoppers Stop. Even on Saturday it was less crowded whereas its competitor Radha Krishna was full..

AMBIENCE - 3/5
MUSIC - Bollywood (too loud)
SERVICE & STAFF - 4/5
FOOD - 2/5 ( Big let down)
FOOD PORTION - 2.5/5

Had visited the restaurant with my mom.We were only 2 so couldn't order much.
Ordered Chilli Cheese Toast (ok!) and
Chole Bhature (looks good to eyes but ho hmmm)

Have been to veg restaurants...had high expectations from Cream Centre
(one suggestion, please don't bother the customer by asking what they want every 2 mins, its really nice but little annoying, let the customer enjoy their meal and time)
Faisal Kapadia
Good ambience and food quality also nice. Staff very friendly. Starters and desert is awesome must try American cheese balls. Will visit again.
Ishaan Sharma
All the good things of the original Cream Center have been messed up. All the food items were too salty, too oily, and too spicy. The 'double baked' pasta was ironically half cooked. If you like cream center food, better visit the original one in town.
Jeenal Gada
A lovely place for Family lunch or dinner Or Otherwise! Must Try the Chole here, Baked Pasta 😍 Service has been amazing! Whenever i have visited ! They make sure, no one goes out dissatisfied or disappointed !
TheVegetarianBhukkad
We as a family love Cream centre and have been visiting this particular outlet very frequently owing to its close proximity to home!

The last three visits, though have been on the downside and after giving my favourite brand repeated chances, I guess it’s finally time to say good bye!

The recipe of their signature nachos with cheese sauce has been messed around with and how!
Pav in the pav bhaji tosses in burnt butter; and the service is something I wouldn’t even want to talk about!

You ask for water, yes ma’am, obviously; no water in sight for 15 minutes; after another 3 requests, you finally get the water!

The ratio of syrup in their ice cream soda has also gone for a toss and their baked pastas is something I don’t even want to talk about !

With a heavy heart, so long Cream Centre! You lost a loyalist!
Ishaan Agarwal
Not at all worth the money. The food is good but it's just too expensive. 400 for nachos is like too much plus they add the service tax on it on top of Gst! Not recommended.
Sakshi Sureka
World's best nachos!!! Not worth the money.
450 is too much for this nachos.
It was tasty though. And chole bature is my all time favourite from cream centre.💘
Anish Doshi
They used to be such a wonderful chain of restaurant but the quality has been degrading over the years!
Visited the place after a long time and it turned out to be a wrong decision!
Apart from the classic chole bhature, the other signature dishes have lost their charm especially the Italian herb chilli cheese toast.
From the presentation to the taste, it was all very disappointing.
Vidhi Doshi
I really want to say that this place is excellent but I’m just not satisfied.
When you order the classics like nachos, orange float and chole bhature there’s hardly anything that would go wrong.
But the dishes like pav bhaji fondue are just not cutting it. Other than that the portions of the food is ridiculously tiny. For 525 they give you sizzling paneer chilly with FIVE pieces of paneer. That’s it!
In my opinion it’s not value for money. Thank

This place is apt located to binge on food post shopping. A vegetarian joint but has variety of cuisines so it makes it a good option for dining. The ambience of the restaurant is a fine dine and good for casual dining.
The food I had here was cheese nachos, asli makan pav bhaji fondue and Bombay ragda patties.
Nachos were really good then the fondue too but the ragda patty was lil disappointed with the French been stuffing in it.
Overall a good menu.
A must try for all vegetarians..!!

Cream Centre-
Cream Centre a pure vegetarian place which serves variety of food from different types of cuisines.
We have visited their different branches two three times and we had liked their stuff like onion rings, nachos, pav bhaji fondue etc. We have also had their chole, dal tadka previously in it was good in taste though on the cost side the place is pretty expensive but the taste was good.
This time after some extensive shopping the shoppers stop, we visited this branch of cream Centre for some food as its located in the back side of the same building as that of shoppers stop.
Ambiance:
The place is of the shape of a long rectangle and they have utilized it well to occupy maximum number of tables with different seating capacities. It is well lit and there is nothing much different about the ambiance and is standard one. Their table mats have puzzles or riddles written so that you can pass your time well solving them.
Service:
The service is pretty quick and the food arrived quite fast. Nothing to complain about it as such.
Food:
We started with some manchaw soup to begin with. The soup was done well with typical indian Chinese taste and had lots of fried noodles which very nice n crunchy.
Next, we had tandoor sabz wantons. Now this is something which is completely unique from the regular wanton or spring rolls. This basically had tandoori paneer filling inside wanton sheets and fried crispy.
This had the Indian tandoori flavours which was unexpected but tasted quite good.
There was some special sliders menu so we decided to try one. We had mac n cheese slider.
It came with a portion of fries.
As the name suggested it was a slider which means a very small bun. For the cost, it was a lot costly to have only one portion of slider.
Here the burger bread was way too big and dry and filling was little so it left whole dry bread taste in mouth. Had the bun been smaller in thickness and softer it might have tasted better.
Also, the prices are very high for the regular food like chaats etc.
Honest Report Card:
Food: 3/5
Service: 4/5
Ambiance: 3.5/5
VFM: 2.5/5
Overall:3/5
We all know that Cream Centre is famous for its Nachos, So obviously dinner is incomplete without it. Next up on my list was their sizzler.. Filling and yummy. The taste hasn't changed in so many years.

Tried this place for the 1st time although I've seen it at almost every Mall in India apart from every prominent location.
Only Veg food available and a good variety of Italian, jain and maharastrian dishes.. I tried the Nachhos, Chilli Cheese Toast and the Pasta and didn't miss my meats at all.
Downed it with a Strawberry Ice Cream Soda!!
Mind you that this place is a bit on the expensive side for a Vegetarian Restaurant.

Pretty average food but is very good for vegetarians as they dont have much choices in life. Service and ambiance is appreciative but when I visited, they did not have pizzas available. Also, I met one of the worst person alive here .

Been there on a weekday! The food is awsome and the service is very quick. Might be cuz of the weekday the crowd was very less! The place is very small n might get noisey when full! And yeah not at all value for money! You been ripped for small portions!

Basic roadside food with great taste.. panner is really soft..

But bad service and extremely over priced.. could settle for roadside food rather than coming here..

Also we had a spat about not paying service charge.. and received the staff was really rude..

But a special mention to their world's best nachos.. it's right named so ! Because they are delicious and you'll always crave for a second serving of the same dish ♥️😋

Not worth the price at all.. !
My second visit here..
don't order pav bhaji !
had the Italian sizzler.. it was way too sweet..
had the Aloo Tikki sizzler.. not good too..

sizzling brownie was okay.. I would be highly disappointed if this wasn't good..

Wonder why such poor ratings..it's not disappointing at all. The place is done up well and maintained too, the staff offers attention to details and the overall experience is very good.
Taste of food is exactly like the one in other Cream center outlets.. liked this place a lot.

I wish I could give this place less the one.
One unfortunate afternoon, which was today!
Me and my wife were in around the Andheri Station area for some work. As one knows there are not much options around here.

There was a Bombay Blues at this same place and I have very good memories of that place. Me and my wife enjoy Bombay Blue, Cream Centre. Eat Around the Corner and Pizza by the Bay from our hearts. We have enjoys Mars Resturant’s since the beginning of times in Mumbai for us.

I recently got to knw that Cream Centre has opened behind Shoppers Stop. And this un fortune day... that was today we went.

The whole place has got a
Very Bad Vibe.
Stinky Aircon.
Not Ventilated (felt like a Old Haveli) Even had Cobwebs

Undertrained Staff.
Badly Managed. (all young inexperienced staff.. alteast have some old managers who have experience in the industry and knw how to talk to people)

They failed to explain portion sizes and wanted us to over order.

Order Big Nachos and A Paneer Sizzler
The Sizzler came with cheese Old and not completely melted.
After the who ordeal we dint have the patience to eat our Sizzler and packed it to eat at home.

Horrible Horrible Experience

We had chole bhature which was good one bhatura is enough to fill ur tummy, very nice chole thick gravy like v get in Delhi, one chole & 2 bhature is more then enough for two ppl, we also ordered nachos & that is why we had to leave one bhatura whole as it was too heavy, nachos could have been more cheesy but overall good food little expensive though
Enjoy The PARTY
Lucky to get the table...quick service appreciate that.
Seems the nachos were not that HOT and was not that cheezy...
Good place for veg lovers especially if Jain.
Worth coming back.

The experience was an unpleasant one. Known for their sizzlers, it was an utter disappointment. Pani puri barely decent. The variety dismissal and quality sad. Strongly not recommend.

As it is I'v never been a fan of Cream Center as I feel its obnoxiously costly for basic veggie food! But the other day we had gone to the Andheri Shoppers Stop, and as it was raining heavily, we decided to settle for the Cream Center outlet which is in the same building. But alas - it was a bad decision!

We ordered a Grilled and herbed veg pizza (Rs 315) and Penne Al Forno pasta (Rs 395). The pizza was very greasy. It was quite small and had a very thin crust with basic toppings and definitely not worth the Rs 315 + taxes!!

The pasta was at an all together different level! I had never seen such a watery pasta! I called the managed and showed him how the pasta sauce was pouring out of my spoon like water! Pathetic for a Rs 400 pasta! We returned the pasta and ended our meal midway. We paid for the pizza and just walked out! Bad Bad food at exorbitant prices!

Even the ambiance is very very basic for a restaurant with such steep prizes.

They charge you 18% GST + 5% Service charges on a already highly priced menu. Definitely not worth the money and time!

Food: BAD
Service: POOR
Ambiance: STRICTLY ORDINARY
Value for money: YOU GOT TO BE KIDDING ME!!

Bad service .Nachos were without cheese .
Big nachos had just one tea spoon cheese that's it
And a lot expensive for no reason
The staff also doesn't co-operate

Food below average. We ordered a Italian baked sizzler .No taste. Bland food . Then we ordered for subz dum biryani. No blend of tastes.
Cleanliness average.
Would never want to go again.

If you are a die hard foodie this is one place that's worth skipping cause disappoint is the only thing that will lead your way.
First of all it's expensive veg food that does not justify the quantity quality and service.
Secondly I had a major doubt on the ingredients used for chole bhature
Specially the oil. Viscosity of oil does not allow it to thicken at room temperature and pretty sure it wasn't butter.
No authenticity of food as per their claims and chat was simply blah to taste.

Cream centre has always been on top favourites ever since childhood.
The kiddie's meal back then was my all time order and now
Be it chole Bhature , capsicum/onion rings, american corn cheese balls, sizzlers and nachos😍
Nothing in this world can even be a close substitute !
There is no place that has been able to replicate its tortilla or the cheese, its THE SECRET RECIPE !
Cream centre is always a happy to go place , keeping your guilt aside, enjoying delicacy and cherishing the flavourful food it has to offer.
Happiest year would be to get free lunches every month at cream centre !

One Time Visit Place.
The food is delicious, but the quantity is very less.
Also quality isn't consistent.

The so called World's Famous Cheese Nachos is over hyped. We were served soggy nachos with very little cheese sauce over it.
However the management replaced it.

Must Try the Chef's Oriental Special Sizzler.
Penne Arrabiata (Barely serves 2)
Paneer Ka Baap

Ambience - 3/5
Food - 3/5
Service - 3/5

The chole bhatures are consistent from last 20 years......though the carrot pickle is not what it ise to be. Have been a great fan of their signatures Chole Bhatures since the age of 15 when i would go to their parent branch at chowpatty.....so if your heart goes for Chole Bhature...this is the place.

Food is yummy and even the service was amazing but I feel that it's too much over priced..they should actually reduce the prices..rest all is fine
