This is a very old Family restaurant near Goregaon station..East on the Aarey road..This restaurant caters Veg & Non Veg Food ..It also serves liquor & has a seperate bar within it.. This restaurant was formerly known as VRINDAVAN VEG.Restaurant.. It used to serve very good quality food & snacks those days..Now its not the owner but some others who do carry business..but the Service needs to b improved....

The name of the restaurant is actually Vrundavan. Previously it was Heritage. It is a decent family restaurant. Reasonably priced. The food quality is good. Service is little lethargic. But overall good. Price about Rs.400/- per person plus drinks.

All of sudden we decided to go to heritage and we are actually happy that we decided to go to this place so we ordered chicken cream soup which has soft chicken and cream it was good in taste and we ordered chicken tikka it was spicy and delicious and it was bit crispy spicy and it was really tasty and late in main course we ordered chicken schezwan fried rice amazing taste and food quality and quantity is good I will visit this place again staff service was good I like this place should take family or friends

Chicken was soft juicy and slightly tandoor.Nicely marinated in the tandoor spices.Taste was very awesome.<br/><br/>2)Pahadi kebabs- This dish was also yummy. Chicken dipped in green pahadi chutney was great in taste.Kebabs were fried nicely.<br/><br/>3)Kali Miri Kebabs- This is the dish we often order whenever we visit here.It is our favourite starters dish always. As it is different in taste from other starters. Chicken is soft juicy and cooked in kali miri spices gives it a spicy namkeen taste.<br/><br/>Main Course:-<br/><br/>1)Murg Musallam- Nicely presented. It is a best dish to order for main course. It is a dish for a big fat family which comprises of a adequate quantity for 8-10 people.The chicken in this gravy is tandoor chicken which everyone loves.The taste is very delicious of this Mughlai dish.You can have this with Butter Naan or a Roti.<br/><br/>Ambience was awesome with a dark planetary interior design.<br/><br/>We often visit here for our Family dinners. It is quite affordable.<br/><br/>Staff is helpful and courteous.But a small request, need to wait a bit long for food to get ready which is I don't like. Not everything that's cheap is bad. That's what I need to say for this place.<br/><br/>The restaurant is quite popular among the locals and you see middle aged men here for their daily dose of alcohol. It is also infested with flies but that's OK since it was raining heavily outside.<br/><br/>The service is good and quick however the waiter needs to understand the word patience as he kept asking me when to bring the food. also post 3:00 p.m. the restaurant's kitchen shuts down leaving you helpless and hungry if you need more food.<br/><br/>What I ordered:<br/>Nan.. soft and filled with butter<br/>Chicken patyala.. delicious<br/>Chicken sandwitch.. again butter.. Heritage - VRINDAVAN<br/><br/>Located at just 5mins walkable distance from Goregaoneast Station , Heritage serves good food with very reasonable price.<br/><br/>The ambiance is average not so good as they are still using the old system ambiance. Place is crowded on weekends so if anybody is planning to go there on weekends, plan accordingly.<br/><br/>They serve very good Biryani. Chicken biryani is an option one must try. Even Rogan Ghosh is very delicious to try. Alcohol and non veg is only available at this place in Goregaoneast.<br/><br/>I would love to visit this place again to try more options.

Visited HERITAGE (VRINDAVAN) which is at a 5minutes walkable distance from Goregaon East station. The board reads Vrindavan in big font size though.<br/><br/>FOOOD FIRST!!!<br/><br/>1. CHICKEN 65- Just the way I wanted. Juicy chicken pieces in a semi gravy with flavours of curry leaves and green chillies. Loved it!!!<br/><br/>2. PANEER PUNJABI STYLE- This was the main course recommended by then. The quantity is good enough for 3 people. Taste is good but nothing new in that. I mean, it lacked x-factor and tasted as any other normal paneer gravy wud. But honestly speaking the taste was good and the paneer pieces were adequate and also soft.<br/><br/>3. PARATHA- this is a wheat based paratha with layers. A great combo with paneer gravy<br/><br/>4. I had fresh lemon soda- I had told them to not make it salty and more on the sweet side. But they made it equally sweet and salty. Guess they cant make that well.<br/><br/>NOW EVERYTHING ELSE!!!!<br/>I went there on a Sunday night. The seats were full by the time we reached there around 9 and we had to wait for 10-15 minutes. So people planning to go there on a Sunday night, plan accordingly.<br/><br/>The service was quite good but they can do better especially handling sudden crowd. Overall it was a Fine experience and nothing much to complain.

The new look and feel of the restaurant has me floored for a bit... ample space, decent seating arrangement,... and that's all.<br/>The prime reason for this place's survival is no other family bar n restaurants in this area... oh... and the booze is decently cheap - quarter system for those who prefer it.<br/>Food wise, the Tangdi Kebab, Butter Chicken and Bhatkal Biryani were the most decent that we ordered and managed to savor. Please don't even dream of ordering Chinese here... a natural disaster would taste better.

This restaurant has amazing food. A pretty decent ambience. You should definitely try the butter chicken and the chicken biryani. I have visited this restaurant many times. I don't know about the veg food but for those who are non-veg lovers will surely like this place. Some of their chinese starters are also good. If you don't want to eat spicy food then you should order chicken baghdadi. Because other gravies might be a bit spicy. Even their Kebab platter is good. So overall it's a good restaurant.

A little high end bar setup. When I say high I mean even families go there, the seating and service is more a bar type. There is ample of space, drinks are cheap and its more by the quarter atyle and you should not expect cocktails and mocktails. The food is ok, nothing that special. Its more reasonable. One thing they dont provide in the family area is the mandeli fry so that's something they only give in the bar area, otherwise they provide everything on the menu.

The only reason Heritage is still functioning because there is no decent family restaurant which served alcohol and non veg in Goregaon East. This classically explains the theory that when there is no competition one doesn't try to improve its quality.<br/>The menu is age old. I have been frequent visitor to this place. Now I only order food at my place. <br/>Things to try :<br/>Butter Chicken<br/>Winglets chilly chicken<br/>Corn Tikki<br/>Tangdi kebab ( must try )<br/>Royal stag<br/>Soda.

I don't visit this place quite often although it is very near to where I live because of the not so alluring ambience. I don't like the seating and the place as a whole at all though the food is nice. The butter chicken is tasty and their non veg platter is also delicious. But this is certainly not a place to order chinese food.<br/>All in all, I can say this isn't a restaurant I hate nor a restaurant that I love.

Been here decent place after office to have quick beer and kebabs it is usual Marathi type joint however still clean and food are good. You can come here to have a bottle or two of beer and to watch kabbadi match in the Ac section. I mean I did this in my first visit. I would suggest do not go with a female company as you would only see charre here.

A decent place with no too expensive alcohol and good, tasty food. Have been here only twice and it has been a good experience. The place is too crowded on most days, especially with people who come from work, to let out their stress. Service is decent, their cheese pakodas are yumm! Never had anything Lila that before. The cheese just melts in your mouth.

I had ordered Β Chicken Bhatkal Biryani and Β Dal Khichdi on seperate occassions...and both were sad. I had looked up to the Biryani since a lot was written about it but i must say nothing beats jayprakash.... the khichadi also was a disappointment looked like a half hearted attempt in the kitchen. The fact is there is no good food joint apart from JP...in Goregaon east.

Just visited the place, as it was late night came from office. Friend suggested let's try something here. Ordered for two starters. Well chicken Tikka was good but, chicken cheese kebab didn't make up to the mark. Lastly order one Chicken triple rice. It was simply best good quality perfect gravy. Enjoyed it.

Ok service. Being vegetarian and Martini drinker, I had hardly any choice left. No martini, no Margarita, had to compromise with black dog single malt #whiskey. I ordered chana garlic which they informed that would take one hour. Excellent food, specially chicken items ;) Chicken dum biryani over here is the best you could get anywhere else, awesome flavors. I have tried almost every chicken item over here and everything is good. Delivery orders take around 45 mins to 1 hr, but food is never messed up. Definitely a go for all foodies :)

Take my advice. Order the boneless chicken biryani, chicken kadai, butter chicken with rotis and the chicken hakka noodles. VERY easy on the pocket. You can't go wrong with the dishes I just recommended. Would skip dessert though. I've been a regular for 6 years now and the food hasn't changed at all. I'd choose a take out from Heritage rather than any other restaurant. Comfort food!

This is a regular bar and restaurant like many others in Mumbai. The chicken biryani is an absolute GEM. Everything else is 2 out of 5. Takeaway recommended.

Was totally disappointed to note that the Bar doesn't give ANY choice in Wines! Only Sula! Forget Imported WInes, no other Indian WInes too! And then when I offered to pay corkage to drink my own Imported Wine which I was carrying, the Management had guts to tell me that they will charge Rs. 700/- as corkage for one Wine Bottle! Totally senseless. Even the staff was feeling the injustice in it and was apologetic. Ultimately I ended by drinking just one glass of their Sula for which I paid Rs. 200/-. So, the management earned only Rs. 80/- whereas I was ready to pay even Rs. 300/- as corkage which would have been pure earning for them if I was allowed to drink my own wine!<br/>Β Β Β Β Totally stupid and senseless management policy is what I felt!Β <br/>Β Β Β Β Else, food was okay, nothing to sing about! Just okay!

I have tasted both mughlai and Chinese food here.. And both have lived up to my expectations... Personally I find the prices extremely reasonable for the quality of food and service we get... The waiters are very friendly and joyful... All I wud say is that once u visit the resto u wud surely go back for more...
