Everything else is fine but the A/c area is way too smaller compared to the area outside. The problem outside is that people are smoking! So you cannot tolerate smoking then you shouldn't go here.

This place is small and the seating arrangements are too cramped up. But I still end-up going to this place almost everyday because of the staff at this place. They are so well mannered and the coffee here is exactly the way i like it. Now the staff here knows me by my face and the mood and before i could ask for anything, it seems they know what I am going to order. This experience really takes my attention and I also ask my friends or colleagues to visit this place.

Right next to the highway yet there are not many that visit this cafe. Serves as a good, often less crowded hangout spot with your partner. Parking is manageable. Barring the traffic noise, it's often quiet as well.

It's always good..yes ...we visited after a long long time..we follow all rules..and then we get inside....There were very less people.. maintaining the distance...and we too follow that... because it was much needed break from boring routine...we had white chocolate coffee...and it was awesome....

Mostly the food items which we want to or feel like having is either out of stock or not available at any time. The food kept or given is just microwaved and not fresh. Good for coffee and shakes but not much of a fan of this franchisee. Think twice before you go there. Just hang out & casual meeting is ok. but not for hogging on any food

I have visited many CCD franchisees and am a regular with this chain. And every franchise has some outlets that lower their average. I ordered a simple order and upon arrival, I found have the items missing and those were for the official guests I was entertaining.<br/><br/>I faced a similar issue a few days back when I went here with a few friends when the cashier too or order and payment but forgot to make the order. He promptly made the excuse that he forgot to post the ticket to the coffee machine. There were only two of them there at that time!! This shows that the staff is highly negligent. Making someone wait for food is totally uncalled for.<br/><br/>Despite of being located in a prime spot of being near the station, the East West connection flyover and the W.E highway. These guys do not take service seriously.

Several CCD products are not available here.<br/><br/>The staff lies to the customers that CCD has stopped products when they are not available at their store.I will give this place a miss and shall prefer to go to the nearby Growels mall for chilling which has a lot more options.

This outlet of Cafe coffee day is located alongside Western Express Highway, at the junction of Thakur complex and Thakur village. I ordered cappuccino which was great. But this outlet looks more as a stranded place , the Acs aren’t working, place is dull as compared to other outlets .

This is a place where i and my friends hangout regularly!! They brew some amazing coffee. Prices are standard among all the ccds. There is seating area outside as well where you can smoke. The ambience is good, staff is decent.

I would like to go somewhere else rather than going at this CCD outlet.<br/>One of my worst experience over here.<br/>Firstly the cappuccino I ordered was not warm/hot , it was very cold and tasteless.<br/>The cheese chilly toast was not baked properly and was very hard to bite. There was no cheese and they had added extra cheese to our bill.<br/>We took the combo offer but we had to pay for different items.<br/>They levied extra taxes on the name of gst.

Probably one of the CCDs I will avoid going to. <br/>Its not well lit, it's not welcoming. As you go in and order you realise it's not appetising either. The sandwich was not up to the mark, the chicken in it rather stale. I had to ask when the chicken was brought to the store. <br/><br/>Didn't think a CCD could be a letdown for a quick hurried meal.<br/><br/>To top it all, No bill, because I was in a hurry and the machine was taking ages to print. Its been awhile since an outlet has not served up a bill but I let it go as I couldn't wait around.<br/><br/>Now when I'm in the area I'd rather take an extra ten minute sojourn to Growel than go here. <br/>

Good place to hangout for work or any hangouts. Cafe coffee day has become too good nw after they have changed their menu. The staff is good but the songs and the tv channels there are way too old fashioned like the 80's stuff. The staff is not well trained to create a good ambience

This CCD is stuck in some era before wifi, before service mattered, before light. The location is nice, the inside is always dark, never lit up properly and that kind of lets you know the feel of this particular CCD. Their card machine does not work - or if it does it takes 15 minutes. There is NO DRINKING WATER available. You HAVE to BUY WATER if you want it here. So that is not very comforting either. The PAYTM also has issues. And finally, you will NOT always get change here. I have left this CCD many times simply because I wanted coffee but they would not be able to take payment properly for it. Not really sure why it's still here. But it is. Not a fun place to go to.

The whipped cream quantity is pretty good, and the ratio of whipped cream to drink is decent. Must try. <br/><br/>My friend ordered a latte, which was pretty nice. But the hot cocoa was definitely better. But that's because I'm a total chocolate fan. <br/><br/>I also tried the chocolate cupcake. It was nice, but not VFM. The icing was nice, but the cupcake in itself was dry. <br/><br/>I am going back for the hot cocoa for sure! Do check it out.

Small and silent ... don't know how so empty. No choice for quick bites at this place when i asked only reply is no stock. Dont carry 500 rupees note .. they may not have change to give you back .. giving 4 stars because of ambience and card swipe for any small amount.

Coffee at Cafe coffee day is always great after tiring day at office. This CCD outlet's ambiance is cool. We had devil's own, frappe and sizzling brownie. All were good as always. Service can be better. They have put PayTM offers POS at outlet but when asked what is the offer they told nothing. Good place to unwind.

Nearby café! Was happy to have a Café Coffee Day outlet opened nearby. Used to be my second home when it got opened. But, as all of the CCD outlets, you just love being here anytime to grab a coffee.

A small cosy place on the busy street of Ashok nagar.. The space is good enough and the service is like any other CCd.. Only problem with this particular pne is that they are always out of change. These people just dont keep change and you have to wait till someone else pays amd you get your money.
