I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Citizen Restaurant Hotel during my vacation, and I must say that it exceeded my expectations in every possible way. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the friendly staff, and their exceptional service continued throughout my entire stay. First and foremost, the hotel's location is perfect. Situated in a vibrant neighborhood, it offered easy access to local attractions and transportation options. Whether I wanted to explore the nearby sights or venture further into the city, the hotel's convenient location made it a breeze. The accommodations at Citizen Restaurant were nothing short of fantastic. My room was tastefully decorated, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed to provide maximum comfort. The bed was incredibly cozy, and I had a restful sleep every night. The attention to detail was evident, and it truly felt like a home away from home. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's restaurant. Citizen Restaurant is a culinary masterpiece. Budget friendly restaurant with delicious mughlai and Chinese food. Don't expect it to be out of the world but decent nonetheless. Good cordial staff. Have been visiting the restro from past 4 years now. Popular dishes - Chicken Dal Tikka, Chicken Pulao & veg/non veg Thalis.

It used to be a good restaurant offering good food in Non-veg category with no beef. And now has become probably the worst on 90 feet road.<br/>.<br/>I've tried so many dishes here right from very basic to the fancy ones. I've had Butter chicken, naan, Palak Paneer, Palak Aloo, Egg bhurji, parathe, ice-creams (cones, casatta, Disc, ice candy & kulfi), cake which disappointed me a lot, chicken stew fry, and more.<br/>.<br/>They are pretty inconsistent now on maintaining a good taste, sometimes you order food and you totally end up licking your fingers and you will also have times when you will feel like running away.<br/>Staff is polite and service is good and they deliver food to your home as well without any extra charges. Ambience is average.

Food is average minus the hygiene and thought of any ambiance or peace. Service depends on how crowed the place is at that very moment so as the tumult.Tried Chicken Kadai (Rs.75) with Roti (Rs.4 per piece) I am satisfied with the food, total bill Rs.103/- for two people what else you want.<br/>But when you are on 90 feet Road in Dharavi very little option available as there very limited number of restaurants like Citizen, Shamiyana and Hotel Himalaya.<br/>

This was the only restaurant which was open at 12:30 am ! <br/>The food is good. Specially chicken dhana and butter chicken. <br/>But the place is not clean that's the big turn off !!! <br/>

Well I am gonna keep this one short. The only reason i ever visit this place is when my Mom is not at home and i don't want to cook. Worse part about living in Dharavi area is that it has been blacklisted by hotels, so we have to rely on resources present nearby. Service is okayish, there is no ambience, food is ordinary. Don't try veg dishes, they are pathetic. Non-Veg dishes are better.<br/><br/>I won't recommend it to anyone! Unless you live in Dharavi and you want home delivery.

Nice taste of food....price is less compared to other hotels nearby....services is also good
