Ordered from Byculla outlet the pizza tasted pathetic no cheese and hardly any toppings on chicken pizza the taste was bland and cold. Garlic bread was very dry. Dominos advertises that they provide pizzas with extra toppings and delivering such pizzas highly disappointing experience. The standards of dominos has dropped down Big Time!!!

I ordered the Pizza Mania comprising of 5 Onion Pizzas. After they got delivered, All the Pizzas had made a joke of 'Onion Quanity' One pizza slice had no onion at all & the whole pizza had the burnt peels of outer onion which we usually throw off. Other pizza had all the onion peels burnt, again the outer layer of onion which we throw away. The other pizza had uncooked onion which we were put on top after it was taken from the microwave. The other two Pizzas had the same burnt peels but didn't take a picture. This is really annoying & domino's has always let it's customers suffer & filled their own pockets. Now the feedback team would ask for my email id & contact no. for assistance & as usual they'll neglect this issue. This particular Mazgaon store is the cheapest store customers will come across. No question they have such poor rating on Zomato. The manager should be sued as he must be encouraginghis employees for such malpractices. Well done team. You've been successful in looting again. Continue.

Pathetic services ever seen!! Garlic bread wasn't hygiene i notice a hair was fallen down while opening. Also they don't cross check, their management need to change. Thus, I quite having pizza at this outlet even the pizza wasn't tasty at all. I recommend don't waste your money.

Very bad experience. Pizza were delivered after one hour that too after calling twice. Pizza delivered was not what I had ordered. On calling the staff said they didn't had toppings in stock. They sent me normal chicken pizza instead of dominator cheese crust. When called had to argue for them to send me my replacement and the staff has assured reimbursement. If we don't fight for our rights they will take you for a ride for granted. Waiting for my reimbursement. Also outlet manager was not available to talk as informed by the staff. Domino's should have a one point contact for grievance. Please don't take common people like us for granted. Also add an rating option for bad service and experience.<br/>

Horrible. We ordered a small pizza and kept waiting. The delivery never came. The woman in dominos kept saying that the delivery boy has left. However no one reached our house. They waste your time and they kept cutting our call when we asked where the delivery person is. Rude staff that does not understand any kind of hospitality. Dominos has lost a loyal customer today.

If you are thinking of ordering pizza online. This outlet is worst option. It's almost 2 hours and haven't received the order. When called the just say order is on the way without reconfirming. After 2 hours when called for 5th time the say order is still in Domino's. Staff don't even care to check or confirm if the order is delivered correctly or not haven't even left.

I usually don't leave reviews but I think customers need to be aware of their behaviour. My order is late by an hour and I'm in fact still waiting for it. When I checked Zomato, the order is claimed to have already been delivered, when it very clearly hasn't. When you call the restaurant they don't answer your calls. The only way to get in touch with them is either through Zomato or their call centre. There's literally nothing by inconvenience from their customer service.

This was my second experience with this store. The food arrived late and the store was not ready to accept that they failed to meet the 30 minute delivery timeline. Still fighting for it. The food was decent but the loaded pizzas need to be more “loaded”. The dips definitely need and update on both the taste and quantity.
