I have been having falooda from Shalimar since my childhood. The name of the place which now has this is Shalimar Cool Point. The Shalimar special falooda is one of the best falooda I have ever had and it remains to be classic. 5/5 on taste.
Lemonade was really just water but other all dishes were really really good. It could be a little improved by improving the hygienic conditions. Overall worth the hype.

Shalimar cool point is the fast food arm of the Shalimar restaurant. It is located just next to the Shalimar restaurant. This time I chose to order my meal through Swiggy. Packaging and delivery were fine.
Food wise :
1. Chicken shawarma : As I wrote earlier, Shalimar cooks up one of the best shawarmas in Bombay. The garlic mayo is on spot, chips, pickled veggies, everything is great. It's quite filling as well 4.5/5
2. Chicken lollipop : 2 pieces in a serving. I found it quite bland. Avoidable 2.5/5
3. Lemon iced tea : they put some sliced lemons in the iced tea and left them there. A little weird. Tasted good though 4/5
Paid 265 rs for the three items above. Chose Shalimar for the shawarma basically. I am a diehard fan now.

They just dont let me down. I have been residing in its vicinity since my birth. The only food joint which have maintained its taste and consistency from decades. Have tried almost everything. From chicken chilly, chicken burger, Tikka Nawabi pizza, Shawarma, Spring roll and their all time famous Falooda. Over the years price have been changing but not the quality of food served.

Decent place for starters, sandwiches, Shawarma and juices. Itโs just kind of a hassle to have to go to 3 different locations for food (Shalimar Restaurant), to quench your thirst or for fast food (Shalimar Fast Food), and for sweets (Shalimar Sweets).
Nonetheless, average ambience, good food with sufficient quantity and value for money.
Mayonnaise club sandwich... just superb, special falooda - like icing on top of the cake... Pizza's are okay. For Dining out, this place is always crowded and over-priced.

I see a lot of reviews, both negative and positive. First of all, this place is not your best option for authentic Chinese unless you are used to the Desi Version which is full of oil, Chilli and harsh spices.
This joint is known for outstanding starters, juices and exotic drinks. You cannot go wrong if you choose these. Cool Points Falooda is delicious. Check out their Rabri Kulfi Falooda.
Most of the food items and drinks are honestly priced. You don't feel cheated. Omelette @ Rs20 Egg Half Fry @ Rs20 and Bhurji @ Rs30 are perfect for a quick breakfast or brunch.
One cannot afford to miss their sandwiches, rolls and burgers. Everything is absolutely authentic, to the recipe. They use pure bland Chicken, Mayonnaise and Salad. Delicious! Europeans and Scandinavians would love the burgers and rolls here just like the new generation in India loves.
