So we recently went to this restaurant in the evening.The resturant wasn't that busy and we could peacefully enjoy our food.
Sahibaan Oriental and Indian Resturant is a restaurant located in the heart of Colaba. It is a popular one for both locals and tourists.
The food is consistently good, with dishes that are flavorful. Portion sizes are generous, and the presentation is also appealing.
I would not recommend the sizzling Ice cream brownie from here,it was rather too hot and the brownie was not up to the mark.
The service staff were attentive and professional.
If you are looking for a special occasion restaurant in Mumbai, Then this is an good option.
Note:-As the serving portion of our spring roll was large we asked the waiter to pack it up,but forgot to pick it up when paying the bill.Please do not do this mistake as we did. If anyone wishes to parcel the food they didn't finish,remind them during bill payment.

Every item we had here was awesome. We made a different strategy when we've visited this place.. usually we order 2starters and 1 or 2 main course, but this time we had ordered only starters after watching theirs photos on the wall...and it was a nic experience 🤤☺️ our stomach and mind both were full 🌝the prawn was just lajawab

A very good place for a family get together or just to grab some starters. The ambience is decent. The service is good, the food is delicious (can say that about the chinese.) If you happen to visit try their chicken fusion with prawns for starters, it's amazing.
It's priced moderately high.
Placed in the heart of Mumbai City and that's Colaba, Sahibaan has some amazing varieties of Authentic Chinese food to serve. My go to fish here is the chicken crispy with Basil Leaves, Crunchy Chicken, Pot Rice and Bangkok Chicken.

It's a decent place with okay-ish ambience. But the food is good, so if you are around this placing and craving some nice Indo-Chinese food with some variety as well, then you should definitely give this a try. You can try their Hoisin Foil Chicken as well which is chicken with some gravy and cheese wrapped in a foil, not mind-blowing but will do the trick. The other dish I tried was Korean Friend Rice, it was good too with juicy chicken pieces and topped with gravy that had sesame seeds on it.
Taste of the food is nice , I ordered kung pao chicken and the taste was great , I also ordered chicken schezwan noodles but the taste of that was ok.. ambience of the place was good. I saw board outside the restaurant of chicken thali but wen I ordered that they said we have discontinued it .and that was not updated in the menu as well.. overall good place for Chinese cuisine

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Saibaan a restaurant that exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted by a warm and inviting ambiance that instantly put me at ease. The restaurant had a good environment with tasteful decor and comfortable seating arrangements.
The staff at this restaurant truly stood out for their exceptional service. They were not only friendly and attentive but also genuinely passionate about their work. From the moment I sat down, they made sure I felt welcome and taken care of throughout my entire dining experience. Their knowledge of the menu was impressive, and they were more than willing to provide recommendations and answer any questions I had.
Now, let's talk about the food – it was simply awesome. Every dish I tried was bursting with flavor and expertly prepared. The ingredients were fresh, and the presentation was top-notch. The menu offered a wide variety of options to cater to different preferences, including vegetarian and vegan choices.
In conclusion, this restaurant exceeded my expectations in every aspect and that is the reason it deserves 5 ***** With its good environment, friendly staff, and mouthwatering food, it is a true gem. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional dining experience.

If you are a fan of non veg food, if you like to go crazy on roasted chicken, if you think that I just want to dive into the world of non veg food then this is a place for only you and no one else.
Non veg: They offer a very fast service. You order it and it will be on your table in no time. Food would be tasty with a hint of spice. Overall you would like it. Also as you can see from the image attached, it looks good too.
Veg: If you are a vegetarian who somehow end up at this place then you are about to be disappointed. You can order your food and can go for a long back and your order would still not arrived. They take a lot of time. It's as if they take your order, place same order on Zomato or swiggy and give it to you once recieved from them. It's that also. Taste is also not good.
Verdict: It's a place for non veg food. For vegetarian food, don't go in there. If you are a vegetarian who is accompanied by non vegetarian friends then either convince them to go to some other place or you get your food delivered from some other place. Don't eat veg food from here.
Quick Service, Great food
We went in the afternoon and ordered paneer biryani it's was awesome the paneer was too soft
Love the food here... Don't ever miss Hoisin Foil chicken and Pot rice and Bangkok stule chicken
Nice place, and highly popular among the local crowds. The food options was extensive and you get nice Indo Chinese and north Indian cuisine.. Menu is a bit costly, but it's justified with quantity of food !! You can munch on the starters and savour the soups, they are quite tasty.
Down side is I had to wait roughly 15 to 20 min to get inside. And if Ur planing to visit alone, you might not finish the dishes.
Honourable mention, the grape-fruit cocktail was awesome..
Great food but very noisy atmosphere
The quality of the food here is great. It hardly takes 10 mins walking from gateway (collaba causway) . Very good service. 👌
We choose this place for celebrating New Year's Party. The ambience of this restaurant is quite good. They provide Thalis too. Momos are one of the best attraction here. We ordered Manchow Soup, Paneer Tikka, Chicken Momos, Veg Kolhapuri, Hyderabadi Biryani, Triple Schezwan Rice. The cost is average. Just the delivery time is little bit slow.
