This place is actually good! I went with my friends at the last day of exams. The food served were really good. The staffs were very friendly. I loved chikoo halwa the most😋 the photo is with just starters hehe....

If you order food at 5 pm then only you will receive at 8 pm
Service is dam lazy, food is good that's why we order but the delivery is very lazy even the person picking up the call has the same answer your order is on the way but the truth is its not be prepared also
I ordered at 8 now it's almost 10 yet my food is not delivered that too in Malad east
Even if we go at the hotel and there is waiting they always take the daily customer or the customers come by car they take them first and we have to wait looking at them and even if we question the manager they say they called and booked the table
Requesting Sai palace to please look in the matter
I know my review will not affect them still i have to comment

Re-started after renovation. Good ambience now, but lost the previous food quality and hospitality. All new staff. Total chaos during evening hours. Every order is delayed. Usual Sai Palace professionalism is absent.

Good Restaurant, but since it has a bar, no families visit here.
Only men and groups of men come here.
The crowd is mainly because of the bar.
