The coffee frappe is as usual good, so are the spinach corn sandwich. Though, the place has beautiful roadside view and could use some great music and lighting and make the place lively. All said and done, the seating is good and comfortable and best for a casual business meet. The place somehow has a nice vibe for a quiet afternoon "me time".

Lovely cozy cafe to grab a cup of coffee in the this monsoon. This is a famous brand with many outlets all over Mumbai. Love the chilli cheese toast here. Their dark Frappe is my favorite. Surely would visit again.

We craving for coffee and decided to visit CCD as it was close by. CCD is one of the first and oldest coffee outlet to bring in the craze of coffee for all.<br/><br/>We had a regular Cappuccino but they also have different varieties of coffee.<br/><br/>The service was fast and the place was kept quite well. The aroma of coffee just kinda makes your mind relaxed and fresh.

This is one of those very few cafe coffee day outlets that I like. The place is spacious and calm. The service is good, the staff is also polite and helpful!<br/>They have a lot of new offers almost every day which is a plus point and one of the reasons that I choose this outlet over the others. :)

Very disappointing visit to this outlet... We ordered for a paneer sandwich ... Looking at the delicious pictures of the same.. however what we were served was a piece of bread with hardly one or two piece of paneer ...! When we asked the server about the inconsistent food with what is shown in pic , his answer was that the pics are only for representative purpose ... And this is what they serve ..!! Utterly disappointed with the way Seawoods CCD is behaving these days !!! <br/><br/>On top of this he said such thing will happen only in Seawoods CCD coz it's a simple outlet in other CCD they will have extra filling to put it in but not here... !!! Can you beat this ???

It’s one of the few CCD outlets that I like! Their cafe frappe, cheese chilli toast are yummy as usual! I have even tried their cooler which had the coconut water flavour , and is a refreshing cooler<br/><br/>One drawback would be their cooling! They usually switch on and off their AC as per their moods which kind of becomes a discomfort

Cafe coffee day has always been my favourite but this particular outlet has been a great disappoinment.<br/><br/>Right from the moment i entered there was a particular kind of smell . The whole place was stinking.<br/><br/>Then comes to the service... which was again very bad. I'd ordered for a black coffee and chocolate latte.<br/>The black coffee tasted weird as it wasn't hot enough and the latte cup was totally messed up with chocolate on the outter side of the cup .. not even wiped properly. How am i supposed to enjoy my coffee when holding my cup gives such an uncomfortable dirty feeling.<br/><br/>Very sad experience and it doesn't ends there.. recently one afternoon i went to grab a takeaway. Again they disappointed me by saying i cannot get a black coffee takeaway before 25minutes as there was lack of manpower.<br/>Please if you want to enjoy your coffee and have a good time. I'd definitely not recommend seawoods CCD.

Every CCD is usually the same but this place had a different feel. Located in a good area, this CCD is a chill place to hangout with. They had a special food menu too. We tried the spicy maggie and it was amazing! Do try the place on a sunny afternoon

The cafe offers spacious seating and a delicious and varied menu of burgers, wraps, other savory snacks and of course coffee.<br/>Prices are reasonable so it's a great place to Chill out and spend time with your friends. This place is also great if you want to bring your laptop and get some work done in a cafe environment.<br/>Though it's not a chic or themed cafe with extraordinary food, it is decent and low key and the staff is pretty good too.

Worth the price we pay. New collection of shakes are just amazing. <br/>Almost all the CCDs over India have the same menu. <br/>Mumbaikars should definitely try the Alphonso Mango Shake. <br/><br/>Staff is rude at times and less effective.<br/>

Situated on busy Seawoods road in the lane of eateries. Visited multiple times. Tried Cappucino, Irish Coffee and Red Velvet Latte. The ambience is that of a typical CCD, music was playing, temperature was cozy and sitting is basic. Good place to chill and talk. Service is quite slow but nothing much to mind if you're not in hurry.

Went there to have two cups of coffee for me n my friend .We ordered one toffee latte and one vanilla latte. The lady at the counter topped our coffees with cream n chocolate sauce without mentioning the extra charges (Rs.200 extra was charged and the bill was directly given yo us).We had to buy the same and since I already told her to parcel it she served us the coffee in a paper cup without cover or straws.Since it was topped up with the cream she told us to eat the cream first and then she said that she will give the cover. Like don't they give parcels?Is this the way to serve??I haven't faced such a kind of inconvenience anywhere but only here. Also she told us to forcibly download the app by providing us the wifi then and there.Nonsense!! Ultimately we had to sit there and drink the coffee which we were intending to have somewhere else. They served us a lukewarm coffee. Complete mess. This was the worst experience where I am paying extra,the services are not at all good and forget about the taste..

A relaxed lazy evening on republic day.... Deserted roads.... Lonely shops.... Coffee becomes an indulgence rather than a time pass.<br/><br/>I have this phobia that the ceramic is not a good to hold coffee and takeaways cups keep them warm. The location is very good but unexpected service. Too slow for a weekend, not that there is any crowd here. Ordered for a kappi nirvana but it tastes more of a coconut drink. They tried fixing it still not good. Also the tables are dirty.

One thing I liked about this place is its location. Aa place nearby to Palm Beach road. When you are going out for night walk, you may want to bump in. <br/><br/>When I was here for the first time. I was surprised to see that there was pin drop silence. No music , nothing. We place order for normal cappuccino, I don't know why it took such a long time to make it. Cappuccino was ok ok. I had better one in inorbit mall. Also, cards were not accepted. I don't know if it's real CCD.

Have you ever visited any CCD and hear desi songs, this is the one frankly won't comment on ambiance and food as it's the common in every CCD and I'm sure everyone already know it well... So coming to the service it's ok nothing great... You have to wait for the menu and service till all the waiters are done with their chit chatting so have patience... The song plays here are full desi style, I mean come on have some standards customer comes for some peace of mind and relaxing and spend quality time and not to visit some desi bar instead... Never the less the washroom is not clean nor there is water service in washroom nor u can find any tissue papers so kindly go in your own risk... Just giving 2 stars coz it's the brand name of CCD and food or else no better than zero or negative...

My experience in one word: Disastrous<br/>The last (and final) time I visited the place, the coffee turned out so bad that my friend was actually vomiting in the washrooms, and I felt nauseous throughout the day.<br/>Service is extremely slow and clumsy-the number of times I've had to get my order replaced for being too cold/wrongly made/the wrong order altogether, is insane. The quality of food and coffee isn't nearly on par with the prices charged, and they keep hiring new baristas who are no good at making coffee. I used to enjoy ordering the Vegan Shake, but they even managed to mess that up<br/>All in all, it's not a place I would recommend to anyone. The wifi doesn't even work. Pfft.

No comments on the food since it is the same everywhere. The staff is PATHETIC. Hardly any professionalism. They took one hour to get a beverage. Kept chatting amongst themselves. Even while taking an order. The ambience is good. Location is also very nice.

One of the worst Cafe Coffee Day I have ever been to. The service is slow. They do not give proper bill. They say that the printer is not working so no proper bill. The staff is not helpful. I would avoid coming here.

This outlet is just around the corner from my house. Not a big ccd fan hence not a regular customer. My buddy said she loved the dark passion sundae so we decided to hop in. It was delicious. I love the ambience of this ccd outlet compared to many others. They play good music. May visit in the future

Disappointed. Except the ambience nothing is good,service too slow n not at all professional,they took 15 mins just to take our order cause they made mistake with the bill 2 or 3 times.ok now food,had cold choco latte,snowy vanilla frappe n crunchy frappe,the choco latte tasted like crushed a lot of ice,mixed it with a lil milk n bournvita n served it,even that was tasteless,had to use 3 sugar sachets,the snowy vanilla frappe was just plain milk, the only good thing was the crunchy frappe,god bless oreo!orelse even this would have been a disaster.n after all this the high taxes!not at all worth.

Being a fan of CCD and knowing their outlets are the same, the reason I'm reviewing this outlet in particular could be majorly attributed to it's ambiance.<br/><br/>Well, I believe a coffee place should have the perfect ambiance.<br/>This one's spacious- you see more couches. Comfort.<br/>Most importantly, it's quiet and peaceful. Music is amazing.<br/>Service is better than a few outlets I've been to.<br/>Food=Other CCD outlets.<br/><br/>Must try- Open Sandwich, Cool Blue Drink & my all-time favorite Devils Own.<br/>A lot can happen over Coffee :)

Cafe coffee day<br/>The most sucessfull chain of Coffee in India.<br/>This branch is quite a slow branch.<br/>Menu's are not updated.<br/>Sandwich are not fresh, just microwaved and served.<br/>Staff is not a friendly one.<br/>I think the authorities must look over this issue and solve the problem related with this branch.<br/>You can try ice cream and coffee with ice cream it just tastes fantastic. <br/><br/>Ccd official s must have an inspection here.
