As far as their snacks are concerened, there are no complaints.
However, when I was there, a lady customer was very angry with another customer for not wearing a mask or keeping social distance.
The store employees should be vigilant.

Loved the packaging. All the food and snacks are prepared fresh daily. Their farsan like dhokla, samosa , etc are to die for. Their mango juice is finger licking. They have a variety of snacks from pickles , diet food , daily bingeing etc.
We specially loved their multigrain puffs , shrikhand , pani
