I recently had the pleasure of dining at this amazing restaurant & bar and I have nothing but praise for their food, beverage selection, and exceptional service. Without a doubt, this establishment deserves a five-star rating.

Good for: Handcrafted cocktails, hunky barkeeps and a vibe that’s downright classy. It’s not too loud here and there's plenty of space—two stories worth of lounge seating, in fact. Compare notes around communal high-tops downstairs or slink upstairs to boogie down on a small dance floor. A rotating roster of DJs spin on weekends, when the frozen drink-induced dance party—albeit tame compared to some other gay bars in the city—gets in full swing.

The Bar is a space where you can relax and have a post work drink.Its like an open concept so the place is quite fluid.The usual selection of beers,wines and liquors and a menu offering bar snacks and so on.They also have a Cocktail menu created by their Bar Manager,Agnieszka.<br/><br/>I had two cocktails:<br/><br/>Inspired by Celini-Hyatt's take on the Bloody Mary with beetroot,Tomato Juice,Parmesan,Ketel One and cherry tomatoes.Very refreshing and had just the slight Tabasco sort of ting a Bloody Mary has.<br/><br/>The second cocktail was gin based.Had Tanqueray,Natural Tonic Water,Passion Fruit and Black Pepper...will definetly be refreshing if walking in after a hot day.<br/><br/>Did not order any food,but they give some sort of spicy crackers which were great.<br/><br/>Service is warm and friendly but a bit slow but I can't fault them for that as there were just two guys moving along the fluid space.<br/><br/>Will visit again!

Keeps up to the Hyatt chain standards. Nicely maintained & spacious rooms for Mumbai, where rooms tend to be small. Food is average. Staff is friendly and helpful. Good shopping plaza within the hotel. Overall, nice in-house stay experience.

Grand Hyatt is the best and its really grand. Finger food is awesome here however quality is top class but quantity is less. You can get yourself knocked out with drinks here as menu is vast and amazing.

FIFA live screening teamed up with good food and great cocktails is surely what you want for this season! So impressed with ‘The Bar’ for having this superb menu launched specially for the FIFA world cup. We were here on Sunday evening and had a fabulous time cheering for our favorite team while sipping on the signature cocktails and relishing the food! <br/><br/>We started off with a couple of drinks. Tried Off side & Goaallaasoo. Absolutely refreshing drinks. Moving on to the food menu, they have curated a special menu for the world cup and have come up with delicacies from around the world. We tried almost all dishes from this menu and everything tasted bang on! Authentic and genuine in taste. However, out of all these dishes, I would highly recommend Mushroom kroshka (Russia), Sizzling grilled sausage & onions (Portugal), Lamb Choripan (Argentina), Fish & Chips (England) & Churros with chocolate dip (Spain). Also, would like to thank the manager, Rahul for being an excellent host and helping us with the menu. He was very courteous and obliging. <br/><br/>The Bar is definitely a must visit for all the FIFA fans out there. Great ambience, delicious food, refreshing drinks, impeccable service & the enticing game on the big screen is surely going to be make your evening memorable.

It was chill and very good service by bar tenders....I was having beer all over the day and good finger food!!!<br/><br/>If u want to chill & still catchup with friends then you should go to the place we were drinking and talking for long hours!!

Average bar I’d say. Nice ambiance but very slow service and mildly above average food. The place was almost deserted when we visited. Hot cocoa was nice, wood fried pizzas and mezze just about average.

The Bar is an absolute perfect place to chill with friends or meet someone for a business meeting! <br/><br/>Along with some great drinks, they serve these absolutely amazing Olives stirfried with this delicious garlic and olive oil and some sweet chilli coated cashews!<br/><br/>I.bet that you will.not stop.eating them!

The Grand Hyatt, this hotel strategically located at Santacruz, off the Western Express Highway, had been a regular location for office meetings and discussions and for the weekend outings with family or friends.<br/><br/>Nestled among some amazing restaurants featuring Indian and International cuisine in this hotel, is THE BAR, serving some of the best range of vintage wines, fine whiskeys and single malts among others, and is surely a great place to unwind with clients or friends after a long day. <br/><br/>With the on-going Euro Cup in mind, the Bar has a specially curated soccer crazy menu of amazing food and drinks to go with the matches that one can enjoy on the large screen.<br/><br/>The bar is well stocked with an array of foreign and Indian liquor and a large assemblage of wines, stacked in glass wine cellars. The food chosen to pair with the drinks are enough to satisfy every palate, be it vegetarian or non-vegetarian.<br/><br/>I really loved the amazing hospitality of the staff while watching the match yesterday night. The goals were scarce in the match, but the beer was over-flowing and so was the food.

'The Bar' - A little frog in a big pond.<br/><br/>The picture that you see here in Zomato, that's about it. The Bar, seamlessly integrated with the lobby, has a floor area equivalent to that of a box room. Open from one side and two sides with wine racks, they have one long table inside and few small tables with high stools in the lobby to enjoy your drink. They exhibit a wonderful assemblage of wines showcased in glass wine cellars. The bartender was extremely pleasant, good at his job, keeping us entertained, above and beyond his call of duty. The salted peanuts, oh they are complimentary! (Remember, peanut and the bar joke?). <br/><br/>Straight up, 'The Bar' is not worth a hill of beans!
