Review Tandoori Table Restaurant - Mumbai

Sarita Gupta
i recently went to Ebony for family dinner, one of the best dine-in restaurants in Kandivali. we tried their spinach n corn cigars & spring rolls for starters it was perfectly cooked and tasty, in main course we tried paneer tikka butter masala and missi roti and makai ki roti. rotis were really soft n butter masala was super yum. strawberry granita and flavoured margarita vargin (kiwi) both mocktails were upto the mark. lastly we tried sizzling brownie with ice cream and it was the perfect dinner time.

I had came to this place after watching a movie. I always wanted to try food from here and so once I had came here with my partner. Over here we tried their paneer tikka starter and it was very nice. The paneer was very soft and very delicious. I loved the taste very much. I loved their kurkure corn tikki as well. It was crispy, crunchy and tasty. I enjoyed their mocktails as well. Loved their fruit punch very much. It was creamy and tasty and sweet. Their main course dishes too were nice. Their gravy was awesome. I tried their bhuna masala which had mixed chopped vegetables and with that had their soft cheese naan and butter naan. Enjoyed the meal very much. The service was also nice

Ebony Casual Diner offers a delightful culinary experience that leaves a lasting impression.we opted for their signature Virgin Piña Colada and Chocotini mocktails. The Virgin Piña Colada was a refreshing blend of coconut cream and pineapple juice, while the Chocotini was a chocolate lover's dream with a perfect balance of sweetness. The Crispy Chicken was a true delight, with a crispy exterior complemented by a tantalizing burnt chilly sauce that packed a flavorful punch. The Teriyaki Chicken Wings were equally impressive, featuring succulent chicken glazed in a delectable teriyaki sauce that left us craving for more. The chicken tikka was tender and smothered in a luscious butter masala sauce that had the right balance of spices, making every bite an explosion of flavors. The accompanying Garlic Naan was the perfect accompaniment, soft and perfectly cooked. we indulged in the Sizzling Brownie with Ice-Cream. The sizzling presentation added an element of excitement as the hot brownie met the cold ice cream. Overall, Ebony Casual Diner provides an excellent dining experience with their delicious and well-crafted dishes. The spacious ambience allows for a comfortable and relaxed dining atmosphere, making it a perfect place for family gatherings or casual outings with friends. If you're in Kandivali and looking for a place to satisfy your taste buds, Ebony Casual Diner is a must-visit.

Went to this place on Sunday evening for dinner. Got a table as soon as we reached there. If you plan to go after 8.30, there is a wait time. We ordered maratha chicken curry, dal tadka and rotis. Food was very good. Chicken was cooked very well and was delicious. They had a good collection of whisky too.

Located in the nest of thakur village, it's a good dining experience. There were spacious seating arrangement ideal for kitty parties, team lunch and romantic dinner. Started with flamingo, a cranberry based mocktail and blue breeze with curacao. I personally liked the blue breeze more. In starters had bhut jholokia kebabs (4/5), which was spicy and had that smokiness served with green chutney and chili cheese corn balls (5/5) with considerable size with cheese filled in it. In main course had chicken burnt garlic noodles with chicken Schezwan sauce. the gravy was bit sweet but it was good combining it with the noodles. The staff was very humble and attentive. Total value for money with fulfilling portion size.

In food we orderd as follows... 1)PANEER CHILLI DRY. 2)CHICKEN LASOONI SEEKH KEBAB. 4)PANEER MALAI KOFTA. 5)CHEESE GARLIC NAAN. All the food was well prepered and was awesome in taste. At last in Dessert we had Malai Kulfi which made my day. Service was good. Highly recommend.

The Flip bar located inside Vishnu Shivam mall is really difficult to spot if you're not used to the Kandivali roads and lanes. The bar is quite nice and has good flashy decor. Focus lights over the table, flashy lights at the bar and text decor makes the place quite happening. I reached the place at 8 p.m and to my surprise there was a live act scheduled. So the night was kinda pumping up. The DJ also played some good old school pop numbers. Probably it was a set scheduled for Friendship Day or so. So i started off with A white rum Mojito. Followed by Ruthless, a whiskey based drink which had lemon syrup and lychee juice. My final drink was a Daiquiri. **Food** For appetizers, we called for Charcoal Grilled Mushrooms which were nicely made. Huge mushrooms on the plate with green chutney and a small portion of tandoor salad. Chowpatty Crostini - Crostini being an Italian appetizer consisting of small slices of grilled or toasted bread and toppings, this was a flip in taste as it was a Pav Bhaji masala over the bread, some pomegranate and cilantro toppers. Garlic Bread with Cheese - Nothing goes wrong in this dish. It's always a big hit. Paneer Chilly - A well prepared dish from their oriental menu. Loved it. You can have it with some Indian Breads too. Pizza Ala Fungi - A super thin crust pizza with loads of cheese topping, mushrooms and onions. I personally felt that the cheese was an OP factor of the pizza which made it difficult to pick the slice. Some work needed here. Ended the night with ROOH LIVE, who played an amazing mix set of new and old bollywood. Solo performances are always amazing especially when tagged with the acoustic guitar. One small tip. If you visit Flip on saturday and sunday, then the food takes some extra time to come on the table as it's full and the staff is running from one end to the other. Food - 4/5 Ambiance - 4.5/5 Hygiene - 4/5 VFM - 4/5

Glad that finally Kandivali has its own sports bar. So we don’t need to rush anywhere in this traffic season. The first thing that caught my eye as I entered the lounge was this huge wall that had a quirky graffiti. The place however is decently spacious. Music is really loud and good. The DJ played some good foot tapping numbers. Went on a Saturday and was little over crowded still the service was good. For food we wanted to try something new and they did have some amazing out of box dishes. Also, I really enjoyed their shots and cocktails! Must Visit, let the party get going!!

This place has always been one of my favourites in Mumbai. Not because I have visited here as a guest but I have really had a wonderful experience as an artist here. Playing for some really nice crowd matters and this place always has gotten me some good audience. Kudos! :) Will surely visit there as a guest sooner!

I have always had the desire to visit this place since quite a few years now. It’s a fine dine with elegant interiors and a warm vibe to it. Perfect for a date. It’s quiet and romantic owing to its cosy set up.

We ordered the following:
1. Cream of broccoli soup: 3/5
It wasn’t as creamy as I thought of it to be but decent in taste.

I would have loved to try their asparagus but the same wasn’t available with them.

2. Mexican jacket potatoes: 4/5
A must try. A whole steamed unskinned potato with a filling of beans and cheese etc. served with salsa dip.

3. Pasta in Arrbiata sauce: 2.5/5
Skipppable. Dry. Could have tasted better if it were more creamy and saucy.

4. Pizza: 4/5
Thin crust pizza customised with toppings of our choice. We chose paneer, bell peppers, onion, American corn and black olives.

5. Sizzling brownie: 3/5
Last but not the least, more than the taste of it, it’s the joy this dessert brings while sharing with a bunch of friends. When with family and friends, sizzling brownie is kind of a ritual.

Staff: cordial
Service: Slow. In spite of it being a weekday and less crowded.

Ambience: Classy and not noisy

Overall 3.5/5 for the ambience
Rahul
Nice and cozy restaurant for quiet dinner. Its not on the main road so not very crowded. Staff is very quick and attentive.

Soups:
We had talumin soup, manchow, veg clear and tomato soup.
Manchow and talumin soup were good but clear and tomato were disappointing.

Mocktails: Flamingo was better between itself and pink blush. Both were good.

Starters:
Starters were all very declicious. We had veg seekh kebab, brushetta, jalapeno cheese balls.

Veg sizzler was good as well. And so was pasta.

North indian:
Veg Lahori and panner lababdar were good but not at all spicy even after requesting it to be spicy, veg Lahori was better among the two.

Rice:
Veg Biryani was delicious and aromatic.
Ninad Purandare
Its a very nice and cozy place for a quiet dinner. The staff is attentive and very helpful. Food was perfect in terms of taste, quantity and presentation. Bar menu is extensive. We had chicken kebabs, chicken oyster chilly and roasted chicken pizza. The pizza took time but when we saw that freshly roasted chicken pieces were used as topping, it made sense. Ambience is superb, especially the tables overlooking thakur village. Zomato gold rocks!

View from the place is good, Although food is good but there is less variety for veg food, options are very few,
Food- 4/5
Service- 3/5
Ambience- 4/5
We had tried Mocktails, panner tikka, and chessy cigar roll
Mocktails were up to mark and we liked it.

Today being valentine day, I along with my family, wanted to spend good time at dinner. But today, the service was very poor though the place was less crowded. Just now, it is almost 40mins and we are still waiting four our main course order, despite many reminders to the waiter and manager. Something unusual today.

Very less known place in Thakur Village. Always wanted a good fine-dining family restaurant and thought of trying at this place.

Soothing ambiance with dim lights.

Service is decent not so quick.

Food is amazing with a flavor of North India Paneer Tikka and Paneer Makhani was well cooked and served.

Would visit again for another experience.

The ebony fine fine is truly a fine dine.
It is the perfect spot for a family lunch or dinner.
The food is yummy and the ambience very classy and comfortable.
The staff is friendly and the service was quick.
There is no comprise when it comes to the taste of any food.

Ebony fine dine is an elegant restaurant located on the 3rd floor of Vishnu Shivam mall, Thakur village.
The restaurant is not much crowded and does not have much footfall even on weekends due to its location. Little to no waiting time is expected on your visit.
The restaurant offers variety of cusine to its customers. The staff is polite and courteous. The food is just amazing and the quantity is nice as well.

We had
1) Mushroom Zingara - an exceptional mushroom dish which satisfies your craving for cheese as well.
It is a bit similar to cheese corn balls but the filling us filled with mushroom and melted cheese and them deep fried.

2) Veg Amritsari - an excellent choice of main course for people who are inclined towards North Indian food. This sabzi has finely chopped vegetables perfectly blended mashed panner which mixes very well.

The ambiance has dim lights with a nice panache interior and seating arrangement for various groups.

A nice fine dine experience to have marking and overall sure next visit.

Restaurant is good for food, but for staff behaviour specially the manager not more then 2 stars can be given. On asking for card discount he told us that you(I) should have read the discounts on applicable card on the gate while entering. He even said that to apply card offers I need to inform prior billing but not bothered to inform us about discount available on cards. Very reactive approach rather than proactive.

Surprisingly found a fine dine restaurant in thakur village, kandivali east.
Candle light kind of interiors with dark light giving a perfect feel.
The decor is contemporary and the view from windows is blase during daytime, it gets better from dusk.
The only weekpoint here is the service, pretty slow.

RECOMMEND: cheese corn tikki, prawn malabar, chicken pahadi kabab, fruit punch & pink blush cocktails..
Vivek Chechani
Staff behaviour was very rude even after serving wrong order. Will not recommend it at all to anyone.

This is our first visit here and we had an amazing experience here. A Friday night with acoustic music and an amazing singer singing soothing songs made our dinner memorable.
We ordered white penne pasta and veg paneer shashlik sizzler and both were amazing!
Pasta was creamy. Service was prompt too!
The staff-Mr Kishan was courteous and helpful , would recommend this place definitely!
Great food. Beautiful decor. Well-trained staff. Precisely everything someone could ask for! I've been a frequent customer here because its close to my place. Totally recommending this to my friends.
It’s Nick!
Really good food! Need more dessert options. The drinks had too much ice. But overall everything tasted delicious. The paneer in the sizzler was amazing. The gulab Jamun was really soft. The pasta was just perfect

Somebody should first teach these type of joints what FINE DINE actually is, maybe ZOMATO can innovate and actually rate whether a particular restaurant is FINE DINE or not. Food was ok types, crowd was very noisy, AC’s not in good condition. Overall had a khau galli type experience
Ram Nerurkar
Situated at Vishnu Shivam Mall in Thakur Village, Kandivali East, this restaurant is altogether different experience. Decor is classy. They usually have live music on Friday evenings. We found that there are people who visit the place all the way from 30 Kms just to listen to their live music experience. We have opted for Tomato Dhaniya Shorba and Mahi (Rawas) Tikka, Garlic Bread and Subz Sheekh Tikka to start with, which was really well prepared. After starters, we tried chicken fried rice and Malabar Prawns. Fried Rice was decently prepared and Malabar Prawns, which was suggested by the staff was simple awesome and loaded with grated coconut like any-other coastal sea food delicacy. Its must try for sea food lovers. All in all its a great place, worth visiting with your family or friends.

We, group of 5, went in for lunch on Tuesday afternoon. The place was almost empty so didn't have much hassles in getting a table. Coming to ambience, being a fine done, is quite upto mark with good view of greenary around from floor to ceiling glass windows.
Food;
Soup: chicken shorba - must try
Tomato soup- good
Starters:
Chicken hariyali kebab - must try
Veg schezwan - good portion
Main course:
Egg dum biryani- perfectly spiced, must try
Dal Khichdi-tastes amazing
Dessert:
Don't have much options on menu so we ordered;
Sizzling brownie- good

Overall great experience with some finger licking food...do try the place

Rutvi Panchal
This is a fine dining place suitable for both friends and family. The service is good.

The food portion is quite less compared to the prices they have put. But the taste is very good.

The ambience is very nice.

I had been here thrice.
Once with friends, once with family and once as a couple.
All 3 times I had a very good experience.

Rohit Mahadev
This place is truly awesome from the food to the ambience. They also have live music nights which add to the beauty. Initially theybhad candle light dinner which they discontinued. They should start it again. The decors add to the mood too. Always have a good time when I visit this place..
Pankaj
Extremely bad service and attitude of the staff. Flavour of food is good. However seriously is very poor and restaurant is mismanaged. We have to keep on asking for basic stuffs like water, spoon, salt etc. Its nowhere close to fine dining. Place was too noisy.

Vishnu Shivam mall , just next to flip bar and kitchen
I found this place to be perfect for family dinner . Nice warm interiors with soothing music . Good vegetarian North Indian options . Must try place . Value for money .

This is a calm and a very quite place for family dicussions and some good food.
This can also be some place to be with your partner and go ahead with some friends and have some drinks.
This place could be best to visit at every time of the day

Food-4/5
Service-5/5
Variety-3/5

No much of variety to deal with when it comes to veg food. If you're a non-vegetarian, this place is the one to be with.
The Brownie is the tastiest one!!!
Vivaan Mathur
This is a really good place with very very tasty food.. the Chinese we had was awesome especially chilli chicken / paneer / potato all are superb.. you’ll love it . It is situated in Thakur village.

It was after several attempts that I was finally able to get into Ebony. Most of the times it was because it was nearing three and the place was closing after their lunch session. On this past Sunday, I made it past the entrance of the building, up three levels on the escalator to be met by an usher who a) mentioned that they open only after 12 pm and it was just 11:45 pm b) that they will not be serving alcohol that day; not that I asked him. The seating process is very shoddy; one is almost crudely gestured towards the dining area.

The dining area is pretty good; the decor is contemporary and the view through the French windows is blasé during the day, it appears to be a bare garden. Perhaps the view is much better after dusk. Ambience gets a thumbs up.

I wait several minutes until the clock strikes 12 before anyone shows up or expresses the remotest form of welcome.
I was handed the menu exactly at 12 pm; and then for the next several minutes, there was no one in sight. Regardless, I went over the menu, which was pretty exhaustive, and made my choice - and the wait continued. I opted for the Vegetarian Tom Yum Soup and the Thai Vegetable Curry in Green Sauce. At ten minutes past 12, a waitperson casually inquired if I had placed my order. When I responded in the negative, he tardily took down my order. To give him credit, he suggested a Steamed Rice side dish.

The Vegetarian Tom Yum was served first; it was served piping hot. First visuals sent me for a spin; looked nothing like any Tom Yum Soup I had prior to. My first sip also sent me on a tailspin; it tasted like an Indian Rasam but with a whole bunch of vegetables. In place of the holy grail of ingredients in a Tom Yum:
Lemongrass, Galangal and Kefir Lime Leaves, there was a tangy flavor of tomato and tamarind. Had this been an Indian Rasam and if that is what I had ordered, it would have been a happier situation. But I had ordered a Tom Yum Soup. Be that as it may, I acquired a taste for that soup and kind of liked it. Then came the Vegetable Thai Curry. It looked like a medley of colorful vegetables in a creamy green sauce. I tasted a bit of the sauce and quickly realised that this was not a coconut milk based sauce; it was a thick creamy sauce that had a dominating creamy flavor and not the faintest hint of coconut milk. I had expected a Laksa-like consistency to the sauce; instead, it was a thick creamy sauce. The good crunchy vegetables in their colorful regalia could not save the day because they were smothered in that thick cream. At this point, I asked for the menu and ordered a frozen dessert: they did not have the strawberry flavor so I took the vanilla instead. For me, this was the best part of the meal. For all those reasons, food barely makes passing grade and, believe it or not, other than the frozen dessert, the soup (regardless of the taxonomy) was the redeemer.

Service started on a poor note. I was offended with the usher’s announcement of the fact that liquor will not be served; mostly because I had not inquired anything about liquor. I made my displeasure known to the usher, who appeared dismissive of my reaction. Once seated, no effort was made to orient me with the offerings either via the menu or a verbal guidance.

In today’s environment of fierce competition in the hospitality business, rarely have I seen such apathy in service levels at restaurants. For Ebony, who tout themselves as a“fine dining” restaurant, it would behoove them to re-examine their service culture. As regards the food, perhaps, the restaurant does better with the indigenous cuisines; the Asian theme failed to impress. Would I go there again? I would respond to that by saying if I went there again, I would stick to the indigenous menu. I also look forward to a kinder, gentler service and experience. The ambience is so good, it should be easy to build on that attribute by fine tuning the service aspect and focusing on the food quality or the menu or both.

Been here on a Friday evening. The ambience was quite lit with live music and the staff was prompt and courteous.
.
Coming to the food, you should not miss on the North Indian dishes. Avoid the daal tadka and jeera rice. I wouldn't recommend this dish.
The sizzling brownie was the best dish of the evening. 5/5 for it.
.
Overall, a good place to visit with friends/family.
Shaun Chonkar
The restaurant had kept the AC shut.
Even after telling 2 times we were sweating inside.
The French fries were not fried properly. They were chewy and full of oil.
Staff not professional.
There is nothing "Fine" in this Dinein Restaurant at all..
A dhaba would be better..

The ambience of this place at night specially is very soothing
Food tastes average
Indian cuisine was good
A nice place for small gatherings and family dinners

Ratings first :
Food: 5/5
Ambiance : 5/5
Service : 5/5
Price : 5/5

What i ordered
Chicken achari tikka
Murg musalam (half ) *Highly recommended*
Sizzling brownie

I have visited this a lot many times but earlier it was just family gathering booked venue with stipulated food but the food was always good but this time i specifically went to have food and boy oh boy i am in love with the place the food is amazing ...very few restaurants can give a proper murg musalam and you are one of them i would love to be invited to review the food on a bloggers table ... but still i love the food just a small tip the tandoori starters should be a bit more on the spicy end rather than blant.

The only good ratings are for the view from this hotel & ambience that this place has. Food is good only for North Indian cuisine where as Chinese served will be too oily!
Staff is again okay... few are responsive & polite while few are determined to distribute the dish ordered between the plates arranged irrespective of you telling them to stop or not!
Apart from this overall you will have a fine dining experience.

Had been to this couple of months back. We went for lunch and that too on a week day, there were hardly any tables occupied, we ordered for starters and the taste was ok n not that great. We ordered for mocktails n it was fine.
May be need to visit the place during weekends once.

Have ordered and visited multiples of times. My favourite from there is the Chicken biryani and the second favourite is their Cheese Jalapeno balls. The pizza are good too. The food served by them has always been fresh and taste always delicious. Often times my deliveries were accompanied with complimentary dessert too.

We were definitely tempted by the menu & the variety of the food it offers and thought this place would definitely be needed to visit multiple times. But coming over to the taste of the food, it really disappointed us. We ordered tomato soup, some paneer starters & thai curry green. All were really average in taste.
Additional pointers :- They do have baby chairs which makes your experience better while dinning out with a baby.

One of the best places in Kandivali for every occasion. Of-late they have also started ‘Sufi Night’ every Friday which is something can never be missed.
Delicious food, beautiful ambience, very courteous staff.... at-times the service is slow but that does not have any affect on my rating for this place.
Ambeience is good.Waiters are polite.Service is slow, very slow.Quality of food compared to price charged is disappointing.Lot of scope for improvement. If things are good no need to give freebies like brownie which was on house. There menucard is attractive but items we asked were not available. We had good time but food was dampner.
Udayanjnaik
We ordered Butter Chicken with some rotis from this place and it was awesome in terms of taste and quantity. The gravy was perfect and chicken was well cooked. The delivery was also very efficient.

So today I went with my family for bhaiduj celebration. We had booked the restaurant and they were courteous enough to not keep us waiting as we were half hour late not like other restaurants who straight away give the place to someone else during such festive day and peak hour .. It is located in the interior of Thakur Village and if you are not local then definately you would require Google map to your rescue...

The ambience is first rate... I had read reviews here of the same but you have to be there to feel it... I think one of the best in borivali and Kandivali area...

So let's jump to the second part... We had ordered a lot of stuff rating item wise I will provide later... But in short THE FOOD WAS DELICIOUS, WITH RIGHT TASTE AND QUALITY AND APPROPRIATE QUANTITY.... Moreover BOTH VEG AND NON VEG ITEMS WERE EQUALLY GOOD... The service was excellant... Special mention to the singer who sang some beautiful songs to create a beautiful experience.... Highly and a must recommendation....

Rating item wise (out of 10)
Starters
1. Veg Spring Roll - 8
2. Bharvan Tandori Alu - 7.5
3. Paneer Multani - 9
4. Murgh Pahadi Kabab - 9.5
5. Murgh Angara Kabab - 10

Indian Main Course
6.Rajasthani Bhindi Masala - 10
7. Lasooni Palak - 9
8. Prawns masala - 9
9. Chicken Tawa Taka Tak - 10
Mix of rotis which were all up to the mark

Spageeti Pasta with Alfredo Creamy Sauce - 10

Mocktails
Blue breeze and Flamingo were the best among all

Ambience is good. Staff is also polite and disciplined. Had visited ebony twice but encountered issues with food in the 3rd visit. The chicken was smelly and also the quantity was less then expected.

Seems like we are the oldest and the most regular customer of Ebony Fine dine and all the credits goes to this amazing place . Right from the ambience to the service you wont find a single flaw. All the cuisines here are finger licking good. These people are very efficient and sweet which is why all our Saturday evenings are spent here . Not to forget about the manager Mr . Ronny who is doing an amazing management here and try his best to make this our second home . Its the perfect place for a sweet and fine dining experience. Cheers.

*This is review from a vegetarian*

The three stars are purely for the ambience and staff etiquette. A quiet and spacious place to spend time with family at dinner table.

However, the vegetarian options are pretty substandard in taste and presentation.

Ordered:
lemon coriander soup: salt in excess.
Crispy potato: wasn't marinated enough with sauce
Paneer platter: undercooked paneer
Veg Amritsari: taste was ordinary
This place never disappoints be it food or service. Best thing I like about Ebony is the ambiance.
Its the best fine dine restaurant in and around Thakur Village.
My recommendations (Vegetarian)- 1.Burnt garlic rice - It would be more better if they provide some gravy along. 2. Mushroom Cheese Balls.

It's a task to actually locate this restaurant unless you are a local... The proverb don't judge a book by it's cover stands true for this restaurant... It's located inside the vishnu shivam mall(it's a shame to even call it a mall :P). But the ambience inside the restaurant seems nothing like what the mall looks like... It's beautiful almost themed like a traditional Chinese restaurant in red and golden.
Let's talk about why you really are reading this if at all you read the above things
I ordered:
*Chicken Manchow soup: Tasted different to what i've had previously... But nevertheless was good...good amount of chicken shreds in it which is rare.
*Chicken Angara: This came in a cute small version of a coal pot( was late for a movie so couldn't click a picture of it with dad giving me looks for clicking pictures of food😅).. so this was tender, juicy and now i know why they've invented the word foodgasm 😋 totally worth it
*Chicken chilly garlic gravy with chicken fried rice: Spicy gravy exactly what i needed with loads of chicken (almost like they have their own chicken breeding center). Rice was like any other fried rice so nothing special. But the gravy was authentic never the less.
*Sizzling chocolate brownie with vanilla ice cream: My favourite part of any meal... The browine was good a little more chocolate sauce is always welcome seemed a little stingy on that front. And i missed the nutty texture of a traditional browine because it didn't have any nuts but tasted really lip smackingly good.
Overall 4/5
Location 2/5
Ambience 4/5
Food 5/5
Service 5/5
Untill next time.... Keep eating(couldn't think of anything witty to end the post) 😛
To summarize our experience in one sentence I would sat in one It was a very good experience and would definitely visit here again if I visit this part of the city. The food is very good and the service is also great. We had come here with family for a quiet lunch after a movie in theater which is located in the sane mall.
We had ordered manchow soup, thread paneer and hot pot rice. All the three dishes exceeded our expectations. The staff was very courteous. We highly recommend this place.

One of the best place for fine dining in Thakur Village. Staff is very polite and helpful. You get good choice of veg and non veg food, along with variety of cocktails. Place is kids friendly and has good ambience. Provides separate sitting arrangement for small parties as well. Chicken Tikka biryani is must have. Pasta options for kids is also tasty. There is enough parking around the restaurant.

Must visit if you are around Thakur Village.

Food and ambience is good. Service is decent. However the manager, waiter are irresponsible. We ordered Jain food and they brought non Jain vegetable on our table. We tasted and had to return it. The roti was half cooked.
In the end we ordered brownie and despite knowing that we ordered Jain food, they did not mention the brownie had egg in it. I took a bite and realised there is egg in it. I called the waiter and manager. They blatantly denied there was egg in brownie. The chef confirmed there was egg in the brownie. Such irresponsible people.

A good family restaurant! 3.5/5
I was here to celebrate a birthday and the occasion was much enjoyed. The ambience is good. The service is good too. The staff are kind and polite and more importantly the food is good too.
I ordered for a veg platter, cheese stuffed mushrooms, corn cheese balls, paneer chilly, prawns clear soup, veg Kolhapuri, paneer makhanwala, a chicken curry (suggested by the waiter).
The veg platter was much bigger than expected. It was decent! The paneer was soft, the veg kebabs were soft but the cauliflower and mushrooms weren’t good.
The cheese stuffed mushroom were AWESOME.
The paneer chilly was again decent.
Corn cheese balls was a DISASTER.
Prawns clear soup was good.
And the main course was decent as well.
All in all a decent meal.
Everything At Once
A really good place to enjoy your dinner. They have live telecast for matches as well when there are any.
Also the view from the restaurant is good.
Nice and comfortable seating and friendly staff.

The dishes we tried here are:

Lemon Coriander Soup:
It was hot and up to the mark as expected.

Mocktails:
We tried Virgin Pinacolada, Fruit Punch, Mint Cooler, Flamingo, Strawberry Granita all of them tasted really nice.

Masala Roomali:
It was good crispy topped with veggies and sev.

Cigar Rolls:
It was really great, filled with cheese and veggies served with a Salsa dip.

Paneer Plater:
It has various varieties of Paneer Appetizers like Pahadi paneer, paneer tikka, Malai paneer, paneer satay. The paneer were soft and tasted good.

Dal Khichdi:
It was perfectly cooked and had good taste with a garlicky flavor.

Hakka Noodles:
It had a good flavor to it was like a normal hakka noodles and lived up to the expectations.

Jeera Rice & Dal Tadka:
The rice were well cooked and tasted good even when tasted without the Dal.
Dal Tadka tasted well too.

Follow us for more such reviews.
The ambiance was really great! Staff was co-operative and helpful. The options for Jain food is less but the taste is really good!! The place is quite spacious as we enjoyed ourselves with whole family. There are various varieties for vegetarians and also cost friendly. The quantity of food is enough to share in a large group. The sizzler is really tasty with a wide range of options. The place is pleasant to visit again with family.

My experience with this place has always been amazing, but ordered Fish and Chips today and it was terrible.
Generally Basa is commonly used in Bombay. This fish was something wierd!
Quantity and quality was not bad, but they should have been more specific about their choice of fish!
Saurabh Chadha
Quality was very poor, had to left most of the food
Akshit Kanthed
one of the very few restaurants in Kandival that serve good food along with a great ambience. All dishes with paneer are really worth trying. The Chinese as well continental dishes specially the sizzlers are upto the mark.Location is also very convenient with a great view. Ordered the peach funk mocktail as well, and it very well complimented the food. A special mention to the helpful and courteous staff. All in all a perfect place to visit!!!

Visited this place on a Sunday evening, and found it to be moderately crowded. The staff is very polite and courteous. The service is fast. Coming to food, Indian dishes were really tasty. The quality of the food is also good. Dal Makhani and Aloo Paratha are a must try. Munchow soup was better than what I expected. Sizzling brownie is also worth trying and provides a perfect end.
The lighting and ambience increase the charm of this restaurant.

This restaurant had a relaxing and calm ambience with accompanying music. The service was quick and the waiters were helpful. The food was tasty, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Recommend it to all ;)

To start with the good things about this place:
1. The ambience: nice well spaced restaurant with proper cooling available across.
2. The service: Service was not delayed and the staff was courteous

Ending up with the negative things about this place:

THE FOOD: We ordered for fresh line soda (sweet), butter garlic chicken and prawns chilly for starters.

Fresh lime soda was bitter in taste

The chicken was chewy and the butter garlic sauce was sticky.

The schezwan chutney the had served on our table was stale and had a foul smell.

Though we had planned for dinner here, we changed our mind post tasting the food.
