You may feel relaxed in the evening. Roads are covered with trees and a lot of greenery. I feel the evening is the best time to visit.

Sarovar Vihar is a beautiful roadside garden stretch in Sector 11 Belapur in Navi Mumbai. There is an open air municipality gymnasium for exercising. There is a public toilet for convenience. As it is next to sea-backwater, there are post death religious pujas also performed as per Hindu norms. Note that the CIDCO Sarovar Vihar that you will see next to the garden is a restricted zone under Indian Coast Guard.
Parking is roadside.

Nice and clean place to walk and sit, in night time light is very low but still enough to walk on footpaths, also if you went to kharghar end then you will be able to see khadi view from very near to water and with lots of big boats.

Sarovar Vihar Garden, near the CBD Belapur Station is a second marine drive as it provides a beautiful view of the sea and scenery around. It provides a scenic view of the sea and has thus become a tourist attraction in a short period of time. The garden is visited by frequent walkers who go there for morning and evening walk. The atmosphere at the time of dusk and dawn is mesmerizing and refreshing at the same time.
