When it’s ice cream there’s nothing better than this place. The Mississippi mud and three layered chocolate are my most favourite among all the favourite flavours they serve
The staff here is friendly. Baskin robbin icecreams are evergreen. They have also started baskin robbin sticks now but for some reason i still like their scoop icecreams. This branch always has music playing. 2 things which they could improve, they dont have seating space and the toppings are very limited. The freezing chocolate is also never available.

This outlet is simply is disappointing compared to other outlets.
The staff here was busy in themselves, they did not attend us for a while in start, then what wenorder they gave us something else and didn't even apologies.
It is an amazing place for ice creams and shakes. Their Mississippi mud and splish splash are my all time favourite. It is my go to place for sweet cravings.
The place is small with the area occupied by East End Deli.
It isn't too crowded, so you'll find seating easily. 2 ppl are present to handle the customers and they are very friendly.
All in all, it was a good experience.
Chembur outlet doesn't have it's own seating, so if it's crowded, you'll have to stand n enjoy the delicacy!
Love this place. Banana strawberry still being one of the best flavour they have got and also the mint chocolate flavour. I still feel it is a little bit on the expensive side!!! Nice and quite place to hangout
I am an ice cream addict and there is no telling when my cravings will hit! We found this outlet when my husband, trying to placate my craving, took me out for a drive to hunt for ice cream... And we haven't gone to any other ice cream vendor since! Siddharth is probably the funnest ice cream vendor I've ever met! Now, he knows us and laughs at me with my husband about how much time it takes for me to make up my mind about which ice cream I want! He is fun to chat with about a lot of things... And we sometimes go over just to see him as much as the ice cream... Trust his recommendations if you want combinations or shakes.. He knows his flavours really well and will never recommend something that you won't like!

Baskin Ribbons is my all time fav so today while soaking in hot sun i wanted to have a cup of my favourite Mississippi Mud ice cream from BR. As i reached this outlet located beside Grand central Hotel near Chembur Station they had nice seating with shady trees over the place. (Probably, reason for 4/5) Unfortunately, my flavour wasn't available. So i settled for my second fav option Belgium chocolate and my partner ordered Malted chocolate with Fudge. We enjoyed our ice creams on sunny afternoon.

Summary: Known more for its family pack tubs, BR tries to leverage off its small unknown outlets across the city to sell its waffles, sundaes too. They have an offer once every Month but frankly it needs you to spend a lot to get a buy back. If BR needs to compete with the Amul & Havemore ice cream outlets, then their marketing & sales team needs to reconsider its pricing plans. Oh .. Republic day holiday, my sons and I need to go some noon time shopping @ Chembur station.. We finish a quick simple lunch at Saroj hotel and by 1345 reach Baskin Robbins that sits outside of the Grand Central restaurant. Cherry Chuckle (9/10) is the flavour of the month and I go for it. It's wickedly tangy, sour with the berries biting me inside. Some fresh fruit pieces would make it a perfect 10. My younger son passes on the ice cream, unfortunately they don't have waffle batter today so he stays watching me eat while my elder boy has his Bavarian Chocolate (8/10). I taste a spoon for this review.. The one at Ice cream works or Amore Gelato probably tad more smoother & creamier. The store staff try to cajole my younger son to have something but he declines with a straight faced feedback that the brownies on the counter glass display don't look fresh. ( sigh .. another food critic in the making).
