Nobody don’t care about their customers at all, very poor customer service. Would not suggest this bank to anyone. I have closed my account and advised to transfer other Bank. I completed full formalities after spending 2 hours. 10 days past but yet transfer money. They don't deserved any star.

Lousy service. Typical rotten bureaucrats. They made a mistake in writing down my correct mobile and then unable to reach them over phone or email to try and correct their mistake. Unable to operate my account because of their error. 5 telephone lines, but no one answering for the last 10 days.

The same Branch when it was located at Somaiya Sadan was very good in providing service. Ever since shifted to present premises has compelled to change even bank due extremely poor and irresponsible Service attitude of present staff at all levels.
