Review 145 Cafe & Bar - Mumbai

This place has a great vibe. The ambience, the lights and the music are perfectly intertwined to enhance the experience of the food. service was really top notch, we tried their hummus platter and it was just amazing totally worth it, also don't forget to try their 145 special milkshake it is loaded with lots of chocolate and whip cream. For mains try their mushroom truffle pizza it is really good for someone who loves mushroom and loaded with cheese.

145 Mill in Lower Parel is an amazing place with a beautiful ambience and a vast menu. Red velvet milkshake was presented beautifully and it was delicious and frosty. Star spark mocktail had a refreshing flavour of green apple and lime. The starter tandoori chicken tikka had tender chicken pieces in spicy red masala. Afghani chicken tikka was grilled and also marinated in saffron infused yogurt. Nasi goreng for mains, was fried rice with chicken and egg in an Indonesian style. Butter chicken biryani was deliciously made with the authentic flavours of biryani. This place is a must visit and I highly recommend you to try their menu for an amazing time.

I recently dined at 145 The Mill in Kamla Mill, Lower Parel. The ambiance was pleasant and amazing, the service provided by Ravindra and Ajay was excellent they attended we very well💝 🍹For drinks, I tried the '145' Oreo milkshake, which was rich, creamy and satisfying, and the 'Oomph' mocktail, which was refreshingly flavorful. 🍢Moving on to the starters, I ordered the Chipotle chicken tacos which had a unique twist and delicious, while the chicken tikka cigars were spicy and were quite enjoyable. 🍕For the main course, I ordered the Greek pizza, which had a lovely Mediterranean flavor, and the butter chicken biryani was a try standout with tender chicken and aromatic spices. Both dishes are perfectly cooked. Overall, 145 Mill offered a delightful dining experience with a variety of flavors to explore. I would definitely recommend it for a memorable meal. ❤️

So make sure to do the reservation Staff is very polite and service is very fast We ordered 1. Oomhp (5/5): It's a Mocktail in which cranberry juice muddled with pear, ginger ale and lime. Perfectly blended in flavours 2. Ferrero Rocher Milkshake (5/5): Thick shake topped with wafer rolls and Ferrero 3. Chicken Cigar (4/5): It was mild in Taste. Crispy from outside and inner filling was juicy. 4. Pav Bhaji Cone (5/5): It is basically a bhaji filled in the cone shaped shaped bread topped with little cheese 5. Butter Chicken Bunny Chow (5/5): Creamy Butter chicken is filled in the centre of the bun. Tasted to good not like regular butter chicken. Perfectly blended in flavours. It's a must try 6. 145 Kamala Mills! So recently we visited this amazing place located in Lower parel Kamala hills and they have a number of outlets in Mumbai. We were in lower parel for meeting so thought of visiting this place to relax after a hectic day. Talking about this place, it has an amazing ambience,good seating arrangement and beautiful decor. The staff is very helpful and polite. They have a pool table and they charge 170 for 15 minutes which is quite reasonable. So we started with some chicken wings which were tossed in buffalo sauce and chicken tikka which really delicious in taste. In mocktail we had Virgin mojito and cranberry punch,the taste was really satisfying. In main course we had Bunny chow which had butter chicken stuffed in round bun and trust me it was really delicious. We had Chicken indonesian rice which was loaded with chicken pieces and gravy. our overall experience was amazing. We would look forward to visit this place again. highly recommended place. This place has chill vibes. enough seating space . quick and cordial service. The decor is dimly lit and perfectly fun-filled. They have a pool table as well. The menu is elaborated and you will find some of the best dishes here. Oomph: A mocktail with Cranberry base. Topped with pear. Had ginger hint with lime flavour. Refreshing. Pav bhaji cone: One of the finest pav bhaji preparations. Bhaji in a cone. Bhaji topped with butter and served in a bread cone. A must try indeed. butter chicken bao: Authentic butter chicken flavour. The concept is great. Freshly prepared Bao as well. Loved this dish. Tandoori baby potato: Baby potatoes grilled to perfection. served with chutney. perfectly spiced up. Delicious preparation. Dhansak: A main course worth trying. Brown rice with a hint of ghee and topped with nuts. Dhansak is a Parso preparation. More like Dal preparation, taste-wise it was delicious. It was a great experience at this place. A highly recommended place to visit.

It's a one stop destination for all your cravings . They serve fantastic continental, Italian and Indian cuisine dishes. The ambience is amazing. The bar section is top notch. We started with drinks like oomph and a Brownie Waffle Freakshake. They serve quality dishes. We ordered Chicken tikka cigars, Chicken Wings. Both the dishes were classic. In mains we ordered Greek pizza and Butter chicken biryani. The staff is really helpful and humble. They guided us through the menu and served us very professionally. Went for dinner at 145 The Mill at Kamala mill, lower parel. The ambience was great and the seating arrangements were comfortable. All the items we ordered had their own unique taste and flavor. We had Paneer chilli, Tandoori Chicken tikka, Cheese garlic bread and Paneer tikka for Starters. For mains we ordered Butter chicken biryani. Lastly we had Cappuccino. All the dishes were delicious and freshly cooked. Will recommend all to visit.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at 145 the Mills and I must say, it was a truly delightful experience. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was inviting and the staff was incredibly welcoming. The restaurant's attention to detail and dedication to providing a fantastic dining experience was evident in every aspect of our meal. For starters, we ordered the Jalapeno Poppers and Chipotle Tacos Chicken. The Jalapeno Poppers were perfectly crispy on the outside, and the gooey cheese filling with a hint of spice was absolutely delicious. The Chipotle Tacos Chicken was a delightful combination of tender, flavorful chicken with a smoky chipotle sauce that added just the right amount of heat. Both dishes were a fantastic way to kickstart our meal. Moving on to the drinks, we tried the Nutella Milkshake and the Ferrero Rocher Milkshake. These beverages were pure indulgence. The Nutella Milkshake had a rich, creamy texture with a perfect balance of chocolate and hazelnut flavors. The Ferrero Rocher Milkshake was a dream come true for any chocolate lover, with the decadent taste of Ferrero Rocher chocolates blended into a creamy delight. This place is located in Kamala Mills in Lower Parel, which is few minutes away from the famous phoenix mall. Tbh 145 has many outlets in Mumbai, but the one located in Kamala mills has always been my personal favourite. Ambience of this place is top notch with artistic interiors and perfect lighting. In addition, this place being located in Kamala mills you’ll always end up getting decent corporate crowd. Weekends are the best time to visit this place. They do also have a pool table to spend some time. Coming to the food part, everything we had over here was amazing. The quality and the quantity was pretty good. They do have variety of milkshakes as well, request you to try few of those. Overall a pretty good place for an ideal date or just in case you wanna grab few drinks with your friends while watching a football match. Definitely visiting this place again. <br/><br/><br/>

145 has amazing options to hog on. <br/>Amongst a lot of things that I ordered what I loved the most were the Animal style fries, the avacado toasts, the freak shakes and the giant cookie.<br/><br/>One single person with a normal appetite won't be able to finish the freak shakes on their own so make sure you order that in presence of your friends 😛.

Visited this place before lock down. I ordered main course that is kulchas,dal makhani with fresh cream.Four chocolate bomb and this was served with hot chocolate and it's one of the yummiest dessert.

145 the mill, located in Lower Parel, is a nice place to visit with good ambience and courteous staff. You should specially try the thickshakes. I had Paneer Chilly and Animal Style Fries which were very good to begin the meal. Makhni platter is one thing I would recommend if you want to try something of Indian taste. The best of all was the Waffle brownie thickshake. Overall , it is good to go with friends.

They have different types of seating arrangements they have higher and lower tables. Visited 145 The Mill on a Friday night with a couple of friends to celebrate a friend’s birthday.<br/>The outlet was crowded but the staff was kind enough to get us accommodated asap.<br/>Out of the food we ordered, we really liked the beef bulgogi and Fish and Chips.<br/>We also tried their Brownie Waffle Freakshake which tasted really creamy and sweet.<br/>The cocktails here are boozy and they taste really refreshing.<br/>I’ll recommend y’all to visit the outlet to try it out for yourself !

Had amazingggg time here. Wonderful crowd, courteous staff, delicious food and superb ambience. Tried some lips macking food. Avocado on toast, Thai green curry, Nutella pancakes, Cookie dough freakshake are dishes to try.

This place has a great vibe. The ambience, the lights and the music are perfectly intertwined to enhance the experience of the food. Who doesn't love popcorn? The Peri-Peri popcorns were the perfect munchies. Their exquisite Pav Bhaji cones were amazingly tantalising. The Tandoori Pizza was one-of-a-kind with it's base as the Naan (not your usual pizza base here). The Watermelon Thirst was a consummate concoction of Vodka and fruit. Hazel was the answer to satiate that quench for coffee and chocolate. The 145 Signature Cheesecake is by far the most authentic and toothsome cheesecake. A must have for all you cheese-lovers. So delighted to wrap my feast with this yummy-nummy cheesecake.

Cocktails like Popcorn Martini and LIITs are superbly curated and are a must order. For mains, the Khow Seuy and Butter Chicken Bunny Chow are the best.<br/><br/>The dessert section is quite simply the best I've seen. All the desserts are presented beautifully and taste heavenly. 145 Mill... One of the amazing place in Lower Parel. They have variety of food like Indian, Italian, Chinese etc. Tgey have variety of freakshakes and their freakshakes are bomb. Their cocktails are must try. <br/><br/>Loved their staff so much. We were served by Mr. Subir and Jack. Both was so friendly and helpful. Their staff is courteous and genuine.<br/><br/>I had -<br/><br/>1. Cookie dough freakshake was so thick and decorated with cookies, whipped cream and sugar balls. One of the best freakshake I’ve ever had. It’s a must try.<br/>2. Avocado on toast is my all time favourite and it’s their specialty so we had that. Fresh avocado mashed in brown bread with some feta cheese and sun dried tomatoes is all you need. Must try.<br/>3. Loaded nachos was big hit too. 145 the mill is located inside of kamla mills in lower parel. ambience is awesome. It's a spacious restaurant. I tried some drinks and food over here.<br/><br/>DRINKS<br/>The Gin kane- This was very well presented , for the whole of tropical fruits that goes into it. It contains mango, strawberry, orange, coconut and GIN.<br/><br/>The ferrero rocher shake- It was so delicious to eyes as welll as to taste, they have a wide range of thick shakes to go with.<br/><br/>FOOD<br/>Chicken tikka cigars- The most iconic cheese cigar appetizer with a twist of chicken tikka, its filled with mozerella and succulent chicken tikka chunks.<br/><br/>Fish and chips- The whole fish strips were well cooked and fried to crisp. The tartar sauce was amazing to go with.<br/><br/>Nasi goreng - This was was very saucy more authentic chinese cuisine, with prawns, chicken and topped with a half fried egg.<br/><br/>Chicken tikka masala- Chicken pieces prepared in thick tomato gravy, was a bit more sour than normal, served with laccha paratha.<br/><br/>DESSERT<br/>Chocolate ganache - And the star here is surely their desert range. The most mouth melting dark chocolate mousse with a ball of vanilla ice cream drizzled with chocolate sauce and almond chunks.<br/><br/>Service was very quick. Overall good experience of 145 the mill.

The service and presentation was good. The staff was courteous and helpful. The portion size was good. I liked the dessert particularly. The lotus stem chips were also crunchy and tasty with nice sprinkle and a side dip of berries. We also tried Reshmi broccoli it was tasty but little under cooked Possibly smaller chunks would have done the trick. We tried the chickpea salad, the taste was good, little on the sweeter side. One of it's dressings were same as with Lotus stem chips. The portion size was decent. We also tried virgin Tody. It was very flavourful and aromatic. We didn't try the bar Menu, but it looked interesting. Value for money place.

From the days I have been working in Fort, 145 is my favourite place for chilling.. I visited Kamala Mills, Lower Parel outlet a while ago for dinner with friends... Like most of its outlets, this one too has a pool table and comfortable seating & very calming ambience, background music played just right.. 145 is a brand that has grown tremendously in Mumbai. Today we visited 145 Café and Bar in Kamla Mills.<br/>This outlet is spacious, well decorated and has comfortable seating. <br/>Mr Sagar was our server for the day, and the service at 145, I have to say, was by far one of the best services that have been offered in all of Mumbai. Mr Sagar made sure to attend to all our needs and was always there to recommend dishes and for anything else we required with a warm smile. <br/>Coming to what we had.<br/><br/>For Mocktails:<br/><br/>•Oomph<br/>Oomph is a cranberry juice based drink mixed with ginger ale and lime. This was served in a glass bottle and was refreshingly sweet. <br/>•Ginger Lemon Mint<br/>Highly recommend this mocktail. The taste of ginger was subtle yet readily present making the dish one of the most refreshing drinks I’ve had.<br/><br/>Starters<br/>•Loaded Nachos<br/>One of my favorites. Nachos were genuinely loaded with beans, cheese, jalapenos, salsa and we asked for extra guacamole. Fresh salsa, generous portion of nachos and the toppings, this is a great appetizer<br/>•Tandoori Prawns<br/>This was recommended to us by our Server. Tandoori Praws was served with a slice of spicy salad dressing and green chutney. The prawns were grilled to perfection, spices were adequately flavoured. Def recommeding this. <br/><br/>Mains<br/>•Watermelon Feta Salad<br/>We went for a healthy option and opted for their Watermelon Feta Salad. Good portions, they also had caramelised walnuts which enhaced the flavours of the dish. <br/>•Grilled Veggies with stir fried veggies<br/>Again, a healthy option for you fitness freaks, this is a great protein meal. Freshly grilled, crisp fish, grilled to perfection served with stir fried veggies, this was indeed a complete and satisfying dish.<br/><br/>Skipped dessert as we were too full. <br/><br/>All in all, kudos to the management and def coming back again.

We visited Cafe 145 in the Kamala Mills Complex and were welcomed by great service by Mr. Sagar who was our Server. We asked him for his recommendations and they were splendid as the place has a vast menu of really good food.<br/>So we ordered:<br/>Oomph which is a cranberry ginger ale based mocktail.<br/>Melon Ginger Mint which was made of Cantaloupe and was supremely refreshing.<br/>Tandoori Prawns on Sagars recommendation which was a delight as they got the ratio of masala to grilled prawns pretty much on point.<br/>As a second appetizer we got a Nachos with fresh guacamole which had very filling portions and was loaded with cheese and salsa.<br/>For mains we went healthy for a change and ordered a Melon and Feta Cheese salad.<br/>For the second main we ordered Grilled fish with sautéd veggies which was a delight as the fish fillet was fresh, grilled to perfection and made my day as a lot of places get it wrong but they got it absolutely perfect. It had a wonderfully charred crispy beginning with perfectly cooked white protein fillet.<br/>As we were already full we skipped dessert.<br/>The service as I mentioned earlier was excellent and we were really very well taken care of in Cafe 145. It is a definite recommend if you are in the area for a good meal with fresh ingredients and great service.

FISH ws fresh with great marination but I found 3-4 bones in the Tikks pcs which can be dangerous if someone eats without noticing. This was my second visit to 145 Mills for lunch. 1st visit was on a Friday night for drinks and party with friends. We didn't eat much that day but sure enjoyed nice cocktails, and music was good. <br/><br/>I went for lunch with a friend. 145 Mills has high and low seating, If you feel like playing a game of pool with friends, it there too. I liked the book corner near the pool table. One could grab a book and read it too. The bar is at the centre of the place. <br/><br/>We had ordered the following dishes:<br/><br/>Kale and Chickpea Salad - This had kale, chickpea, avocado, chickpea, pumkin seeds along with nice berry curd sauce. Tasted very good and chickpeas made it quite filling.<br/><br/>Reshmi Broccoli - Big chucks of broccoli dipped in cream and yogurt with spices. <br/><br/>Lotus Root Chips - Crispy big lotus root chips served with berry dip. I am in love with this berry dip it is very tasty and you can just keep on eating the lotus root chips with it. <br/><br/>We ended the lunch with 2 desserts<br/><br/>Four Layered Chocolate Bomb - This has 4 layers White chocolate, Red velvet, dark chocolate and brownie. Hot chocolate is poured over this sinful bomb and you can just dig in. <br/><br/>Chocolate Ganache - This is a rich layer of chocolate and cream topped with almond crumble.<br/><br/>My friend tried the virgin Hot Toaddy which was very well made.<br/><br/>We enjoyed the lunch and service was good.<br/><br/>Will visit again for sure.

We tried the avacado on toast and mushroom risotto and both were yum and the way it should be. They made our faces happy by serving the popsicles

145 bar and cafe, easy to locate, as its exactly opposite the bombay canteen. Situated in kamala mills this place has some goo vibes and beautiful interiors with peacful ambience. We just loved the place, for food paneer tikka we ordered was just to good, the quality of paneer was very good and its a must tey of you are a paneer lover. Staff is courteous. Overall a 5 star place.

Recently visited this place, it was the second outlet of 145 cafe that i visited, after visiting 145 kala ghoda, we had high expectations with 145 cafe lower parel, and believe me, this place turned out to be excellent. Such beautiful interiors, peacful ambience, the pool table and a beautiful mini library grabed all the attention. Coming to food and drinks, wrme started with adam godfather and Japanese dankel, both the drinks wer very good and presentation was just outstanding. For appetizers we called for mushroom on toast, Quinoa salad, and paneer tikka. The quinoa salad served was one of the best quinoa salad i ever had, perfectly made and served chilled with pomegranate and roasted walnuts. Paneer tikka was medium spicy and paneer was very soft. Mushroom on toast was delicious too, the cheesy mushrooms wer just too good. Lastly as we wer not much hungry, we called for avocado toast, they also have an option of gluten free bread for avocado toast. We had opted for gluten free bread, it was perfectly baked and tasted good. An amazing place to hang out with friends. Staff is courteous and helpful. Surely give a try.

Twice in a night, inspite of telling the server that our table was strictly vegetarian, we were served meat on our table. Even though our food charges were waived off, it did cause a significant dent in the party’s mood. The server was absolutely incompetent. Request the restaurant management to take adequate and strict measures in quality control to avoid such incidents in future. The server responsible (Mr. Pradeep) should be terminated!

Like most of its outlets, this one too has a pool table In all the experience was really good.we had took following items<br/>1.Ferro roche Milkshake this was very delicious and amazing it was filled with chocolate and Gems test was very nice<br/>2.Brownie Waffle milkshake it was also filled with dark chocolate and 145 labeled<br/>3.loaded Nachos this was filled with 3 different type of Mayonnaise sauces<br/>4.Animal fries it was amazing because that fries was unique than that of othery fries and filled with loaded chease.<br/>5.four layered chocolate this desert was so yummy and mouth watering. Recently i was Visited this cheerful place. 145 cafe have 4 outlets in Mumbai and one is situated in kamala mills compound. This restaurant has soft lighting and peaceful ambiance. The 145 cafe offers greater choices for customer and we ordered some of them. 1. Loaded Nachos - This Nachos are crispy and available with cheese , sour cream jalapenos as well as salsa. The quantity of this nachos is sufficient of 2 people. 2. Animal style fries - In this french fries topped with cheese, caramelized onion and own secret sauce of 145 cafe. 3. Hummus pita spiced chicken - This is basically Egyptian dish. This content spiced hummus and grilled chicken served with pita.<br/><br/>We ordered 2 milkshakes ferrero rocher milkshake and Brownie waffle freakshake.
