The place is one of the finest for Japanese food. Reservations must be done as getting a table otherwise is pretty difficult. The food options are great, enough vegetarian options as well. Must try Tokyo Iced Tea amongst cocktails, refreshing and done nicely. Ramen noodles, sushi are great as well.
We had some excellent food here. Some of the stuff we enjoyed: Futomaki, Salmon and Cucumber Gunkan Maki, Salmon Yuzu in Truffle and Special Soy, Hamachi Smoked Ponzu, Chicken Karaage Bao, Seafood Ramen & Katsu Chicken Donburi. Special mention: we tried an experimental off menu dish which was a Tuna
Excellent food and service. The person at the hostess desk was very kind to accommodate us. Everyone was hospitable and the food was excellent.
Such a gem of a restaurant in Bandra. Firmly believe this is the the heir to the Japanese restaurant throne in Mumbai long held by Wasabi. Can highly recommend the scallops, tuna Tatare and the salmon. The food is fantastic, and the service is great all around. Chef Lakhan Jethani has truly built a
Amazing food and service as well. Justin did a good job in suggesting what to order. We ordered Avocado and Asparagus Tempura (Sushi), Teriyaki Mushroom Bao, Orange & Basil Mojito and the dessert SAKURA. The sushi and dessert were more then excellent. The drink was good as well. The bao was okay.
Great Japanese food in an upscale resto with accompanying prices Loved the dragon roll, mushroom bao, and truffle dumplings. The tequila cocktail was also made very nicely. Great place for a date night or quiet dinner with friends.
The vegetarian dishes were fantastic. The mushroom bao and the vegetarian dumplings were our favorites. The meat dishes, on the other hand, didn’t really compare. I would recommend to go for the vegetarian options here.
Been on my bucket list for a long time and finally went there today. The food amd service was simply brilliant. Well done vedant and lakhan. A special thanks to chef suresh for the recommendations. Clicked a couple of snaps as I was more focused on eating at the time.
Amazing, awesome, mouth watering cuisine. Lakan Jethani is a talented chef, he attended to most the guests personally, and suggested dishes according to their taste, I am highly impressed with this courteous attitude. Frequent visits are on the cards. Keep it up Lajhan.
Food out of this world. This has to count at par with the best - if not the best - that Japanese cuisine has to offer in India. We ordered: salmon sashimi (so fresh that we went for thirds), Hokkaido scallop nigiri, salmon nigiri, salmon foie gras, tuna chutoro maki, kuruma ebi, Sapporo pork ramen,
Tried it while roaming streets of Bandra. Got recommendation from Friend as Saif and Katreena are frequent visitors of this restaurant. Authentic japenese cuisine available with lot of vegetarian options also. Ambience is also great and good and relaxing vibes. Considering food taste, I will pers
[Edited to add that I went back on Mother's Day and the staff were very helpful to squeeze us in without any reservation. We were seated outside, which is supposed to be air conditioned, but the space was way too hot. Still, tried and loved the Ramen that go around. Staff is always very friendly.]
