So glad we finally tried Zao Cha House. Place is cute and neat - very small space with couple outside tables and a small indoor area upstairs. A kind suggestion to opt out of the perfume-y smell (perhaps air freshener? ) inside as it was very annoying so we opted to sit out mainly because of it.

The food is incredibly. The lamb in chilli bean with rice, and the rice noodles with beansprouts and chicken are our favourite but everything is outstanding! The desserts and tea are lovely too 😌

Excellent food! The menu is predominantly dim-sum, alongside a tea menu. The food is very good - pretty much everything we ordered was a flavour bomb! Be aware though that portions (especially the dim-sum) are small, so you'll be ordering a lot.
