Wide variety of craft beer and finger licking entrées & mains. IBC serves impressive line of beer, it’s main USP, besides your regular alcoholic drinks.
Beer is priced just right, pint is in the range of 260-290 Rupees. Beer tasters are for Rs 100 each. If you are beer fan it may be a good idea to taste all their offerings of craft beer; may be I will try that and report my recommendations.
Food is innovative, tasty & Instagramable; priced slightly high though & quantity can be improved.
Food menu is big, couldn’t try much as beer occupied most of the space 😁😁

The best thing about this place is their craft beers. Though we found the beers a bit diluted but they did taste good. We had the non veg platter and the burgers, and we totally loved all the items. The chicken skewers are a must try. The staff were courteous too. The ambience is well lit and the decor is good too.
Talking about the downside, the place is a bit cramped and the service is slow.

If you are a beer person then this place is a must to go. They have variety of fresh craft beers to try out. You can actually get a taster glass and then can select the drink as per your liking. The flavours are pretty good.
The place is good enough to accommodate 70-80 people at one go. You can bring in here your office team too and can have a good time. The hospitality is good. The staff is attentive and are available at every beck of your call
A on top of that, they have a scrumptious menu to hog on. I loved the sea food dishes and their pizzas. Their desserts are one of a kind.

I would highly recommend three dishes to be tried here, in mocktails- mandarin Chilli, in main course- Chipotle cottage cheese steak and in desserts- chocolate Hazelnut mousse (eggless). We also tried the vegetarian platter and a few more mocktails like Indian gooseberry cooler and virgin mojito. The place has a great vibe and a must visit for beer lovers!

The IBC is located at Hiranandani Gardens, Powai. We've visited yesterday and we had a great experience. Staff was very polite. Ambience is lovely, the wall is painted beautifully. The seatings are very comfortable from high chair and low chair to sofa. The music was amazing. This place serve best home-brewed beers which I've ever had which is the best part of this pace.

Independence Brewing Company, a perfect place to go if you want to party and relax. With beautiful interior, cool ambience with loud music and amazing lights. Light and music create the whole atmosphere inside.
The staff here are very courteous and friendly. They were taking all safety and precautions. Trust me, you will never regret visiting this place. They have a lot to list and everything is so unique! The staff is very polite and the service is very fast. They were recommending us their best dishes. They have a variety of starters as well as main courses. I loved having some delicious food and enjoying the perfect atmosphere.

Independence Brewing Company servs the best craft beers. If you are a beer lover, its finest place to try out craft beer & tap beers. The serve you with taster glass and then can select the drink as per your liking. The flavours are good. Best for corporate meet ups. The ambience is great. We visited the Powai outlet. Their loaded nachos are a must try. One of the best we have had. Hummus roll is too filling sufficient for 2. Their desserts are one of a kind. Must try Belgian Chocolate and Hazelnut Mousse Staff is approachable and friendly.

The chef Rahul Nair from this place suggested it to me. Till now one of the best places I have visited. Will surely visit again & again. The beers are to the next level especially Billy Wonka and the big bang. For food we tried Harrisa chicken skewers, calamari fried & chettinad prawns which were all delicious. At last i had a superb desert which was also suggested by the chef which was the choco mouse. Best place for a crazy weekend. Will be suggesting everyone to visit the place.

Visited Independence brewing company located in Powai. They are known for their wide variety of TAP beer & craft beer. They have 11 types of beer. You can't miss this place if you love beer. We tried Hot Fried Chicken (so crispy and delicious) and Chicken Sliders for Starters both were amazing. Spiced Chicken Pizza and Truffle Mac n Cheese for Maincourse. Belgian Chocolate and Hazelnut Mousse was the best. A must try

🔸Homing pigeon: basically an apple cider based beer. Classy and the best
🔸Social Bee: Basically wheat malt based beer is worth trying too
Appetizers-
🔸 Black Bean Hummus: hummus prepared with black bean was served with pita and tasted good
🔸 Cheese Croquettes: one of my favourite from this place. Though quantity was bit low but it was worth trying
Mains-
🔸 Spinach and Olives Pizza: 8 inch pizza topped with spinach, olives, bell pepper and mozzarella cheese was delicious
🔸 Roasted Beetroot Burger: Beetroot patty burger was bit on sweeter side considering the flavour of beet
Dessert-
🔸 Baklava Cheesecake: Instead of biscuit base this cheese cake has biscuit cum pistachio base with cheesecake topped with baklava crumbs was absolutely yummilicious

Independence Brewing Company is one of the best places to go if you love craft beers. This place is pretty huge and has classy ambience. You can try the tasters to choose the beer. I would recommend Big Bang, Maverick and Weiss Crack.
Also, the food is delicious. I'll highly recommend 'Hot Fried Chicken' and 'Truffle Mac N Cheese'. Also, Korean Chicken Wings are something different. The Belgian Chocolate and Hazelnut Mousse is a must try dessert. I had a great time enjoying the beer and the food.

It was an amazing place with astonishing ambience and good music around.It is a great place to chill with your friends and family.
I tried out the following dishes
1)Fried Chicken which was extremely crispy and crunchy.
2)Truffle Mac and Cheese pasta which had gruyere and chives.It was overloaded with cheese
3)Lastly I had Spiced Chicken Pizza which had spicy chicken morsels loaded with mozzarella.The bread was extremely soft and the pizza was relishing.
A good place to hangout if you are a beer lover as they have their special 11 types of handcrafted beers.

Even if you are a teetotaller, you can visit this place for the food and the desserts. The ambience and vibe of the place is quite cool.
The food was a little expensive. We paid almost 1000 per person without alcohol.
But the taste was good and the desserts were amazing.

With an Inhouse brewing menu offering 9 different beers, they made it simple and sorted to pick your drink.The menu was simple and sorted simple to pickup. Of course they cover all premium liquor and wines too. You will taste all of their droughts at one go to help you decide.
Their food is mainly about finger food that goes very well with beers. They offer generous portion size would surely impress you.
The staff is very helpful here for one to understand about beer and knows the menu in and out very well. Special appreciation for Staff well done 👍✅
