Had an amazing experience. Rooms were spacious clean very comfortable with balcony with amazing view of the mountains and valley. The breakfast spread was elaborate with both Indian and continental. Fresh juices and freshly prepared items. The banquet was also elaborate and very good. Enjoyed our stay

The property is absolutely fantastic. The rates are a bit on the higher side, but to have something like this built on the hills and the upkeep will be expensive and so are the rooms. The staff is friendly and nice. The food is also great. This property has everything that one would want. There is even a bowling alley at the property itself. I had a great experience.

We had an amazing stay at the JW Marriott Mussoorie. The staff is just too good, especially Mr. Ketan. He instantly took care of all the requirements and was very helpful. The view is breathtaking, however, a little away from the Mall Road. Have to visit here once for experiencing the beauty of the valley.

The visit to Wisteria Deck at Mariott Mussorie was indeed a very special one on our special day. Visited the place, for lunch on december 01, for our 2nd Anniversary and I must say, the staff is actually living up to the brand name. The manager Mr. Arvind, was courteous enough to listen to and fulfill each and every requirement of us. We ordered a Primevera Pizza and Himalayan Rice Risotto. We were catered to by Mr. Shubham and Miss. Pamela. They were polite, humble and sweet. They treated us with so much warmth and Shubham actually made sure that we feel at home and at ease. He recommended their special Himalayan Rice Risotto and I must say, its a perfect and delicious combination of italian spices with Himalayan red rice. GUYS, It's a MUST TRY PLEASE. To top it up, the staff actually arranged a beautiful and delicious cake and yummy starter to make our meal complete. Such gracious efforts actually make loyal customers. You all earned our love and admiration. Will always and for sure recommend this place, over any other. Also, thank you Miss Pamela for taking such beautiful pictures of us and capturing our memories. One of the best experiences away from the daily hectic life, just 281 kms from Delhi, a very nice beautiful and peaceful place for nature lovers, kind of a treat for eyes, what should I say the property, the location and the services are value for money..

We chose JW Marriott Mussoorie for our 3 day stay as it came highly recommended from family and friends. As soon as we checked in we quickly realized why everyone insisted that we stay at this beautiful property. Our meals were customized to our taste. Shubham hosted us to a beautiful Japanese dinner followed by the traditional gharwali thali. Chef Anoop made sure that our meals were more than perfect. Special mention to shiva who’s the F&B manager and Neha, they made our stay memorable. We will definitely be back and stay there longer.

Went for lunch @ JW Cafe. Main entry is at 4th level. Grand entrance lobby. From lobby go down to 3rd level for the restaurant. Very good view. Service is excellent. Food is delicious. Portion is large enough to serve to atleast for two people. Various dishes are available to choose from.

Hotel exceeded our expectations with its stunning property and exceptional service. The manager and staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. While the food was average, the scenic surroundings added to the overall charm of the experience. Highly recommended for a tranquil getaway.

Has to be one of the best meals in a long long time. From the memorable setting with valley views, exquisitely prepared dishes to the very helpful, polite and responsive staff, this was an experience i would recommend to all.

The food was pretty average, the food is super expensive with very little portion size! Definitely not worth the money spent! The ambience is nice though

We had chinese chili chicken and chicken fried rice bill came to 1947 just for 2 things. Worth it. Filling . We 3 ppl ate and the view was amazing. Service good. Is Its obviously a 5 star so rates will be high but worth an experience

Wisteria deck is an Italian outside seating restaurant designed wid roof wid beautiful climbers. The ambience is beautiful wid polite staff. The mouthwatering food wid pleasing view is the place to enjoy wid your loved ones in one place. One should definitely visit this place.

An open air Italian restaurent in the hotel. Its roof is covered with beautiful climbers as the name says Wisteria and other climber flower. The sofas with low hight center tables and really comfortable and the overviewing vallye is stunning. Everything is freshly made there itself. While our 2 night stay we had a lunch and a dinner in this same restaurent. although the manu is small but whatever they make is authentic. We had ordered exotic pizza and veg pizza with pineapple. Both were super thin crust and with bubbling cheese right out of the woodfire oven. The chicken and mushroom soup was good if not excellent. Chicken Rissootto was perfectly cooked and extremely delicious. In hose made connolini pasta wraps were perfect in shape and stuffing. The pink sauce was delicious. The service is excellent. The boys are well versed with all details of the menu. Tirramisu not to be missed. On the whole highly recommended.

Wisteria Deck,JW Marriott is an open air Italian Cafe. As the names suggests it is beautifully designed & set up under a pergola covered with wisteria & other varieties of climbers. For a minute with all the greenery around me it just felt like I was siting a some vineyard in Italy. They couldn’t have done a better job with the interiors. <br/><br/>Coming to the food, we ordered two pizzas which came straight out of the wood fire oven. The aroma of herbs & bubbling cheese made my palate watery, they were thin crust & had a crunch to them. The pizzas were topped with jalapeños, artichokes, fresh onions, bell peppers & capers. <br/><br/>We ordered a spaghetti with some wine which is an amazing combination highly recommended. <br/><br/>When in an Italian cafe, do try the tiramisu. The tiramisu was so gooey that we ended up ordering two portions. <br/><br/>I felt like they could add more things to the menu because their menu as of now consists of very basic dishes namely pizza, pasta& risotto. Although it was vegetarian friendly & had vegan options too. <br/><br/>Would highly recommend this place for Sunday Brunch & dates because it’s very romantic and scenic. The ambience was good & the staff was very courteous. <br/>

Wisteria Deck keeps that spirit alive by having a menu that is short on items but long on flavor.<br/><br/>We had two Wood-fire Oven Pizzas and Two Cafe Latte's and all the items were well-presented and packed a lot of flavor. I particularly liked their Margherita Pizza because in my opinion, if you can get the basics (bread, tomato-sauce, cheese, cooking-time) right, then everything else necessarily falls into place.<br/><br/>Aside from the food, the mountain-side vistas are excellent. Great place for taking selfies and otherwise landscape shots and extra care is taken with the provision of heaters so as to keep customers as warm as the food. The staff members were attentive and helpful and they always seemed to materialize at your elbow just as you're about to look for them.<br/><br/>I look forward to coming here again to enjoy their very Italian hospitality with a very Italian appetite.
