Loved the food that was served, the owner personally recommended us to have chicken nazrana and tawa mutton with garlic naan and both the dishes were A-Class. Couldn’t have asked for a better dinner option than dining here. MUST TRY

Very friendly owner. We visited here on the very first day it opened after renovation. The owner recommended us his best dishes and everything was yummy n Punjabi style 🤓 spicy and flavourful 😋 we tried kadhai paneer, mutton rogan josh, chicken Changezi and garlic naan. Definitely visit for some yummy food after a long and exhausting walk on Mall Road

We visited this place after a long stroll in the roads of mussoorie, it is situated in a very crowded market. Well the owner was very generous as he welcomed us in even when some renovations were going on..they suggested us to try paneer lapeeta as starter and woww I never had enjoyed such a dish. A must must try..had tandoori soya chaap as a take away and it was delicious as well..a must visit place if you enjoy proper Indian cuisines.

Nice vibe, lovely food and good staff and owner. We tried their malai paneer with lacha parantha, both of them were really good. Although the price in the physical menu they provided was 300 for the paneer but they charged 320 on the bill saying the price has increased but not updated yet but apart from that very good price experience. Must visit if you want to have punjabi food in Mall Road.

Awesomeness at it's best, rice mutton and starter all were just perfect. Aloo dum dish was simply awesome nice stuffed with great taste. Service was fast. Card payment available. Lime soda and tea was good but not best. Mutton rogan was perfectly marinated and prepared. Price is affordable. Overall i would say it's a must try restaurant in musoorie.

Tucked away in a quite corner on the first floor lies this amazing Indian restaurant, which we somehow missed on our previous visit. Even this time, we just got lucky as this was the only place open by the time we came out for Dinner. But what an amazing place to be at. Ordered Mutton Rogan Josh, Aloo Jeera and Parathas and loved them. The mutton was well cooked and super soft while Aloo Jeera was perfect. Parathas were made of Atta and done well. Neat service and fine ambiance. A must visit for Indian food.

After many days had a wonderful dining experience. Music great, food awesome, and ambience excellent. It may not be too much to guess that this is one of the best restaurants in Mall Road, Mussoorie. Pleased! Thank you!

Located in just the right place in Mussoorie, this recently opened restaurant serves a good variety of Indian food. The hospitable owner and family conjure up innovative dishes from time to time, all of which are delicious. The portions are of a decent size. I really enjoyed the starters in particular, served in an interesting way. I'm looking forward to repeat my visit.

I ordered Tandoor Soya Chaap and Chili Paneer Chinjabi and in dessert (Gulab Jamun and Ras-Malai). Taste was delicious but spicy more then Avg. The sound of background music healed the tiredness of my entire journey. Location is perfect at the center of Mall road and staff is friendly.

Urban turban is the best place on mall road to have authentic North indian food!! I tried Chicken Tikka Masala, Mutton Rogan Josh, Garlic Naan, and Tandoori Roti. The chicken dish was enjoyable, but regrettably, the mutton did not meet the expected standards. Additionally, the food was somewhat pricey. Moreover, due to the crowd, there was a wait time of 10-15 minutes to be seated.

Awesome place to have your meal. From starter to main course. I find this place calm, musical and very eye catching. The owners are so good and friendly. They will let you know the story of their journey how they started. Pure autmhentic punjabi food along with taste and spices. You can take the help of their friendly staff. The momos were not good. The filling was hard, the seet5 of momos was too thick. Didnt liked it. The worst one was changezi. The chef used old chicken. First bite told it loudly. It was smelling and it was very clear that the chicken was 3-4 days old. Red color was added in the gravy which i hated. I ate 2 pieces as i was too hungry.<br/><br/>Requesting the owner to plz check the place from where you are sourcing raw chicken.

Such Awesome Food not expected in Mussoorie. We ordered Roasted Chicken, Butter Chicken and Mutton Rogan Josh which are itself most common and hence most easy to review good or bad. The food was far good to compare any ****Restaurant in Delhi or Punjab. I am sure the entire dishes on menu are made totally authentic and dam good.

If you are in Mussorie and not visitng this restaurant, its a crime. There are few gems on the hill and this has to be on the list. Their food and service is amazing and we loved our visit. We were craving for some indian food and this place was a blessing. Must try Tandoori momos which we made sure to reorder.  Also try Dahi ke sholay (which is now my fav veg starter), Chicken Dhaniya Adraki (another speciality which is now always on my list). We were greeted by the owner and he had suggested few more dishes but unfortunately forgot their names. But I can assure every item on the table was the best. If I get a chance to visit Mussorie again this place will always be on my list.

One of the few very good places in Mussoorie. Had heard about it a lot and went on to try. Serves good quality and quantity of food. Dahi ke sholay surprised me, were delicious and fried rice were good as well. Tandoori Chicken was scrumptious and Rogan Josh was okay. The ambiance is nice and reminds you of many quirky places in Delhi.

Peshawari momos from Urban Turban Mussoorie.<br/><br/>Light delectable momos with a filling of cottage cheese onions and sparse veggies, then coated in their inhouse marinade of peshawari spices in a curd based dressing.<br/>The covering of the momos was perfect for tandoori momos. Not thick like we find in most places.<br/>Flavour wise they had a subtle flavour from the marinade and the filling was uplifted by some green chillies inside.<br/>Taste : 🌟🌟🌟🌟 Will definitely be trying there other different tandoori momos soon.

Visited urban turban this time and last year also...situated on mall road of mussoorie kulri area..this place serves the best punjabi dishes (as the name says) which are mouth watering. Pure Punjabi flavours with an urban twist! Must try are tandoori momos and varieties of paneer tikka!

We had minced chicken momos, chicken tikka starters and a chicken main course . Couldn't be better than this . Guys do go and eat there . The owner is a pretty nice guy and a great host . Such a polite staff and such lip smacking food . Do give them a visit .

The ambience of the place is very vibrant , the restaurant has a large seating area . The staff is very courteous and energetic . And on top of it the food was very amazing . Whether it was veg starters or else non veg dishes , everything was well cooked and super tasty . I would like to highly recommend this place to everyone . Service was outstanding . They are serving the best north Indian food in the market excellent is the word try gond tikka and specially mutton seekh which is prepared at the restaurant and is just delicious the food is just excellent still miss the taste.

Was here on a short weekend trip to mussoorie and headed here for a late night dinner.<br/>In the mall road at a very prime location, the Urban Turban Bistro is a very warm affable diner. From the innovative quirky wooden ambiance with trucks, and Iron presses and so much fun furniture elements to it.<br/>The menu is a combination of Mainly Indian and Chinese.<br/>We ordered a full Indian meal and were quiet satisfied with most of it!<br/>1. Pahadi Veg Momo's: served cold, creamy and mint coated. Very average nothing really pahadi about it.<br/>2. Dal Tadka: served in a cute batli, Excellent. Must order.<br/>3. Chicken Lababdar: rich thick creamy gravy. Must order.<br/>4. Mutton handi: average gravy, can be avoided.<br/>5. Mutter Jeera Pulao: a very very nice customization of what we wanted.<br/>6. Tawa Subziya: combination of seasonal veggies served in thick spinach gravy. Really nice.<br/>7. It is on first floor one misses it as entry is goof up . Helpings are good but loaded with cream not recommedned for health concious , lighting too dim  and has open windows without safety measures   those with kids be careful dal makhni is more of cream less of dal.  chicken tikka and other snacks served in a spade type serving  dish made of iron which helps keep food warm for longer time , good idea. bit too pricy

This is the perfect dinner place.<br/>I. Usually go for their dum biryani, but this time i ordered mushroom pulav, Jalapeño cheese naan, butter chicken, chicken tikka masala and baghdadi momos. Everything was beyond delicious, literally finger licking food, the staff is so humble and generous.<br/>Definitely coming back.

Located on the side lanes of mall road,musoorie, this place is adorned with urban (pind) theme. The decor is really interesting and commendable from hand rails made of pastry rollers to bill served in vintage iron were all a treat to our eyes. The restaurant is located right on Mall road with Punjabi theme. I ordered Multani Murgh Makhni and Murgh Malai Tikka. Both the dishes were well prepared with authentic taste. Must visit whenever u land in Mussoorie.

Centrally located but one misses it being on first floor . Ambience ok , floor is bit slippery .<br/>Menu is mix of Chinese and North Indian <br/>Helpings good but food is topped with too much cream<br/><br/>Chicken malai tikka is full of cream even salad given along with it . Same with dal makhani one cannot make out one is having dal or cream .<br/><br/>As style statement snacks are served on iron spade type dish . As iron chemically reacts now days mostly stainless steel made such serving dishes are used world wide.<br/><br/>Food is bit expensive also so heavy both on health and pocket

I would recommend everyone to visit this place in mall road. Food is delicious as a Punjabi cuisine is expected to be. Quirky ambience and menu card,polite waiters and manager, what could you ask for? This place costs around Rs. 800/- for 2 person.

Built at the centre of mall road, this restaurant is perfect if you are looking for North Indian food. The look and feel of the restaurant is amazing, with little trucks and urban frames. The food looks great but the taste was less than what was expected.<br/>Kadhai chicken was delicious. There’s absolutely no way in hell I’m giving this place anything less than 5 stars. I mean, everything from the staff to the food was absolute perfection. The washrooms although could use a renovation. I’m from Delhi and I didnt think any place in mussoorie would be able to serve food thats in any way comparable to what I get in delhi but then, I guess I was wrong. Delicious delicious food

Went here in month of June when the crowd in Mussoorie is at its peak . This restaurant is on the first floor. I went here with my kids & was carrying a stroller so i was wondering how I will take it up through the stairs but the shop on the ground floor is also owned by the Urban Turban so they kept it , to my luck :)<br/><br/>The ambience of the place is nice but if ur group is more than 8 then u need to sit on different tables as there is no option of joining one. I did not find it baby friendly as they have very big windows incase you open it which u may need to, if u visiting it during summers so u need to be very cautious. Add on to this they also don’t have any baby chair. As I went with kids so I felt the need of this otherwise it’s a good place. <br/><br/>I ordered - kadai paneer , dal makhni , paneer adraki & pindi cholle. By far the best place I had my food. True to its name. It serves authentic punjabi food. We ordered murg biriyani, naan and dal makhni which was sufficient for four people. Would recommend people to try their food.
