Review Clock Tower Cafe - Mussoorie

FRED HAMILTON
Terrific place overhanging a hill that offers a great view . The choice here is terrific. Their thin crust Pepperoni Pizza was quite out of this world. Pasta was good. Chinese Chicken Chilly was also great. Good choice of drinks to match. Great ambience and a nice place to chill at the end of the day. Good Hygiene maintained and strong precautions during this Pandemic Times. Reassuring and comforting to visit, knowing all staff wear masks fully, with adequate sanitation while cooking and serving food.

It’s a charming little restaurant/ cafe right next to the Clock tower in Landour. We did a stop over here after shopping in the market. Had coffee here and some pancakes. The pancakes were ok but not so great. I’ll give Food 3 stars on the basis of the pancakes. However, the location and the ambience deserves 4 stars and that’s why I rated it such! The window 🪟 views are spectacular. Try getting the couch seats there. Totally worth going!

Just strolling the streets of Mussorie and I found this cafe in the shade of the clock tower. Went in for a quick soup and a bite. And should say that I walked out Happy. The place is small and decent. The food is good. The corner view from the cafe is amazing. Couldn't ask for more. The prices were alright, not too heavy on the pocket. Worth a visit.

Amazing ambience. Great food. We had the specials that day - pork chilli and shredded honey chilli lamb. But were absolutely delicious! Also had a honey ginger lemon tea which was refreshing. The place is filled with witty quotes and music posters on the wall. Gives a nice retro feel. But no alcohol served. Wish they kept some beers. Otherwise the place is superb!

Just as you enter Landour, there is this small British Like Restaurant,by the looks it appears so beautiful and trust me it is amazing inside as well. We just loved the ambience here. We tried It's Prawn Pizza which just felt so tasty and then we tried it's Another prawn Veggies (Pics added) that taste just the best. I must recommend this cafe before going up till Lal Tibba. I just felt the Menu though has great variety but is heavier on your pocket! But overall great food and nice Ambience with a View of course ♥️

Cozy cafe tucked into a corner right near the clock tower, easy to miss if you're in a vehicle. Nice place to sit back and enjoy a coffee on a rainy winter morning. Excellent cappucino and desserts. Staff are very cordial snd helpful. StickyToffee Pudding is a must try here.

Amazingly beautiful cafe with great interior but food was so ordinary. Below average. I have tried Manchurian and noodles with Virgin mojito. Mojito was great in taste. View from the cafe is amazing too.

One of the best places for evening view. Veg pizza is the best here. Parking is a hustle around clock tower. I suggest park the car as near as possible and walk up to here. Pizza size comparison - 1 medium veg pizza is not enough for 2 people, but 2 medium pizzas are too much. They serve only medium and large.

Amazing food with an amazing view .This place has an awesome ambience.the food served is usually Chinese but its worth it. Just adjacent is the clock tower that strikes every hour.Thiw clock tower was built during the British era. Mall road is approximately 1.2 km from here.

Courteous staff, christian music, nice place to relax. Food is just fine. Only one end of the cafe can give you view of the hills behind. Looks beautiful. Overall good experience.

Hiking on our way to landour we found this '' Hidden Gem''. This turned out to be the highlight of our trip. Lively decor and some coffee will set your mood absolutely perfect for the mountains. I ordered hot chocolate and some cheese omlette for my Sunday brunch. Loved every bit of this place :)

5 stars, even though there's no parking space. 5 stars, for the yummiest pizza in Uttarakhand. 5 stars, for it regulary hosts Sachin Tendulkar. 5 stars, for the ambience and decor. 5 stars, for the staff and the crowd. 5 stars for the menu and the quality of the food on the menu.

Calzones are very nice, and there is also a very good variety in the menu. Love the valley view seat (there is only one, but get that if you can), overall a very nice place for good food and relaxation.

This review is of “The Clock Tower Cafe” a restaurant which used to exist in the same location till around 2021. Keeping the review up for the record’s sake. It's a place with good food and an amazing view looking over the other side of the valley. It is right next to the Newly Built Clock Tower. There is a few convince stores close by too. I would recommend their Pizza, it's not out of the world good but still worth trying.

"The Hidden Gem" We were hiking to the worst place "Laal tibba" in Mussorie and I have found this place. This is so attracting from outside, so we have entered in the cafe. The ambience and staff were awesome. Service and view from windows is marvelous. We have ordered black coffee and sandwiches, both were so yummy. If anyone is looking for marvelous places to visit in Mussorie, should visit this place. I hope you will love this place too.

Absolutely loved the chicken Manchurian, egg fried rice and awesome pizzas with my team. Also, highly recommend Landour Bakehouse from same company.

The place has a very loyal following and hence is almost always crowded. Located next to the Landour Clock tower there is no parking space. The interiors have been done up in style and look refreshingly different. They serve amazing pizzas. We particularly liked the Mexican Calzone.

One can’t describe the ambience of this place in words. It is small but at the same time mesmerising. One finds it difficult to leave this place...
Entering this cute little cafe is no less than entering a dream place, you will be awestruck by everything inside, it's that pretty...
This place looks more beautiful during monsoons, when it’s raining outside, you can see the beautiful mountains...♥️♥️
It was raining so nothing is more blissful than their hot hazelnut café latte and it was really good like the perfect combination of rain, landscape and coffee.
I am fond of sweets and chocolates so I ordered a chocolate waffle with vanilla ice-cream, waffle was so good and warm, the moment you have a bite it melts in the mouth, it was the perfect thing to end the meal with, the best part is that the waffle was eggless.
I personally liked the service at this place everyone was very friendly including manager he took care of everything personally. The staff was quick the service was appreciable and they care about their customers which is the best thing ....

This is a nice place with a great view. We went in the evening, so the view was mostly of the lights across the other side of the hill, but definitely relaxing.
They have an open kitchen which is definitely an attraction. We tried chicken momo, Korean chicken, mixed fried rice and chicken in ginger oyster sauce. For me ,the Korean chicken was great. It's a chicken starter item served with sweet chilli sauce.
The decor of the cafe is one of a kind. You have nice quotes on the walls, with pictures of Jim Morrison, Beatles and others.
There is no place for parking in front of the cafe, but you can find some place on the oaks road which is adjacent to the cafe

Clock Tower Cafe is one of the best view restaurants in Mussoorie. A tiny, calm place with bright 80's ambience and an open kitchen.
Great !
We had -
Triple Schezwan Rice and Noodles
Veg Spring Roll
Chicken Gourmet Burger
Virgin Mojito

Food was good. I felt Rice was little oily, everything else was good. Staff is courteous and service is fast.
You can enjoy your 'me' time while enjoying some pancakes, a hot coffee and some great scenery !

It took us some time to reach the clock tower on landour from mall road, and this Cafe was in the right place for us to have our meal. Right from the view to the ambience (pop icons from the years gone by), the place immediately made me feel relaxed.

Food was really good. Everything right from the lemon ginger honey tea, bacon and broccoli salad, Mac and cheese and the pizza was delicious. There's hill view seating as well so you can look out into the mountains and have a nice meal. Will surely come again
Its a place which has been consistant for years. Very few places serve pork products of good quality. I m in love with their meat lover bacon pizza. I am glad my friend introduced me to this place in 2012 n since then there is no turning back. Cheers guys for ur place. The only issue at this place is parking but i guess this issue is with 90% eating joints in mussorie

The cafe is at a great location. It's tough to rate cafes and restaurants in Landour badly on ambience. Still, other locations offer a view, this one doesn't.

I had Noodle wrapped Paneer, Crispy Veg, and A Blueberry Cheesecake. There isn't much about these choices, I ordered safe and quickly because of the impounding hunger. It would have taken a great effort on their part to ruin these dishes. These were tasty and we'll prepared. I was assured that all the other dishes on the menu would be as good or better.

However, the cheesecake wasn't the best I have had. It was decent. Not great, but still above average.

A small & a well located place. Good seating within the small space.
Its surprising to see the number of items they are churning out from such a small kitchen.

Food:
Calabrian Pizza - portion size of chicken was very generous, though the BBQ sauce was too sweet. Cheese portion was way too much but as enquired from the chef people around demand the extra cheese. Crust was thin and well made.
Spinach Lettuce Berry Salad - This was absolutely fantastic. Refreshing and crispy. Portion size was very large and completely unexpected when compared to any average restaurant. The cranberries were just right in quantity and softness. The sweet & slight tangy flavor was just right for the afternoon.
Kids Pizza - Very good portion and tasty.
Overall food was good.

Beverages:
Chocolate Milk Shake - Absolutely fantastic. Frothy with the right amount of chocolate in it.

A great place with good quality food that is comparable to any good metropolitan restaurant.

Food - 4/5
Drinks - 4/5
Ambience - 4/5

They are one of the few who delivers so that’s the best part.
Ordered chicken fried rice with chilly chicken. It was well made. I told them less spice and it was adhered to. Only problem was there was ALOT of capsicum in it. But taste quantity price-all good.
The food reached in 30 minutes!
Must order

Our first day caught in the thundering showers of Landour and this little cafe worked its magic for us. We were 3 kms away from the main bazaar and we ordered for home delivery. The order taker and delivery boys were courteous, friendly and gave some excellent recommendations. The Calabrian Pizza was outworldly and was generously portioned. We also had a fried rice and chicken chilli which was good. The bun omelette was moist and the chocolate cake and blueberry cheesecake were amazing. I also had the opportunity to visit it from afar the next day and it seemed like a cute cafe which is prominently stationed in the bazaar.
Thumbs up on the quality, service and delivery!
