Review The Old House - Mysuru (Mysore)

supriya ranjan sarkar
It's a brilliant place for Italian cuisine. There's pizzas pastas and also it's a patisserie with loads of desserts. Aesthetics are amazing as well. Usually crowded as it is quite famous. There's a wait line in weekends. If you want a peaceful experience, go on a weekday afternoon.

I had the pleasure of dining at "The Old House Pasta and Pizzeria" in Mysore recently, and it was a delightful experience. **Location:** This charming eatery is conveniently located near RTO circle , making it easily accessible for both locals and tourists. **Food:** The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the delicious pasta and pizzas they serve. The pasta dishes were cooked to perfection, with a variety of mouthwatering sauces to choose from. As for the pizzas, they were generously topped and had that perfect, wood-fired crust. The menu also offered a good selection of vegetarian options to cater to different tastes. **Service:** The service was prompt and friendly. The staff was attentive without being intrusive, and they were knowledgeable about the menu, helping us make the right choices. **Ambiance:** "The Old House" lives up to its name with a cozy and rustic interior that adds to the dining experience. It's a great place for a relaxed meal with friends or family. **Price:** While not the cheapest option in town, the quality of food and service justifies the prices. It's a reasonable choice for those looking for a special dining experience. In conclusion, "The Old House Pasta and Pizzeria" is a gem in Mysore for Italian cuisine enthusiasts. Whether you're craving pasta or pizza, this place is a must-visit. The combination of great food, friendly service, and a charming ambiance makes it a top choice for a memorable meal.

Excellent ambience. Excellent food. Super fast service. Loved their Greek Pizza, Mushroom Risotto and Korean Buns. Place is usually crowded. But as we reached around 3.30 pm we could manage to find a place here. They also have freshly made gelato.

A cute little place for Italian dishes. Ambiance and crowd is good. Service was fine. Sitting outside is recommended. Only issue I noticed was with the washroom. Has only one room as washroom common for both ladies and gents. This could be due to the restrictions on historical buildings which doesn’t allow any modifications.

The Neapolitan pizza was an absolute delight; it's a must-try. The restaurant's ambiance was truly enchanting, exuding a charming, rustic vibe that added to the overall experience. Other food items - Latte: 3/5 Carrot cake: 1.5/5 (it was doughy and didnt taste good at all)

Great place, soothing and English ambience. Poor service, though humble staff. Poor washroom area, not even separate washrooms for men and women. Quite satisfied with the food though. Not big parking area too, but can park outside on side.

Italian cafe/ Restaurant in Mysore. Place looks very good with that decor. Ambience is very good. Very good staff. Taste wise - really good. Loved their thin crust pizza. Also their tea pot was very good. Check with staff for the quantity before ordering Digital payment yes accepted.

Happened to dine in this place during my Mysore trip. This place is very beautiful and pleasant. It's a vegetarian/vegan restaurant, there were lot of dishes to choose from. Wood fired pizza was great, very good base, fresh ingredients. Veg lasagna was very flavorful... It's definitely a must visit place!

During my recent travels, I stumbled upon a hidden gem of a cafe that left a lasting impression on me. Tucked away in a quaint corner, this small cafe exceeded my expectations in terms of both taste and service. From the moment I entered, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality Let's talk about the food, which was undoubtedly the highlight of my visit. The sandwiches and pizzas offered at this cafe were nothing short of extraordinary. The sandwich I ordered was a perfect balance of fresh ingredients, a medley of flavors that danced on my taste buds. The bread was impeccably toasted, providing a satisfying crunch to complement the delectable fillings. As for the pizza, it was a culinary masterpiece. The crust was thin and crispy, and the toppings were of the highest quality, harmoniously blending together to create a symphony of taste. The ambiance of the cafe was cozy and inviting, with a charming decor that exuded a relaxed atmosphere. It was evident that the owners had taken great care in creating a space where customers could unwind and savor their meals.

Soooooo gooooood. I wish I could express my delight in more ways. The hot chocolate was one of the best I had. I had it with coconut milk and it had bitter chocolate chunks which complemented the sweetness of the chocolate milk. Just delicious. The vegan banana cake was so yum too. Next time, I will def have their mains which I'm sure will be yum. Excuse my bad photo, I did not expect to be writing this review.

If only the waiters were more proactive, would have rated this place 5 stars. Excellent food, lovely ambience, pet friendly ( big star for us). The waiters and service is a let down as they don't keep tab of when one dish is done and the next needs to be served including water.

Italian food with some Indian blend was perfect for late lunch. Very peaceful atmosphere and clean restrooms. Perfect stop

Limited parking place..... Overall must visit this place👍❤️

Fag end of the day after a long drive from Bengaluru to Srirangapatna, we were booked at Atmaveda Riverside resort which by itself is amazing. From there - An evening outing took us to The Old House at Mysore after our tour of the rest of Mysore. We were recommended this joint. My 9 year young son ordered the cheesy garlic bread - this was ok - the cheese was more mozarella and the dish lacked flavor - looked alright though- I recommend they add some cheddar as well to the mix - it will taste much better and sprinkle a lil oregano. The spaghetti veg aglio olio again was alright. Just garlic olive oil and pasta - lacked salt but was otherwise tossed well, no veggies in there. Their signature pizza was very good, thin crust and we chose 5 toppings. Very fresh - very nice. Ginger lime soda - excellent. Completely chilled me out, I ordered one more which I usually don’t so that’s saying a lot about how well it was made. Mojito- my wife had it and I didn’t taste but she said it was good. The ambience is beautiful and serene. They have a section outdoors which is good for evenings as afternoons are warm. In better weather yes - do sit out. The section inside is air conditioned but had some sort of smell like wooden polish. Another section inside with large table for families I suppose. Prompt service. Visible kitchen and desserts looked good too. They bake their own bread and we picked up the whole wheat sourdough. The watermelon feta salad we had on our way back 2 days later was alright, Don’t miss the turtles by the side of the doors on your way into the air conditioned section. All in all a good experience- I think this place does well in pizzas and desserts. Oh and they are fairly reasonable price wise and don’t have a service charge - hence I tipped.

A must visit Italian Restaurant in Mysore. The food was wonderfully delicious. We tried a Neopolitan Pizza and we loved it. Staff is extremely courteous and friendly. The atmosphere is super cozy - with antique and peaceful vibes.

I went there two time, but always missed the pizza. As it's not on breakfast menu 😬. But the coffee and sandwich I just loved. The royal taste of food perfectly match the royalty of Mysore. I will always recommend any one to visit that place. And yes. The green tea is also very special there.

Tried the pizza and pasta,I loved the pizza... It's very much cheesy and spicy, but totally loved the taste. Pasta was too bland I felt, something was missing. Ginger lime was good. Ambience was good. Clean and hygiene place.

Definitely best option available for pizzas and italian cuisine in mysore. I tried heaven's garden pizza loaded with veggies and spicy. And took meditaraanean pasta. And American fizz as a drink. The taste was good and the ambience also soothing.
Swathi Harish
Wonderful pizza hangout. Also pastas available. Yummy food and yum menu.. nice ambience.

The best restaurant in Mysuru for vegan like me. I loved the vegan pizza, vegan brownie. Fresh fruit smoothie made from coconut milk is my favourite. I suggest to come up with more vegan options.

I was visiting Mysore for just one day and I was craving some pizzas. My friend suggested this place and I cannot stress enough how good the food is here.

The place has a lovely ambiance. They have plants and small trees on one side which give refreshing feel. The inside is decorated with graffiti, paintings and wooden structures.

Their have a huge menu which offers all kinds of Italian dishes and a lot more.

Pizzas have that authentic Italian flavor, loads of toppings, thin crust and tempting cheese.

I also tried pasta and the mixed sauce pasta was amazing. Delicious sauce and with veggies, the pasta was well cooked and tasted really good.

I also tried some their cheesecake and chocolate brownie. Both were delicious and flavorful.

All dishes were presented and garnishes really good. you'll want to click photo of every dish they bring as it looks so pretty.

Overall the both food and ambiance is 5/5.

if you're looking for Italian cuisine then this place is one of best.

Last time I ordered pizza it only came half baked and it gave me a really bad stomach and eventually make me throw up. Please make sure your food is clean and well cooked in the future

So came here because of the recommendation from #Zomato but the wait time for simple dishes like an omelet and sandwich is more than 30 mints ..!!!!

I personally loved everything about this place, be it's ambience, food, decor, pricing, quality, or staff.

Their wood fried pizzas and pastas and something to drool upon and cannot be missed. We were 2 people, went here for dinner on a weekday.. We were probably the last diners for the day. Luckily on time, we just placed the order right before the kitchen closed. We ordered 4 dishes
# mushroom risotto
# chef special ravioli (spinach and cheese)
# heavens garden pizza (9" wood fried thin crust)
# latte

I personally loved every dish we ordered.. The pizza was loaded with toppings and was very fresh.. ❤️
It was a bit spicy, just like the way I wanted.
Also the ravioli was great, i ordered it with pink sauce, but it was orange looking. 😂 But the taste was great.. The ravioli was neatly stuffed and properly cooked.. Great taste..
Also my friend had the mushroom risotto, which I tasted too and found it nice and cheesy..
And the latte too was just the way I like it, dark and with less sugar. ❤️

On the whole I really loved this place.. Seems like great italian food.. Definitely visit guys.. 😁

The review is completely based on my taste buds and my love for food. (no influence)..

Thank you 🙏

A worth-dining pizzeria, Old
house offers a wide range of
options for vegetarians. The
pizzas are well crusted and well
cooked. The deserts are
lip-smacking as well. The salads
are fresh and quite delicious.
Overall, this restaurant, with it's
good food, customer service and
a beautiful ambience is definitely
worth going for. One point to be
noted; the restaurant can get
busy during the weekend and
especially during New year's Eve;
so you would be required to
book tables in advance.

The Old House is a refreshing change in the dining scene in Mysore. They have some truly amazing salads and pizzas. Their eclectic mix of mocktails should be tried on any warm Sunday afternoon!!! Will give this place 5 stars for the taste, ambience and service. To top it all it’s Pure Veg!!!

Ambience of the restaurant is most attractive part. Very cosy ambience with light and music. Perfect place for dating or 1st time meeting. Now come to food, it's average. We ordered white sauce chicken pasta, pizza and vergin mojito.
It was a good time!!!

Awesome pizzas.... I would like to thank the manager(Guru Kishan) and the whole team of Old House for delivering a huge order of 100 pizzas for a flagship event of The National Institute of Engineering, Mysore which conducted a 2 Day National Level AI Hackathon on September 6th 2019. Hope we collaborate with Old House for Future Events.

Waiting staff could be replaced. Food is okay. Nothing great if you are from Bengaluru. At first they denied us table to sit even though the restaurant was empty saying that we could occupy only one table. Waiters are extremely rude. Please visit if you want to have yourself insulted publicly for being a customer here

Great place and great food. The place is an absolute insta ready. They serve some great Italian foods (pure veg), like pizza, pasta, risotto, etc. And some great coffee too. In short, it's a must try place.

We ordered margarita pizza, mushroom risotto, cold coffee and latte macchiatto. All the foods were good and the service was also good.
Dhruv Mathur
Have been to this place umpteen number of times now and have had the same taste on all occasions, the only letdown is that it is only a place to visit in good weather and not in the heat. As the best sitting in here is open air the enclosed sitting is a bit claustrophobic so I only like to sit outside.
As for the food have tried most of the Italian food here and is pretty decent. They have a wide selection of pizza and the ambiance is just perfect. All in all a good experience in a place like Mysore... Wood fired pizza are phenomenal.
Kashish Kochar
The ambiance was really good. It felt pretty good there. One of the nice place to hangout in mysuru especially if you love Italian. Pasta could be better but overall it was a good experience.

The Lasagna and Pink Pasta, tasted wonderful before. Whenever we had a bad day at work we would order these food and enjoy every bit of it but unfortunately from past one month both these food are awful. In Lasagna I would see a layer of cheese ,mushroom and the lower layers would be filled with varieties of cheese but unfortunately from past one month in my one visit and two orders the lasagna was nothing but filled with tomato sauce. Pink pasta was literally maida penny with six tomato pieces. For the amount we pay, the quality of product is very disappointing. I would never like to take chance in these foods again.

Hot and amazing wood fired pizzas.. in love with the taste of pizzas there. Freshness in every bite.. pasta Alfredo is great too.. I am a vegetarian and I had plenty of options to choose from..

Summary : great food, live pasta preparation, relaxed ambiance and moderately priced.

Food (4/5) : veg capitoline, garlic bread , apple pie
The starter, the garlic bread was great
Crispy and served with fresh garlic sauce, it was a wonderful starter and reasonably filling as well. The pizza was cheesy and thin crust variant ;although I would have preferred the crust to be thinner. The toppings were ok in this variant. The apple pie was soft and very crumbly, almost too soft.

Ambiance (4/5) : with indoor and outdoor seating , outdoor seating is preferred when the weather is good but the indoor is made chic with posters and panels. Either way, it is good.

Service (4/5): regular service
Praj
Lovely ambience, and fairly fast service on a busy night. Took away 1 star for the not-so-delicious salad/dressing, and okayish apple pie. Tiramisu and risotto were delicious!

This place is so beautifully made. Each and every section/corner makes you feel like you're at a different place.
Ambiance, food, service, everything was so detailed.

We visited this place on a weekday, hopefully there wasn't much rush and we were able to explore each any every section. Though we preferred the outdoor seating a bit more because of the beautiful drizzle Happening outside.

Enough of the background details, let's talk about the most important thing, FOOD.
One word, Amazing!!!!

We had ordered -
⏹ Heaven's garden - pizza
⏹The old house masala mafia - pasta
⏹Vegan chocolate brownie with ice cream

All the food was so terrific, you can undoubtedly have any of the things we had and I'm sure you'll love it.

Ambience - 5
Food - 4.5
Service - 5
One of the best places in Mysore to have Italian food.
We tried farm pizza which was good and hummus which was great 😊
A must visit place in Mysore.

It was a cold rainy breezy evening and It was a joy to stumble on wood burnt pizzas in Mysore. It has a very cafe like old school vibe. A place which offers insane varieties of salads and beverages. In our picks, we loved there al verdure pizza, all veggie loaded and biancaneve can be new appetiser for those who like to experiment. However, greedy risotto was a little disappointing, since it’s literally nothing but risotto rice cooked in the arabiatta sauce. But all in all it was an amazing experience. Excellent place for a cosy dinner with great ambience. We had ordered Quattro Formaggi pizza, Old house masala pasta, banana smoothies and all dishes were well done.

don’t visit if you from bangalore or Mumbai
Place is in Mysore that’s the reason it have 4.7 right now. Lasagne was anything else but not lasagne pizza had raw onions no idea of what kind of cheese is used. food my below average, service was also normal, ambience was good though
Sharad Chandakacharla
I'm sorry for using tough language.
Garlic bread- ok
Lasagne - absolute garbage/not even edible
TOC sandwich - bland
Sicilian pizza - the only possible hope.

This restaurant should feature in kitchen nightmares

While the ambience is definitely lovely, the food didn't live up to our expectations. The Palak Paneer sandwich had leaves of spinach that hadn't been steamed properly and felt raw. The dessert was terrible. The cream on the pastry tasted bad. The pizzas that other folks ordered looked pretty good however.
Mueed Ahmed
Very authentic Italian pizza and pastas, the crust of the pizza is well baked, thin and crispy, the ambiance is also very good for a hangout with friends or romantic dates, the cleanliness is excellent and the service is good, the prices are average for this kind of food and ambiance, surely worth a visit.
Asmita Dani
4 stars only because the delivery was very timely and quick. Appreciate it. However, the pesto pasta was extremely creamy and buttery (which it should not be) and there was too much sauce as compared to pasta. They should reduce the sauce and also not add cream and butter to this recipe.
Aditya
Great place for casual meals with friends and family. Italian food served here is pretty good. Prices are affordable. They don’t serve hard drinks. Service is fast.
Neha
Been going here for years every time I visit Mysore. Lovely ambience specially at night. The food is well made and good. They have a lot of healthy options on their menu which is a bonus. My only issue with visiting this place is that parking can be tricky.
Rrt
A beautiful place is located on JLB Road, the old house is a place that serves food which is perfect in the taste and flavour along with an amazing ambience and courteous staff. We ordered pasta and pizza which were in good portions and rightly infused flavour. The desserts are completely worth the money, they also serve eggless blueberry and mango cheesecakes which are absolutely a must try. Although the pastas and pizzas are a little overpriced, it's a good treat for your taste buds.

The Old House
--------------------

I have heard a lot about this place from my office colleagues and it was in my checklist from last few months finally I visited this place on last Saturday.

👉 Ambience :- They have both outdoor and indoor seating with open kitchen. I liked the wall paintings. This place gives you cozy vibes. Lightening stars will surely attracts you towards it.

👉 Service :- It was so quick. Food served was fresh and hot.

👉 Staff :- Highly Proffesional and Helpful.

👉 This is what I ate :-

🍷Virgin Mojito :- It is the non alcoholic version of the famous Mojito. It was a perfect blend of mint and lemon flavours into a refreshing mix which rejuvenates the senses and makes you calm at once.

🍕 Capitoline :- If you love spicy pizza this will never disappoint you. It was topped with tomato, cheese, onion, green chilly, peppers and cherry tomato. It was yummy in taste.

🍛 Al Fredo :- Penne Pasta served in white sauce of butter, cream, garlic and parmesan cheese with garlic bread. It was scrumptious.

Highly Recommended. I would love to visit again this place in my next Mysore visit and try few more food. This place is best for dating, get together and family meet-up too. Overall experience was nice. I wish they have non vegetarian variant too.

For more reviews like these please follow bhukkadpunjabi on instagram and Bhukkad Punjabi on Zomato.

An italian cafe - can be visited for the ambience. I had Pink Sauce Pasta and Veg Pizza. The portions are big but the taste is average. When we asked the steward to suggest a Pizza with veggies, the Pizza served to us was filled with so many veggies that the base bread became extremely soggy. I couldn't try the cheesecakes but heard it's really good! Do try and comment about your experience here!

A very cozy and warm Italian restaurant we stumbled across during our summer road trip. Drinks were delicious, pizza and pasta were great. Service was prompt and was a much needed break from the highway food.

Tasty food, homey ambience , the complete place is one big selfie zone with beautifully lit stars and painted walls.

Must try - silician pizza, tomato bruschetta (6 pcs per plate) , garlic bread (i liked the without cheese option) , mediterranean pasta (red gravy).

Disappointed with - lasagna.

The ambience is quite nice and cozy. However we were sitting for 10 minutes and they did not even serve water, or check for orders. Once order was served, they never came to check if we needed anything. Food was decent.

Pizzas are excellent, other items on the menu are okay. The banana walnut cake we ordered very dry and not fresh.Feta cheese in the watermelon salad was very sour. The ambience is good and colourful though...

We had been to Mysore for the weekend and chanced upon this gorgeous quaint little place. It sounded perfect for souls like me who were tired of the usual South Indian fare. Being a Saturday it was quite crowded, and the servers were running from pillar to post to attend to everyone, but that's pretty much the case in most of the restaurants on weekends.

It's a pure vegetarian, non alcoholic restaurant; nonetheless has a variety of dishes and beverages to choose from.

We started off with their fruit smoothie, wherein you can choose any fruit alongside banana. The server suggested papaya (papaya and banana?!); he assured us that it's what most of the people choose, so we went along. It wasn't half bad, except it was more banana and little/non existent papaya. So this turned out to be a bit of a disappointment.

Next we ordered the cheese garlic bread, and it turned out to be melt in the mouth delicious, especially with that garlic chilly sauce on the side (yum!)

The signature pizza again, we could choose any 5 toppings we wanted, turned out to be one of the better pizzas I've tasted, was quite satisfied with this one.

The pizza set aside our reservations, so we decided to experiment with lasagna, not everyone gets it right but it was a risk we were willing to take given the amazing pizza they had served us. This was the biggest let down, as it was too bland, the veggies were not cooked enough, the layers were too many and there was barely any tomato sauce in the mixture so to speak.

Guess we should have stuck to the speciality i.e. pizza, which is what I recommend to all.

Overall 3/5 because of the slow service and the disappointing non signature dishes.
Wandering through the streets of Mysore last week, we decided to try this fancy looking cafe as we searched for a good place to sit and eat.

It turned out to be a wonderful experience at this organic themed cafe. It has seating outside as well as inside with some really cool interiors. Loved the minimalistic approach used to decorate the insides of the cafe.

The food is top notch, we tried:
Alle Verdure and Heaven’s Garden Pizzas: Loved both of them, quantity was more than sufficient and the veggies were fresh.
Yogic Drink: Healthiest drink on the offering, tasted like any mix juice but you could sense that it was meant to be good for body.
Smoothie With Peanut Butter: This was okay, could have been a lot more thick.
Mint Julep: A decent drink and the presentation was on point.
Cold Coffee: The star of the day, absolutely loved it.
Cheesecake: It was okayish, didn’t seem to be their speciality.

I would highly recommend anyone visiting Mysore to experience this cafe. Our rating:

Food: 4.5
Ambience:5
Service: 4.5
Value for money:5

This places sells the worst undercooked pizzas when it's supposed to be delivered through some delivery platform... really sick ...anyways they were always good when we visited the outlet a few times ..hope they look into this dimension aswell soon

A lovely bistro set in a busy junction very similar to chamiers cafe in chennai.
It was easy to access this place and the ample parking space was just the cherry on top.
The Old house has both indoor and outdoor seating with a rustic wooden ambience. We were given a comfortable table (although the husband was slightly disappointed that there was a TV which did not do cricket live screening. Thank God!)
We had ordered for some fresh juice, a Hawaiian salad. Then we decided to kill the health spree and ordered a vegetable lasagna and their signature pizza simply because I saw a sign that said wood fire oven (uh yes please!)
Every single thing that came on our table was perfect, the pizza bread to topping proportion just right.
An extra point to the waitstaff (Dinesh, I think?) who served us the lasagna by neatly slicing it and not messing the layers at all.
Verdict: definitely going back for the sinful pizzas!

Wonderful ambience. First on my list whenever I visit Mysore. Tasty pizzas and desserts. Have always had beautiful conversation here, whoever I go with. Enjoyed the spread their menu. Great food and great ambience, my kind of place.

This is a place where you want to have breakfast or brunch or less heavy dinner, if you are staying in Mysore and want a day out of home. This is especially good for travellers who have to cross Mysore or stay for a day or 2, since you can have a light, tasty, healthy, hygienic food. The ambience is classy and catering services are good (especially from behavioural aspect). Sometimes the place will be crowded especially near the afternoon hours and people who comes for the first time feel its chaotic but that's the only phase that it goes through the entire day.
Rahul Naik
Excellent ambience. Pizzas are really awesome! If you like toppings then go for signature. They offer 5 choices of toppings to choose from. I was in heaven when eating pizza!!! We also ordered pastas and cocktails..they were also good....if you are in mysore....don't forget to visit this place...

Visited as a guest in The Old House for lunch just today. We chose to stay outdoors - to enjoy the fresh air. I just want to say that, in addition to a nice meal, we had a delightful waiter. He had just the right balance of friendliness and efficiency. He recognized that we wanted time to visit and did not rush us. The food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing. The setting, The cleanliness, The taste, The maintenance, rate it a 5* for all!!!

Craving for pizzas that aren’t changed to suit local tastes? And want to do that in a wonderful, and classy space? Look no further! The old house is the place for you!

While here, I ordered the alla verdure pizza. It was loaded with veggies and cheese. Was quite different than what I am used to. Took some time to get accustomed to the taste. The preparation felt very authentic and the material used was definitely high quality.

The ambience was very pleasing to the eye. The service was very good.

Overall, very satisfied. Do try!

Great place in terms of food, service and ambience. Little low on parking. You have the choice of sitting outside or inside. Ordered Quattro Formaggi, Sicilian pizzas, Penne Alfredo all done to perfection. Be warned its a veggie place but it will appeal to even the most strict meat eaters. Dessert spread is extensive and drinks are well prepared (which normally are not the forte of such establishments).

This place lives up to its hype! Ive never tasted a pizza like this before. Best for an evening hangout with friends. Staff were humble and frendly.

We went for a breakfast...everything was super tasty.
We ordered pancake with maple syrup, veg grilled sandwich, yogic drink and soya smoothie.
Everything we ordered was super tasty. Presentation was also very nice.
Then we went for the dinner as well as we really wanted to try the pizza and pasta over there which was not available at the morning time.
Quattero formaggi Pizza was good.
Mint lime juice and banana smoothie were also up to the mark
But the pink sauce paste which was there in the 'today's special menu' was horrible. It wasn't Cooked completely and the taste was also too bad. We couldn't even eat it.
Overall a nice place and must visit.

The Yogic Drink alone deserves a full 5 stars. It was incredibly refreshing, sipping it in the Mysore heat. The fresh strawberry milkshake was fresh, could taste all the strawberry pulp but found it to be too sweet for my liking. The pink sauce pasta wasn’t great, except that it had a generous helping of vegetables. Ordered for extra olives and they delivered 200% :D Liked the ambience [outdoor seating beats AC] and looking forward to taste the pizzas and salads on the next visit.

On our short trip to Mysore this weekend, we thought to try out this famous place in Mysore for dinner.
Ambiance: Similar cafe themed. Cramped space, no a.c. and very noisy. Not a relaxing vibe.
Food: This is Italian specialty cafe and to my shock it was pure vegetarian outlet. We ordered Hawaii Pizza and Masala Mafia Pasta. Both were disgusting. No taste of cheese in Pizza and crust was bit burned. Pasta sauce tasted like some paneer gravy dish. Hard to understand why people rated this place highly. May be it is just my taste buds not dancing here. I don’t recommend this place for those who have had better Italian cuisine.
Service: Average.

I don’t think this place needs introduction, a well know pizzeria in Mysore. Located next to a boutique. Ambience is decent. Food is delicious. When it comes to quantity and quality spot on. Apt quantity for good price. This place is well know among foreigners. The serve Italian cuisine from pizza’s, desserts, salads, soups to spaghetti. A visit to this place was a pleasant ending to my Saturday night.

A combo of good food and good vibes. I really liked the ambiance and the freshness of the place after a long drive. We ordered pizzas and pasta. The pizzas here were extremely delicious (A MUST TRY! ) whereas I did not enjoy their pasta but overall a good place to hangout :)

Food 4/5
Ambiance 5/5
Service 4/5

Our pit stop while travelling anywhere around Mysore. We absolutely love their pizzas, pasta and their tangy tomato basil soup or the pomodaro. Their pizzas r a sepcial mention. Their crust is always fresh, toppings fresh n right amount of cheese to top it with. We relish each n every bite everytime we visit.

A quaint cafe with lovely decor but the food didn’t quite match up to expectations . We ordered the mushroom bruschetta which was well made. The pizza with zucchini and bell peppers was a let down. Thick slices of zucchini thrown in on a thin crust pizza wasn’t something we were expecting. The blueberry cheesecake was far from being fresh and was dry and rubbery. For all that I heard about the place, the food was a huge disappointment.

Ambiance: 5/5
Went during the daytime, and the place seemed cozy and welcoming. The decor is really pretty and done well.

Service: 5/5
The service is quick and we were welcomed warmly inspite of being a full rush. The waiters are super friendly, and gives recommendations according to what we want.

Food: 5/5
Ordered the cheese garlic bread- it was really good, that we repeated the order again and they serve it with a really good sauce.
Also ordered the heavens garden pizza, spicy masala pasta- and both flavoured and well cooked.
For drinks- they have a wide range of drinks, mocktails, fruit juices, smoothies- we ordered the the watermelon, muskmelon and the lime mint- it was fresh and refreshing.
Desserts- the chocolate cake and blue berry cheese cake-walk both being delicious.

No alcohol served here.
Outdoor seating available.

Fun place for all age groups.

Loved the place, the ambience, service, and the food of course ! The outdoor seating area is very bright and welcoming. We ordered the hot chocolate and a latte for drinks, which were really good. The mushroom bruschetta was also quite yummy. The watermelon feta salad was refreshing for a hot sunny day, and had the perfect mix of savoury and sweet. The lasagna was very well made with lots of cheese 🧀 and was very flavourful.
Food: 4/5
Ambience: 4.5/5
Service: 4/5
